With more funding and focus shifting to maximizing amount of clients service... the fundamentals of HIV care have gone by the wayside. So many people falling through the cracks and giving up because of the mismanagement of the organization. They can and should do better for the communities they built their organization on.

This place has lost sight of care, appropriateness, confidentiality, and providing a comfortable atmosphere. A serious restructuring and review of the mission statement should be investigated. The vision is all about billing, insurance, grants, ill equipped programs and salaries, in addition to, status & political board members.New Orleans you have better options for health care.

Some of the most wonderful doctors and people thank God that I can walk to some of my appointments and get my meds there too Im hoping that they will put a vision center in the building. Thanks much crescent Care Clinic

The friedliest staff ever, went in to get some essentials before Mardi Gras, the staff was amazing and aswered a lot of important questions I had. Will definetly be back.

Good folks offering personal, discreet care and helpful resources for people living with H.IV. The food pantry is the best and most generous of any Ive seen here.

Amazing place amazing people that work there. They treat you not only like a human being but with kindness. They give out prep to prevent hiv, condoms, hep c treatment without all the hoops and red tape of regular Drs just get some blood work done and they call in your meds to the pharmacy! They also give out free plan B which is amazing. They are also the people who told me about BOGO market match with snap at farmers markets before it became popular which was a great help. They do a lot more for people but thats just the basics. There needs to be more facilities like this. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Its always something with them ova there.adevam appointment with psychiatric. Waited a month got there for them to tell me ill meet her my next appointment in a month they just intake. So I couldnt get my seraquil refill or see a Dr. Same for pma. Just let me see the real Dr.

Pharmacy is always quick also the exchange on Wednesday is quick, organized, and everyone always seems to be on the same page!!! So that moves things along. Also the people that work here are just SUPER AWESOME !!!! && all hands a cute little style

I see my Dr at crescent care & Im so excited that he came back & I love his nurses.

Non profit organization that helps educate about harm prevention tactics. Also does a clean syringe exchange on Friday afternoons. Helps underprivileged people retain helpful resources. Great staff and rather organized in their system. I never feel judged here...they are very caring and understanding people who only want to help people.

Dont test on mondays and claim to run tests until 7:40 on tuesdays but i was not let it.. hours need to be adjusted and building security needs to be notified

I absolutely LOVE the people who do the exchange! They don’t judge you like everyone else! They make sure everyone is being safe and stopping the spread of HIV AND HEP C!

Wonderful updated new facility. They offer free HIV testing and Prep. I would suggest this place to anyone who thinks they may have been exposed to HIV. They test you and u get your results within 20minutes. If you happen to test positive they also provide help for health.

Everyone here is VERY friendly and helpful! Very clean! Absolutely amazing staff! Ive been to both locations several times and never had a bad experience!

This place is great! The people who work there are nice and dedicated to their clients and to making New Orleans healthier for everybody. Plus they play nature documentaries in the waiting area, which is the best thing ever.

Every Friday (2:30pm-4:00pm)They provide you with up to 100 free needles with all the works w/o bringing a single one in but if you want more they will give you as many cleans as the amount of dirty one you turn in

AIDS tests are so expensive these days who has time for them anyway I mean they take 8 to 12 weeks I heard but what do I know not a doctor me I took was known as the second hands AIDS test I said to my friend hey do you know anyone with AIDS he told me no I thought to myself good cuz you know me
