Dr. Zimmerman is a truly amazing doctor. She is kind and compassionate in addition to being super knowledgeable and detailed. She takes the time to explain everything in an understandable and relatable way and she will always answer any and all questions. I always felt that I was in the very best hands with Dr. Zimmerman and her team - all of her patients are lucky to have her. In addition, the entire staff at Northwell Fertility is friendly, compassionate, and calming. We had a 10/10 experience!

I genuinely wonder if shes aware of the rudeness and volume of her receptionist. It feels like talking to a blaring foghorn. If thats the first impression you want they may as well shut down. It turns people away
