TruCare Clinic and Urgent Care

TruCare Clinic and Urgent Care is the best place that I visited in a long time, Dr Abdullahi was great and willing to help me and Diagnose my issues, he asked me lots of questions and he was listening and answering my questions with great professional way. I recommend Dr Abdillahi all my friends and family. His staff were also very knowledgeable and helpful and willing to answered any questions that I may have.Hussein Mohamed

Not a good clinic at all. I went there as a walk in. They treated me like they didnt want to help me. I did like the provider. She was nice to me...i didnt feel comfortable with some of the other staff...Not only that the receptionist was gossiping about me to the other receptionist. Never again will I go there! And the receptionist shouldnt know why you was there in the first place. Asking me questions about my last visit. Very unprofessional!!!

Great on the urgent care end–not my primary care clinic, but Ive needed follow-up care and had a great experience. All of the staff/physicians are competent and communicative. It can be a long wait sometimes, but no moreso than any other urgent care, and its usually shorter than they tell me. The receptionist is a star! So glad to have a good urgent care in Phillips/Powderhorn area.

Trucare? More like No care. I arrived around a little before 4pm to get urgent care help. The site says they close at 6pm. When I told the front desk lady I was there for urgent care she said they had already taken their last patient. When I asked other questions I was met with several excuses as to why they did not want to take me as a patient.Such as, they were short staffed, urgent care closes at 5pm and the clinic closes at 6pm. (Which was another blatant lie and isnt stated anywhere) we have a lot of patients (only one person being in the waiting room) either way I was very visibly sick and in a lot of pain and I was turned away. Dont treat humans like this. Go to Allina health instead for a better experience, professional expertise, and overall compassion for the people just trying to get help.

Following an appointment, I was completely unable to contact the office or my provider for information about test results. I had to go to a different clinic to receive treatment and my condition worsened in the mean time.

Very friendly and quick service. front desk remembered my name during the visits after my initial PCP intake appointment. very friendly, knowledgeable medical staff. Im looking forward to returning here for future appointments.side note, I really like the lobby chairs as the top-back of the chairs tilt back. they said they bought the chairs in Plymouth at a consignment shop? its a small detail, though the chairs added this flash of value to my visits.

I had an excellent experience. No wait for urgent care on a Tuesday morning and the staff and physician assistant were great.

Staff were very courteous and polite time wait for urgent care was way more better than other places overall experience was outstanding

Great experience! No wait for urgent care. Very kind receptionist for paperwork, very kind nurse for initial exam, and very kind and compassionate and knowledgeable doctor that very quickly found the issue for a mysterious condition. I highly recommend this clinic. The hospital is not my favorite experience, but this was a beautiful one. Quick, clean, easy, extremely helpful.

Got here and NO ONE would help. No one answered phone. No one answered door. Staff stood inside and just looked at us. Had a sick baby, went to their Urgent Care. ZERO help.

Very poor service it is not appointment time if they don’t now you you will wait longer worst Clinic I have ever been.

I needed a Covid test. That was fine. The doctor was friendly and seemed fine for what I was coming in for. The next day, I called to ask about lab results. The receptionist seemed clueless. We should be able to talk to a triage nurse or someone with real medical training if we have specific questions (like at other clinics.) This experience with the receptionist is negatively affecting my view of this clinic. Please hire a triage nurse like they have at other clinics. Receptionists not qualified to read lab results. Receptionists should forward our calls to a nurse or other medically trained professional. Thanks.

I was a new patient, the first impression of the receptionist was great and welcoming thank you.Afemale doctor came in the room, she locked into the computer and write stuff on the computer with no much Interaction. There was no name tag. I had to introduce myself as a new patient. Then she left the room with even no basic examination. For a minute I thought was she a random person wearing a lab coat?I really did not like the experience. I am not trying to be a difficult patient but I do not want the community to experience this, I would appreciate if the management would do better on this. Thank you

Every time I go to this clinic it’s a bad experience!!! I was the first person here when they opened, six people came in after me and they took every single one of them and never said a word to me. They play favoritism for their own people that’s a fact. Every person they took in front of me was Somalian ,On top of that when you finally do get called in they stick you in a room for another half hour before someone asks anything.If you’re not one of them don’t expect professionalism. Sat in the lobby waiting for an hour and a half. They took money for a co-pay right away though NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great doctors! They heard my every concern and took action on my health plan. It went from an urgent care visit to now being my primary care physicians. The receptionists and scribes are always nice too, and people remember me there!

Kind staff and quick service. Came in for a throat culture and left within the hour. Rescheduled an appointment and everyone remembered me, I was treated with dignity and respect.

They actually care and remember you. I haven’t had this great of care in a long time. Didn’t feel rushed at all, everyone was so kind. I switched my kids to this clinic from the big networks where I couldn’t even get appts most of the time. Tru care is always there for us.

Went here for a kidney stone, and when I requested Toradol, the doctor either lied or was wrong (I dont care which, lying is a red flag, but so is being confidently wrong about common meds) and claimed it was an opioid and a controlled substance so they dont prescribe it or keep it in stock. I left when I realized I was going to receive no actual treatment, and I looked up Toradol again after I left - its an NSAID. You can look it up yourself!

Efficient, dignified, competent care. went to urgent care for a throat culture and we were out in under an hour, truly just an awesome staff working here

I had a great experience with this clinic when I took my daughter in for treatment - they were kind, friendly, efficient and professional.

They didnt end up having the imaging I needed, but the people up front were SO kind and pointed me in the right direction.

Very grateful for Natalie. Instantly upon meeting she made sure to welcome us with kindness and empathy, while also going out of her way to understand the issues being faced. She quickly eased any worries that may have been had with a bright smile, patience, and kindness. This helped create an environment of trust and safety. The direct care we received afterwards from PA Alyssa was also very kind and attentive. She made sure to address all concerns as well as the best route of care. These ladies truly are amazing and impacted our Urgent Care experience in the most positive way.
