The office personnel are efficient, compassionate and friendly. Dr. Stratford was the same. He patiently examined me while keeping me informed. The meeting in his office to explore my options was a nice personal touch which made me feel more comfortable. Shout out to Liz. She was in constant communication with me throughout post surgery issues.

My first visit.. I was impressed with the office and staff.Dr. Stratford is one of the best physicians I’ve ever seen. I was understandably nervous, and his professional demeanor and concern immediately eased my anxiety. Hoping any following visits are as comfortable.

Dr Stratford and his staff are professional and helpful. Most importantly I felt heard and I understand fully what I need to do for a greater quality of life. I’m confident in Dr Stratford and I’m moving forward to surgery. Thank you all for your care & kindness.

My first two visits were satisfactory, but on my last visit, I sat in the waiting room for an hour after my appointment time, was rushed in the exam room and told my vitals would be taken after (they never were) and the doctor came in talking as fast as an auctioneer stating that I needed therapy to improve my kegal muscles. My first exam with him he told me that he could tell I kept my kegal muscles in shape...who can figure. I was then instructed to call one of three therapy places for get some appointments and that I would need to see if they even took my insurance. One is booked out for more than 2 months, one was cash pay and the other did not call back. This appointment could have been done with a quick phone call and not a drive through traffic, a rushed visit and out the door so they could leave for lunch...presumably since it was almost 1 before I was leaving with an 1130 appointment time.

Had to wait 4 weeks to get an appointment, I was ok with that. But I had a test done 2 days after my appointment, and was not given the results for 5 weeks! The results were that I needed physical therapy, why couldnt one of his many employees just call me so I could have gotten 5 weeks of therapy in. Instead I was left with 9 weeks of wetting myself! Found a more available Doctor!

Very friendly staff.Dr. Stratford made me feel comfortable. He explained the procedure in simple words. I really recommend this doctor.

Dr. Stratford is a great doctor. He truly cares about his patients. Its always nice and clean in there as well.

Received excellent care...very communicative and Dr. Stratfords medical assistant always returned my phone calls promptly. So appreciated!

The only thing I received from this visit was a large $300 bill on an initial consultation visit. I received no answers and was told I needed further tests for any sort of treatment plan to be put into place. When I called the office to inquire about the large bill on a consultation visit, they said I was paying for the expensive equipment and machines they offer as specialists (that I wont be able to utilize unless I paid more money). I feel ripped off and taken advantage of. Total waste of my time, money and Im quite frankly very sad I could not get my problem treated.

Dr. Stratford was very caring and thorough in diagnosing my issues. Because I was leaving town for the summer, he made an extra effort to get me tested and seen before I left

I was very nervous about my appointment but Dr Stratford made me feel as if I was his number one concern. That in itself made me comfortable. The women’s center was recommended by my GYN. I was coming in for a bladder prolapse very nervous, but the staff and the Doctor made me very comfortable. They treated me with respect, answered all my concerns ease my mind for upcoming surgery that I’m having I would recommend this place most definitely. Excellence from the time I opened the door. Receptionist was so kind when I called because I was held up in traffic and would be late. The spacious waiting room has plenty of seating for patients and care givers. Serenely decorated, it feels wonderfully relaxing to just sit. Back office is amazing, interactiveand kind. I am not able to give my MD, Dr. Stratford, enough kudos for his patient and thorough care. Rarely do I feel this comfortable with a physician. His persistence and knowledge are amazing. I am sure all the other medical staff and office employees are just as thorough and caring. Thank you for the phenomenal experience I have every time I visit. I am grateful and hugely blessed to have been referred to this office.

From walking in the door, what a positive experience. The girl at the desk was very nice & seemed to genuinely care...both at checkin & checkout (making my therapy appointments & followup). I barely sat down before I was taken back. Dr Stratford was fantastic! I so dreaded making this appointment & hearing what the Dr has to say. BUT, it seems to be a fixable issue, with therapy. Only down side, over a month out for therapy appointment. Oh well, Ive lived with it for a while, whats another month. 😎. So glad I found Dr Stratford.

Waited quite a while for my appt, as the Dr was behind. But understandable, as he missed a day last week. I’m sure he was trying to fit in those patients. I appreciate that Dr Stratford wasn’t rushed and still took the time to explain things in detail to me. He has always taken time with me for my other appts as well.

Dr Stratford did my original surgery in 2012 and it is still holding. I recently went in for a related problem and he was thorough and professional. I was particularly impressed that he went with the least invasive step before anything else.

I’m a nurse practitioner and I refer patients here all the time. I used to recover Dr Stratford’s pts in the hospital and they never had complications. I found the office very clean and organized. Everyone was friendly. Dr Stratford listened to my concerns, addressing them all and I am confident in his treatment plan. He was very professional and the exam was gentle.

Dr Stratford is “excelente”went to see him for a terrible problem that no one could solve, not even my urologist, he immediately understood the problem, this is my sixth day of medicine for infection on my cyst by the uretra ( 3.9 cm., after 4 months with terrible symptoms). Dr Ryan Stratford’s knowledge and compassion put me at ease. He took his time, explained what he was going to be doing and performed a thorough exam. Afterwards he had me get dressed and I met him in his office to discuss what he found and what my treatment options were. I left his office with a plan and feeling optimistic he could help me. I am going to refer my best friend to him for her bladder issues.

Dr. Stratford is always cordial and explains details of his diagnosis in a way thats easy for me to understand and how the anatomy works and why it sometimes doesnt quite work together. He explains the diagnosis and then gives options for going forward, but always leaves the decision up to me. I like the fact that surgery isnt at the forefront if another way is easier and less invasive.The staff is exceptional: Even with a mask, their eyes smile and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Dr. Stratford was very thorough in his exam, sitting with me before the exam and asking and documenting all of my symptoms. He was also very kind and caring. He took the time to explain my problem, the options, his opinion on the best course and answering all of my questions. Dr Stratford has a great staff of nurses and therapists. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all of them. I had a follow up with the doctor and due to some new health issues and my continued obesity, the doctor is unable to perform the needed surgery to correct my bladder issues. He was able to give me some temporary solutions to try in the interim until I get my other issues under control. He was not very empathetic about the reasons for my weight issues which are mostly out of my control and some of his suggested solutions I am physically unable to do. But he has only met with me twice and doesnt know my situation and health circumstances very well so Im giving him a slide on that. Its so funny how most doctors want to dismiss you when youre obese blaming everything on your weight without taking the time to dig down and understand the reasoning behind it. I must say though, Dr Stratford is an excellent doctor, is very kind and comes highly recommended and thought of by his colleagues.

Contradicted everything I had ever been told by the leading pelvic health Dr Michael Hibner who I have seen for 12 years and trust with everything I have. I only saw Dr Stratford because Dr H no longer takes insurance for Botox. He really could have injured me further. He has a Masters in Business

I was high risk for my surgery, and was referred to Dr. Stratford. I was very impressed from my 1st visit through my surgery and recovery. Dr Stratford explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable before we proceeded with surgery. I will and have recommended him to several friends who were left with problems after their 1st surgery. I highly recommend Him, the staff and office!

I have been coming for years to the Womens center. With that said youd think my problem was solved, but I was told that it was a very very slow process to treat my concerns. I have been ever so patient and appreciative of everything Dr Stratford and his team has done. The first couple of years I only seen the dr maybe twice or three times, he has NP that care for therapy and such. After my interstem we were hoping problems solved but no such luck. So now Dr Stratford is going to try Botox, and or other procedures. Im truly grateful that we have a doctor that can help us old ladies and our female problems. Dr. Stratfords expertise and extensive experience are obvious in the information he provided and how well my pelvic floor repair surgery and recovery went. My surgery produced the results I was after. Dr. Stratford asks relevant questions and listens carefully to my answers, to make explanatory comments that are reassuring and also helped me make decisions. I appreciate the time he takes to thoroughly answer my questions or concerns. The healing process went well due to the clear, thorough post-op information I was given to follow, as well as easy post-op communication processes with quick responses to my follow-up phone or portal questions. I knew what to expect along the way, which prevented potential anxiety. Dr. Stratford and all his staff and nurses are very patient! Im glad I chose Dr. Stratford and his practice to perform my surgery.

I saw Dr. Stratford this week. I needed reassurance that prolapse surgery I had back in Minnesota in September 2020 had not failed. He is very kind, thorough, informative...all the things you want in a doctor. He was able to reassure me that my repairs are holding up just fine and take care of a small issue with healing that I wanted addressed. I will return to him for any future issues with my prolapse without a doubt! His staff at the clinic are equally kind and professional.

I am very happy to share my wonderful treatment at the Womans Center with Dr. Stratford. AT 71 I had no clue that my incontenance was solvable. I was getting more and more depressed watching all the adds for devices and medications that were available. After a thorough exam Dr. Stratford explained my problem and he was able to place a mid urethra sling that has helped me out to a 75% advantage after a short out-patient surgery. I am returning for PT and am looking forward to even better results.

It can be a little unnerving being a new patient having an extensive exam. Dr. Stratford allayed my fears and presented me with surgical and non-surgical options as solutions. Dr Strattford and his staff are wonderful to work with. They were very informative about my surgery and made me feel very comfortable to move forward with it. Dr Strattford and his staff even identified a potentially life threatening issue and referred me to another Dr to have that dealt with.

I came to Dr Stratford after my third baby left me with a leaking bladder. I couldnt run or laugh hard or sneeze without a pantyliner. It was absolutely terrible and embarrassing. I went hoping to get my problem fixed. My first interaction with him and the staff was pleasant. He explained things well- told me what could be wrong, howd theyd figure it out. He did not seem in a hurry and was available to answer all my questions and put me at ease whenever I didnt understand something or became nervous. Eventually, the conclusion was that I needed surgery. The staff was patient with me every time I called with more questions or when they called me to set everything up. They explained every step to me and made sure I completely understood what was going to happen. The day of the surgery Dr Stratford came in, made sure I didnt have any additional questions, and went over the surgery process. The surgery went well and after I woke up Dr Stratford came through and told me what to expect after the fact. The days that followed resulted in me having multiple contacts with the staff working there and they were patient, provided excellent customer service, and were super helpful. I highly recommend seeing Dr Stratford, not only did he fix my issue but he was a down to earth, easy to talk to and patient doctor.

My visit was way above the norm! I did not wait 15 min- 1 hr to see Dr. Stratford! Staff more than efficient, caring and friendly. I had heard from many sources about Dr. Stratford! Dr. Stratford found out that physical therapy would help my condition. Staff was efficient, friendly and professional. However there was a very long wait.

Very professional and caring.Dr. Stratford is very patient and careful on explanations as well as listening to your concerns. A note of warning: On more than one occasion I have reviewed the after visit report on the Patients Portal and found the notes to be very much in error of what actually transpired in the visit. Those notes, I discovered, are completed by the staff using a template of text of what could/should/may have transpired. BE YOUR OWN HEALTH ADVOCATE; read everything and speak up if you need to set the record straight.

Dr. Stratford did my complete pelvic floor surgery several years ago. He shortened my Vigina considerably, which, completely messed up intercourse with my husband. This is no lie, before surgery, he said”your husband is going to like what I do”. I would absolutely not recommend him.

Dr Stratford has a very good bedside manner and took the time to explain things in detail. I would recommend him to anyone. Also the office is beautiful.

I needed a hysterectomy. So I got in my insurance book and looked for a Doctor near me. I found Doctor Ryan. I expected to be examined and sent to another Doctor for surgery. That was not the case. He told me he would be doing the surgery, which lifted a ton of my shoulders. Of not going from Doctor to Doctor. He asked if I wanted it done before the end of the year. I told him yes. He scheduled me for two weeks from that date. Yesterday I had my 8 week check up and was cleared to have intercourse. I am fine and feeling great after the surgery. I had a very bad prolapse, had it for more than 10 yrs, it progressively got worse. Not anymore. Dr. Ryan is wonderful and so is his staff. Thank You From The Bottom Of My Heart. And God Bless.
