Great staff - but I was scheduled an appointment there only to drive the two hours, arrive, and be turned away because they didnt have the equipment to assist me. They couldnt tell me why I was told I could be helped here (the issue is a reproductive health one) by the scheduler on the phone. I support PP and am glad there is one available but its super unprofessional for any medical office to schedule someone and then decide they cant help them, even moreso when its been communicated days in advance and that the patient is making a multi-hour drive. I am very frustrated and disappointed. The staff were very nice at the location, but its very disheartening to be told I dont know why they gave you an appointment, you probably should have gone to the ER.

The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. I’m nervous about a lot of things and Dr. Destiny Stone answered all my questions and gave me resources. 10/10 recommend!

Being from california with great access to Planned Parenthood and moving here, I am so relieved and excited that there is now a location in Lubbock, Tx. Keep up the great work guys. If you ever need any volunteers, I would be more than happy to help out. Much love

The best customer care I’ve received from a doctor’s office. The PA listened to what I had to say and made sure all my questions were answered. Making appointments is easy and I was able to be seen quickly.

The people in here were wonderful! They have excellent customer service, and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be choosing them again!

I had a Nexplanon implant done thru TTU student health - but now that I’m not a student anymore they couldn’t remove it.I called PP and they were the only provider in town who would take it out. They got me in the next day after I called.Girls in the office were so nice! Haven’t been to a PP since high school but will be coming back for my future reproductive choices.

Thankful for the opening of this place so I can get birth control and pap smears even though Im low income and no health insurance So many OB/GYN in Lubbock wont even see clients who are not pregnant. Thank you planned parenthood
