I was able to make an appointment and have all my blood work drawn and shipped off by the great staff. She did a great job drawing poking me and communicating with me while my 7 voles were drawn.

The staff was very professional. I was in and out in only a few minutes and was able to get results sent to my doctor within 2 days. The cost is very reasonable and I will definitely use them again.

First of all, the girl at the front desk was great! She was very personable and helpful answering any questions, and the whole process took about 5 minutes. I did not have an appointment, I walked in, drank a cup of water, provided a sample, and was out just as quickly as I was in!

My husband and I do not use health insurance and do everything by self pay. When it came to lab tests my husband needed, most labs would not even help him do to no insurance. Our experience with Any lab test now was quite the opposite. They were super helpful from initial phone call to collecting all labs, as well as knowing how to handle and deal with cash paying patients.Would highly recommend!!!!

Great Experience. Check-In was super easy. They were quick to get me back. The vampire was fabulous only one poke and I was done. I brought in a test that needed to be mailed out same day and they were able to take care of it all for me, saving me a stop along the way. FEDEX picks up there daily you just have to have your draw done before 4:30. Highly recommend!

I’ve been here 3 times to get blood work done for my pregnancies and every time they’re nice, fast and always find my vein as I have small ones and even nurses and doctors don’t do it on the first try! I will always come here when I need testing! I wish I had gotten her name but she was fast and sweet! I came around 9 am on 01/02/2024!

Awesome service!!! Ultra fast! I thought it would be a 30 minute + as a walk in w/ no appointment. It was more of a workout as I sat down and got up so quickly… my blood draw took less than 5 minutes from check-in to cottonball and bandage. Yes!

Quick, easy, and painless! I needed 2 labs done for my physician and they were priced better here. I allowed someone newer or learning, to draw my blood, and they did a great job! (Let them get experience, that’s how we learn!). All in all the whole thing probably took less than 15 minutes from walking in and the paperwork was very short.

This was my first time to Any Lab Test in Gilbert and I have to say that I will be going there often. The staff is super friendly and looked up the tests I requested and explained everything so I could understand. I appreciate being able to request any test I want without a trip to the doctors office. Quick and easy in and out. This lab was recommended by my son and daughter-in-law and they have had great experiences there also and the pricing is so reasonable too. Thank you

I completed the paperwork online and the intake at the desk was seamless. The actual blood draw was fast and actually painless - I didnt even feel a pinch! The location is about 25 minutes from where I live and I was in and out in about 10 minutes total time. Well worth the drive for the efficiency of both the front desk and the phlebotomist. If/when I need blood work again, this will be my first choice.

The address took me 10 miles East on Baseline from Ellsworth. I called when they opened & told me it was by Trader Joes 10 miles west of Ellsworth. When I got there she says oh we dont take insurance. You think you could have told me on the phone? Dont waste 2 hours as I did.

I showed up early and they took me in quick! Super friendly. Last time I got blood withdrawn elsewhere, they hurt me really bad but here they were quick and no pain!

The service was excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They drew my blood without a problem. I had 4 blood kits from all over the US and needed 18 tubes of blood. I have been coming to Mesa location for the past 5 years and Amanda was working the front desk at the time, but now has moved into a supervisor role. The new ownership made a great decision by having Amanda be a role model to her other staff and the customers. She always has been so polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. Its because of her I still come to the Mesa location to do my business every 2 months. I would not want to give my $ to any other facility. Also Alexis ( front desk) and Leslie whom performed my test were so nice and helpful. It makes a huge difference when the first impression at front desk is very polite and kind to the customers. It makes you want to continue your business at this location based on how professional and kind they are to customers. I would highly recommend anyone that needs services here to go in and see this team. These days with whats going on in the world ( pandemic) its hard to find great staff like the Mesa location.To the ownership of this location.. Very disappointed with this place. They under-quoted our lab order by almost $100 AND sent us someone elses lab results.We emailed this location an actual print-out copy of our lab order, they quoted us $576 for the total order. The day we arrived for our appointment, we were made to wait for more than 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, with no explanation as to why there was a delay, then to be told that they forgot to include a major portion of the lab order and would be charging us almost $100 more than what they quoted us.Additionally, we randomly received an email with SOMEONE ELSEs lab results, a major HIPPA violation.Not happy with this place and wont be returning here.

The office manager was at the front desk when we arrived. She didnt bother to look for my dogs Service dog vest or ask if my dog was a service dog before telling me the dog cant be here. I informed her it is my service dog and she bluntly told me it was a medical facility and dogs are not allowed. I then said she goes everywhere in the world with me and the only questions you can ask are is this a service dog and what tasks is it trained to perform. Then I pulled up az law showing its a class 3 misdemeanor to wrongly deny entry which is a 350.00 fine. She then went to the back and another woman, who never said who she was came out (found out she is the owner) and said its fine she stays. I tried to contact risk management to request education be given and turns out I was speaking to the office Manger who did nothing but attempt to convince me her conversation was not faulty. I have requested the owner contact me and will attempt to converse with a corporate office person.

They are the best at this location! Amanda and her team are very professional and super nice! It is always a pleasure to go in and get my B12 Shots. I have also sent my family in for various testing and they too have had a great experience! Thank you!

This place is AWESOME! They saw me right away as a walk-in and I was able to provide my urine sample for a job. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The staff was nice to me and explained as we went along. The service I received was better than the competition. Before locating this business and location, I had went to 3 other labs and their service was subpar. The wait times were over an hour, but not at Any Lab Test Now. The staff at Any Lab Test Now were fast and friendly. I will definitely consider them before going anywhere else. They made my day!

Went in for a blood draw for a carrier screening and was in and out! I’m a hard poker because I have small veins and my veins love to move as soon as getting poked and she got it on her 2nd try!! I have been going to this facility for over two years for Vit shots and have always found the personnel to be friendly and professional! Have send friends there also. My wife and I both had an appointment. We were taken right in, and we received the results the next morning per our request. And the people working there were very nice and professional.

As a travel RN, I’ve visited a multitude of labs that provide pre-employment drug screening, bloodwork and vaccine services. Most are absolutely terrible… They don’t answer their phone. Limited locations provide drug screenings and they’re universally, they’re only performed during certain times on certain days (Eg: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, between 0700-1430 and closed for lunch between 11:30-1300.) Wait time is terrible. Requires appointments and they’re booked out weeks in advance (despite employers demanding the test to be performed within the next 48-72 hours). Eg: Concerta, LabCorp. Eww.I experienced NONE of these common obstacles here. In fact, they profusely apologized for making me wait under 10 minutes. (Seriously? Awesome!!!)In addition to a drug screening, I had to get QuantiFERON (blood test for TB). They had a student perform the venipuncture me. Now, I’m what even experienced ICU nurses would often call a “difficult stick,” but I also am a major advocate for education, so I’ll always allow a brave student at least one attempt. When she didn’t get a blood flow immediately, the senior phlebotomist patiently guided her. They also both made sure I was okay along the process by checking in with me. (I never tell people I’m a RN, and I was probably coming off like a big pansy as I prefer to look away when people stick me.) Upon following the senior phlebotomist’s advice, she made a minor adjustment and quickly made access. The experience was highly positive.If this place was overly busy and understaffed, as most of their competitors are, there’s no way they would of had time to allow this to happen!One more thing: The facility was clean, spacious and nice. The employee at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. She made a great first impression!Whatever Any Lab Test Now is doing… Other places should follow suit! Whenever given a choice, I’ll will always request to go to this place!

I am so incredibly impressed I had to write a review the office staff is so pleasant and nice and I usually have to get pricked several times sometimes requiring an ultrasound machine and Michelle got it on the first try was absolutely painless and a wonderful experience.

Was easy enough to set up an appointment however when I got to my appointment I was about 10 minutes early… The receptionist seemed very frazzled because her system had went down and she was kind of short and snippy with me so not a good first impression. I waited will be on my appointment time to have my blood drawn which was more painful than normal blood draws… The follow up with my paperwork and lab results was somewhat of a paper Chase...as the receptionist was a bit snippy and rude again when I asked for her to send me my results. If they weren’t so inexpensive I would not use them again but compared to $600 for the same test at LabCorp I guess I’m stuck. Whomever answers the phone, needs additional training or coaching on customer service.

Everyone is friendly at this location. Nice and clean also. The best part is that it is so easy to make an appointment.

Had a very great encounter with Kierra. She was very professional and exercised great patience with me. She was also very clean which is appreciated pre/post pandemic. Will be back for testing needs. Thank you!

I had to get a PCR test to travel and this office was so quick and efficient I can not recommend them enough. The girls working in the office are so nice and helpful, and results that are supposed to take 3 days to receive only took 1! Will be going back for any of my testing needs!

So here is the deal. Best experience ever! Amanda at front desk scheduled my blood draw within 24 hours, helped with paperwork, and answered questions. Leslie L did the blood draw in 5 minutes. I will NEVER again in life go to Sonora Quest. Doing blood work has always been a nightmare for me. I am a hard stick and I end up being poked 3 or 4 times and it takes an hour or more for the process. I am able to bring my Sonora Quest requisition forms with my providers Sonora quest ID and they can do the blood draw. There is a minimal fee but my time, the convenience and not being poked over and over is worth every single penny. Bye bye Sonora ...hello Any Lab Test. Thank you for making my day!

The two girls working here at the time of myVisit were super rude and apparently inconvenienced but my visit. They were more concerned discussing their social lives and dismissing me than doing their job properly. Will not use again.

Ive only used this service once, for a job drug test (the companies choice), and upon arrival I was greeted by a nice young lady and shortly after an older Caucasian lady walked up and was VERY rude. Made me repeat why I was there and was told the cut off time was at 4pm, mind you it was around 5p. I told her I had an appt and she repeated they only do drug test for employers before 4pm. Her tone was very rude and sharp. I showed her my documents and she reached over and showed me the hours of op. I asked her if she was joking, she looked at me said NO and to try tomorrow. I couldnt believe how rude she was. I walked out and DID NOT want to come back but knew I had to for this job. I showed up the next day and THANK GOD she didnt greet me and I didnt have to speak to her. I really wish I could remember her name 😒 this incident occurred 1.12.18

Front desk was very rude, there was no sign-in, she just told everyone to have a seat, I was there for school, so I did not have a choice where I went. I was told I didn’t need an appointment, the front desk girl was sure to let me know they don’t take walk-ins.To make it all worse we’re the dead and living bugs all over the floor, I would NOT go back

This is a great place I go there every week! I get b 12 shots and have done so over a year! Yes they have worked so well and trust me these technicians are awesome 👏 You should give it a shot too trust me you will love it for energy there is nothing better!!

Would give this place 5 stars if it was all based on their employees. First time here and the employees where all very nice and professional BUT the place itself is beyond dark! Made me feel somehow uncomfortable. They should really change those lights out.

Very good service went in and got my labs drawn so fast the lady had a light hand when she drew my blood I didn’t even feel it and no bruising she also gave me a good price . Will be recommending them.

Fast and hassle free. Went in for covid testing and Amanda was simply amazing, she was kind and very gentle when swabbing.Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Appointments mean nothing here. My wife made appointment for 8:00 am right away when they opened. Upon arrival they allowed 3 walk ins to go ahead of us. Expressing our concerns the lady said that people can make appointments but they take first come. How does this make sense? You be the judge.

This was an very pleasant experience compared to the lab draws I had in the larger Lab Locations. Although I had to pay a lab fee, the speed of service and the proficient manner in which the Lab Technician drew my blood tests showed me the professional quality of their operation.

My husband is scared of needles and Ive never had my blood drawn before, but the staff was really kind and supportive, great location thanks again 😌

If you expect to receive basic levels of customer service or any respect whatsoever, TURN AROUND and go to another lab. I cannot express the level of dissatisfaction I have with this lab... Im almost speechless. The accusations of not providing a legitimate sample, on top of the disregard for patient privacy and letting everyone in the waiting room know the patients business, should have been enough for management to care. Not here! Amanda, the supervisor, has the lowest amount of decency I have ever encountered in another human being. She does not appear to have an ability to empathize with others, nor does she seem to have the basic skill set to carry on a conversation without becoming accusatory and defensive. Faith, the owner, doesnt know how to run an ethical business nor does she accept accountability for the mistakes of her careless staff. She let me be heard. Hear this, Faith: Its obvious why this lab is nothing more than a run down hole in the wall in a strip mall. The way you are running your business is not sustainable, and as I can see from the other reviews here, I am not the only one who has experienced this repulsive behavior. When the customers stop showing, or even worse when businesses stop directing traffic your way, maybe youll get what I and many others are trying to get across to you. You cannot allow your staff to ruin peoples lives because they are miserable doing their job. Find people who want to be there that can provide a level of service that you can be proud of and maybe the negative reviews and angry customer complaints will stop. Fix your location to be conducive to privacy. Fix your perspective on what it means to be responsible for what happens in your lab.
