This is a horrible clinic. The staff are extremely rude and even hung up on me.I was told over the phone that I can do a walk in then they tried to have me reschedule for nearly a month out. Very disorganized. I decided to come in I spoke to a lady name teresa who I was told was the manager she told me they did walk ins . when I made it inside I asked to speak with teresa and she was extremely rude and hostile she told me she never mentioned any of this on the phone so I ended up just leaving this is very sad I was in pain and this was a waste of my time. I don’t recommend coming here at all ! if I could leave no stars I would !!!!

These people are delusional. I am a caretaker by nature and these folks are not following the mission of Baptist Healthcare Facilities. They are looking for malice behavior and didn’t ask questions just moved on pure manipulation. I brought in a lady that had been abused & neglected by family and a PACE organization. I met her vicariously by way of need which I felt God sent he directly to her door. She wreaked with facies and her clothing was soiled. I am a medical transportation provider that saw a need. This lady had a surgery on the 2/1 and on 2/2 I met her by the way of being a transporter. I then fixed her clothing rolled her to my vehicle. She’s blind in one eye and going blood in the other. The Pace organization had been sending a male to pick her up and he was getting her dressed because she was in adult daycare. Again no one was cleaning her she said not even her brother or the nurse that is married to the brother. She was made to pay rent and buy and cook her own food. This lady is a prior drug user that was a 9 time stroke victim with no one advocating for her. This clinic that she praised because of Dr. Jamison whom she loved and didn’t realize that she wasn’t welcome there. Her hair was done her clothing was impeccable and her hygiene was amazing like they had never seen. She didn’t realized that she was abused emotionally until she went back there for a waiver so that I could become her caregiver. This clinic has defamed the purity of salvation by calling ADULT PROTECTION SERVICES. She absolutely did not realize that they didn’t want to help her any longer she thought since they referred her to PACE that it came from a place of concern but it didn’t they just simply thought that long term care was going to be forced until she was welcomed into my home. They defamed me and accused me of taking money from her. Now let me say this if she decided that she wanted to personally pay me to care for her it’s not a crime plus and foremost I have been housing her buying clothing and feeding her since Feb 2nd for free. Ms. Theresa you and Sara are monsters and this facility should listen to the care that is needed. Pure Dee Nutcases and don’t know what an Angel looks like. I am a Katherine Besthoff. This woman Theresa is Harassing this lady and she wants nothing to do with them.

Ive been a patient here since they opened back in 2014 and have always had a great experience. They actually care about people. Its obvious. And the quality of care is good, too. The last time I went in just for a check-up, Dr. Wirfs noticed a dangerous condition that runs in my family but no one else ever noticed. She also sat with me for about 30 minutes to go through my blood results line by line to make sure I understood them. They pray for me whenever I go. This clinic is all-around good.

Very disorganized. Waited for 30 minutes, and I was the only person in the lobby. After paying for my appointment the MA told me that I would have to get blood work drawn. I asked “why” bloodwork was necessary for an ear infection?! She told me it is required for all new patients. As a nurse I have never heard of a requirement to check my blood counts and electrolytes for an ear infection. (Normal VS) I asked her to double check before I met with the provider. She did not and I waited longer. I asked again and she said she didn’t check, so I left. I also have never been to a doctor’s office that cannot verify insurance information from Blue Cross which is why I paid $140 from my account. Then she said I would have to come back another time for a bill so that I could send it in for reimbursement. So now I have spent $140, still have a horrible pain in my ear, and I have to find a provider that won’t make me take bloodwork for ear drops.

I also got told my appt time and when I called to confirm they told me it was too late and that my appt was at a different time than I was told. Than they tried to have me reschedule for nearly a month out. They are horrible people and I would avoid this place at all cost. They completely lack decent customer service. The ladys name was Keshawna. Avoid her at all cost.

I’m Dumb founded about how this PEDIATRIC Doctors office handles Kids to be seen by their Doctor here!! I’ve been coming here for 32 yrs. and never needed an appt. My son has an issue that needs to be seen now and I was referred to Urgent Care stating his Doc was out til January and I couldn’t get an Appt. til then or next week! Not sure what possessed Doc Linn to get w this company (Baptist Community) but it’s STRAIGHT TRASH!!! How can you turn kids away KIDS!!! What are you there for if you can’t see SICK KIDS?!!! With all the Viral issues going on with kids after Covid! PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Kids ARE NOT THEIR TOP PRIORITY EVEN THOUGH ITS A PEDIATRIC CLINIC! JUST DON’T DO IT! Dr Linn is Completely wrong for this!!! (Both Clinics, St Claude St. too)

Best clinic ever! Everyone is so sweet and caring. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Beth Browning is the best ever. Love her to death! I got the best care from her

What an amazing clinic and staff! It is refreshing to have a doctor sit down and spend time with me in order to make sure I am taken care of. I would tell everyone to come and try this place out!

Horriable clinic!!!!! total racist environment, hostile employees. no sympathy whats so ever. no doctor on staff, only a NP who only proscribes meds with no medical knowledge! very unprofessional staff. if you truly care about your health go else where

Went in for basic check up and was left in a waiting room for nearly 2 and half hours. No one came in. Eventually just walked out without being seen.

Service was quick and staff was very kind. I will definitely make this clinic my place to go when Im sick or just need prayers.

Fast, caring, explained more than any doctor Ive had. Prayer! Thank you!
