Clean and comfortable environment. I went there for a two day procedure and both days went well. The staff was amazing a big thanks to miss flower and nurse Chris both of them really went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and that I was comfortable

This place was very cleaned also my procedure was two days, and man everything went well for me ,but the doctor did everything in 1 day…Because I was traveling by myself and had to get back home the next day I also didn’t have no one traveling with me… So when you come to this location please make sure to have an escort with you… But for my situation Parkmed staff found someone to take me in and when I tell you HEAVEN was amazing and sweet to me I definitely recommend…

Didn’t need to step foot into the clinic to have to receive attitude and sighing called to make an appointment the first time anything I would say or asked I would automatically get a sigh like she’d be annoyed to inform me with the procedure or simply just to schedule my appointment called again to reschedule different person same attitude made a simple mistake and gave her the wrong date simply if you’re not up to be nice get a different job not trying to feel like a bothering someone when it’s there job… especially with something so delicate. Please let me know if I should schedule somewhere else greatly appreciate it

The staff here is amazing. They handled me well and with care. They keep everything confidential and discreet and also cater to the woman they provide service to. Would definitely recommend them if you need this service. They also check up and make sure you are okay after procedure. Follow up care is great!

I was very uncomfortable.was not greeted when I walk in. Did not get called at all had to walk up to the front desk and ask them about me. they tell you one price over the phone and try to get you for more money in person even if you bring in your own lab work which I think is messed up. overheard one of the girls saying let’s get this money very rude. I do not recommend this place.

I wish I could put -1 stars. Whomever is answering appointment calls need to be moved to another position or fired! Called to make an appointment and was greeted with an attitude, would not recommend this place and I hadn’t stepped foot in their establishment.

I’m not gonna lie but at first these reviews were a little worrisome but I went and I was treated very well. I also did not have to wait long- in and out in about an hour. Everyone was super friendly, like for real. Kind. I felt respected when spoken to and cared for. I was given all the information needed. Even when calling the next day to follow up on something, they gave me a call back no problem. Quick and efficient. I really appreciate it ParkMed.Thank you.

In 2017 I was able to complete the Essure Procedure. They were amazing back then and the work they did is still amazing and holds up. They also found polyps in 2016 and since then none have returned. Its now 2024 and when I called in with questions and followups since then they were nothing but professional and helpful. Just like the first time I went.

Never had an issue. This is the only place I have ever gotten this service done. Always nice. Always helpful so Im really confused about a lot of these comments. But I cant speak for others experience only mine and Park Med is top tier!

The customer service was impeccable. From the receptionist that greet you when you very first walk in. All the nurses were fast ,efficient, yet so caring. The nurses really cared for my well-being. The anesthesiologist made me feel so comfortable, I was really nervous. Definitely lives us to reputation. 5 stars for the whole department, they’re all amazing !!

I waited for my appointment from 9:30 am and did not get seen until 4 pm. Rushed out of the recovery room within 10 minutes because they wanted to leave. Told to wait in waiting room on uncomfortable chairs then when I sit down receptionist tells me she is ready to go and I can wait for my escort in Dunkin’ Donuts. I have never experienced such horrible patient care. Do not come here!!! If there was somebody I could report these people to I would!

I came here a couple weeks ago and it took 3 hours to be seen after my appointment time, but they said it was slower than usual and it usually only takes “20 or 30 minutes.” I understand that sometimes things happen, but I came back for a follow up and again I waited 2 hours because apparently one of the doctors had an emergency and wasn’t in. When I book at an appointment at a certain time, I expect to be seen at that time or within 30 minutes at the very least. It’s frustrating to wait for hours as if we have all the time in the world to sit there and don’t have other plans in our day. Either stop overbooking patients or bring in more doctors. If a long wait is expected you need to call patients ahead of their appointment to inform them and offer to rebook because it’s a huge inconvenience to wait for hours when you’re not expecting to. I will say that the assistants and front desk people were all wonderful and I know it’s not their fault things are running so behind.

I found out during my pregnancy that my son had chromosome abnormalities and unfortunately these would cause him to not be viable at birth. This was the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make and due to the laws in my state I had to travel across the country to receive the care I urgently needed. After much research, and help from my local doctor I decided that ParkMed was best for me. From the very first phone call to setup my appointment I KNEW why I chose this establishment. Every staff member, nurse and Dr. Michael MolaeI treated me with the upmost respect and showed me so much love EVERY step of the way. They were all genuinely kind, supportive and compassionate in my time of need. Although this was a very traumatic experience in my life, these beautiful souls helped me more than I think they will ever know. The women in this establishment made me feel like family. It almost felt like an immediate sisterhood bond with them all. The next time I’m in New York, I will be sure to stop by just to give them all a hug because the imprint they left on my heart is something I will carry with me forever.

I had an appointment at 8:20am and finally got seen at 2:00. Me and several other women were sitting here for hours with no updates whatsoever. After the procedure everything was rushed. Stop scheduling women back to back if you cannot give them the proper care!! One nurse was waking up patients who just had the procedure with an attitude. So disgusting and unprofessional. Not to mention I overheard two nurses talking about another patient who was just as upset as I was for the 5+ hour wait time. There were two kind Hispanic nurses that I really enjoyed. But as far as everything else my experience here was terrible. I do not recommend!

My experience at this clinic was absolutely lovely. I was seen on time and all the doctors and nurses were understanding to my concerns. They made all my worries go away. The doctors do an outstanding job of creating a safe, judgement-free environment. They were hilarious, too!! The doctor insisted I take more free contraceptive and I replied I don’t want to be a freeloader. Then, he filled my bag for me because I was shy! He was too funny and friendly. Their service was unforgettable!❤️

Giving it 2 stars because most of the staff was really nice. This lady named Lia or Linda old with red hair was very rude and lied to her supervisor stating that I was taking pictures proceeded to kick me out of the room because I asked her why did she not knock on the door if you know the person in the room had no bottoms on. Not only was she rude with her reply she was just over the top and couldn’t apologize for her error. As for her supervisor she kept me in the room and told me she had to see my phone which is b.s but I showed her my pictures anyway because I didn’t want to prolong the visit or have cops called I didn’t get the supervisors name but this was wed 22,23 during 12:30-2:30pm. I don’t care what ms.lia or w.e her problem is you knock before entering a room that was very rude and to keep arguing with a patient knowing your wrong and feel entitled because you have your opinion is disgusting 🤮. I also want to add that the 2 stars I’m giving is also because I was seen quickly but waited an hr just to see the doctor for what took only 7minutes.

Parkmed is definitely 5 stars! I came here twice in 2 different years , if anything I’m speaking on this Manhattan Location & let me say I have nothing but good things to say. Both Years Amazing staff & services ! They treat everyone well with care & respect. They definitely get the job done . They are also careful and serious about every service you can use. If your looking for privacy , great & caring staff choose PARKMED !

The quality of care here has severely diminished. I came once before and had a good experience, but it seems now that they overbook patients for the day and will have pregnant women sitting in uncomfortable chairs waiting for their procedures for upwards of 4-5 hours. When you schedule your appointment, they force you to come in the early hours of 7AM-8AM but once you get in office, you will be sitting waiting for a doctor until well into the afternoon. When you ask for an update on why you’re waiting so long the nurses who are in the back treat you like you’re a bother and they have no time for you, they are so disrespectful and rude. They talk about you in Spanish and laugh and point at the patients. The only lady with any class and care in here is the ultrasound technician with the red hair. Everyone else is beyond rude making an already tough experience way worse. I see from previous bad reviews that they copy and paste the same apology template showing that they don’t actually care to fix any of these issues, not their problem as long as the money keeps flowing. Make sure that you request an itemized bill as well because they will try to charge you for things they never did. This place is an overall scam and there are many better places to go in the city for your needs. I recommend all women of NYC to search elsewhere!

Kindest, most experienced staff i’ve ever met. made me feel so safe, answered every question, and made a very hard situation a very good experience. i am forever grateful, and cannot thank their amazing team enough. the RN is the sweetest women i’ve ever met. their team of drs and nurses made sure i was cared for, looked after, and comfortable every single step of the way. best care in the US and Canada. thank you all.

I was searching for a place that was safe and made me feel comfortable. I found that in ParkMed. I know you may be scared but it’s best to reach out to people who can help you and all the nurses and doctors were lovely helpful and kind. Im writing this review in hopes someone who was also scared( like me) will find comfort that this place is safe and will help you. Best of luck in all your choices.

My partner was seen at Park Med for a procedure, which thankfully went well and without any complications. Though they were hesitant to be seen by a male gyno, she left the appointment fairly positive. Upon her follow up consultation, she felt re-triggered by the actions of the doctor. The doctor was impersonal, and tactless in his examination. The doctor was dismissive to the fact that my partner doesn’t want to go on hormonal birth control and continued suggesting this after the fact. My partner further described pain and discomfort upon being physically examined by the doctor. The doctor gave no indication that his examination would be “a little uncomfortable,” did not use lubricant upon his insertion, and physically pushed his fingers too far into my partners vagina resulting in now longer pain in her uterus. As her partner, it was unsettling, disappointing, and scary to hear her account of this follow up procedure. I would advise anyone who is going to be seen by this doctor or office, to do thorough research and look at other options if they are able too.

I came here yesterday after searching the internet for IUD removal under sedation. My regular gyno couldnt find the strings, and I was really scared about the pain of having it removed while conscious (my initial insertion at a different clinic was incredibly painful). When I called Parkmed they completely understood my situation. I had my IUD removed there under general anesthesia and it was totally painless. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind, from the receptionists to the nurses and doctor. I felt truly cared for and treated like a human being, and no one made me feel silly for wanting to be sedated. The office was clean, organized, and professional. I hope other people will find this and know there is a painless option to get their IUD removed. This place is truly wonderful and I feel thankful to have found them.

Well when i first start i was charged 425 to make blood test and ultrasound they tried to scam me. In New York city there is only one place who’s do abortion after 23 weeks and it is parkmed. My point is i was doing my prenatal in Florida since my 8 weeks pregnant and I knew i was 23 weeks when I went to do my abortion at parkmed. So they tried to convince me i was 24 weeks pregnant to charge me over 6000 i was told it would be 2700. And I told them something was wrong because i knew i was 23 weeks. So they know you are desperate and tried to charge a price of 24 weeks. But thanks God i decided to go in other places to check how many weeks i was pregnant and 2 different places told me i was 23 weeks pregnant. And after I decided to make my abortion in a different clinic, I received a bill from parkmed yesterday i got my 49,00 extra charge. Who knows how many more bills i will receive from this thief. My advice is never ever go to parkmed. You can find great places with affordable price of 550 that’s what i paid in a different clinic with 2 days included and all exams and didn’t receive surprise bills. Because parkmed will try to get your money!

I really don’t know where to start from the nurse being absolutely amazing and the doctors just being awesome especially Dr. Milan. ( I don’t know if I got the name right) but he was awesome, he gave me an assurance that they could help which they did. They made me feel comfortable even with funding helped me out. If you are looking for a clinic to help you out with anything Parkmed is a wonderful place to go to.

Omgg! I don’t know where to start! The staff, the doctor, everyone was great to me! I traveled from Georgia and when i got there i ran into a financial situation but the stuff made sure i was taking care of they were so nice. I appreciate all of them.

I originally came here about 13 years ago when I first was 16 to get a procedure done. I am now 28 years old & I have remained at this location for regular GYN service. With that being said, the doctors are great, the staff is great, and everyone who goes is for a different reason so be kind. Scheduling appointments is easy and perhaps there is a wait several times; nonetheless, they do their very best.

I have never had such a horrible experience. I went in for abortion pill and they did urine test it was positive then they did abdominal sonogram and they claimed they could not see the pregnancy so they did vaginal sonogram and in the process of doing it lady stops and asks me do you have insurance? i replied yes and asked why she asked she replied because i dont see fetus and we need to do more tests. She finishes sonogram and tells me to not get dressed and to wait for the doctor. Doctor comes in and tells me they can not see pregnancy even though urine test was positive and he tells me that they need to do blood test to check HCG hormone level and hands me a paper that states i might have ectopic pregnancy. They do blood test and let me go home. Once i get home i search what ectopic pregnancy was and i was scared for my life could not sleep and cried and cried. Next day they call me and tell me that blood test results are in and they think it’s ectopic pregnancy and i needed to go in first thing in the morning and they might send me to hospital to do surgery. When i got there next morning they did the urine test, abdominal and vaginal sonogram again and lady with red hair who was different from previous technician tells me that she sees something very small and to wait for doctor in the waiting area. I waited and next thing i know receptionist is calling me and scheduling 3 week follow up appointment and asking me who is here to pick me up after procedure? To which i asked what procedure? And she answers that she does not know and feels confused that i want to speak to a doctor before any procedures. They let me speak to doctor who feels confused that i want to speak to her and know what is going on! Like Do i have ectopic pregnancy or not? Do you guys see it on sonogram or not? She replied no its not ectopic pregnancy and i am going to do D&C. I asked her can i just take the pill? She replies no and i tell her that this is all overwhelming and confusing and i need to think about it She said ok and leaves the room. I finally said ok and she tells me oh i heard you have bad veins so we might just do local anesthesia! I told her that i can’t do that to which she replied “oh wow back and forth back and forth” she seemed mad and extremely bothered! Im sorry but just yesterday you were talking about possibility of my tube been taken out and today everything is ok? I just could not handle it and i felt confused, concerned for my health and just walked out. I felt like they knew from the beginning that it was not ectopic pregnancy and did all these unnecessary tests for more money so im sorry if i dont trust you with my health! Please be careful with this place

This place gets five stars the staff are polite and caring and move entirely swiftly and it was greatly appreciated the bathrooms was clean the entire office is very clean highly recommended the staff ensured me I had nothing to be worried about

The doctors cancelled on me 20 minutes before my appointment as I’m sitting in the waiting room. Then, instead of being apologetic the receptionist responded “well it’s fine. You’re in the early stages anyways” somehow thinking that makes it okay.After finally getting an appointment, the anesthesiologist did not even attempt to find a vein properly, and ended up having to redo it multiple times leaving my hand extremely bruised and swollen from not taking the time to properly find the vein.Only one doctor in the after care area was kind - the rest rush you out.Then, after telling me to the day of my original appointment that I would not owe anything more they proceed to bill me for a few hundred dollars for testing that was never properly discussed with me - despite the fact they had already been paid for the procedure and all prior.If you’re looking for a smooth and honest experience go somewhere else.

I had a very comfortable and caring experience there. As an immigrant living in NYC without a family I was very scared, but Dr. David and the nurses took good care of me, they reassured me and were so kind. I had nobody to pick me up so they kept me a bit longer so I could go home by myself. I left this place feeling much better. I highly recommend this place!

Please explain why you would book 20 women at the same time and have one doctor. I’m currently sitting in this office going on four hours. Multiple people in front of me with the same appointment time. When I went out into the lobby there’s still women waiting to come to the back. They are money hungry. No actual care. Nurses treat you like you shouldn’t be there. It’s always the mean girls who become nurses

If I could give this establishment 10 stars I would!!!! From the front office staff to the back office everyone was friendly, warm and welcoming. Even when you are nervous they know exactly how to calm you down and talk positively to you. Medical Assistants, Nurses and Gynocologists were amazing. Very friendly Anesthesiologists, recovery was ten minutes and I had absolutely no pain. I would recommend Park Med to anyone that needs support during this time!!! Not many clinics are welcoming when it comes down to these procedures. I want to thank you guys for everything from funding, escorts, your Haven Coalition and my procedure being a success. Thank you!!!

I am so grateful for the women at Parkmed. I arrived at 7am and was out by 9:30. I received wonderful care from the reception desk to doctors and nurses. After a consultation I mentioned that I prefer female doctors, not expecting that the nurse/technician would ensure that I had a female doctor later on, but she did it. I was so comfortable and cared for from the moment I walked in. There was never a moment of frustration on boredom for me. I was cared for quickly and properly.I want to thank Marie for her incredible kindness and genuine care. I read many reviews that mentioned her and was so happy to know she was my nurse. Simple things like a pat of the leg or a fluff of a pillow made me feel like she cared for me as a person not just one of many patients. She listened to me and talked at the right moments. She made me feel so safe in a situation that can often feel lonely and scary. She is the kind of presence that all patients need after a tough procedure. I am so so happy that I was able to receive care from such a wonderful nurse. I wish her the best and I hope her employers know how lucky they are to have someone like her in their practice. There are not enough words for this wonderful woman. Choose Parkmed because of her. Thank you for your comforting presence and genuine care Marie. You are golden.I also want to mention the anesthesiologist who was incredibly kind and gentle as well. She stayed with me through the local anesthesia and comforted me in ways she probably didnt even realize. I felt so safe with her next to me.Every moment of this experience was enhanced by the quality of care I received. I do hope that other women see this and make their appointments with Parkmed. They offer full OB/GYN services, not just the notorious procedures. I will continue to come here for the exceptional women that go above and beyond to protect women. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I had a very wonderful experience with this clinic. The whole process was easy, quick, and very caring and comforting throughout my whole visit. It is wonderful that we live in a world where we have the option to chose what is best for us. Thank you Parkmed for all your wonderful care and professionalism. This was the worst medical experience of my life. I was Treated as if my health and well being were of no concern to Dr. Micheal Molaei. I was Misinformed of their unlawful mask mandate policy. Had that been told to me over the phone, I would NOT have gone there. I walk in and instantly the receptionist is handing me a mask. At the time, I felt as if I was Going to pass out so I inform The receptionist of that feeling. The doctor and his nurse come over to me telling me I must put the mask on. I explain that I felt as if I could Not breath. The doctor says “well we have to look out for the other patients in this clinic.”. I then request of I could Go into the hall area until I get My breathing together, at this point Dr. Molaei has walked away from me and starts screaming at me from across the room in a very aggressive and verbally harassing manner. I ask Him to have some compassion and stop yelling at me because I was Not informed of this policy prior to making my appointment. I also inform him of my medical exception and he states “that does not matter in this office. Our other patients safety is what matters. Put that mask on.” At this point I had Put the mask on and ask if I could Wait in the hallway he tells me no. he then tells me he is refusing me service. This was the most inconsiderate and disrespectful experience I have Ever had. They treated me as if I was Cattle and insignificant due to their neglegence. I would Not recommend anyone go here for services. I understand why they have changed locations so many time. Probably for mail practice lawsuits.

I absolutely love this place !!! They are the most helpful, compassionate, dedicated staff I have ever met. Ive been coming to this place for 10 yrs plus so they are like family. I am greeted every time with warm smiles and real hugs. Ive traveled near and far to come to this facility because they are the best hands down! Amazingly genuine and sensitive to your needs. I highly recommend this pace to anyone who needs any type gynecology services.

I went to get the two day procedure abortion & the doctors made me feel so comfortable. The two doctors were ms. Chris & ms.marie, if you do want to come those are the best doctors they make you feel better about the situation & you can also tell they are genuine. I will come back just to see those doctors. I forgot the male doctor name who actually put the anaesthesia in my arm , he was a sweetheart & made me feel good . I will come back just to see them again . I will refer them to any one who comes to this place . Thank y’all so much for making me feel welcomed . God bless y’all hearts & I hope they live forever we need people like them .They make coming there worth it !

I was hung up on twice when calling them in Sept 2023. When I finally got an employee who did not hang up on me, she rambled nonsense at me when I merely asked if they do or not do the medical injections I require for my painful, savaged jaw joint. Only after that was I told no.

I had one of the worst experiences with health coordination in the USA. We were traveling from Florida and, we were about to get on the plane, they call us to reschedule for next week because of a medical emergency. We had the hotel and flight paid already. Isnt there another doctor to cover? Traveling from another state isnt that easy to be rescheduled if you dont live in NY. No help at all about other options knowing our situation at that time. This Very recognized institution needs to work together with the patients when they are coming out of state.

Parkmed was such a great experience. The doctors,nurses, & receptionists are truly sent from god! the wait is long but really super worth it. they helped me get through the hardest thing Ive ever had to deal with & they did it with grace, care, & understanding. Marie told me some words thatll stick with me for life & i love her for it. I highly recommend Parkmed to everyone.

Appointment process was so easy, date and time was given on same call, No hassle and No wait around by the front desk staff. We reached the center on time and all the regular tests were performed as per scheduled. Parkmed also helped us to get the grants for the services which I really appreciate, we were called 3 days and all the day’s procedure was on time and smooth. Me and wifey would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who were involve from Front desk staff, Lab techs, Nurses, Anesthesia specialist and finally Doctor from bottom of our heart “Thank you All”, You all were exceptionally professional and helped my wife throughout the procedure by talking to her, consoling her and looking out for her. Guys this is great place to be in tough times of life like mine. Staff is Helpful, lab techs are Considerate, Nurses are compassionate and Doctors are professionals.

I was a patient of this clinic for 10 years up until today. If any woman reads this, please, read this carefully and make your own decision thereafter. In May of 2023, I took the route of having an abortion via The Pill. They explain that it is 95% effective. Unfortunately, I was apart of the 5%. From May 27,2023, until present day, I have been bleeding consistently. I even needed to undergo a d&c at my nearest hospital because the pain and blood was so severe.Fast forward to today, the doctor who tended to me said that all is normal now, but that I needed to have an ultrasound as well as a sonogram.Now, understanding that individuals in healthcare ask certain questions to gain better understanding of the patients case, there is a way to do this and that’s called CHART PREP PRIOR TO A PATIENTS’ APPOINTMENT.The short, faired skinned ultrasound tech was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH ME. She asked me WHY I bled out for two months, as if I willingly wanted to lose so much blood to the point of having PICA, she then asked why I didn’t go to ANOTHER BOROUGH to have my d&c , meanwhile, I released a blood clot as long as an average sized ruler and and as wide as your average iPhone. She kept on inquiring pressing questions to then say “oh well, I’m not the doctor” to which I replied “yes, you are right, you are not a doctor, so please just do your job”I have never felt more embarrassed, or more furious. I am a medical assistant, and in healthcare, there are ROLES THAT EVERYONE PLAYS. This woman overstepped her role. I really hope, and pray to God that no other woman experiences what I did today, 7/28/2023. I am a POC and I just want to give a fair warning to anyone looking for an office outside of their borough for privacy reasons.Please,KNOW YOUR PATIENT RIGHTS!! And moreover, BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE IN SITUATIONS LIKE THIS.

Lovely staff treat you with respect. All your gynecology needs in one spot. No need to be stressed or embarrassed. All insurance accepted. I usually dont write too much reviews but I really appreciate the service from this facility and would refer it to anyone. So make that appointment for your annual check up ladies.To the staff I wanna say thank you so much for your assistance and great customer service.

We attempted to attend a visit for family planning. I was denied access to the building and 6th floor where the appointment was. The older Spanish woman in the lobby (hostess or whatever position she had) was beyond disrespectful and rude. Couldnt even use the bathroom after we drove almost 2 hours for an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous! I feel this place uses the covid protocol for their own benefit as opposed to patient safety. If youre there for a family planning visit (baby sonogram, pregnancy testing etc.) the patient should be allowed to have at least one person there for support at the visit.

This facility is a nightmare! There is a long wait time and no customer service! My appointment was scheduled for 10 a.m., and I arrived 30 minutes early, but I wasnt seen until 2 p.m. They overbooked and had a long line of women. They even went ahead of me and attended to someone else! I honestly believe they dont care about the patient and are only interested in booking as many people as possible in order to make money. I recognize that we live in a capitalist society, but please, for the love of God, treat your customers/patients with respect; respect their time and feelings. Im hoping Ill never have to visit this place again! Its my first time, and hopefully it will be the last!

There is a elderly Woman name Marie that works there I can tell she was from the islands but she was the most generous woman there. My experience overall was great but Marie went over and beyond expectations. Marie gave me the most encouraging words and she made the finishing process so much easier and comfortable. Thank you Marie and the Parkmed NYC for having such amazing people like her working there especially in a time of need.

I went in for just a general test/pap smear and such. The nurses were very nice and helpful. All the staff in general were very kind. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I was very nervous, but it was not intimidating at all. The doctor that saw me, Dr.M, was very kind, attentive, and informative. He answered all my questions and acknowledged all of my concerns. The test was uncomfortable but it was over very quickly. The overall wait was actually not that bad, but do expect to spend about an hour to an hour and a half there. The doctor prescribed medication for me right away and I was able to pick it up within 10 minutes at the pharmacy downstairs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a good ob/gyn.

At Parkmed Doctors take time explain different options thoroughly, They also except Medicaid and other payment options. I recently moved to the neighborhood and had a great experience. Dr. Molaei was amazing and answered all my questions. I never once felt rushed as I have in the past at other offices not associated with Parkmed . The office has appropriate Covid precautions and all the staff was extremely respectful and professional. The office also accepts Medicaid which was perfect . I’m grateful that I found such a fantastic office and doctor . I highly recommend .

Honestly, this is the most AMAZING clinic Ive EVER been to. being a CT resident, I had depleted all my resources and no one was willing to help me get the procedure I needed, leaving me utterly hopeless and lost. UNTIL I discovered Parkmed, who provided me with the most helpful and accurate information from the beginning. Being a non-NY resident DID NOT stand in my way, every person there was willing to help me and guide me through reaching out to organizations who would fund my procedure for me, with nothing coming out of my pocket. Yes, it took patience and many calls back and forth but at the end, my ENTIRE procedure was paid for in full! You have NO idea how much of a blessing this place was for me! As a father and husband I was not able to gain access to the waiting room in order to wait for my wife. Dont expect much if you are a man. Even the receptionist has a negative attitude towards men.As a caring husband, this is a horrible experience to be left out. Since I was inside paying the day before, this has nothing to do with security, just their attitude towards men...

Ive been with Park Med and Dr Molaei for more than 12 yrs. He and other doctors and the staff are really amazing The service in person and online is impecable. Through the years, in my most delicate medical situations, they have been professional and compassionate at the same time. Something that I dont always find compatible in this kind of practice. WOW!! I had to share my experience I had today.I am a scaredy-cat when it comes to Doctors especially gynecologist!!I came in to take of my IUD out and since I set foot in this place everything was just amazing.You know the saying “ Rainbow and roses “That’s how it felt :)The girls in the front were so welcoming and friendly.The nurse who took my blood was confidente and Warm and I didn’t even feel a pinch.And the doctor was the surprise of the day!I shared my fear with her and explained that my pain level is below zero and she calm me down and promised everything will be ok..And it was!!This is just the right place for a woman to go to!A Combination of Confident and warm people.Thank you for giving me a better experience ❤️🙏Much recommended!

I was devastated by my loss and had never had a D/C before so I was sad and anxious. Everyone there was exceptionally caring (though the phlebotomist had no patience for my squeamishness — can’t blame her for just doing her job and she did it very well — first try, quick and painless) but everyone else went above and beyond. Particularly Dr. Aguilar. She was so kind and encouraging and clearly experienced. Her gentle confidence and reassurance really put me at ease and got me through. She was a light in the storm. Thank you Dr. Aguilar and Parkmed for taking great care of women.

My wife was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and attention given to her by all of the staff members that she encountered at ParkMed. The doctors especially were very caring and ensured that all of her questions were answered. Thank you to everyone that assisted her during this time.

I have to give the nurses a 5 if there was a 10 star raiting they desreve a 10. The doctors were also very caring and delicate. Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable. The receptionist at the front desk werent as great attitude wise. Otherwise the clinic is clean the music playing in the waiting rooms are beautiful and uplifting. A few people i want to really mention were the nurses in the recovery room. Marie very professional and positive i felt like i was with my mother. And a young lady by the name of Floren very sweet very posotive and professional, same for Mariah i felt like they were my sisters although i had no family with me i didnt feel alone these ladies were efficient. They took their job serious and made you feel comfortable with your decesions. I highly recomend this clinic. 10 stars 💯👍

This office took care of me from the beginning to the end ! They take all Insurances ! Medicaid, Empire, fidelis even cash. The intake meaning face of the practice to the middle and back staff where amazing ! The Doctors are caring and make sure you are comfortable! The follow up after it all was so great the Dr didn’t just focus on making sure I was just ok he went into detail and offered other services that as a woman are very important! The fact that this practice took they time with me in all aspects means the world. Going to these places is not easy because you’re scared emotional and honestly it’s very difficult but the professional staff and Drs are amazing. God bless them and their practice always. This place is wonderful from the staff in the front, to the nurses and the doctors. Its a warm and welcoming environment and I feel at ease at all my appointments. You are informed of all your choices, your rights and youre never left feeling uncomfortable.

Very caring staff, clean, and theyre all great listeners. I just wish their office wasnt so cold sometimes, definitely bring a sweater!

Parkmed made me feel really safe and treated me well the only thing I didn’t like is the waiting chairs haha. I learned a lot about how safe abortions can be and I would recommend all women to wake up and stop listening to the media keep your options open. Parkmed also has Gynecology doctors and they accept medicaid as well.

Great place. From the moment u enter to moment your done you feel the warmth and welcoming staff as if your family starting with the receptionist, the medical assistants and doctors. I have been coming here since 2017 and I do not intend on going to any other office. I do my annual check up such as Pap smear, breast cancer check etc I also gotten my IUD done here as well. They also offer all other gynecologic services that we women needs. They answer every questions that u have and helps u make the right decisions. Greatest thing about them is that they accept mostly all major insurances including Medicaid(a lot of GYN offices don’t) and other form of payments. If there were more stars to give I would. I highly recommend giving them are call if your looking for a GYN office that will make u feel at home. It’s a judgment free place.

This place saved me. I was in trouble and alone and didnt know what to do. I found this place on Yelp and was comforted by the reviews before me.I called the office and was given an appointment the next day. There is a long wait so plan to be there at least 3-4 hours.Upon entering the building I was treated like a human being by everyone I encountered from the lobby to the front desk. The doctor that administered the pill to me was very thorough and reiterated that he does this to help women who feel like they have no options.Taking the pill was not that difficult. Plan to be home for a full day the next day. It feels like a heavy period. I put towels on any furniture I sat on at one point because it got messy but this was only for 4 hours. The meds they give you for the pain help immensely.I would recommend any woman who needs these services to skip planned parenthood and go straight here. It will save you time and shame. After having a bad experience at a previous practice I went here to have my nexplanon removed as I was having side effects to it. The Dr did a great job at removing it and was very professional, the staff were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable.If I ever needed any contraceptives in the future such as IUDs etc I would definitely go and see them, the wait time is worth it for a competent Dr who know what theyre doing and cares about your well being.

Took my cousin here to help her with some gynecology issues she was having, and found out that she was actually pregnant. Boy was she shocked! She said the Dr was real nice, and she is continuing with the pregnancy. But if she decided not to, it would be great to go to a place that doesnt judge.

After a long list of dead ends I found this place and at first I was skeptical because i never heard of it one, and two it was a change in my doctor. I have to say the experience was amazing great. They accept all/or most insurance without a hassle. This is now my OBGN/obstetrics. First the office is so clean and the nurses and front desk personal are very friendly. The waiting time is not long at all. The facility including the doctors are very caring and patient. I give this place a 5 star.

This place would be perfect for you if you know abortion is your final decision. However if you are unsure and need counseling, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! The front desk ladies were very kind and helpful and even one of the ladies that took my vitals was extremely nice and people friendly. I came in first for a counseling. Would you believe the doctor just came in and said So um do you have any questions?. Now imagine my horror as a 19 year old college student, who is scared about what may happen to everything she has been working so hard for. I have to say if I didnt have my high school counselor still in my life as the only person I can turn to if I were to be in trouble, Id probably be devastated.Now I gave this place a 3 Star because my final decision was an abortion no thanks to the awesome counselors the clinic provides. And the day of the abortion the process was absolute quick and easy and painless. The anesthesiologist was incredibly kind and helped me with my nerves because I was shaking on the table before the procedure. The nurse that assists you in your gown was kind and even gave me hug and told me everything was going to be alright.Also I will warn you, if you are looking for a place that does not fall under the assembly line category DO NOT COME HERE!!!This is an assembly line abortion clinic, with one doctor that does abortions one after the other. However if you want the abortion to be quick and even on the next day, then feel free to come here.

I’ve been looking for a place to remove my Nexplanon birth control for a while. Every place kept giving me the run around and most of the times told me I would have to go back to the place where I got the insertion done at. With Parkmed NYC I was able to make an appointment right away. When I got there, the employees were very cautious about COVID and took the proper measures. I did wait about 1-2 before being seen (was a bit busy) but the nurses and doctor were super nice. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anything related to birth control including the Nexplanon removal.

If I could no stars I would... These people are rude, they dont care! They treat you like you are a hassle, and like you dont know anything! The receptionist was literally screaming at me over the phone. They are overpriced, they will charge you for the visit (450$) and surprise you with a lab bill (which can be over 300$!) During a rough, and highly stressful period in your life this can be more then daunting... Please ladies, save yourself the trouble, embarrassment, and hassle and dont come here!

I was appalled to undersatnd that the front end is extremely unprofessional. I asked to speak with a nurse or medical staff member and requested the names of my Dr. or Nurse on a previous visit. The front desk clerk, Daris, was rude and cold, refused to give me accurate information and decided it was ok to hang up on me when I requested the spelling of her name. I called back requested her name again and I decided to take a better approach and write an email describungbher behavior instead. My prior visit was excellent I love the medical staff, the front end staff is a problem.

Fantastic environment awesome doctors!! Made me feel totally comfortable. Most positive vibes in a doctors office you can experience. They also offer gynocology services, regular gyn visits surgeries exc. Definitely will be coming here for my regular doctor visits.

I waited for the ultrasound for 2 hours, and then they sent me the therapy to the wrong pharmacy, when I called them they saw a mistake, and they didnt even send the therapy tablets to my pharmacy. I waited in the pharmacy for 30 minutes, but they didnt send the medicine. You go to the doctor for medicine, but you dont get the medicine. Catastrophe

I peered over my toes at the water streaming fifty feet down to the muddy pool below me and felt a queer beat in my stomach. For half an hour I had hiked a steep incline up to the cliff in flip-flops. Clinging tenaciously to the footpads, I skipped across small creeks, pulled myself up with the aid of jutting rocks and tree roots, and swung across gaps in the path on branches. But as I stood on the cliff, barefoot now, I forgot my strenuous climb and remembered that every step was taken for one reason - to jump. So I stilled the fear bouncing in my stomach, counted to three, hurled my body into the air, and fell. I have been climbing uphill in flip-flops all my life. While I am aware that everybody climbs hills and faces obstacles in their lives, I also believe that the success of those battles may well be based on the foundation upon which one walks - how firm and supportive it is. Parkmed and its staff were extremely supportive throughout the duration of my visit. Absolutely amazing staff! I just want to thank all of the staff members at Parkmed for the life-changing work you do. I was blown away by the support, guidance, and kindness I received. Every single staff member I encountered went out of his/her way to ensure that I was comfortable and taken care of--from the receptionist to the nurses and counselors to the doctor himself Dr. David Gluck. My experience with Dr. David Gluck and staff was totally positive. Dr. Gluck was professional, informative, approachable and empathetic.As I look back, I realize that the challenges I have faced have enabled me to find a strong footing within a situation that was not altogether stable. At first I was very nervous. Thankfully I was able to find this place and not only do I appreciate their kindness but the fact they were not judging me. They explained everything extremely well. I was truly comfortable. Dr. Gluck was extremely nice and professional and I appreciated his great care. I know sometimes certain medical procedures arent looked upon as a good thing, but if you absolutely need a place to go they will treat you with the most respect and make an unpleasant visit not as bad as you would think. As for me, my footwear is finally more supportive and sturdy. Ive transformed my flip-flops into hiking boots. I truly thank you guys for being so nice to me! First off the place is freezing. You are given a thin gown and a thin sheet which does nothing to help. All the staff members had sweaters on and would say yeah its cold but not one offered another blanket. I waited in a tiny dark room for over an hour for my procedure. In recovery the staff was impatient and unfriendly. Also there was zero counseling.I returned a few weeks later for a follow up and iud placement. I waited in an exam room ( again freezing) in a thin gown. I had my period and was told to sit on this giant pad. I had to sit there and free bleed for over an hour and a half. I asked for information regarding the iud and the nurse told me the doctor would explain and left to get him. Ten minutes later he showed up and when I asked him he told me the nurse would explain and left to get her. They did this FOUR times. Finally I lost my patience and demanded the doctor tell me. He said it had minimal side effects and would lessen my periods. I asked what side effects and he brushed off my question.I was lead to another room for placement. It was extremely painful. I was left crying and told to put on my clothes and come back in a month. I still wanted to know what these minimal side effects were so I pulled myself together and asked a nurse. Again my question was brushed aside.I literally left the place in tears. I felt degraded and sore and humiliated. I never returned for a follow up because I never want to see that office again.Planned parent hood on Jamaica ave ( even with its anti abortion protesters in front) was a much better experience.

I love Parkmed, I have been here in the past before and my experience was amazing!!! You hear what I say amazing!!!!!!From Dr. Molaei to his Nursing staff to the receptionist, they are so professional, respectful and pleasantand the office is very clean and highly sanitized.On 06/01/2019 I came to Parkmed located on 800 2nd Ave #6 New York, NY 10017 to remove my Nexplanon. (For this who are not formular NEXPLANON aka IUD is a form of birth control inserted in the inner forearm). This birth control is good for up to 3 years, so exactly 3 years ago from today it was in inserted and boy I’m I happy.A lot of gyn are unable to place or remove this birth control but Dr Molaei was able to he also trains on instillation and removals. Less then 2 mins it was out no pain just quick and easy.There’s so many different methods of birth control at this location, in the next two months I will get Mirena or I’ll see what best works for me.Dr. Molaei even gave me advice on a non related women’s health issue. He’s so amazing!I truly will recommend Parkmed, he’s a great gynecologist and I look forwards to each and ever visit in the future.

I had to interrupt a wanted pregnancy because of a bad fetal abnormality. It was -- and still is -- my worst-case scenario, but it was made better because everyone at Parkmed was very caring and warm and understanding. They gave me meds for the pain in a way that I almost didnt feel anything physically during and after. I felt like I was in very good, caring hands, from people at the front desk to the doctor or nurses, anaesthesiologist.However, I had to wait 4 full hours after the time of my appointment before the surgery, having had nothing to eat for more than 13 hours when I arrived (so 17 hours fasting in total) -- and still pregnant, in a very cold room (65 °F on the thermometer in the room). And I waited about an hour wearing just my hospital gown, so the wait time was excruciating. Youre already in emotional distress and hungry, the cold just adds to your fear and tension.Temperature and wait time should definitely be improved. Just in case, bring a very thick blanket and a good book. Because your partner has to leave you at some point anyway. And eat a snack just before midnight the day before.

Definitely sucks. Most of the nurses have attitudes, their not understanding of certain situations or caring. I had a problem and Dr . David gluck laughed in my ear. They dont let you get a word out especially over the phone. I dont understand why they would want to make a female go through so much pain for possibly 3 days. Plus they make u wait alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll day smh Will NEVER go to again

I had a deep inserted nexplanon an was told by many offices it was too difficult to take out up until I found parkmed. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel safe. The procedure wasn’t long at all and the doctor was very informative and professional. My nexplanon was removed with care.

I like the fact that I dont have seat for a long wait to see the doctor, the place is clean and nice and so is the staff. Plus the accept Medicaid it a women health clinic. I have been following with them for half a year I have no complaints.

Parkmed is a fantastic womens health center! I owe them my sanity and I recommend them for any type of OBGYN care. However, there is one thing I dont understand- they have on One America News (OAN) playing on all the TVs throughout the office. OAN is an extremely conservative news station that spins womens health care and womens right to choose as anti family. I tried to change the channel, but no other stations would play. Other than that odd detail, thank you Parkmed for all you do!

Had a 10:10 appointment, i walked in at 9:30 didnt get seen until 2:00 ….. while other people walked in and got the help they needed. then they wanna rush u out the recovery room

The staff at Parkmed are so genuine and caring. I been coming here since I was 18 and never had a problem. If you need anything done I recommend you to come here. They accept all insurances.

Dont know if its because of the pandemic but my process was finished in less than 3 hrs. Everyone was friendly, didnt make me feel nervous or uncomfortable. Very clean only thing i didnt like was having to go there & wait after not being able to eat after midnight but thats a part of the process.

The best clinic i had nexplanon that i had done somewhere else and my nexplanon got infected I started looking for many places and in a lot places in nyc denied removing my nexplanon and in this place Dr. Michael Molaei did great Job he explaned everything to me and he did awesome job by removing my nexplanon. ladies i do recommend this place 100% you wont regret it.

My first abortion and nobody informed me on anything. Scared and alone. I didn’t even know I would be here this long still waiting to be seen. The suspense and uncertainty is disgusting. Sitting here in tears while everyone walks past chit chatting. I can’t even have my boyfriend with me. I thought it would be a quick thing but it doesn’t work like that. I did not eat or drink since yesterday evening. I’m sick nauseous and dizzy. Nobody will do anything. Do not recommend first and LAST time coming here.

I think its horrible experience for every women to have to get an abortion but everyone was nice, caring and very understanding there....Its a clean place even tho the waiting took for ever...I had my app for 9am didnt call my name until 11am just to sign the paperwork and the procedure took place at 3.30pm, but you also cant drink or eat after 12 am the night before...I had a local anesthesia which was painful...they gave me painkiller after, something to eat and drink, I could leave within 30 min...if you bring somebody with you they would need to stay in the waiting room..with the tests and procedure youre on your own...I would def recommend the place..the costs were about 400$ without the insurance..

Although the staff is great here their wait is terrible and will ruin your day. You will wait about 5 hours in a very uncomfortable chair until you finally get called in for your procedure while youre starving and nauseous

They charged me $455 for the procedure then they are sending labs bill more then $300 .They did not explain when I was there now they are telling me I should contact the Lab not them .Its just insane.I will recommend people to check before you have procedures.

Went for a OB GYN appointment & I had a great experience. They explain & answer all your questions, They accept Medicaid as well so that was a big plus!
