Randi Heather Goldman, MD

Dr. Goldman is one of the best doctors I’ve been to. I had been to this clinic in 2017 and 2019 and had very negative experiences with the practice (but embryos were there). This time around, I had to choose a new doctor and couldn’t have had a more positive experience. Her bedside manner and kindness is exceptional. She is so caring, patient, thorough and never makes you feel like just a number (which I felt in the past). I highly, HIGHLY recommend her and am so grateful to have been able to be with her this time around! I truly can’t imagine a better fertility doctor around!

I had the incredible fortune of having Dr. Goldman! guide us She helped to create our miracle baby! After 3 rounds of IVF he is here! I have used Northwell fertility in the past succesfully, and Im back with hopes for a second child. This round has been a bit more difficult but Dr. Goldman and her team are amazing. I never have an issue reaching them for questions/concerns. I never had an issue in the past with wait times and I dont now. Dr. Goldman has amazing bedside manner and takes the time to really discuss everything with you. You are a part of the decision making when it comes to your fertility plan. I know Im in exceptional care with her and her team.

Dear Ladies with Health Complications,This is the only fertility clinic on Long Island that treats women with major health issues because if you have a major issue during egg retrieval etc. you can be moved swiftly into a hospital setting. However, this does not ensure you will get quality care. Honestly, I wish I took out an additional loan to receive care in Manhattan. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. From their ineptitude of filing paper work correctly, the issues with anesthesia aides, to it taking forever to schedule appointments, to a horrible business office and even receiving phone messages with other patients names and prescription medication information (a complete violation of HIPPA) to a horrible egg retrieval experience due to overstimulation the problems just me occurring and just get worse and worse even months later. No one returns phone calls ( some voicemail messages will even say this voicemail will not be checked). No one explained the possible health complications could last months upon months afterward. Required paperwork was not sent to various agencies. The complete lack of intelligence and empathy is astounding. People have lives, work obligations and are literally spending every ounce of money they have to have a baby and the way they treat their patients is inexcusable. I actually paid additional money for my embryos to be moved to different agency because I didn’t want my surrogate to have to deal with these issues. It seems this place is understaffed and undertrained.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! There are so many fertility places in Long Island and there is no reason to subject yourself to the stress of this horribly incompetent office! From soup to nuts everything is difficult and stressful. From making an appointment to waiting for two hours in the waiting room before a procedure to trying to get in touch with a nurse to put your prescription through and then the prescription was wrong or speaking with a doctor. On my last visit something went wrong with the IUI and I was left with a horrible UTI that is drug resistant. I have never had an issue with that in my life. Then they weren’t able to treat me for four days and once I was finally on the correct antibiotics the symptoms returned since it wasn’t treated properly at first. When I asked for my medical records they were sent but they were missing information and had incorrect information all throughout the time I was a patient there. Since they just copy and pasted from other people’s records. Please do yourself a favor and never make an appointment with any doctor from Northwell Health Fertility!!!

In comparison to NYU Fertility, this facility is warm, caring and a completely different environment (not a factory feel). The entire staff from the receptionists, to billing, the nurses, and the ultrasound technicians were like my extended family. I had a very difficult time trying to conceive and it was emotionally taxing. I found support here and empathy. The journey is not always easy and the nurses were always available to answer questions or offer support as were the fertility doctors and NP.All the fertility Drs, Dr Herchlag, Dr Mullen, Dr Cohen and my personal favorite, Dr Scholl were a part of my journey in helping me become a mother to a beautiful baby girl on July 3rd 2018.After 4 years of struggling to become a mom, I must say it is the most wonderful gift I have been blessed with.Ill see you soon for baby#2!!!!We welcomed Baby #2, a healthy baby boy, on July 23, 2021.Dr San Roman performed my transfer. Everything went smoothly and we got a BFP 2 weeks later!

Horribly run office. We were misled about costs. We never received test results. When I told the doctor no one ever called us his response was simply, well it turns out you didnt need them anyway. Seriously!?! So unprofessional. After having an appointment we were not told the next step or when to schedule another appointment and then chastised for not knowing. Appointments are dragged out into multiple visits and theres no show of concern for time. And now, three months after leaving the practice, I get a call from a drug company that a prescription was submitted for me by their office.This place made an emotional and frustrating time so much worse. I CANNOT, under any circumstances, recommend this practice.

I am over this place. Your fertility process should be stress free. This place never picks up the phone if you have questions or to just make an appointment. It always goes to voice-mail. Not sure how they run this fertility center but its definitely not organized. Do not waste your time and energy.

Stay Away from this money grubbing facility! They only care about collecting money, not you. My wife and I had a very bad experience! Make sure you have nothing planned that day because when you arrive for your appointment be prepared to wait at least and hour! In the 6 months we were going here we never were seen at the time of our appointment,never! Most of the time it was at least one hour to 1.5 hr wait. Absurd!! They are also very disorganized, never received a straight answer, always was different but they sure were on point about collecting there money. Also Note that you will never see the same doctor, always different doctors which is not right especially if you were referred to see a certain doctor! The doctors are definitely not personal, in and out of the appointment within five minutes. Be aware of this place and stay away unless you want to waste your time and money!! Need to hire more professionals, this is not happy hour!! We should have done our research before coming here

The doctor Randy Goldman is very nice. However, the ancillary staff is the worst you can ever encounter. They never pick up the phone. You have to leave countless voicemail. Still they do not reply back. Unless you are willing to repeatedly go to their office personally to ask any question then go for this office otherwise please save all the unnecessary frustration.

I’m still waiting on my blood work never got a response. It’s pass three weeks
