I recently visited Get Well Now Primary & Same-Day Care due to some discomfort in my lower abdomen and side. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to see me—there was no wait time at all, which is rare these days.The staff was incredibly nice and genuinely concerned about my issue. Multiple professionals took the time to examine me thoroughly, ensuring they covered all possible causes. They were meticulous in their approach, following a comprehensive checklist to rule out any potential problems.After the examination, they recommended that I get a CT scan and even took the initiative to set everything up for me at another establishment. The entire process was extremely convenient, and I felt well cared for from start to finish.Thank you, Get Well Now, for addressing my needs promptly and with such care!

A friend had recommended Get Well Now and even though it was a bit of a drive I went in to follow up on some concerns from a recent surgery. Mark and the staff were very friendly, thorough and patient. They were able to identify the issue quickly and were spot on with the treatment provided. The visit was also more affordable than the urgent care centers near me. It was worth the drive and I will definitely be using Get Well Now moving forward. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hinde is very personable, thorough, and reliable! He got me in for an appointment that I scheduled last minute, and as soon as my exam was over, he was on the phone calling around for the earliest availability to get me the imaging I needed. After several calls I had my imaging scheduled for that same day. Can’t ask for better service.

Professional, kind & Knowledgeable. I came across Get well now about 1 yr ago & I haven’t seen another Dr. since. Mark is the kind of Dr. that hears you, connects with the kids (I have 3 from 17-8) he has seen all 3. He educates & provides treatment when needed. I will continue to seek medical care for as long as he is available. I will and do recommend him to friends and family. We need more providers like him.

I was in and out. Mark was awesome. Took care of me and prescribed me better medications. And recommended otc medicine as well. Ive been sick consistently for 5 months and mark was able to help me. This was one of the best experiences Ive actually had with a urgent Care appointment. My nephew had run out of insurance they were affordable, no waiting and even helped me get the best deal for his prescription. I will be recommending to all family and friends. I wish that it was one of the first searches that came up because I called so many places for him to be seen and was quoted $300 for a doctors visit which was completely out of my price range. It was $100 no hidden fees no nothing very simple and $20 for prescription he had double ear infections and again I couldnt be more happy with the service very thankful that I found this place

Came in today with second degree grease burns, and only picked this location because it was closest to where we live. Was seen immediately, treated with so much kindness and compassion, and they looked for ways to charge us less for the appointment and prescription. Genuinely the best urgent care visit I’ve ever had! Would definitely come back for future emergencies (though hopefully not anytime soon).

Fast friendly help. It was refreshing to be helped so quickly, even as self pay! I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them.

Had a issue with something irritating my eye which was very painful. Didnt have to wait except to fill out some basic paperwork. Mark was very friendly and thorough in his examination. He was able to see some abrasion and prescribed antibiotics. He said it might clear itself, which it did later that night. Highly recommend!

I don’t know what I expected but I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient the clinic was managed. I had an appointment and there was hardly any wait time to get seen by the provider. Mark, the FNP, was thorough and most importantly he listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed. And he followed up with me, as promised, via text, alerting me about the meds he prescribed and test results. I was just as pleased with the fees…very reasonable considering some out-of-pocket insurance fees can be ridiculous.

Place is great! The Dr is the best I think I’ve had over the years. Not much if any sitting in the waiting room or room waiting to be seen. Been going to Get well now for a few years now and won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend

This office is so great. Dr. Mark Hinde is very kind and understanding. I went in for a walk-in and it was super easy and fast. He knows how to do a huge array of things. He’s also great with kids.

After a run in with poison ivy, I had a rash that spread all over my abdomen, arms and legs. I tried over the counter topical creams, but it only got worse. I found Dr. Mark Hinde through a google search for urgent. There was no wait, a quick form and a couple questions about my issue… and then he sent me on my way with a prescription steroid. 15 minutes is all the appointment was. In 2 days the poison ivy rash was unnoticeable and completely gone by the 4th day. The Dr. knows his stuff, he’s professional, and he’s very efficient.

I was very impressed with Dr. Hinde. I had a very positive experience there and I feel like he cares about my health and Im not just a number. I feel fortunate I found him.

Honestly, No where in the East or West Valley is anywhere comparable to this customer service and prices. Dr. Mark was very kind professional and very thorough. Please, please if you need a school or work physical done come here. I will be coming here for everything and recommending everyone. Thank you again.

I was able to get in quickly, and the care was thorough, efficient and personable. My appointment was on a Friday afternoon and Mark went above and beyond to get me as many results quickly, including scheduling a CT scan and sharing the findings as soon as he received them. There are not enough stars here, it should be 50 ⭐️ From the second I called the office the service was beyond outstanding. Being from Canada we do not have this kind of quick and efficient medical care.The cost to have the Doctor video call was the best $50.00 I have ever spent.He was professional and did a medical review before giving me my prescription.I suffer horribly with motion sickness and sadly Canada does not have this patch anymore. People are always so quick to complain and slow to compliment. So please, here is my compliment.I truly appreciated how you and your staff went above and beyond for my care. I obviously have been feeling horrible, but my PCP and Minute Clinic just treated me like a number - some doctors have a horrible habit of not listening to their patients. That is not the case in your practice. I felt more relief today through your care than I have since my entire treatment. I would be more than happy to refer everyone I know to your facility for medical care. One more thing, I wished that more doctors gave their patients fluids!!!! I was so dehydrated! I definitely don’t feel 100% yet - but you definitely helped me feel so much better and I am extremely grateful for your team! Keep up the good work!!! It turned out that a doctor named Mark Hinde welcomed us and wanted to make sure that we could get recovered faster from sickness. He evaluated me and discovered what kind of sickness I had. He prescribed me best medications. Guess what? I feel healthy as a horse now so is wife too. He’s very good at diagnosing health problems! I promise you that you won’t be disappointed! 😉

I love coming here. Dr. Hinde is excellent with my kids I have 6 and he is quick, thorough and understands the kind of parent I am without Judging. He is playful with them and gets the job done. He treats when they are sick, well and even trauma injury. I even see him for my thyroid. He is awesome and close by. I just like that he doesnt treat me and my kids like we are just a number or money in his pocket. I do feel like he cares about my kids health.

Its nice to find a place that cares about patients again. He even text the next day to see how I was doing after being diagnosed with the flu. He took the extra step to educate us on keeping the rest of the family from getting it with preventative care. He has been amazing!

Get Well Now has been my PCP for over a year. I’ve been very pleased with the service. My previous PCP shut down his practice and referred me to two other PCP offices. Both of those offices had several month wait times for an appointment. I’ve never had to wait long for an appointment at Get Well Now. This office is able to prescribe all my exams and Rx needs. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

The staff was very nice and helpful. My telehealth visit was in depth. I had an xray ordered and everything went well. I was informed of the results the next morning and appreciated the insightful recommendations. I definitely would go there again in the future and would recommend them to others.

So I as feeling sick for a few days.They gathered all my medical information in a respectful, professional manner. I was feeling better and needed a note for work. 50 bucks for a telemedicine appointment with no insurance is well worth it. I will definitely continue to use them. I meant to ask if they do wellness checks.

I’ve visited Get Well Now twice in the last couple of months. The first time was due to a fall and the second time was for an eye infection. Both times I received excellent treatment. The staff was caring and friendly. I highly recommend them.

The service provided is great. They are up to date with all the new treatments, medications, supplements, etc. In the middle of covid, they were among the very very few that provided monoclonal antibody treatment and, as they evolved, provided the most recent ones, while none of the urgent cares, doctors office and even main hospitals did not have them or did not know the rules on how to get them. At one point, to get any kind of monoclonal antibody treatment, you needed to go either spent 10-12 hrs in some major hospital ER, or you could go here within the hour. Also, the quickness of treatment felt like it was some sort of luxury personal doctor that comes at home and, in this day and age, that timely and stress free treatment makes a difference. Mark provides also supplement treatment and I was posotively surprised that he uses some supplements that I have done a lot of research about and have confirmed with doctors about their effectiveness as well like Glutathione, Zinc, Vitamind D, etc. And to top it, he accepts most insurances so, you dont have to pay cash for an almost luxury level service. Thank you!

I visited Get Well Now located at Main Street and Greenfield in Mesa on 12/15/2022. My Nurse Practitioner was Mr. Mark Hinde. He signed me in and took my vitals as well as listening to my in-depth explanation of how I thought I got the flu. Turns out I tested positive for the flu but no initial result of Covid from the fifteen minute quick test.I say this because he contacted me twenty four hours later to inform me that he had sent the test strip in for a lab result that also came back negative. An act I believe was above and beyond the norm.Mr. Hindes bed side manner exemplified his professionalism.I will absolutely be returning to this location for care under his medical guidance.I will recommend this facility to my family and friends.Five stars, thanks Mark.

Tuesday was the second time I’ve visited this clinic. I initially was going there for a rapid Covid test and unfortunately did test positive. Mark was very thorough compassionate and professional and I will not hesitate to make this be my go to urgent care clinic, even if it is a 45 minute drive from my house, totally worth it!!! I would not hesitate to recommend a clinic to anybody needing urgent care services. A++++

This should be renamed covid clinic, not a doctors office and I would certainly not come here for primary care.I made an appointment online as an urgent care visit for earlier this morning. This was the only place with morning availability and now I know why ….The doctor initially seemed on top of things and emailed me about insurance right after I booked and rang me to tell me they take it and that I could come in anytime. I said I’d likely be in around my appt time of 9am.I arrive at 9am for my appointment, they had no room for me, I was asked to hang out and compete paperwork past the waiting area. They took payment up front. I then waited 30 minutes to see the doctor for 30 seconds who said to come back at a later date if things get worse (looking for another insurance claim 💰). He did not ask questions he should have regarding other symptoms like fever associated with my lesion.I completely felt like they were just after the insurance claims and had zero sense of patient care. He was flexible in terms of getting people in, just so he could make more money off insurance.The clinic is open plan, I could hear all conversations with other patients and his one staff member - which was unprofessional.I’d advise against going into this clinic for non covid reasons as you’d be likely to attract covid there and in my experience the office was unprofessional and I did not get the impression the doctor was skilled.

Great staff, fast, and convenient Covid test procedures. I did not have to step out of my car to get tested. I want to thank Mark Hinde for the excellent customer service at the clinic and for doing everything possible to get me out of there with my results in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible businessI was told how great they were by a friend boy was she wrong!!! This Business is only money hungry not at all interested in the well being of a patientTook 3 months for a refund of up front cash all while he knew insurance was paying. I have blasted this guy all over social media I pray he goes out of business he is a wolf in Sheep clothingThey prey on the poor at this office. All practices are shady here

This was amazing service. I called on a Saturday and Mark answered the phone and was able to set up a time. I stayed in my car and Mark took care of everything it was super fast and convenient. Will definitely be going here instead of an Urgent Care.

Was just told by the dr that I can no longer have him as my primary care physician. All because I scheduled an appointment ONLINE and nobody returned my call or approved the apt request. Tried calling the office at 2:15 AND 4:48 only to have a recording that states they are open until 5:30.... here is the response via email that I received when attempting to reach someone at the office....We are not willing to continue your care. You are welcome to go to a nearby urgent care facility. Thank you for respecting this request. All I was trying to do was set up an appointment for a physical. Well they just lost my family as patients. STAY CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE! Update....here is a response from a previous review....Response from the ownera month agoIt is crucial that all patients provide a full and detailed history as to ensure that we give the highest level of care possible. We always try our best to give extraordinary care to every patient that we encounter I also had heart issues after my covid shot here at this location....I also just got an email that the dr removed my portal access too. What a joke this place is. Good luck staying in business! Update to the response of the NURSE that is running the place (thats right, there is NO DOCTOR HERE)...You had me mixed up with someone else and by you treating me the way you did, warranted that response! I was only at your office ONCE! For a COVID SHOT! Then you block my number, remove my access from the portal and cancel me as a patient!!?? You didnt even have the decency to tell me WHY! You just said you dont have to disclose that information. The way you handled the situation was very unprofessional and Thats why YOU ARE A NURSE and NOT a DOCTOR!

Going through covid w underlying medical conditions has been tough. Get Well Now made sure I was ok, taken care of and timely. Great communication from front office staff to the provider who came to our home to help me. Thank you at all of you who helped get me access to the care i need. You are a blessing to humanity.

Awful doctor here , I came in with heart inflammation after covid vaccine and he prescribed me steroids which is known to make heart inflammation worse! My condition known as pericarditis is now recurrent at 6 months and my cardiologist said it is likely from being treated with steroids at onset.

These guys took great care of me from the moment I walked in the door, everything was fast and efficient and it was super easy to get my prescription right after the appoinment. I highly recommend these guys.

Terrible staff I had Did screen testing via The website and scheduled a J&J vaccine however. The Staff member which was a man decided to screen me again in person which then i made a sarcastic Joke simply saying “i had symptoms of a cold”. He then Denied my Covid Vaccine.
