I had tried 3 other clinics before finding Neway through a recommendation in a facebook group. As soon as I met Dr. Wang my whole experience with infertility changed. I actually felt respected and taken care of which was far from my experience at other clinics. Dr. Wang is so friendly and compassionate, answers every email with in depth explanations and personally sees you at every appointment. He is open to your input at every step of the way. He is an incredible doctor! I am so happy I found him. I couldnt recommend him more highly.

I recently switched to Dr. Kort after a less than satisfactory experience with another fertility specialist, and I couldnt be happier with my decision.From my first appointment, Dr. Kort was everything my previous doctor was not. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear, detailed explanations and provided me with my treatment options. Unlike my last center who seemed rushed and impersonal, Dr. Kort was compassionate and made me feel valued as a patient.The entire staff at Neway was friendly and supportive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Kort tailored a treatment plan specifically for my needs, something I felt was lacking before. The thoroughness and attention to detail have made a significant difference in my journey and I am now pregnant.I am grateful to have found such a dedicated and knowledgeable specialist. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend Dr Jeff Wang. The best bedside manner, explains everything in great detail, gives many pro/con explanations. He is present at every appt, sends monitoring updates himself, and answers any/all questions no matter what time of day. Wait times for blood/ultrasound are also v quick.Ive had zero follicles and no ovulation for 6 months, and after going to 2 different IVF clinics (RMA and Gen Next Fertility), hes the only one to recommend an MRI. If he hadnt suggested I might have silent endometriosis, I would have never learned I had fibroma suffocating both my ovaries. I just had a lap surgery yesterday to have that removed, and lo and behold they found endo and fibroids as well. Im so glad Dr Wang exhausts options and doesnt treat patients with a one-size-fits-all like at many other clinics in NY.

Neway Fertility is top notch, if you are searching for a clinic for you, Neway is the one. You are in the best hands with Dr.Kort and Dr. Wang. They will guide you in the best direction according to your specific case. They fully listen to your personal needs and concerns and do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable. The Nursing staff is phenomenal , Lindsay Blackburn will address any concerns/needs that may surface. She responds to every inquiry you may have, via email/phone. She never misses a beat! Erica Pagan is also terrific at financially coordinating your needs. As a whole, I have had a wonderful experience with Neway Fertility and if you are looking for personal, dedicated care during this process, Neway Fertility is for you, you will not be disappointed! Also, when you walk into your appointment you feel like you are getting a VIP service, they never over book and I have never waited for anything, I truly feel like they open the office for me and me only, great experience hands down -- love this place and the whole entire staff.

Neway is the best! Dr Kort is amazing, encouraging and far more hands on than any other place I’ve heard about. I saw him each visit, even if it was for 5min. My only struggle was logistical. They opened at 7:30 and it made it tough to get to work on time. Other than that I would recommend working with him and the whole staff there to anyone. My baby is 4 months today and I still look at the embryo (they gave me a picture) the day she was transferred!

I cannot recommend Dr. Kort and the entire staff of Neway enough. After a frankly atrocious experience at RMA Brooklyn, who dropped the ball every step of the way, I was upset and exasperated with all things IVF, (which according to more than one doctor, was our only means of getting pregnant). A friend of mine who was a patient of Dr. Kort’s the year prior strongly encouraged us to have a consult with him, and I’m so glad she did.While RMA Brooklyn was super convenient being only an 8-minute walk from our apartment, and Neway 45 minutes on the subway, after my husband and I went for just a consult, we knew immediately that the commute was worth it for the drastically improved experience. Dr. Kort is kind, caring, a good listener; he’d read my file, asked questions, and allowed us all the time in the world to ask our own. Having the same doctor throughout my entire treatment made me feel like I really had someone who knew my case, knew me, was invested in the outcome, and brought a superb level of care and humanity to the entire experience.Emails and phone calls were returned promptly; there was just so much kindness to the care—honestly, unlike any other doctor, IVF, or otherwise, I’ve experienced in my 15 years of living in NY. From the very first appointment, Dr. Kort demonstrated a level of compassion and dedication that truly made me feel seen and valued, not just as a patient, but as an individual. The environment always felt supportive and caring; the small size of the team made seeing familiar faces for every visit so much more enjoyable.I was floored by how quickly my queries were responded to (trying to get a hold of a nurse or doctor at RMA was like pulling teeth). I was never made to feel rushed or like any of my questions or concerns were silly or overly anxious. All the staff were just so warm and lovely. I felt safe while on such an anxiety-inducing journey.If, like me, you don’t live near Neway, I can tell you it is wholeheartedly worth the extra transit time.

I feel very lucky and have been having a great experience and results so far to work with Dr Wang’s team. He is the kindest, most patient doctor I’ve ever met in North America!! I’m 31, got 37 mature eggs out of 44 eggs, while not experiencing OHSS yet. My coordinator nurse Jacqueline is very kind and caring as well, and she also reply me night messages with needle instructions when Inwas in panic. I appreciate all the help so much. The whole team is very friendly, organized and has warm smiles to help me.Cherry picked 10, fertilized 7, got 6 blastocysts biopsied and frozen. Waiting for embryos genes tests results and will update once available. I definitely recommend Dr Jeff Wang’s team!

I cant recommend Dr. Wang highly enough. He is incredible. Exceptional bedside manner. Really gets to know his patients. Performs all ultrasounds himself and follows up personally with results. Thanks to Dr. Wang and his staff, including embryologist Dr. Lee, I was successful in becoming pregnant twice at 39 and 41, and I am a mother now.

We can’t thank Dr. Wang enough for the wonderful care and support he provided during our infertility ivf journey. Infertility just plain sucks, and having a doctor who is caring, patient, determined and really wants the best for you is so important. We received all of this and more from him and all the staff. Dr. Wang was willing to personalize my treatment and was there for us every step of the way. His bedside manner is next level and you will never find another doctor like him. We travelled from BC to Newyork twice for ivf to work with him because we trust him so much. We will never forget the comfort he provided us. Highly recommend. Finding this clinic was simply the best thing that ever occurred to me. It’s been over one year, but I still remember when Shameeka scheduled my first appointment with Dr. Kort. Infertility is so tough, I was 34 and going through a hard time, things were so uncertain— Dr. Kort gave me confidence and hope to try IVF. We had amazing results and were successful in the first try. My baby is 12 weeks today, and I cannot thank Neway Fertility enough: everyone is simply amazing, from the staff at the front desk to the nurses, and the doctors. My husband and I came in before he started chemo therapy. Every member do the staff was kind, helpful, and understanding of our circumstance. Even when a billing mistake was made, everything was taken care of quickly and easily. I’m SO grateful for the staff, and Dr. Wang, and glad we chose Neway.

I had the best experience at Neway Fertility. Everyone from the front desk/technicians to the nurses were so helpful and kind. Dr. Kort was amazing. He explained every step of the way very clearly, and I ended up with incredible results. I briefly saw Dr. Wang too and he was just as personable and transparent with the entire process. I cant recommend this clinic enough.

We had a really excellent experience with Dr. Kort at Neway, and highly recommend both him as a doctor and the clinic overall. Dr. Kort is great at answering questions, and everything ran smoothly for three retrievals (to bank several embryos) and a successful embryo transfer. The nurses at Neway are all great as well, as is the embryology team; everyone is extremely kind and professional. I felt the process was very clear, and my appointments were very prompt with little wait time.For a prior egg retrieval cycle, I went to a different NYC clinic and the experience was far worse. Appointment wait times were much longer, and I had a feeling of being rushed through, without really being able to ask questions. Since Neway is a small clinic and staff are very attentive, you really feel that you are receiving personal attention. Thanks very much!!

Words can not express how happy my husband and I were with the care we received at Neway Fertility. Dr. Kort is the BEST fertility specialist and all of his staff members are amazing! My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for a many years. At Neway I was given excellent care but most importantly I was given HOPE that it would happen. I could feel how determined Dr. Kort was to help my family. His expertise in his field is remarkable and his bedside manner is spectacular. He was always reassuring, understanding and supportive. Dr Kort has been amazing from the start. I have already recommended many friends who stopped looking for a specialist after their initial consultation with him. He is extremely patient and thorough, never made us feel rushed our pushed to do procedures. He is honest and truly cares about your outcome and comfort.

Dr. Kort is the absolute best fertility doctor in New York City. He is kind, patient, thorough and extremely smart. I feel so lucky to have found him.Fertility issues are sometimes scary and confusing and Dr. Kort makes the experience comfortable and straight forward. I had done 2 cycles with another practice and was treated like a number. It was sad and stressful but I assumed that’s just how those practices were run. Neway is the exact opposite. Dr. Kort and his staff always know who I am, they went out of their way to help me through out the whole process and my cycles were pretty easy. Best of all a baby is on the way!I have sent a bunch of people I know who have various reproductive needs and they all rave about their experience with Dr Kort and his staff. Every single one of them loves him and says that they feel like a VIP at Neway. High end personalized medical care is unusual in this field of medicine and is absolutely appreciated. My thanks to all Neway staffs and faculties especially Dr. Kort and Dr. Hojoon Lee. With their overwhelming supports, I was able to meet my daughter. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of IVF.

This is my favorite clinic Ive ever been to. I wish they were also my OB. Infertility is terrible, but I loved going here. I saw Dr. Nejat and Dr. Zimmermann and had a great experience. They spend much time with you, listen, explain the science, and plan a course of action with you. The staff and nurses are terrific. They all knew my name and I knew them. Short to no wait times. Doctors easy to access (on call and email). I felt special going there and so lucky to receive such cutting edge treatment. They accept my insurance. My advice is to communicate early and often with billing and your insurance - we even got one procedure covered that originally my insurance wouldnt pay for because billing made a case on my behalf. Make sure outside providers (genetics lab, pharmacy) take your insurance - communicate beforehand and Neway will select a provider that takes your insurance. We are so fortunate to have a baby due this Spring, and we cant wait to go back and celebrate with everyone at Neway!

We had a great experience with Dr. Kort, and the nursing staff at Neway - especially Tania, Jenifer, Seon, and Shameeka. Dr. Kort always remembered our personal details and would chat with us during our appointments. He has a very kind demeanor and a chill vibe. We always looked forward to our appointments - it felt like he really cared about us and was rooting for us. We trusted that he was putting us on the right path and didnt rush us into unnecessary and expensive treatments without cause.For those going through it, we recommend asking lots of questions - there are no stupid questions. Be upfront with what you want and can afford and hell take that into consideration.The staff is great and well organized. Its a beautiful clean/modern clinic. Were currently pregnant with our first baby after doing IVF at Neway - one egg retrieval and two embryo transfers. Were so grateful to Neway for helping us get to this point and would highly recommend!

I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Kort. He is an amazing Doctor. I felt very comfortable having him as a doctor def. knows what he’s doing, always explained what was going on and took his time to answer questions and explain. The staff was great. The nurses Jen, Shameeka, Tania and a few others were all very sweet and professional. I had a slight issue with my insurance at first and the billing department help me sort it through. I highly recommend Dr. Kort after all thanks to him I have my little princess and thankfully on the first try through IVF. ❤️

I am truly grateful for Dr. Zimmermann and all the nurse/staff during this journey. My husband and I highly recommend this clinic. We were welcomed with open arms and everyone was up to date with our procedures and provided help during our billing issues in the beginning of the cycle. The portal site was very easy to message with the nurses. Dr. Zimmermann made sure every step was in place and I personally felt assurance during every check up. I went through a miscarriage before coming to this clinic, so if you are cautious and want to be attentive, go to Dr. Zimmermann. Dr. Kort was wonderful too. He was there for two of my IUI cycles. The lab doctors are highly experienced as well. I was helped by Dr. Lee and Dr. Sunyoung Park during my FET transfer and provided all the information I needed during the egg retrieval and the transfer. We have already recommended this clinic to few of our friends. The only regret I have is that I should have come here sooner. I am now currently 13 weeks pregnant. We are so overjoyed. My husband and I are already talking about coming back here for our second. Thank you so much.

Dr. Kort, Jen, Tania, and the entire Neway team made miracles happen for us. We started our journey at the beginning of COVID and put everything on hold until August to begin our IVF treatments. We did 3 consecutive rounds, and with each, we were informed and cared for as if we were their only patients at the practice. IVF can be complicated and nervewracking to navigate as a new patient, but the Neway team made us feel safe and understood, answering all the little questions that may have felt silly at the time. Knowing that Neway manages everything on site was also extremely convenient for us. Coming from Brooklyn for our appointments, during the work week and rush hour, it was nice to know that all tests/labs/results/treatments/procedures...literally everything happened in one place, enhancing our sense of comfort. I cant recommend Neway enough. Theyre responsive and accessible and if we ever had a hiccup with insurance or prescriptions, they were there to fix and assist the issues. Thank you to the whole team - we love you!

At age 28 I did two egg retrieval that resulted in 0 transferable embryos both times. Switched clinics (to Cornell) and got pregnant after first retrieval. While Dr Kort and Dr Zimmerman were incredibly kind, they did not deliver on what I came for (to get pregnant). I don’t know why it didn’t work but my guess is their lab isn’t the same quality as the bigger places (RMA, Cornell etc). My advice - stay away.

Revising my review. Since writing my original review the care from Dr Luk has been immense. She has been very supportive during my second miscarriage. I have been a patient of Dr Luks for over a year now, and whilst I stand by the monitoring and wait times not being organized very well in previous visits, and the one nurse not being very welcoming. When you get care like I have received the last few days its worth the wait and putting up with the odd grumpy employee. As mentioned before though Rose and the young man on reception (I keep forgetting to ask his name) are a credit to the practice. Dr Nejat is also lovely. If they keep it up I wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

I was undergoing treatment in this clinic, my doctor was Daniel Cort. I am very pleased with how everything went. All the staff was very attentive to me, everyone supported and sincerely interested in how everything goes. And I got a long-awaited pregnancy 🤰)))) I am happy and I recommend this clinic to everyone, all highly qualified doctors and nurses! The price of the procedure was cheaper than in many clinics. I wish you all the fulfillment of your dreams !!! Good luck girls !!! 🙏

I’m so grateful I was referred to this clinic. Dr Kort was amazing, and all the nurses, staff and other doctors. They made me feel welcomed with open arms. When I had my egg retrieval I had a great recovery. The endocrinologist kept me updated with emails every day regarding how many eggs fertilized, and my embryo’s progress. I had my first IVF cycle with a frozen embryo transfer by doctor Kort. I’m currently pregnant thank God. Thankyou so much.

I went to neway after i had an issue with insurance in the other clinic i previously went to. Upon arriving at neway i told them the issue i had and i told them i want to make sure my insurance is being accepted here first and foremost. Dr. Kort is a good doctor i have no issues with the doc. But the billing department and the front desk at this fertility clinic seriously needs to be fired! One person called me. to tell me my insurence is being accepted and i have to meet my deductible first, a few days later another person calls all non chalant as usual not a care in the world telling me they are no longer “ center of excellence “ and they don’t accept my insurance. And how i should’ve directly call the billing dept first. Yes because, thats my job is to chase these ppl when clearly they dont know what they are doing! And then she asked if i would pay out of pocket..this is a game to this people and nothing but a business transaction!!

I had such a great experience going through Neway for my donation. Dr. Wang and Jacqueline are so very kind and took such good care of me.

Their billing department is a nightmare! I have some oocytes stored here and instead of mailing me a billing statement, which is REQUIRED by NY state law, they just send me a email claiming I have to pay $500.$500 for what and for how long? From what dates to what dates??? I am not paying until I get a paper statement in the mail specifying the cost for storage with the dates Jan 1st 2023 through Dec 31st 2023 actually typed on it.UPDATE: Neway FINALLY sent me a paper statement in the mail as is required by NY state law. The statement says it must be paid by 01/07/2023 but the envelope the statement was mailed in is postmarked January 13th 2023 which means it was mailed out AFTER the due date! OY! Does it get anymore incompetent than that?To the owner of Neway Fertility please invest the money to pay a good accountant to handle your billing for you. The government just hired 87,000 new IRS agents and contrary to what they claim, they were not hired to go after the billionaires in America. There are only 748 billionaires in America. You dont need 87,000 IRS agents to go after 748 billionaires! Those 87,000 new agents were hired to go after small businesses like yours in order to squeeze every dime they possibly can out of you! You are going to need to have an excellent billing department to be able to handle the IRS of this Administration.

While doctors are nice, the nurses waste your time by not following up and can be unreachable. Dr. Zimmerman took his time to really explain which is great. Then he asked the nurse to follow up with some appointments and she completely dropped the ball.I’ll be going somewhere else. Not what I expected and needed during this time.

After having repeated failures at other IVF clinics I met Dr. Wang. With his guidance and support I had triplets at 41 with stage 4 endo. He is simply magical and has changed my life forever!

I felt like everyone at Neway genuinely cared about me and the outcome of my IVF cycles. I did 3 cycles with them before getting a positive pregnancy result and they were supportive, patient, and responsive. I would highly recommend Neway and Dr Zimmerman to someone looking for a fertility clinic.

Neway is the best ! My husband and I were so happy, after trying for 10 years to we welcome our baby boy, 2 years ago. We felt it was time for round 2 and went back, After trying only two rounds of iui we were pregnant! We thought it would take longer but we were wrong. We welcomed our second Healthy baby boy just 2 weeks ago. We are so happy with the service we received, the staff take their time with you. It’s a family they call and check on you, they answer all your questions and concerns. The doctors are great ! I am so happy with all the help we received, and maybe going back for round 3 but it’s not sure yet lol. Definitely recommend coming here.

I had 2 successful pregnancies through Neway. My daughter was conceived via IUI. After 2 failed cycles, Dr Ralf Zimmerman sent me to a specialist to unblock my fallopian tube which was a major obstacle. The third IUI cycle I became pregnant.When returning 2 years later, we found that my blocked fallopian tube was no longer able to be unblocked again. I proceeded to do a year journey of 2 IVF retrievals and 2 transfers. I only had 1 embryo each time- the first embryo was mosaic. Dr Z thouroughly explained what a mosaic was, the challenges, and allowed us to transfer. It did not take and we decided to give up. I received a phone message from Dr Z a few weeks later encouraging me to move forward. He suspected that my window for transfer was a bit different than typical. We did a bioposy of my lining and genetic testing and found he was right. My next transfer was a success. Dr Z can be conservative and very thorough which was hard at times because we delayed things a few times. Each time I know it was in my best interest and to improve my chance at success. Thank you Dr Z ❤️I cannot talk about my Neway experience without praising the staff. Nurse Jen, Shameeka, Ketavan, Angelica, and Tania were wonderful support. They listened to complaints, they battled (after hours) with my terrible insurance company to get meds on time (I’m looking at you Avella), and greeted us always with a smile. They are understanding and extremely empathetic to the struggles of infertility. I will not miss going to the clinic, but I will miss seeing them. Thank you for everything.

Have been with this clinic for 2 months now and I love it!. Doctors are supportive, patient and very approachable. Nurses are reachable and really nice. Going thru infertility is a hard enough process, and the staff at Neway has been amazing!. Its a smaller practice rather than the bigger factory like setting at Columbia ( columbus circle).

I was days away from turning 40 when my Gyn recommended Dr. Kort. I’m a Educator and a little bit of a ‘late bloomer’ in the love department! Taking care of children all day can be difficult when you are unsure if you’ll have your own.Within our first few meetings, Dr. Kort and I were able to discuss options available considering my follicle count, AMH levels, age, overall health, and prior surgical history. I digested the information and waited a couple months for the school year to end before beginning my first egg freezing cycle. The cycle was highly successful, but I am making a choice to freeze another cycle to improve my odds of having a child.I was grateful that Dr. Kort (and all the staff) provided guidance and established realistic expectations! My sister- a 30 year RN- accompanied me to my retrieval and continues to rave about the level of care and professionalism demonstrated by the staff!Best investment I ever made!

Dr. Kort is the best! He is the most kind and caring doctor, but more importantly he delivers results. When I was having fertility issues, he explained in detail all my options, and made the best recommendations....and now I have two healthy and happy babies!!!

I dont have a enough kind words for Dr Luk and Neway. It was a little rough intially. I will attribute that to the practice going through some growing pains. However, Dr Luk was always attentive and available and made my wife and I feel like we were her only patients. The staff provided us with adequate service and finance options. But even if we were not successful in our fertility attempts I would recommend Neway to anyone looking for individual care through their fertility journey.

I looking to get neways number again so that I can come in to try for baby #2, and noticed that they only have 3.7 stars, and felt the need to add my review. After 5 years of trying, 5 rounds of IUI (unsuccessful), and dealing with 4 different fertility clinics, I ended up at neway from the recommendation of Dr. Sammy David, an RE who wrote a great book about taking a more natural approach to treating infertility and doing IVF. Dr. Luk was extremely kind, very intelligent, and treated my case very individually. She also had a good sense of humor, and for me this was really refreshing. Dr. Nejat was so calm and kind and also a pleasure to work with. My review is 5 stars not just because my first round of IVF was successful, although that does probably help my warm fuzzy feeling towards them. The main reason my review is 5 stars is because I was treated like a human, and like an individual, and Dr. Luk took my input very seriously in devising an individualized plan for my first round of IVF. After going to 4 other clinics, no one was as willing as Dr. Luk to really look at my history and listen to me, the patient, and help devise a plan that ultimately worked. I have a beautiful 9 month old baby now, and neway to thank! I will absolutely be back, despite the 1.5 hour drive through traffic, to try for #2.

Neway Fertility is unprofessional, disorganized and not recommended. DO NOT go here. I wish we would have spent our money at another clinic.We unsuccessfully attempted IVF treatments for over a year. While Dr. Nejat (no longer there) and many of the nurses (some no longer there) were wonderful to work with, the clinic is a nightmare with regards to billing and record keeping.During the course of our treatments, they kept sending us co-insurance bills, despite the fact that we paid an agreed upon amount, out of pocket since insurance only covered bloodwork. I had to call them every time to remind them that coinsurance was waived. They did waive it, but it was aggravating to have to keep following up. When we decided to stop treatments, we were never told that we had an extra vial of sperm in storage. Apparently during one of the procedures, they were able to use one vial instead of two. No one ever told us which is pretty upsetting considering we may have tried again so as not to waste it, or perhaps we would have donated to someone else. In January of 2017, I asked for copies of my bills for tax purposes and received a $0 balance. A couple of months after, we receive a letter from the clinic touching base and congratulating us on the birth of our baby, asking whether it was a girl or boy. You can imagine how upsetting this was for two reasons a) we were never successful and b) what kind of records do they keep? We responded and did receive a call from Dr. Nejat apologizing. The director of the lab however, just sent a quick note say apologies for the mistake. Fast forward to August of 2017 and I received a bill for $600, along with some coinsurance bills, for sperm storage! I was understandably upset and I had to forward them all of my back up to fight to not have to pay the $600. It took over 2 weeks to get this resolved and nothing additional was done for my time and the inconvenience. I asked for further compensation and I never heard back. This clinic is ridiculous and I recommend going elsewhere.

If youre on the fence about egg freezing, just come here. I debated it for a year, visiting a few different generic places in NYC, and then I came to Neway. Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat are incredibly good, friendly and real people. The nurses, all of them - especially the nurse who monitors blood every morning, and Marlene - are fantastic and loving. This process could have been terrifying, and embarrassing, but the people, the atmosphere, the music makes it feel more human and un-hospital-like than anything youll find.I just had my egg retrieval this morning, and am happy with the results that came fro low stimulation treatment that was tailored to my body. And it was the first time anesthesia felt like a tiny pin-prick. The anesthesiologist is a genius.Again - if youre scared or nervous to freeze (or even start IVF) just come here once.

I met Dr. Zimmerman in 2019 and he was so kind. All staffs were nice also. I got clomiphen and luckily met my baby boy on the first try.

Went there to get a consultation with my wife and we had the worse experience.My wife is not fluent in English so the doctor asked a Korean nurse to come in and translate for her.From the beginning she was very pessimistic towards us and specially my wife. The reason we went for a consultation is because we were having issues keeping pregnancy and yes, my wifes age is a factor too.But when you have a nurse look at you like theres no way theres going to be any success with IVF or any other method, its just wrong.The nurse kept repeating to us saying how my wifes age was a big factor and telling was theres only a very slim chance to none for having a success IVF.They have to understand that IVF patients are very sensitive and emotional at this stage of their lives. To have a nurse discourage you so much that you dont want to ever go back to that office, tells how sensitive they are. I do not blame the doctor but I do blame the establishment for not taking care of this matter and something should be done, either educate the nurse or fire her. Even the doctor wasnt saying anything negative until telling us, with more tests we should know our situation. But who is this nurse or whatever she is to keep telling us that my wifes age is almost impossible for a successful IVF. She even came to us when we were doing blood work and said once again to my wife, because of your age this and that.My wife was certain about one thing and its to not go back to this place, mainly because of that Korean nurse who should just stick to here work and translate what the doctor says and not give her uneducated opinion.

I am so thankful for the service we have received at this clinic. Dr. Luk and Netjat are not only extremely qualified, but very caring and kind. The nurses and the rest of the staff are also great. We are still trying to conceive, but whatever the outcome is I would recommend this clinic 100%.

Highly recommend this practice. Dr. Kort is a wonderful physician who truly cares about his patients. I would not think about it twice and recommend my family and friends to come and see him.

Ive tried numerous times to get in contact with this clinic . And i have yet to recieve a call back or email. Which is very upsetting because two of my friends met with dr nijet and recommended him to me . But now im not sure since its impossible to even get information.

2 hour wait for monitoring!! Insane!!! The billing department is also a complete disaster. They keep billing for things I already paid for and they have no idea how to bill to insurance. Make sure you keep all your payment records.

This clinic staff is rude and need more human relationships with their patients, they do not follow up patients and get upset when you remember that it does not belong. 3 months treating me and They dont given me a good service. I prefer to start elsewhere to return here

Top notch fertility place. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the doctors or the staff. I would not think twice in referring all my family and friend.

Best fertility clinic in NYC, hands down. Dr. Kort is simply the best!

Don’t even waste your time and energy going to this place. The billing and nursing department is a complete mess and they will add to your pain and disappointment in having to deal with infertility issues. 😞
