Waited for over two hours which is absolutely ridiculous. Then he prescribed MRI test and said he would contact insurance company to verify and approve. Two months have gone by, with multiple calls to his staff and no results. He has no interest in servicing his clients/patience. And in addition to this he did an inhouse ultra sound which my insurance didnt cover so I had to pay over 700 dollars to cover the services. Absolutely horrible office and no results in the diagnosis that I received. I had to start all over again. A complete waist of time.

This doctor made me feel extremely comfortable. He was thorough, took time with me, and showed care. He could see all my records thru northwell. The office is nice. The front desk, his assistant, songrapher and staff were all nice and welcoming. My first time here. Nice to feel like I can call this home.

He was a good doctor. I had been using him for close to 10 years. But now he’s just too busy to tend to patients needs. He performed a procedure that was very late and as a result, no outcome came out of that procedure. I had told him several times that I think the procedure is going to be very late and I need to get an earlier date or else no point in doing the procedure. Of course, as I had expected, nothing came out of it and it became a useless procedure. His response was scheduling issues. That’s not an adequate response. If it can’t be done timely, don’t do it. Either way, him and the hospital got paid. I would find another place where they care about their patients.

The office is very organized, the front staff is always polite and prompt. This is my second year visiting Dr. Toles for my 2nd pregnancy. He is kind, welcoming & professional. Answers any questions & concerns you might have in a way you can understand.

I’ve been going to Dr. Toles for a few years now. He is very thorough and listens to patient concerns. I like that he doesn’t just address gynecological issues, he makes sure your overall health is up to par. The wait time is usually less than 15mins.

If I can give this guy a zero, I wouldn’t even hesitate. Dr. Toles is the worst kind of OB, he does not care about you or your L&D. He’ll schedule you for a c section on your due date and just not show up! Afterwards you’ll have your 6 week checkup and he won’t give you any details as to any complications. This guy rushes your appointments and will not treat you like a human being growing another human being. The front desk girls were super rude as well. The only good thing about here were the nurses and assistants who were very nice. But the wait times are long because they overbook. Trust me there are wayyyy better OB’s out there. Don’t waste your time or your money with this office.

Dr toles , the best doctor I ever had make me feel comfortable , professional , funny, caring, He has a lot of patience he listens when you talk to him. Dr toles deliver my two babies and he did and amazing job. It’s always good to see him. I highly recommend. The best.

My first child was delivered by Dr Toles team back in 2014. My entire experience while pregnant and during the birth procedure was phenomenal. Dr Toles and Susan took care of me throughout my entire pregnancy and they were wonderful.

Dr. Toles is experienced, kind and very thorough. I never feel rushed and he takes time to answer all my questions. He makes me feel comfortable. Always a pleasant experience with him and his team.

Time goes fast, gave birth to my second daughter whos 26 years old now. 🤣🤣 I remember Dr . Toles put her in the incubator when she was born. she grabbed the sides to try to pull herself out.🤯 He laughed and said, shes a fighter nothing going to hold her down. 🤣🤣

Just delevired my baby on April 20th. He was very professional and very kind throughout my pregnancy. He kept it real with me the entire time. I will definitely continue to see him as my obgyn and hopefully use him to deliver my future children.

Very poor customer service, no sympathy not even fir for a pregnant woman i have been vomiting for 2 days and the doctor that i spoke with was very rude and unprofessional, including the agent. The only care about money not your health.

Dr. Allen Toles is the Best doctor! Funny but professional and helpful. Knowledgeable and patient. Great experience.

Excellent doctor 👨‍⚕️ I have never found such an excellent gynecologist in my life who does what he does by vocation, I moved to another state and what hurt me the most is having to leave my doctor, he helped me a lot with my pregnancy and my excellent delivery
