I started seeing Annie Roberts, NP. She is amazing, she listens to me and lets me voice my concerns and opinions. She explains all the procedures, results and procedures thoroughly. Dr. Phy is amazing as well. The office is quick to get you in, and they are all so friendly:

Annie and Dr. Phy had a plan for us before we even met. They reviewed our records and charts before our appointment and we prepared for all of our questions and concerns. They are very warm, welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable.From personal experience, I would recommend getting on the waiting list ASAP, dont waste time with any other doctors in Lubbock!

Dr Huang is absolutely amazing! Super kind and understanding and he always explains everything and answers any questions. I trust him with my life! Highly recommend him. Hes wonderful. And all the nurses are fantastic. Brittany is so sweet and funny and I always feel well taken care of!

Annie and Karrie were amazing! Annie answered all of our questions in detail and thoroughly went over everything! Karrie was super sweet and when she drew my labs she waited until she knew she had a good vein so that she wouldn’t have to stick me multiple times (which usually happens).

Anne Roberts and Dr. Phy have been amazing through my fertility tracking. I started going to them for my PCOS and as life progressed they are currently working with me to extend our family. I couldn’t recommend them both enough!

Annie Roberts was so kind, empathetic, very informative and professional. When she messaged me my blood results she was again kind in her words as well as very detailed in explaining my results.

Dr. Haung is amazing, caring and compassionate. All the staff in his office care about your well being that it makes the process easier.
