Had a great experience! Virtually no wait and I got my results within a few days. They even faxed my results to my doctor within hours of receiving them and emailed them to me to save me a trip. I was a little disappointed they didnt take insurance, but I didnt mind paying to know that the job got done properly after having a bad experience at Labcorp. I will definitely be going back for any other lab tests.

Horrible service. They take ALMOST and HR to attend to you specially when there’s only one person. Slow on their services.

I went and did a urine test and I never got the results, never got a call back at all. I asked for my refund after 7 days after I took the urine test and they wouldn’t refund my money when I needed the results three days prior. She charged me 45 dollars which is very expensive but I gave them the benefit of the dought thinking it must be very good service if it’s this expensive but nope, very irresponsible. I hope they step their game Up just saw that there are a lot of one stars. I took my test on a Thursday morning and called Tuesday of the next week couldn’t find my results told me to not in yet called back Friday and I wanted my refund they wouldn’t give it to me they gave me the results instead when I didn’t need it no more

Came in and waited about 2 or 3 minutes before they noticed I was there. The ladies were amazing. I got a test done within 5 mins. I had my appointment at 12:30pm I was out by 12:50pm. I was scared at first because of the reviews but maybe they got new employees. Not sure.

Client was sent for a drug screen. Was there at 2:00pm didnt take him in until 5 pm and was out by 6:30. There were very unorganized trying to handle front desk check in, phone calls and in the back doing the actual screening. Only two ladies working trying to handle all duties, very slow. At last, after 5 hours client received incorrect screening documents. Be aware this is sensitive information on the table. Do not use this business they need more personnel. Very poor service.

Very crowded. Not practicing covid precautions. I waited in my car, someone took my name and number to call me back when there were less people in the lobby. Never got a call back. I left. I will never go back. Unsafe specially during this pandemic.

I don’t recommend this place extremely rude and unprofessional your better off going somewhere else if you can help it if your not fluent in Spanish it’s hard to communicate with them but they do speak English just keep letting the lady know eventually she’ll explain it in English if she dosn’t hang up on you first just an over all unprofessional environment and poor service

Went for my TB test nobody was in the front window and they didnt notice me till 13min later. When she finally noticed me the lady was on the phone with the social security office discussing her personal problems. Something that her social was going to be discontinued and that she doesnt receive any government help long story short she never acknowledged me.

First of all when you are drawing blood you wipe the area with alcohol and you do not touch it again. If you do then you need to wipe the area again; Otherwise , you are contaminating the area. As a professional you running a lab you should already know this. Secondly you can not advise nor read results to people that have gone in for services you are not a doctor. Lastly you are suppose to label your specimens with name and date of birth immediately. You called to ask for my date my birth twice and you probably didnt invert the tube when I left. I will not be returning.

Too slow... they take forever to get to the third person on the list... imagine being the 8th person...you will have to cancel any plans to be there til 4pm and thats goin in at 8am!!! Terrible place to get drug tested or any other tests you need!

Suuuper nice lady, clean environment. I am afraid of needles and when she drew my blood swear on my life didnt hurt one bit. I was very surprised. Would go again for any blood service.

Ive never had a problem with service, however the staff isnt bilingual. They dont really speak any English. The eaiw to wasnt long.
