Bad customer service. rude people since from the reception ! they dont give a damn for you, it looks like everyone hates their jobs, they hate to explain things twice and are very rispid with orientations. the doctor was the most friendly person.

Best AHF location. The staff is super nice, timely and organized. Shout out to the beautiful Cuban nurse with the enchanting voice who took such good care of me. I’m sorry I forgot your name. 10/10

This place is great if you need free STD/HIV testing! every time I’ve come it’s always been fast and easy to get seen. The staff is also super nice, helpful, and informative. They really care about making sure people have access to free testing. I highly recommend this facility if you’re in need of fast and free testing.

I arrived with a little skepticism but Johanna, the Cuban girl , took such good care of me and made me feel so comfortable that it was easy to do everything for me. Thank you very much Johana and the rest of the staff

The middle eastern doctor is rude and also whole crew. The receptionist don’t speak English at all and they are very confused what to do each time. Go straight to the clinic in Biscayne couse south beach is very lack of professionalismI left with no tests and they don’t want to provide help. They don’t know anything so you will run to the pharmacy and back to them 4 times until they will realise that they did the mistake.I was missing pills and the clinic in Biscayne can help you asap, the clinic in sobe - don’t care.If you will not leave the place they scare you with police.

The attention as always was excellent by Johanna Fumero, very sweet and helpful, it is noticeable that she is very professional in her work. The procedures are super fast and easy.

I went on a Tuesday afternoon and there was no wait. Great experience. All the staff I interacted with were very kind. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Had a weird experience with a middle eastern Doctor there today he made me feel very uncomfortable, he was frustrated for what ever personal reasons he Was facing. He was rude and the tone of his voice was very offensive as if I did something wrong by coming in to see him on that day and time for care. (Idk him I didn’t request this man, the nurse walked me to his office. )I tried to be patient with him so he could come to his senses but because he was long gone in his own traumas. He was so frustrated i said to myself that I didn’t want treatment from him. I let him know that I feel his frustrations and asked him did I upset him, that made him act out worst. He raised his voice and I told him not to raise his voice me me. He told me to get out. I was blown away, but in the same breathe I was happy because a person that battles with their negative thoughts and being pleasant should not be treating me or anyone for anything. I’ll go to my primary Dr. moving forward. That doctor is unsafe be careful of that man. I’m sure he’s going to hurt someone soon come. God bless.

I have been to a few testing centers around the world, this was by far the worst service I have ever seen. The lady working at reception was nothing but rude, dry and clearly unhappy to be there. I left without being tested because I couldn’t tolerate all that attitude and lack of professionalism.

I went there a couple of days ago and Physician Assistant: Dayne Kattana was such a great person! He answered all my questions and gave me some life lessons! Luckily I was negative for everything, which I’m greatful. Don’t be scared to get tested guys. Please always protect yourself for your safety and for others! You have one life. Be happy, be healthy. 💯❤️

I have been apart of AHF for years and this location is the worst.The doctor was pleasant but everybody else was dispassionate, unhelpful and short. The phlebotomist my vein ad acted like i had the problem and had another phlebotomist draw my blood.The peer navigator told me I couldnt get Ryan White because I didnt have a job. Nodody walked me thru any sevices.I guess you have to know people in miami beach to get real services.

Wow, wasnt expecting that. Very nice clinic, the doctors and nurses were very nice, professional and respectful, I came 25 min early so I was the first in line. Went super fast, no pain. Im very impressed Thank you!

If you aren’t trying to stand clear of patients walking back and forth with their urine in open containers from the testing room to the bathroom and back, you have to deal with the rudest individual whom is undeserving of the title of healthcare provider and medical professional - Dr. Kattan. He was shouting throughout the clinic that he wanted to leave already when they had been open for an hour, shouting that he had places to be, shouting patient numbers when he could have stood up and walked out of his office to politely call people. Dr. Kattan is entirely unprofessional, treats people as if they are a nuisance, and acted as an all around prig. People are going to this place for medical care and attention and Dr. Kattan acted no better than a yapping dog with a prescription pad.

Great place if you need to get std tests fast and online. Very good staff. Will always come back. Great people.

Ill never understand why people will treat you so terribly when youre seeking healthcare. Generally I have had good experience with AHF when I have dealt with them at the out of the closet location but unfortunately todays experience over the telephone was embarrassing I would say for them. Not a good look.

The doctor is absolutely amazing! Great energy!!!! I got the results back in one week and any other problems or questions I had they were very helpful!!!

This place horrible with the time. They need to get there schedule fix in the website. The website say they open at 10am on sat. I drove 3 hours to get here and it was closed. I wasted my gas my time and had to pay for parking. Absolutely horrible that people time are wasted.

There is a little waiting time of course, but the place is free and conveniently located. I love it. I made Dr Kattana again and it was a pleasure, as always !
