I visited Dr Sinda for low energy, inability to fall asleep and anxiety. I have tried several prescription pills with some success but usually I plateau and have trouble removing them from my daily routine. In search for a more holistic solution I visited Dr Sinda and wanted to take a few blood tests which showed I was deficient in B5, Zinc, and magnesium as well as other parts such as my thyroid were not in optimal working condition. It was recommended that I take some particular vitamins that did not require a prescription but these were not your normal over the counter vitamins because they worked great. Within 2 days of taking the vitamins my energy increased and I have not taken my sleeping pills in over 3 weeks. My anxiety has disappeared too. I didnt feel pressured by any sales gimmicks and I would recommend Innovative Directions in Health to everyone.--Added after follow up appointmentI continue to get positive results from the vitamins Im taking. I had uterine cancer in 2007 and had my overies removed. After trying different doctors and treatments I have finally found the answer for me. I went there with the intentions of optimizing my hormones - more specifically testosterone shots. I learned that that would stop my body from producing it naturally and Dr Sinda encouraged me to raise my levels naturally. My testosterone levels are consistently increasing and Ive nearly reached my target levels naturally within six months. In addition, 10 years ago I crushed my big toe resulting in a dead toe nail. I started having hot flashes and came to IDIH after reading some of Suzanne Somers books. She recommends the doctors there. My raging hot flashes disappeared after my FIRST dose of hormones. A year later, I decided that it would be simpler to see my usual OBGYN for HRT. He didnt do any blood tests, stating that they were unnecessary. He prescribed much higher doses of all the hormones, and did not use bioidenticals. I grew facial hair, had serious acne, and my hot flashes returned. I went back to see Dr. Sinda at IDIH and he got me on track with the right dosages. All the side effects disappeared.I believe that both Dr. Mamud and Dr. Sinda are experts in the anti-aging field.Also, Lisa the receptionist has always been very proactive about calling me when there is a cancellation, so that I can get in quickly.

I recently visited Jill at IDH for a refresh to my face. I was so impressed with the results! Thanks for helping me love my face again. My husband was thrilled,as well. Id recommend it highly for any woman over 50 (or 60,70!) who feels she needs a boost to her self-esteem without major surgery.

I had a horrible experience with this clinic. Was put on progesterone and my body was converting it to cortisol (this is the normal pathway for hormones yet this doctor had never heard of this). When I tried to get support from the clinic the nurse just kept telling me to up my dose and the more I did the sicker I got. I also could not get in with the doctor for several months due to him taking numerous vacations. When I was finally able to get a phone appointment and was promised the dr would be able to call me in a specific time window he did not. I had to wait yet another week. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and it cost me a lot of money. Don’t waste your time or money on this “one size fits all” approach. Find a functional MD who will provide quality care based on your own unique makeup.

I would not recommend Dr Sinda. I made an appointment back in February. He showed up a few minutes late, which was fine. First appointment of the day and traffic happens. I go to his office and he lets me stay longer than my scheduled half hour for a consultation, which was kind. It was the care, or lack there of, that disappointed me. I spent my time explaining my complicated last few years of medical history. I expressed that I wanted someone to view me as a person not just a problem. I wanted someone to help me holistically and I thought that this was the place to go. I started receiving supplement suggestions before he even looked at the ones I am currently taking. I had them all with me that day. He said he thought we could take care of things via email. He also said he would help me locate someone in the insurance world that may be able to help me with the kind of care I was seeking as this conversation cost $95 out of my pocket. He asked me to email him my list of supplements. Before I left, I asked several times about next steps and he fumbled over his words and said to email him. I did. I never heard from him again. I am incredibly disappointed with the fact that I not only wasted my money that day, but also my time. I wish he would have just told me he wasnt interested in providing me with care instead of leaving me hanging. I also wish I could get my $95 back.

Annie is AWESOME! I recently got filler(lips), the lip flip(Botox) and my forehead & eyes (Botox) and it looks fabulous. The enhancements are subtle but enough to catch my co-workers attention (they all think I have just been getting really good sleep)!!!! I would recommend Annie to friends for sure.

In January, 2003, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and all hormone medications were taken away. A few months later a friend from work suggested to go to Dr. Mahmud.
