The team radiates compassion and optimism, offering personalized care that meets our unique needs.Dr. Elassar is outstanding—her expertise, direct approach, and genuine compassion shine through at every appointment. She takes the time to answer all our questions, making us feel truly supported. As remarkable as Dr. Elassar is, her entire team is equally exceptional. From the nurses to the front desk and the billing department, everyone has gone above and beyond to ensure that each step of our journey is smooth and stress-free. Dr. Elassar is an expert in this field and an incredibly compassionate and caring physician. Her entire staff, likewise, blew me away with their warmth and professionalism. You are treated like a top priority at all times at NYC IVF and the process is tailored to your unique needs and situation. I did two rounds of egg freezing at NYC IVF and not only was I really pleased with the results, but I felt fully taken care of and supported throughout the entire process, which could have otherwise felt somewhat isolating. Choosing NYC IVF was one of the best life decisions I’ve made and I cannot recommend them enough.

My husband and I had an incredibly positive experience with NYC IVF. They are highly responsive and professional, providing ample support after hours. I encountered some issues while transporting my fertility meds, and they were incredibly helpful and flexible. I had to start my injections while out of state, and they worked closely with me to adjust my calendar and accommodate the situation, although I recommend being in New York for the entirety of the treatment, if possible. The team is not only professional but also kind and hardworking. They truly go above and beyond, working crazy hours to ensure their patients feel supported every step of the way.One thing to note is that they dont specifically recommend any major preparation for egg freezing, like changes to diet or supplements, since there isnt reliable data to back that up—other than suggesting prenatal supplements. I personally did my own preparation based on supplemental reading.Strongly recommend for folks looking for a highly personalized/intimate experience.

I had a wonderful experience freezing eggs at NYC IVF with Dr. Elassar. She and her team took as much time as needed to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. My husband and I started our surrogacy journey a few years ago and we were very lucky to have a healthy beautiful boy via surrogacy while working with another fertility clinic in the West Coast. Then, it was time to try for a second child a few years later. This time we were not so lucky. Three failed attempts, broken promises, lack of information, and tons of money wasted without a child to account for. This fertility clinic wasted our 3 remaining embryos and we were heart broken!Then, this is where NYC IVF and Dr. Elassars team came to the picture. We had a consultation with NYC IVF team about possibility to still use our surrogate for a final attempt. They performed bunch of test, on both my myself and our surrogate to see where the issues were. Everything was clear and Dr. Elassar suggested that we should try one more time. This time felt different, Dr. Elassar was so compassionate and explain to us every detail along the journey. The previous clinic failed to provide all the information needed to assets the situation. The lack of information that we were not aware was detrimental, but we were so naive. It was not until NYC IVF explained to us in such of high level details that we were able to understand that the previous fertility clinic failed us.The NYC IVF staff is very friendly and I couldnt be happier to work with Tamar. She is outstanding! I could write here for hours... However, let me try to make it shorter. Fast forward, our first attempt was successful while working with NYC IVF and our surrogate got pregnant. We were already thinking to give up! We are beyond grateful that we decided to work with NYC IVF. We truly believe that this team is knowledgeable and will do everything in their power to accomplish your dream to become parents. I highly recommend NYC IVF for your fertility journey!

My fertility journey led me to NYC IVF due to various reasons and shortly after, I realized that I was in the right hands. The staff is well organized and Dr. Elassar and Tamar were a pleasure to work with as they are diligent and thoughtful about the approach - frequently monitoring hormone levels and making medication adjustments as necessary. When I first heard of NYC IVF, I was a little skeptical because they were out of network, but I thought why not give them a chance. I already had my first cycle done at another location and I was very disappointed, so I wasnt sure what to expect.After a few visits, I felt a little better, as if I was in better hands. I loved the fact that Dr Elassar and Nurse Tamar was there for each exam and they would communicate throughout the whole procedure. To me, it felt as though they really cared about me as an individual, and I loved how during my visits, its not over packed. Theres not a long wait time and I feel like they catered to me. Truly I cannot say enough about Dr. Elassar and her team. They are so lovely, kind, and organized. My sister and I went through the egg freezing process at the same time at NYC IVF; she had previously seen another doctor for her first round of egg freezing and found that Dr. Elassars office was far more communicative, the process was simpler, and the results were also better this time around.

I saw Dr Elasser and the team at NYC IVF for my second round of egg freezing. I’m 37 years old. I arrived there after having been to a bunch of other places in the city. I had a terrible experience at RMA, and did my first round at NYU. NYU is totally fine - it’s just extremely chaotic in my opinion and nothing felt organized or chill or personal. And I was sprinting all over the city to get the meds, and couldn’t reach folks when I had questions, and had to figure out how to do injections via YouTube etc. it was just chaotic.I decided to do my second round of egg freezing at NYC IVF on the recommendation of a friend. From the very first appt, I felt so supported and cared for and just relaxed. They are so communicative and responsive and treat you like family. It’s the best mix of highest level professionalism with so much care and warmth. I don’t have any fertility coverage so freezing my eggs was a really big decision and it’s expensive. At every other office, I felt like they didn’t really care about what a big expense and deal this is financially. At NYC-IVF they really understand and did everything possible to help me navigate the system.I got nearly double the amount of eggs my second round with NYC IVF vs. my first round at NYU. Dr Elasser’s method is so personal and specific to each patient.The whole team is exceptional. And I know it sounds weird to say this but I genuinely miss going to see them!! Tamar, Victoria, Rhea, Belle, Pamela, and everyone else. Love them! And can’t say enough about Dr Elasser - the exact vibes I never knew I wanted - a total boss and expert who is clear and direct, but full of so much warmth and compassion. (On the day of retrieval I mentioned I get kinda nervous going under, and she held my hand as I fell asleep and was so comforting and caring!)You really won’t find the same care and responsiveness and just genuinely lovely people anywhere else. I know because I went to a lot of places!Ps - my sister is 40 and we ended up doing this process together! We both had the most positive and successful experiences.

I had an excellent experience at NYC IVF! Compared to two clinics I have visited in New York, the experience at NYC IVF was fantastic. The best experience ever, very professional made me feel completely comfortable. I love the entire staff I literally chose them because I truly felt in my heart that they would give me a miracle. I haven’t had one bad experience with them, they were available to me 24 hours there wasn’t one time I couldn’t reach someone. Email or by phone the instructions were given and they were straight forward never a time I didn’t understand what I was doing. Medication explained perfectly I will truly miss them and I can’t wait till I get to visit with my baby. Long overdue review! NYCIVF was so wonderful! The care and attention Dr. Elassar and her team provided was exceptional. I went to another clinic before finding NYCIVF, it was totally the opposite experience! I wish I had gone here sooner. Dr. Elassar answered all of my queries and made sure I understood every part of the process. She was kind, gentle and very understanding. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my treatment here. The NYCIVF team have also been so accommodating and friendly. I have no words to show the gratitude towards Dr Elassar n whole team of Nycivf. We felt support n enough warmth and privacy in our first visit after disappointments from other places. UPDATE (2024): I was stoked to come here for my 2nd child. Dr. Elassar and Dr. Tamar did a great job with Sonograms and explaining the process and calendar timeline. The staff did a good job with drawing blood and results were available the same day. Showing up for an appointment always felt like showing up to a friends place. Wait time is never too much. Sometimes the whole visit is less than 20 minutes! One day I showed up a day early for my appointment and was accommodated and saw the doctor within 5 minutes. Highly recommend NYCIVF for future parents who want personalized care!Original Post (2021): Dr. Elassar and Team deserve 5 stars! I had success during my first IVF. I loved couple of things such as Dr. Elassar’s beside manner and always having her do my sonograms. She has a professional bedside manner and I never felt uncomfortable if I showed up some days with hairy legs, hahaha. Dr. Elassar felt like a friend who knew me in and out (in terms of our struggles in conceiving) and the whole team always cared for me and my husband along the way. I never felt like a number.Dr. Elassar has a team of wonderful staff who are helpful and understanding. Some days can be very busy for them but they never fail to deliver. Dr. Elassar makes herself available if her team is not available outside working hours. She made me feel comfortable during the retrieval process because it was my first time meeting the anesthesiologist and the embryologist, which made it nerve wrecking for me. Victoria was also there afterwards to make me feel comfortable. I loved that Dr. Elassar was with me throughout the whole process and made it comfortable.Dr. Elassar’s team did great working with our insurance as an out of network provider. They even hopped on conference calls with the insurance so we can retrieve the money out insurance owed us.I can’t praise Dr. Elassar and team enough. She would never say, but she’s working 24/7!!! And her team shows up on weekends as well (if your cycle fell on a weekend). These angels give up their family time to help us have a family. THANK YOU NYC IVF!!!

I had such a great experience with NYC IVF. I came in for the egg retrieval process and freezing embryos. I was a bit nervous and they made me feel at ease. Everyone at the clinic, from the greeting at the door to Dr. Elassar, were always personable, caring, compassionate and made me feel so comfortable. They were always so responsive as well and kept me updated in real time and answered any questions I had. I cant say enough good things about this clinic. The outcome was so much better than I expected and Im so happy I came here!

I had a wonderful experience at NYC IVF for egg freezing. Everyone at the office knows your name and where you are throughout your process. They were on call 24/7 if I had any questions about the medications and Dr. Elassar took the time to explain things to me, answer any questions and make me feel at ease. Overall, the process was much easier than I thought it was going to be and I think thats because NYC IVF really knows what theyre doing! The actual egg retrieval procedure went great, I felt no pain and had no side effects. I am so impressed by the number of mature eggs Dr. Elassar was able to get and its nice to know theyre stored right in the office so I dont have to worry about them traveling anywhere or dealing with another company. I truly cant recommend them enough, I think theyre the best in the city!

Dr. Alyssar is very professional and experienced. She showed not only professionalism as a physician but genuine care to her patient. She was always available for any questions and my concerns during my treatment. Her entire staff was friendly and approachable. The nurses were very helpful in providing guidance on injections. Alejandra was very patient and helpful when it comes to billing questions. I would 100% recommend NYC IVF for treatments.

My wife and I cannot speak more positively about our experience at NYC IVF. NYC IVF was a dream come true for us. Dr. Elassar was caring, responsive, answered all of our questions, and showed us she knew what she was doing. We felt very confident and assured by her and the entire team. They took our specific concerns seriously and made sure to address them, not ignore or dismiss them. The nurses, receptionists, and coordinators were always on our side, and responded quickly to emails and calls. They would explain things multiple times if needed, and always gave us the respect and care that we needed during what can be a difficult and emotional time.We are happy to say that because of their services my wife is currently pregnant with our first child! We cannot thank the NYC IVF team enough for their hard work and compassion. They are worth every dollar, for their dedication, intelligence, and positive compassionate attitude.Prior to finding Dr. Elassar’s office we had been frustrated with some of the big hospitals that have a reputation but dont have the customer service or ability to care about each patient. We felt like we were treated like in a factory, with never the same nurse or even the same doctor during visits, it was impossible to get an email or callback for important questions, and they were rarely willing to take the time to be with us for the ups and downs. Plus, we had specific medical issues that they didn’t address or acknowledge! Instead, they put us through the same standard protocol without thinking about our specific needs. The big name hospitals may work for some, but if you want the personal touch individualized attention with a group that values their patients and provides excellent service, then look no further.

I cannot express enough gratitude for NYCIVF.They treated us like family from Day 1. Our appointments with Dr. Elassar were always thorough and she never made us feel rushed, or unimportant.The same applies to everyone on the team from Alejandra who manages finances to Tamar and the other medical professionals who we met with. We were always greeted with smiles and warmth and no question went unanswered.After each procedure we were given clear verbal instructions accompanied by an email of the same. The team was always available to us through phone or email and were very responsive. NYC Ivf is the absolute best! This was my third ivf clinic in the city. I was searching for a clinic where I didn’t feel like a number and was seen by the Doctor and same nurses everytime. I was so lucky to have found this clinic because it was just that. Dr Elassar really cares about each of her patients. I have been trying to find the right words to express how wonderful NYC IVF truly is. Five stars do not do them justice. Dr. Elassar and her entire team are just the best. They are literally the best at what they do. The office is impeccably managed, everyone has their role and does it with perfection. And Dr. Elassar is an absolute expert in her field. My husband and I struggled with infertility with no known cause for 5 years. No other doctors did the work-up and investigating that Dr. Elassar did. At appointments, I could see in Dr. Elassars eyes the wheels in her head turning trying to resolve whatever problem was presented to her. A true genius and also compassionate and caring. I got nauseous in the office one day and the nurse, Tamar (Dr. Elassars right hand woman) and Dr. Elassar herself, put me in a room to rest, gave me a blanket and let me stay there until I felt completely ok to leave. Another time I had to get an MRI. I had never had one. I found out Im claustrophobic. Dr. Elassar sat with me and talked me through getting the MRI using calming techniques. And it worked. Ive never met any other medical team so invested and committed to their patients. The entire team at NYC IVF takes personal care of each individual patient. Phone calls are answered 24/7, emails are replied to within minutes. They worked with my schedule so I could have my appointments and also get to work on time. There was never a wait. They called or emailed results immediately. Prescription issues like prior authorizations were resolved right away.My journey began at NYC IVF in November 2021, and from the start I knew I would give them an outstanding review no matter what my personal outcome was. Now, less than a year after meeting Dr. Elassar, I am currently 7 weeks pregnant thanks to NYC IVF. I feel like the entire team became a kind of second family. I really do not want to leave them. Its hard to find the right doctor, especially the right fertility doctor. The previous reviews I read about NYC IVF helped convince me to schedule my first appointment. I hope this review convinces others.

Dr. Elassar and team are the most wonderful people you will come across. They take such good care of their patients that you won’t feel you’re visiting a doctors office. We came for general reproductive consultation with Dr. Elassar and found out we were already pregnant. Doctor gave us the most amazing surprise of our lives. I am so grateful to Dr. Elassar and her team. Thanks to them, we have a healthy, happy baby. I had already had a false start with the IVF journey at an NYC hospital and I knew I needed a smaller, private clinic where I would get more of the doctors time and attention. NYC IVF is exactly that.My first visit, almost a year ago now, began with a 90 minute consultation with Dr. Elassar. She is very straightforward and direct - qualities I respond well to. It is a small tight team and you see the same assistants and nurses every single visit. I found that extremely comforting. I was also able to meet the embryologist and talk in detail with her. Tamar, Alejandra, Valentina - all incredible lovely people.IVF is emotionally exhausting as well as physically taxing. I appreciated that all tests and medical procedures were at the clinic’s location. I only had to show up. They have their own embryo lab, operating room, and ultrasound facilities.Dr. Elassar’s team also took care of all my insurance back and forth so I could focus on the process and the results. When the going got tough with some upsetting results, Dr. Elassar was deeply empathetic and kept me motivated.There is a fair amount of luck that is part of the IVF process. Obviously, no medical team can impact that but for everything else outside of it, I trust Dr. Elassar and her team.

I recently just underwent my first round of egg freezing. I was really nervous with the process as I did not really know what to expect. I spoke to a couple clinics as I wanted to be confident in my decision since its such an important procedure. I ended up choosing NYC IVF because of the personalized care you get the first moment you walk in the door. Everyone knew my name and Dr. Elassar spent so much time explaining how the whole process works. Every appointment I had started on time with Dr. Elassar updating me on my progress. The other clinics I spoke to mentioned having a rotational system where you may or may not see your original doctor, which was rather off putting to me. In the end, I had a successful egg retrieval because of the constant monitoring and care that Dr. Elassar and her staff provided, and I could not be more grateful. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend NYC IVF for their services.

If you are looking to do IVF this is the ideal place, the entire team is helpful, friendly and always has a quick response to all your concerns. Doctor Alyaa Elassar is very kind and she always explains in detail on each visit how the process is going. Tamar is very nice, friendly and always makes sure that you know how to take each medication in the correct way including the injections which are quite a few. If your language is Spanish the same as mine Alejandra will become your best friend, always with a smile to help you in everything you need. Victoria and Heidy are also very kind and careful when it comes to doing your blood work. The most important thing that help me make the decision of the clinic was that the entire procedure is in the same place. They are very organized and precise when it comes to the retrieval and implanting of your embryo, making sure that there are no errors. I am already 8 weeks pregnant and today is my last visit and how I would like them to attend to my entire pregnancy. From the bottom of our hearts, my husband and I thank you for everything you have done for us in these 5 months. I highly recommend this clinic and the entire team.

She tailored it according to my specific needs so well that I did not experience any side effects during the entire treatment. They also -- altho not their job or advertised -- provide so much support and comfort each and every step of the way. No one is too busy or too tired to answer any of your questions -- at any time of the day or night, weekday or weekend.Prior to coming to NYC IVF, I received treatment at another well-regarded IVF clinic in Manhattan. Needless to say, I had to jump ship, and fortunately, my godsend angels, Dr. Elassar and her team were waiting for me right on the other side. The results of my retrieval at NYC IVF were astronomically better than that of my previous retrieval with my former clinic. Honestly, I (as well as my husband) deeply regret not having come to NYC IVF any earlier.I am happy to say that my first transfer with NYC IVF was a success! I still deal with major anxiety, but what calms me down immediately is knowing that I have my full trust in Dr. Elassar and that she will see me to the end of this journey -- baby in arms.Provided you are financially able, I dont see how you can go anywhere else.

This is going to be long because I have MUCH to say about NYCIVF and if this review can help someone out there contemplating on where to receive care, I would be so glad.Before I became a patient at NYCIVF, I had already done 3 or 4 rounds of IUI at a facility that was very close to my home but felt very much like a factory rather than a place for care for people going through one of the toughest and most vulnerable situations of their lives.My husband and I finally reached the point of knowing IVF would be our next step. NYCIVF was recommended to me by a coworker who had success with them on her first round of IVF, and shared stories of others she knew that had failed rounds at other facilities and success at NYCIVF as well. She specifically spoke highly of Dr. Elassar and the staff saying that even to this day that her little one is older, they still keep in touch with her asking how she and her family are doing. That level of genuine care, especially while no longer being an active patient, was unheard of to me.So here we were, with one shot to do IVF, stuck with the option of proceeding with the facility we were already a patient in, conveniently close to home but providing cold and impersonal care from the staff (like I said, very factory-like feel), or to take the chance with NYCIVF despite the commute being 4x longer from our home in South Brooklyn. Needless to say, on a gut feeling, and a strong feeling that if I were to go through IVF, I deserved the best, seemingly personalized care, we decided to set up a consultation with Dr. Elassar. We felt very good about our consultation with her and decided to commit to being patients at NYCIVF.The details of my care: I have a history of endometriosis and low ovarian reserve. I began treatment and at first, I was not responding great to the initial protocol. Instead of using a standard, cookie-cutter protocol on me, Dr. Elassar was meticulous in requiring to see me often and following my response, adjusting my medication as needed, and as a result, instead of canceling the cycle (which I remember was a very real possibility), I was able to make it to retrieval day. Fast forward to now, I am 32-weeks pregnant with a so-far healthy baby boy. Thank God.The office is clean and there is a peacefulness within it that I believe exudes from the staff and overflows into the environment. It was so wonderful and comforting to see the same friendly faces every week:- Jessal at the front desk, always kind and greeting me by name- Alejandra, also so sweet and kind, always available and willing to lend an ear and answer my dozens of financial questions- Victoria, who often settled me into the exam room, drew blood, remembered and followed up with me about whatever I was venting about during my last visit- nurse Tamar who was present every appointment, patient with me whenever I had questions or concerns, was so responsive via e-mail or phone, and literally held my hand as I was put to sleep on my retrieval day.- Dr. Elassar, who I describe to my family and friends as a genius, both straight-forward, tells you like it is, a total expert in her field AND absolutely thoughtful, caring and loving all at the same time.If you have made it this far in my review, I can assume that you are contemplating on becoming a patient here. I can tell you without a doubt in my mind, it was the best decision I made for myself and my future family. I would like to think that even if my one and only IVF cycle failed, I still received the best and personalized care that I could have received in NYC. EVERYTHING that my coworker said was true about this place.I thank God for all of you at NYCIVF. I thank God for not just what you do but HOW you do it. Thank you for giving me a chance at becoming a mother and being wonderful, compassionate human beings throughout the process. In a world where genuine compassionate healthcare is so hard to find (sad to say), you are a God-given breath of fresh air.

So far I am at the start of my journey with the clinic, and they have been very responsive and professional. Dr. Elassar has answered all of my questions and been quite flexible in arranging tests, since I am in another country. Ms. Alejandra Castillo at reception was also very accommodating, friendly and easy to reach.

I’ve been with NYC IVF for several years. At first, I had IUI successfully on the first try but learned that the baby had severe chromosomal abnormalities and lost that pregnancy. With the support of Dr Elassar and her amazing team in the front and back in the embryo lab, we began the egg retrieval process. This was the most emotional part of the journey for us bc we did not learn of any healthy embryos until the third retrieval’s genetic testing results came back. On the fourth retrieval we got another solid two that tested healthy chromosomally. I want to share this detail with everyone because I know it can be very frustrating, emotional, and expensive to go through this process and there were people telling us we should try another clinic. That was not something we wanted to do. The care and attention we received with Dr Elassar and her team was worth everything. Dr Elassar takes each patient protocol and works so friggin hard to figure out what will work best for each patient. I rarely had to wait for my appointments, and Tamar, best nurse ever, was available to me around the clock. I once called her at 9pm and she answered right away to help me figure out my meds. Here’s another reason why I think NYC IVF beats other clinics. Dr Elassar will listen to her patients and change protocols to work with patient needs. When it was time for us to transfer our embryo, i could not sustain the side effects and physical impact of the progesterone injections. Dr Elassar allowed me to switch to a natural cycle. Some IVF clinics do not allow this! The first natural transfer failed but I advocated to increase use of endometrin on the second attempt of transfer. I don’t know if that helped or not but again, Dr Elassar was supportive and the implantation was successful. I became pregnant with a healthy chromosome tested embryo. My journey with IVF has been emotional at times and Dr Elassar and her team really gave me space to grieve when I needed to but actually I have a lot more memories laughing with everyone. They have really become family, and I look forward to seeing everyone. This journey has been amazing thanks to everyone at NYC IVF, and I definitely recommend them!

I was referred to NYC IVF and another fertility clinic by my ob-gyn. I chose to go to NYC IVF even though they did not accept my insurance and the other clinic did. Im so glad I made that decision because Dr. Elassar and her team at the office were all very clear and communicative, made me feel extremely comfortable, and did a great job of really personalizing my treatments. Their office is also clean and beautiful, everyone tried to be helpful, but more than anything else, they were successful. I am now 9 weeks pregnant after my first IUI procedure with them. I highly recommend this fertility clinic.

Dr. Elassar is both, a wonderful physician and a person. She helped us conceive our baby and was supportive throughout the process! She responded always to my queries and I felt I was always heard. Her team is also very considerate and helpful! Highly recommend her clinic!

Dr. Elassar and her team are amazing! I am currently pregnant with my second baby boy thanks to her. I was always very comfortable in her office and knew I was in the best hands. My whole experience with Dr. Elassar was truly amazing. Besides being a brilliant doctor she is also an incredibly supportive and kind person. Dr. Elassar is one of the best doctor I know for ivf treatment. As I and my wife went them for consultation and I like how they give me briefly explanations for my treatment. They make impossible things possible as I was not having hope for my first baby but they made this happen and now my wife is pregnant with our first baby. The staff is so friendly and dr. Elassar and team members treated us like aa family. I have made best decision to choose dr. Elassar for our treatment .

There will never be enough words that I could say to describe the care I went through with Dr. Elassar and her team. I started seeing Dr. Elassar in March 2019, I still remember my first visit with her. My first consultation lasted a good 45mts. I had already been to 3 other fertility clinics before coming to meet with Dr. Elassar. I never felt what I felt at this clinic. I can honestly say none of them can compare. Dr. Elassar and her team are one of kind.Fast forward to 2022 - I owe Dr. Elassar & her team so much. They never gave up on me and I never gave up on them. I was so scared to transfer my last embryo but I went through with it of course with a bit of encouragement from Dr. Elassar. I am pregnant now; 12 weeks today all tests have been normal and I still at times cant believe it - it truly is a miracle.I miss Dr. Elassar so much and her team. I can never EVER repay them for their care. NYC IVF is truly one of a kind. Trust me when I tell you that you are in the best hands possible. She will make it happen for you. There will be hard times but at the end it was all be worth it.

I found Dr. Elassar after some frustrating experience with a different IVF doctor somewhere, and the moment I sat down with her, I knew that Id be in good hand. She was professional but also personal, she always encouraged me, my husband and even my worrying parents, who came with me on one of the visits after my failed first try. Her confidence, kindness and knowledge really help me through this difficult time, which is exactly what a woman who put herself through such process needs. On a side note, all the nurses and the front desk staff were always such sweet hearts, the whole office had a positive and at ease vibe whenever I was there.

My partner and I feel lucky it have found Dr. Elassar and her amazing team. From the day we met, Dr. Elassar was frank, she reviewed the different treatment options, but with my age, 41 going on 42 next month, she recommended the best treatment for success. At the same visit, I met with the nurse and the financial liaison. They clearly outlined the whole process and provided written materials. They are very organized, which is important to me being in the medical profession. Having a well informed patient with written material to reference is important.It’s a small team, but that made it feel so personal, you see the same faces at each visit. They are courteous and so nice.The team is very quick to respond to any email communication. You never feel alone throughout this process. The entire office and surgical suite are well maintained and clean.I recommend if you can, go for PGT. For my age, I had a good amount of eggs reach day 5 however PGT revealed most would never reach successful pregnancy. I had 2 egg retrievals and recently had my 1st successful transfer. Next week will be my last visit with Dr. Elassar and team. I will miss working with them but hope to see them next year for another transfer.

Here, i will not cite the successful job doctor Alya is realizing with me, But rather the human side of This angel who fights for my dream, treats me as one of her relatives. Dr Elassar is amazing doctor i must say with my experience she knows what she is doing she is not rushing to anything but making sure every step is done properly. i had failed ivf cycle a year ago with other clinic with alot experinced doctors not complaining about doctor but difference i see in here is Dr. make sure each and every step is done properly. i have any issue i emailed them at mid night or weekends i get answer from doctor herself or Tammar within few hours.highly recommended.

Incredibly brilliant and extraordinarily kind--Dr. Elassar is there every step of the fertility journey, from the initial scans, treatment options, and medications, through all of the subsequent appointments, retrievals, and transfers. It is an emotionally taxing process, and she continually lightens the burden through her warmth and compassion. I cannot put in words how greatful I am to Dr Elassar and her team of angels. After seeing several doctors and feeling much like cattle being herded in generic clinical settings, I found NYC IVF. I had an amazing experience at NYC IVF. They were kind, efficient, and incredibly skilled. I also was comforted by how available they were throughout the process. A friend of mine was freezing her eggs at the same time as me and she also had more hiccups and last minute changes than I did - there were no surprises during my freezing or the retrieval afterwards and we got more eggs than I was even hoping for. Plus, central location is a MUST when youre going to be visiting the doctor every other day so the proximity to my office was a huge perk!

It is hard to put into words how incredible Dr Elassar and team are. The support, encouragement and personalized care was incredible. I am still amazed at how invested the team was in our success. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Elassar and her team. I’ve been to 2 doctors prior to her and the experience was night and day. She took her time to listen to my husband and i about our experiences and offered professional advice on how and why she would recommend different treatment. We are now at the last stages of this process - and while it’s been a tough road, the team here is nothing but supportive. While I don’t have a success story to share (yet!) I wanted to leave this review in case anyone is on the fence. It’s easy to give a great review when you have results. But despite me being in the middle of treatment I can say this is a top notch place.Clean, great follow ups and the team really cares.

Amazing everything. First of all, we got pregnant with twins in the first month! Obviously that is not going to be everyones experience, but beyond the results, everyone was extremely helpful and available for all my questions in person and by email. The staff were all knowledgeable. They did tons of tests, ultrasounds, and follow ups to make sure I got pregnant and stayed pregnant. They kept seeing me until I was 8 weeks, which is one of the best parts because unlike most pregnancies where you are worried about miscarriage but have no updates until youre allowed to see an obgyn at 8 weeks, I was getting updates basically every week and could see we had a healthy pregnancy all along. The service was also very prompt. We had lots of appointments, and I almost never had to wait more than a minute or two. The only part that we had an issue with was their on site semen collection always seemed overbooked, but for the lady parts, it was always a breeze. Staff is also very COVID-safe. Everyone wore masks, and there were procedures in place that made me feel safe but did not take away from the service or experience. Even billing was super easy--their billing staff handled everything with my insurance company, and I hardly had to think about it. They were very upfront about what I would pay, and I was never charged anything more. And again, we were pregnant with twins within one month of seeing them!

This team is incredible - responsive, communicative, supportive, patient in answering questions. You send an email and you get a prompt response back - making you feel engaged and in the loop throughout the process. Its a stressful process and you want someone who is on your team every step of the way, which they all were. I was sad to switch doctors and leave the office, but happy because I am now 12-weeks pregnant!

Deciding to write about my struggles with infertility was not an easy decision for me to make. I remember that while struggling to get pregnant, I felt so ashamed. Time was not on our side so we decided to seek outside help. We did so discreetly because the shame I felt was so real and so stinging. I walked into Dr. Elassars office feeling defeated, hoping that she would be able to help but truly feeling as though I was not destined to be a mother. From the moment I stepped into Dr. Elassars office, I felt like I was taken care of. The shame of not being able to conceive was still there but what was slowly disappearing was this feeling of helplessness. At our first meeting, Dr. Elsasar laid out a plan that provided me with a roadmap for the possibility of one day becoming a mom, which in turn provided me with a glimmer of hope. Dr. Elassar was optimistic, but most importantly, she was also realistic. Seeking out IVF, you hear countless horror stories of women being mistreated, misdiagnosed, and offered false hope. This was never the case with Dr. Elassar. She struck the very fine balance between providing hope but also recognizing that IVF is not ever a sure thing.One moment that stands out in particular to me was after my first egg transfer. I went through one round of IVF with Dr. Elassar and the egg retreival was successful. We had eggs to transfer and eggs to freeze. We transferred the best egg first. I was crushed when it didnt take. Contrary to popular belief, it is possible to be a little bit pregnant and thats exactly what happened my first time around. The egg had taken and I was pregnant but it wasnt a viable pregnancy. I had a chemical pregnancy and lost the baby. I was shocked and saddened. Dr. Elassar herself had called me to deliver the news and my only solace was found in her. She delivered the news but it was what she did after that will always stay with me. She said Sandra, I know you are sad but I am so hopeful. I am so sorry about this but please do know that we are going to try again. We talked for about 20 minutes, a level of care I have not experienced with any other doctor I have ever seen. She went above and beyond again when I returned to the office after the chemical pregnancy for follow up blood work. I can tell youre sad Sandra. Please dont be sad. We will try again. She then spent the next 40 minutes stepping out of her doctor role and instead spoke to me like someone who was devastated to have just failed their first transfer. It was truly one of the most humane ways to treat a woman so vulnerable. I imagine it would be very easy for a doctor to ignore this vulnerability and the uncomfortable messiness of patient emotions. That is not Dr. Elassars style. I have no doubt there are many doctors knowledgable about the IVF process. I do however doubt, that a doctor like Dr. Elssar is so rare to find in this field. You will not be a number to her. You will not be the number of eggs you are able to produce. She sees you as your own unique individual - vulnerabilities and all. And how important is it to be seen as your own unique person through one of the most vulnerable moments in a womans life? For me, tremendously important.I can never thank Dr. Elassar and her staff enough. She did make me a mom. I have two children - a rambunctious, lively, and sweet, two year old boy and his extremely calm, go with the flow, opinionated sister. This mothers day, Dr. Elassar emailed me directly to wish me a happy mothers day and I was not surprised. She remembers everything about your case, she answered each of my emails no matter what time I emailed her, her staff always being there, during my sad moment and my successes that came after. I dont know how to ever thank them and Dr. Elassar. There are no words to describe my happiness. Ill end by saying that if you are looking for a human to human connection with someone who is also extremely knowledgeable about the IVF process, please see Dr. Elassar. They will always take care of you.

Both my daughter and son were conceived with the help of Dr. Alyaa Elassar. She is the kindest, warmest, most encouraging doctor you will meet—she treats you as if you are her only patient and not just another face in a stream of people. From scans to bloodwork, I saw her at every single appointment. She made the whole daunting process so much easier, and I cannot imagine having gone to another clinic where patients are treated like cattle. My family will forever be grateful to Dr. Elassar and NYC IVF.
