Best doctors office Ive been to. Dr. Fernandez and clinic staff are friendly and inviting. No one enjoys going to the doctor but they know how to put a smile on your face and answer any questions you have. Highly recommend!

Such a bad experience all the way around. When you walk in you have to knock on the glass window, hope the staff stops chatting and acknowledge your existence, then they check you in rudely.The doctor feeling he’s God gift to gays jeopardizing my health refusing to switch my med and leaving me for weeks without medication thanks to the lab for losing my results, to the condescending nurse who took the liberty of scheduling my appointments without even consulting with me. Congrats to the pharmacy staff. They’re outstanding.

Everytime I visit Latoya Taylor at reception is so inviting and we always have great conversations. She is so easy to communicate with. You can tell she really cares. Also Dr. Sherlan Thomas is THE Best. I dont know what Id do if she wasnt here.. The visit never feels forced or rushed. Its like coming in and talking to a homegirl of mine. We have real communication and she always ask me how Im doing and feeling.This kind of service makes it a pleasure to come here without hesitation. I always feel like I am their only patient. Also Marie, she is definitely my cooler 😆. Shes fun to be around. We always have a good laugh. I love the people here. This is what true care is all about. Ive never felt neglected here. Always a top priority. Thank you so much for caring for me. Because of them I will continue to care for myself and stay adherent.

Staff members Jael, Latoya, Erica,, Marie, Dr. Thomas, as well as the entire pharmacy staff are consistently professional and friendly. The entire team functions well together, and the names mentioned specifically here are the people that I see most often when attending appointments. I appreciate their kind demeanor and dedication to quality care.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but for me, a transwoman who just moved from a blue state to a red one, trying to navigate her healthcare…. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience. From contacting Danielle at linkage to the front desk staff, my provider, even the lab tech was amazing and extremely competent and patient focused! NP Thomas is literally the perfect match FOR ME… The blueprint for shattering stigma! Thank you guys for all that you do and for helpings get everything taken care of!

I think (hope) they mean well, but getting medical attention here is dangerous for your health. You cant count on anyone checking your test results and calling you if something is amiss. Its extremely unlikely to get anyone on the phone at the front desk, as they seem to be chronically understaffed. Their normal response is to place you on hold until you abandon all hope and hang up. The pharmacy is the exact opposite - attentive, competent and excellent patient care. My advice is find a good doctor elsewhere and use the pharmacy.

Where do I start... The people are truly amazing, absolutely incredible! The love and passion that I experienced coming from those employees was truly heartfelt. Words cant say how amazing these people truly are, showed me so much care and love and made sure every step was complete from there on out. Recommended......YES!!!!

I am writing this today after waiting 6 months because today I learned that my cancer is in remission -in no thanks at all to AHF and Dr Bryan Gaudio. This used to be a very good practice when Dr. Piperato and Dr Samaro were there. I should have seen the warning signs after my first appointment with Dr Gaudio. He doesnt make eye contact and prefers to stare in the computer when speaking to his patients. This clinic and Dr Gaudio , for whatever reason, could not get an MRI approved by my insurance company. Dr Gaudio assigns everything to Rosie-the overworked and apparently inexperienced referral coordinator. He also assigned her to contact me when the suspected I might have cancer-the referral coordinator!!! not the Doctor!! I finally found a much better doctor at Baptist Health on Alton Road who had my MRI approved in one day!!! After that MRI I was put in an ambulance and rushed to MT Sinai hospital . I was told I was very close to paralysis . If I had stayed with AHF I would have been in a wheelchair the rest of my life!!! Avoid this place !!!!!!!!!

Very difficult to get in touch with the from desk 👎 put you in hold forever!😞the cases managers dont really explain what you really need to do to help you! The only great thing is the pharmacy 🌟(as longer carlos palacio is there to help you)

They dont answer the phones or return calls. The medical care providers are incompetent at best.

They are shameless and disrespectful, they make you come for a laboratory exam, they are suspended, they do not notify you in advance, my laboratory was at 1:20 pm, I arrive at the reception and the Brazilian manager responds in an ostensible way, little management, that she does not have Its your fault that someone tells you to file a complaint, they answer you, call whoever wants to, then at 2:40 they call you from reception to tell you that the appointment was suspended. I pay for medical insurance, they are not giving me the service, I come from afar paying Uber to get to my appointment is not the treatment given to an abusive patient, lack of professional ethics.

Their service is getting worse and worse, Ive been trying to get a medical prescription for more than a week and no one can solve it, and my insurance wont send me my medicine without that, I had an appointment to take labs and it was canceled without notifying me, now Im calling to complain and someone tells me that it is because they did not have my insurance information, but another person uses the excuse that it is because of the pandemic situation (they should agree if they are going to lie) that they should agree on the excuses that are going to happen. Lets face it, this is the moment and they keep saying were going to call you back and no one can help me and while I have more than a week without my medicine.

The wait for them to answer or call you back is horrible, horrible. I dont understand how one of these centers has this kind of poor customer service.Wait time when you call is horrific! If you leave a message it is never returned not even after 24 hours.I dont get how a center of this magnitude can have this bad service
