Sat on hold for 20 minutes to schedule three weeks out, took time off work for it, which I was fine with initially. I understand that schedules are finite spaces. I marked my appointment time in my calendar on my phone, in my personal planner, and on my home event calendar. My time was set for /11:10/. My appointment comes up and I’m stuck in traffic due to construction and an accident which happens. I try to call the clinic to update them and let them know I’ll be late, and if they had answered and told me I’d have to reschedule I’d have accepted that. However they didn’t answer. I sat on hold for 15 minutes only to be answered by a scheduling center who said they’d inform the clinic. I get to the clinic and when I tell them my name they say that I’m /20 minutes late/ at 11:20. For my 11:10 appointment. How does that make sense? No one else in the waiting room, none of the phones ringing, two receptionists behind the plexiglass. I tried to remain reasonable and asked if I could reschedule for later in the day and was told I’d have to wait another week. How is this fair when I tried to do everything in my power and was blocked at every turn? They didn’t even attempt to accommodate. I’m so genuinely disappointed and upset. This appointment was to get a consult on a surgery I’ve been trying to fight for since I was 18. This feels like they don’t value my time at all or care about my needs.

Love my doctor. The receptionist was super rude to me at my last appointment. This is my first pregnancy and Im worried itll be like this at every appointment.

Experienced staff. Quick service. All female doctors. Were on our 3rd visit and everything has been super smooth
