WALK IN GYN CARE

This was my third visit to Walk-In GYN Care and I left pleased as always. The front desk staff are polite, helpful, and so welcoming. The phlebotomist is lovely and super gentle. Dr. Cope was amazing as well. She was professional and took her time performing the necessary exams. Best experience ever! ♥️

The safest I have ever felt with medical professionals ever. From the very warm welcoming they give you “welcome to the family” that reception gave me to giving me reassuring answers to my questions. I walked in and they saw me right away. The office is very clean and the staff is warm/ welcoming. I had a recent terrible experience with my previous provider and Dr. Elizabeth Cope made me feel so safe. Ms. Deguna was also absolutely amazing. The caring energy she gives is exactly what women need when visiting a GYN office. I have decided to make them my primary GYN. Thank you for welcoming into the family.

When I was on vacation here in NYC, it was weekend and I had some medical issues going on. So happy I found this fantastic walk-in clinic where I felt comfortable to share my troubles and get the treatment I needed.Everyone was compassionate and I wholly recommend this practice to anyone.Bonus: they are in-network for my health insurance.

I was looking for an OBGYN in zocdoc that would accept my insurance. I found out this office. I went there as a walk-in. I am very happy with the service. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Marina with a smile. She was very helpful and friendly. The process of checking-in was very smooth. The waiting time was not that long. I was seen by Tara, the PA. Shes very nice and answered all my questions. I would definitely come back in this office.

This is a great clinic to get your check up done fast! They take you in immediately and give you all the answers to your questions.The only reason for a 4-star review is the communication from front desk. I called at 5:30 pm on July 31st to see if its okay to walk in for my tests, or whether it is too late. I was told as long as I come in before 6, I am good to go.When I arrived 10 min later, I was welcomed with hesitation and told that I cant come in later than 5:30. This made me confused and disappointed. Moreover, in the waiting room, I heard the two ladies at front desk complain how everyone walked in late, which is hurtful. I found myself feeling guilty despite the fact I called and asked if its okay to come in.Moreover, I was always just given unsure answers on whether my insurance is covered.Otherwise, my visits with the doctors have been great, and other front desk personnel have been welcoming and kind. I appreciate the convenience of walk-ins and fast service - which is rare.

I had the greatest experience here so glad I found this GYN. The fact that it is a walk in is a blessing I found it online because I really needed an ultrasound. I called and was told I could walk in and be seen same day. The front desk was very friendly and helpful and the ladies at the back were amazing so nice and knowledgeable. Thanks ladies!

I can’t say enough great words how amazing this office is and all its staff! The front desk ladies were wonderful and so lovely, always willing to help and making sure you get the best service. I know Dr. Adeeti Gupta from the original site in Queens and when she began the practice in Middle Village. All staff over there were always pleasant and efficient over there. Today, coming in for a follow up visit some time later, I had an appointment today at West 57th street, and it was a remarkable experience. The staff was fantastic---from the secretary, to the medical assistant, the PA who did my exam, to the sonogram tech who explained every step---plus the rooms had a nice ambience, with great educational information on every wall---almost a spa like appearance that made this medical check up really pleasant and easy.

It’s by far the best GYN office I’ve ever been to. Everyone in the office made me feel so welcomed, cared for and at ease. You’re treated like if you were a family member. The nurse practitioners and doctors are amazing, they answered all my questions and were very informative. Never felt like I was being dismissed or rushed out the door like in other places.

The Astoria clinics entire staff and physician were by far, one of the most outstanding teams, I have visited in years. Thank you for the awesome experience. Ill be sure to recommend friends and family.

I have been coming here for years, and all was well. My last appointment disappointed. I have not seen a gyno for a year and half because I was without insurance. I finally was able to come and whoever the NP was only did a Pap test. No pelvic exam no breast exam. She was in a hurry. Idk what the definition of malpractice is but to my layperson eyes this was it.

I scheduled a same day appointment on 7/30/2024 at the Manhattan office because I was having terrible pelvic pain and I suspected I had a large/ruptured cyst. The office itself was great, the receptionist was very welcoming and I felt I was in the right place. My actual visit with the provider was a bit different. I was seen by provider Olivia Glidden. She was courteous but appeared to be in a rush. My concerns about a possible cyst or endometriosis weren’t addressed . I got answers that made me feel as if though I should be quiet and let her do her thing so she can move on to the next patient. I had an US done that day and received the results before leaving the office. Provider Glidden didn’t even come in the room to tell me the results, she just told me while standing in the door that I had “excess gas”. I was shocked because I couldn’t understand how that could be causing so much pain. I left the clinic and still didn’t think it was just gas but I trusted what I was told. The following day on 7/31, I woke up and the pain had gotten worse. I literally couldNot move, stand, walk, or even find a comfortable position when laying down. Eventually I rushed to the ER where they did another US that showed I had a moderate amount of blood/fluid in my abdomen from a possible cyst rupture. I was admitted due to the pain and the drop in my hemoglobin levels.The GYN walk in office is pretty, clean and the receptionist was nice. But the providers were rushing. I will not be going back there again.

I’ve been coming here for years and today’s visit will be my last.My 8:15am appointment didn’t take place until 10:30am. I understand being busy, but they are clearly understaffed, overbooking, or both. The concern doesn’t seem to be on patients but their bottom line.The provider who saw me was cold, rushed my appointment in under 5 minutes, and the staff was unusually rude and rushed.It’s a great concept in theory, providing walk-in services for women, but the patients they see are completely inconvenienced. They also don’t have WiFi or cell service so don’t expect being able to fill out electronic paperwork easily or do work while you wait 2+ hours for an appointment.

It’s been a little while since I’ve been to this location and the new floor they’re on is even better. I love how nice the staff is and how clean everything is. They’re super quick and efficient and helped address any needs I may have had as well as answered all questions I had. I love this walk in gyn and honestly it’s better than when I use to go to one from a hospital near me. Also love that they accept many different insurances where in other places that’s super hard to find now.

Everyone is so welcoming here! The environment is soothing and the nurses and doctors are so attentive to the patients. Thursday was my first day and I was immediately greeted with kindness. I came in very nervous because of some concerning findings done at the ER with an ultrasound and the receptionist, i believe her name was Marian, heard my concerns and immediately and worked with me. Dr. Harrison was also pretty awesome. She was thorough and patient. Nicki was as well. All to say, I cant believe a place like this exists.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and the courtesy that I was given. My doctor was compassionate and very gentle. I will recommend this place to my friends and family.. I will be coming back for my yearly checkup.

This practice is amazing. No appointment needed wait time are small to none. You get your results back quick and the doctors actually care about your health. 10/10

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team that radiated warmth and professionalism, from the front desk staff to the assistants and Dr. VanRossem. They were not only incredibly nice but also attentive listeners, addressing all my questions with care. The office itself was not just beautiful but also spotlessly clean and well-organized, ensuring a pleasant experience. Plus, there was no wait time, which left me feeling extremely satisfied to have found such a fantastic office.

My first walk in visit was great, everyone was helpful, great bedside manner of the nurses and doctors, and ease of care. I had to have a follow up procedure, so I booked online because there is no way to get in touch by phone. Two weeks later, the day of my appointment the office calls to tell me there is no one to assist me, when I ask to reschedule, she leaves me on hold for 20 minutes and does not come back to the phone. I am disappointed that they would tell me the day of my appointment there is no one to assist me and then not help in rescheduling a time sensitive procedure. I will have to go in person because the communication through the portal and phone is not effective.

Very pleasant staff, no long wait for appointments, doctors listen to concerns and take time to answer questions. Over all best clinic I’ve been to in years.

I love them. I visited the clinic and every one greeted me with a warm smile. The doctors and nurses were very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I also had a telehealth visit and I received the same warmness and care. The staff associated with this clinic are so great.

My experience here has always been good. The office staff are friendly and very helpful. The PA and doctors are very friendly and actually listen to you. The MAs are friendly as well. Overall, a good environment.

UPDATE: I spoke so highly about this place before (see previous review below) This time it was horrible. I had an appointment, did my check in before hand and even showed up on time. I was waiting for 1.5 hours before I just walked out. People that came after me (walk-ins included) got seen before me. The staff is nice but the system that they have to see patients is very poor. Sad that I now have to change my GYN for this oversightOriginal post:Always my best experience at a doctors office when I go there. I first went as a walk in a year and a half ago and received the most comforting service that I made here my regular genecology checkup office and they do not disappoint every time. Im always uncomfortable talking about my issues but the staff and doctors are so comforting and knowledgeable and answer every question with patience and grace. Shoutout to the front desk for being so warm and welcoming as well. Women supporting women are the best!

I have been here a few times and the staff team here is so genuine and kind. PA Alyssa Costa answered all my questions and was very patient and professional - she truly cares about her patients. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking last minute OBGYN care in the area in a place that is warm and non-judging.

I have been going here for a few years now, and its really great. The wait times can be long even with an appointment, but the staff is great, the facility is clean, and the doctors are fantastic. Really knowledgable, helpful, compassionate. I never feel rushed when speaking with them ...plus they are very thorough, thoughtful, progressive, non-judgmental and good listeners, and make suggestions tailored to your particular needs. The single time I had a doctor I wasnt happy with they were impressively responsive and that goes a long way. I would recommend them 100%!

I went here as a walk in and within my 2 hr visit, i got a transvaginal and abdominal U/S, lab work, Vaginal exam, amongst other things. I was treated with kindness and a professional atmosphere. The provider was beyond kind and really took her time to make sure I was comfy. The office is calming and well put together. I highly recommend and I am happy to say I plan to go back and make this my go to GYN office.

I had been the patient of a gynecology practice that I despised for over ten years. The reason? I hadnt been able to find better...until today. I had asked friends for their recommendations and their favorite gyno was either too far or didnt take my insurance. The walk in gyno has several locations and one is actually a 15 minute walk from me. Unfortunately that location does not accept my insurance.Yesterday, I made a spur of the moment change. Instead of keeping the appointment with my former gynecologist, I decided to go to the city for this new experience at Walk In Gynecology. It was super easy to get to.The front desk staff are friendly and that is always important. Now, the wait was long. I was at this office almost four hours. That includes the wait time, exam time, sono time and speaking with the medical provider. They were down a doctor yesterday, so really its to be expected.The staff are all friendly. The room for the sonographer has soothing water sounds played. I felt like an actual patient and not a pain to some office that doesnt care. I will now make this my practice and will be their patient.

I love coming here for my Gyn needs, and you can make appts or walk-in the doctors are warm and caring, excellent bedside manner. Marena and front staff are always so pleasant great attitudes the nurses are gentle when taking blood work. Ever since I started coming here, I will not go anywhere else. Nice and clean, and near the train and busses.

I completely panicked after not feeling well and they did a full work up on me without hesitation. I scheduled an appt immediately and met Emily Y. Emily took the time to truly listen to my concerns, offering valuable insights and recommendations tailored to my individual needs. Her dedication and expertise were evident every step of the way. Following thorough bloodwork and a comprehensive follow-up, it became clear that I was navigating the complexities of post-menopause. We started HRT and vitamins, a decision that has truly transformed my life in just three short months. I cannot thank you enough for the profound impact you have had on my well-being.

Not recommended for menopause care. After undergoing a barrage of tests including appointments with a cardiologist and an updated mammogram, I was booked with a nurse practitioner who could not answer any of my questions and, seemed completely in the dark about menopause. Despite meeting criteria for hrt, and having horrible symptoms, I was told by the np that she could offer no treatment options and that I could either book an appointment with the center’s founder (dr Gupta) at an out of pocket cost of $600 or try again in 3 months. A total waste of time and resources.

I initially gave this place 5 stars but after my second visit this completely changed. The practice is disorganized and has technical issues with their online communication system. Impossible to reach anyone by phone, let alone communicate via the portal with your provider. I had to come back 4 times for the same issue, pay a $75 co pay each time, and then was hit with a $300 bill from practice without any explanation as to why. I am extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back here unless they fix these issues.

The waiting area was small and cozy and there was meditative music playing softly in the background. The reception staff was warm and welcoming, and when I expressed feeling anxious, the receptionist reminded me that I was in a safe space and that I would be well taken care of.The wait time between arriving and seeing the nurse was reasonable and my appointment moved along quickly. Every staff member that I encountered during my visit was friendly and kind.I met with Dr.Racz. She was phenomenal. She listened to every single concern that I had, walked me through every step of my appointment and took my concerns seriously. She was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and thorough.All in all this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a medical facility.

I booked a Telehealth recently because I wanted to get a second opinion on a recent diagnosis. I was able to get a same day appointment which definitely eased my nerves. I spoke with Courtney and she was very helpful in answering any questions I had. I will be going in to the office soon so I will update my review to reflect my in-person appointment. So far so good though.

Great place, extremely patient and very welcoming. They have an ultrasound technicians always available. As a first time patient I was very pleased.

It was my first and my last visit will return to my GYN Dr . your seen by PA their are no sinks in exam room not very sanitary never asked about my GP to send results

I’ve never felt more comfortable and safe at a doctor’s office until I came here. I only came once as a walk-in but the front desk girls Marina and Cindy welcomed me and were so kind to me throughout my visit. I was seen by the PA Elizabeth who was super sweet and acknowledged all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I got scanned by Kim who’s a doll she was very knowledgable and made sure I was comfortable and made my experience a whole lot better. Very clean and spacious office, would definitely come back.

Honestly after years of looking for a good GYN that would not only be available on my time, but also made me feel comfortable I found it! The staff are so kind and welcoming from the front desk to the attending staff.

I have been to this office twice so far as a walk in & both times were fantastic. They do get busy as any medical practice does & as a walk in the wait time at times will be long but that’s normal. The fact they even accept walk ins is PLUS. The staff is very friendly & sufficient & the entire office is SUPER clean & sterile. Just an FYI always bring your insurance card!!

I had the best experience at this clinic. I was visiting NYC from Canada for the weekend and had an extremely painful abscess that prevented me from walking and doing just about anything. I decided to come to the clinic as a last resort. The staff was so nice, and Stephanie who treated me was incredible. She was so kind and gentle, she took her time, and walked me through everything. I felt very well taken care of and the relief was almost instantaneous. Thanks to her I was able to enjoy my weekend. Waited about 45 mins during walk-in hours which is totally reasonable. Would recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you!!!

The staff was very friendly and funny. The waiting room was clean and quiet. I was there and had all my questions answered and follow up test done. As well as my Telehealth visits are informative, I like that I get to see the same doctor for Telehealth visits.

Love love love this place! As a working mom it is hard to ever get appointments, and with them its easy. Open after work and on Saturdays. They are also helpful and sweet. I would recommend to everyone to come here.

It was a bad experience. I was three hours to get nothing. At the beginning the PA-C Elizabeth Cope said she was going to prescribed me antibiotics and at the end, after I waited for 3 hours she said it wasnt safe for me. And she said that I should go to the ER she wasnt unable to manage that simple situation. I wasted my time. Although they are friendly and polite, a place like that need more experienced and confident people working there

Theyre really sweet here. Whole staff I had no issues with. Only thing I say to be aware of is because it is also walk in, even with appointment, you’re likely having to wait. I have waited over an hour before till I am seen. So do plan accordingly. Otherwise really helpful and kind. Feel very comfortable with the providers.

Almost 3 years that I’ve been going to this location and I love everything about it! The office is beautiful & clean, the staff are amazing! I haven’t had any bad experiences. shout out to my fav gynecologist Staci

I was extremely annoyed that I was allowed to schedule a procedure as a new patient without a consult, and ended up having to come into the office three times just to get it done. The PA who did my consult was rude. She was just matching my energy, but honestly I was quite irritated because I’d spent at that point six hours driving into NYC twice for this appointment only to be told immediately before that I needed a consultation before my actual appointment and I’d have to come back a third time.I won’t be coming back, not only because scheduling this was a mess and I easily spent over a hundred dollars just trying to get to this godforsaken appointment, but also because healthcare workers are dealing with scared patients that are just trying to make sure they get the care they need. What is another day in the office for you is something your patient has spent hours trying to schedule, hours traveling to be there, and a lot of money on. If your PA had some empathy, like the front desk people, or the GYN, she’d be able to understand why I was upset.What part of scheduling an appointment three times in a row is giving “Walk In”? What part of consultation is giving “Walk In”? I can’t even say don’t come here because it’s not like you can get an appointment anywhere else that fast.

Friendly staff and Nata the doctor that saw me was great.The wait time for walk in was just over an hour but I found that acceptable without an appointment.My only complaint is that they sell you masks for $1, instead of giving them away. Most of us don’t wear masks anymore and feels like they are charging out of spite.

This is a wonderful practice, all staff are incredibly sensitive and kind. Appointments can take a lot of time so be prepared to wait a bit. Overall excellent service and care!

Staff at the front desk are very friendly and polite. Doctors are friendly and professional. Waiting is impressively long. They quickly process you asking you to collect your urine. Waiting at the waiting area is usually 30-40 minutes, in addition to that 15-25 extra minutes waiting to see the provider. Its excessive, so matter if you have and appointment or are walking in.

I went to the doctor no one ask for the history of what i always get , they gave me wrong medicine called me to follow up and did not give me an appointment for the follow up..: I ended paying twice the copays and being forced to be seen as a walk in - although called twice to return . Waited over 2 hours , this is after I was at the office 3 days ago. I had 4 doctor on who always knew what the issue was and gave me both medicine and has it resolved . The fact they cant go to records is unheard of . Since I was in pain for a while I had to wait. they cant even tell you if you can do it online or not have no consideration for your time and this office is a joke I as not a doctor know my problem and just need the right medicine. Pharmacy cant get a hold of them either . k. if your looking g to get wrong medicine and have time to sit around 2-3 hours this is the spot

Should not have to wait an hour and 20 minutes for an appointment that was supposed to be at 8:45am. You open at 8, how can you be running a hour and 20 minutes behind? If there is some extenuating circumstances you should at least tell people to expect a long wait when they come in so they can decide to stay or not. Completely disrespectful of your patients’ time. This is the second time I have had to wait over an hour for a 5 minute appointment. Not returning to this location.

I had an amazing experience here! I was referred by the doctors at Urgent Care. The space was calming and welcoming, with soft music playing in the lobby. There are posters and resources on the walls that were very informative. I did not have an appointment but only waited about 10 minutes to be seen. The staff was super nice and the doctor was amazing. I also found out they do annual appointments here, so I will be back for that.

A couple of years ago this would’ve been a 5 star place but I had to drop it down. I am going to guess the cause for the sudden change in service is due to COVID.I recently went here, they couldn’t do an ultrasound because it was the end of the day and late, I understood and the doc said come back following morning. I told the front desk receptionist and she told me I couldn’t schedule an appointment because it was booked. So I asked can I just walk in early in the morning to be seen. She claimed they had a meeting in the morning and either way I would have to wait because appointments are prioritized.I thought to myself okay…this is a walk in GYN, and you’re telling me I wouldn’t get seen even though I can walk in…why even have walk in in your name if you don’t guarantee seeing walk in patients? I decided to leave and not say anything else because I was already agitated with being ill and having to go there after working a long day.When I first came to this spot they were located in a different room on the 3rd floor, everyone was super sweet and the doctors all knew what they were doing.Seems they recently moved and they also lost a lot of staff. I also don’t like that they moved to a spot where the bathroom is even smaller…the last location had a bathroom with space for ladies to do urine cups with no issues. This bathroom is so tight that everyone just pees everywhere and the pigs who don’t clean up after themselves leave the bathroom a mess…and that also adds on the issue of possibly going in fine and coming out with an infection….I understand there’s been changes…but I think the clinic could do better. There was a girl next to me who said people in front of her were being seen before her and she had been there all day already. That’s really bad patient care right there…I only came here to avoid the emergency room wait time, but I see that depending on the day and who you are it may not really be the better choice…PS: I still have to see the doctor there about my issue to get an ultrasound and whenever I call this clinic never answers….that’s a big problem too.

Worst GYN experience of my life. Front desk reception is the sweetest (she earned that star). Nurse or whomever she is that does the triage thing, does not care about patients. The clinic is called Walk-In GYN but I wish I had went to the ER instead. I waited 3 hours and still wasn’t seen. I arrived as a walk-in, you sign in they schedule an appointment for that day (I came in 3:10, there was a 3:55 appointment available) but I’m not sure what purpose that serves because they’ll still treat you like walk-in even after they fill you in to an available slot. The triage person is loud and obnoxious and she wants you to know that as a walk-in that you are less than priority by yelling things like “I’m only taking appointment only patients right now” after the front desk person tried to tell her that there had been walk ins that had been sitting for 3 hours. Terrible time management. The triage nurse also yelled to the front desk “tell them the wait times please because I don’t like to be rushed.” No sense of urgency at this office. Receptionist cares, no one else does. Just go to the emergency if you must be seen.

Been coming here for the past 2-3 years. Very welcoming, friendly, and caring staff, nurse practitioners and doctors.

I was so grateful that the office was able to see me since I was a walk in patient close to their closing time. The girls who checked me in were very pleasant and helpful. PA Staci was very knowledgeable and friendly...I recommend this office.

As soon as you walk into this office it was pure good energy , the receptionist were so nice and friendly. the staff and the doctor was extremely helpful and patient. It was my first time here and I wasn’t there long at all. I will for sure be making my future appts with this office .

Love it here, been coming here for years. It can get a little busy far as wait timings but that’s because this is a good place so it’s probably best to book an appointment, but walk ins have always been fine for me, you’re in good hands! I travel from the Bronx faithfully, love it.

Update 2: Their billing department is a mess, and incorrectly coded my visit. Now, I have to waste my time chasing their billing dept to get them to correct their mistake. This place is disorganized. Avoid.Update: adding a star because the staff and providers at the midtown location are lovely and thorough. I just wish it hadnt taken 1.5 hours to be seen. Definitely make an appointment and go on a day when youre not in a hurry.Their waiting room space is fairly nonexistent , and they force you to wait outside in oppressive heat or loiter at nearby businesses. This is with an appointment. This is my first visit and probably will be my last.

I was so happy with my experience at Walk In GYN. They are conveniently located and have a lot of available time slots to make appointments as well as walk in. The women who work there were very friendly. I loved the doctor who examined me. The office is clean and visually pleasing. Its so important to have a walk in option for GYN because sometimes you cant get an appointment with your doctor and waiting can result in dealing with a lot of discomfort. They saved me from having to wait 5 days with an infection until I could see my doctor. Highly recommend them!

The staff are very welcoming and warm hearted. The place is very clean and well organized, you’re literally in and out. The doctors are very thorough and caring, no question is a stupid question. They truly know how to make an unease situation very comforting. Thank you all for your hospitality and kindness!

I’ve been here several times and have been overall pleased with my experience, however my last visit didn’t even happen because of wait time. I made an appointment and wasn’t called into a room for two hours after I arrived. I had three patients ahead of me. Based on how long the other patients were in their rooms I knew I’d be waiting at least another 30 minutes in a gown before the doctor came in and at least another hour before all test, etc. were done, so I left. My advice is don’t even bother making an appointment because they see patients in the order in which they’ve arrived, appointments are not taken into consideration at all…prepare to wait.

This clinic is amazing. It was my first time visiting a gynecologist and I was incredibly nervous. But the staff made me feel at ease. Also, my provider Nurse Maureen was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and was truly a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely recommend this clinic and will be returning if I ever have any other issues!

As a new patient the staff was very friendly and explained the whole process. The doctor made sure I was comfortable and very accommodating. The office was also really clean and relaxing, which helped with the nerves. But the whole process is very quick and through. You dont have to wait hours

This was hands down the best women’s facilities I have ever experienced in my life. I was diagnosed with fibroids in 2017 and had a great doctor perform my myomectamy. However, when he left the practice I felt like a boat without a paddle. I struggled to find a good doctor to listen to my concerns without dismissing me, as well as giving me professional advice on my specific condition. My experience was perfect from beginning to end. So glad to have been referred to this practice.

My first time visiting this place was very acceptable. They welcome you with open hands, make u feel comfortable. The medical assistant was a bit rude with one of the personal questions. The receptionist was so helpful, and the doctor was extremely the best. She answer all my questions and was very patient with me. My wait time was very fast. I did not have to wait so long which was a bit shocking. I recommend this place ladies 100%. If I can give them more then 5 stars I definitely would. Will be attending back there again with my follow up appointment.

Amazing. I arrived close to opening needing urgent care and was seen with a very small wait. Dr. Sung was gentle, sympathetic, and very informative. She was able to identify an issue that may have been missed by my previous OBGYN. Will absolutely be returning!

Went in today to have an IUD removed. It didn’t end up being the right choice for me and I wanted an alternative. Prior to my procedure the doctor Kimberly Harrison expressed her doubts for my decision and at the end of the procedure she said “Take care! i hope this won’t be regrettable for you!” with such a snarky tone. Not in a manner that she hopes I won’t get pregnant, but she was clearly doubting me for my choice. Frankly her comments were unnecessary, unprofessional, and rude. The only regrettable thing here is her medical license. No one should be doubted or shamed for making choices for their own body. Do your job and keep your comments to yourself.

:/ this place is great if U need to get birth control immediately. The things I am unhappy with are that twice I had a speculum inserted in me without asking or warning :/ the second time I told her take it out. The other part is how long it takes to get a prescription for a uti. I went in two weeks ago and my symptoms have only gotten worse now, urgent care would have been much quicker to give me medication.. I think I need to go at this point :/ 2 weeks is enough time for it to spread or to even heal on its own :/

Service was great but I was shocked to say the least when I received a hefty bill from this clinic! Called my insurance to verify what should have been covered and there were all kinds of strange things happening with my bill!!!! DO NOT PAY THE BILL WITHOUT INVESTIGATING WHAT THEY CHARGED FOR! I would give them five stars because a lot of the providers here are actually nice people & make you feel comfortable when you express your concerns. This review is for one physician only… If you go here I would personally avoid Kimberly Harrison.I came here on one occasion & she was my physician. I had a reoccurring issue & After checking me out she told me that my issue was “All in my head” not to mention my urinalysis said otherwise. I would avoid her at all cost. Just a bad air of energy from her.

I found out about Walk in Gyn Care by a referral. I can say that is clean place, nice staffs and doctors. I went there to do an endometrial biopsy. I recommend highly doctor Anchal Khosla, she has angel’s hand. She was so professional. She explained me the whole procedure, ask me questions, she answered me all my questions with satisfaction. I know all of us are different regarding bearing pain but she did a good job! I just felt heavy cramps and discomfort. The only thing I suggest is that they need to improve about making to wait the patient. It’s longgg waiting plus I travel two hours to be in Walk in Gyn Care. Basically, all my day was gone. Sometimes, bosses don’t understand that. However, the attention and the care is 5 starts!!! Keep in the good work!!

I love this place. Starting from the receptionist to the specialists everyone was professional. My visits there are always so quick, no long waiting, and glad you don’t need an appointment. I love how tidy the place is. Glad I found this place and switched to it.

As a first time patient I was very impressed by how quick and smooth my appointment went. From the second you walk in you are treated with a friendly staff. Usually you walk in to your appointment and wait for a while, not here! I was very happy and I will definitely continue to be a patient at this office. Everyone was extremely nice. This place used to be good. I have a horrible experience recently. I think they are short staffed and the waiting time is ridiculous. I walked in and they said I need an appointment. Then I made an appointment for my procedure. On my appointment day I had to wait for 1 hour 10 mins even with an appointment. Think it’s better to just go to a regular gyn care provider.

Been a patient for years. Now they never answer the phone, so if you want to walk in after 4 p.m. you are totally rolling the dice on whether theyll actually see you. I called three times in the past three days to zero response. I finally called as I was walking in today and the receptionist said she didnt answer because they stopped taking appointments at 4:30. In other words, this office has ZERO RESPECT for patients and their time. Not even enough to answer the phone and say, hey, we have a team meeting tonight, dont waste your time coming. Unprofessional enough just to ignore the phone, but to justify it?? So rude.I legitimately hope you go out of business so people who actually ***care about their patients*** can take over.

The nurses and receptionists are extremely nice, EVERYTIME. However, my last visit was with a doctor who with a heavy foreign accent told me “ Americans are very emotional” as I explained the details of my symptoms. Was told I didn’t have what I said I had, until I kept insisting. He then proceeded to ask the nurse to check my chart then confirmed I DO IN FACT have a “mild” case of what I was explaining the entire time. Safe to say I won’t be returning.

Beautiful and inviting atmosphere. I never experienced an unreasonable wait time even without having an appointment. Staff is nice and inviting.

It’s a great place! The staff is extremely nice. The place is clean. They have a sonogram machine on premises and they can draw your blood right there.I had couple visits with them since I have been waiting for my appointment with my own OBGYN. I went 3 times for my sonogram, and it was just a pleasant experience. I especially like the specialist of sonograms. She was very professional, nice, and explained everything what she was doing.The doctor was on point and answered all my questions, and didn’t rush me.Little note on a wait- my visits were at 11am, so I didn’t have to wait too long. But I noticed it fills up around lunch time. So if you have a chance, go earlier, since it’s a walk in clinic and probably most of the ladies try to come during their lunch time.

I love this place. I dont feel nervous nor uneasy coming here. Everyone is really nice and considerate. I recommend this place to all my friends. I always e-mail with questions or concerns and they always get back to me in like a day. While the office is small its not cramped and sometime the wait times can be crazy but thats because a lot of ladies are trying to get checked and there are only so many gynecologists here. Therefore, if you want to get in and out quick try to come in the morning. Anyways, I love this place and I promise that you guys will too.

I waited about three months for a call back regarding the ordering of an IUD. No one followed up on my health care needs, and were rude when I followed up. While the motto for the organization is “compassionate care for all women,” everyone I spoke to on the phone was unkind. In a country where iuds and birth control are already so criminalized, we really don’t need providers making it harder. Wishing some growth for this team on behalf of women who just want some birth control.

Please avoid this office at all costs!! As a doctor myself I’ve never met such incompetent office staff. The doctors are fine, secretaries nice, but getting through billing department to dispute a wrong code is a nightmare. No one ever picks up the phone, and when they do they say to email them your issue. I’ve emailed multiple times ( it’s been 4 weeks and yet no answer). I had to pay my lab fee just because the doctor did not justify that the test was medically necessary. Such a quick fix but good luck getting anyone on the phone. And no one will ever answer your email. Please avoid!! They bill wrong codes and patient is left with the killer charge.

This was my first visit to this GYN office. The staff at the front desk Shanicka and Yackie were so welcoming that I felt like Ive been coming here for years! I was there for a pap smear and Dr. Corey was so kind, patient and caring. She addressed all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. I also had to have a sonogram and blood work. Both of those ladies Crystal and Monique were very gentle. The visit was smooth and fast! I am thankful, that I have found the perfect GYN office! Wonderful experience!!

Ive been visiting walk in gyn for almost two years. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The doctors are amazing, they make you feel very comfortable. Overall each visit is quick and efficient.

This is the best gyn I have experienced in 13 years. And I had one of the best doctor before, or so I thought.I an so extremely grateful to them bc of how quickly they took me in, did all check ups possible, listened attentively without rushing me to be out. Comparing to how I struggled to he seen through insurance system, week of no result calls, sending me through literally hell despite I was in pain. And scheduling to be seen in 3.5 months.I am still in awe that NY has this hidden gem.

This location is devastatingly horrible. Also sad because when you really need the care you won’t be able to receive it whether it’s between the long wait times or turning you away. As a regular at another location, they’re not like this so I’m unsure what the issue with this location is. I intentionally left work early on a weekday to get there no later than 5:30pm & they turned me away. If you take walk ins during regular office hours then stick to that. If not then change your hours or create some sort of notice because it wastes patients time & it’s unfair. I hope it gets better.

Overall experience was great. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Hardly any wait time, but if there is a wait its a reasonable amount. It definitely beats waiting a few weeks to see my primary gyn. I would definitely recommend to any family member or friend.

The staff are nice but that’s about it as far as operations it’s very slow even if you make an appointment you still wait up to 20-40 mins then an additional 15 minutes to see a provider not only that when it’s time to send your prescription to the pharmacy it doesn’t send right away which is another hassle !

I have been going to walk in gyn’s Manhattan location since 2017. I’ve been to every office they have had in that location. My last 2 appointments I have been required to wait outside in the street on 57th despite having an appointment due to the capacity of the waiting rooms (and despite this location being larger than the last). Today I decided I was not going to wait. When I went back upstairs to request a refund of my copay, I noticed there was only 1 woman in the waiting area amongst several empty seats. I truly adore the NPs and physicians I have had at the clinic, but having a patient with an appointment wait outside on the street is more than absurd. And to fail to call them upstairs once there was space in the waiting room is also unacceptable. I have never had an experience like this before moving to the 307 office space.

The service the day of my appointment was great but I’ve been trying to get in contact with the office for 2 months in regards to a referral that I need for an mri of the pelvis. For 2 months I’ve been getting mixed information on the Status of my prior authorization only to find out that the referral was never submitted after being told they were working on my the authorization and it would take 30-45 days to complete. I requested to speak to the person who handles the referral and authorization or a supervisor and have yet to hear from anyone with an update.

I have been sent from Astoria to Manhattan since they changed their insurance policy .once in the city they did not have a ultrasound technician and at the end of the day thats 3/4 of a visit. Cant really understand why arent the doctors performing the ultrasound when needed. I am at ectopic risk and just wanted to make sure and not put my life in danger. I am really disappointed from a clinic that says it puts the womans health first. Doesnt look like it. As everyone they are just looking for money. Except for that everyone was nice

Don’t go here this place is a SCAM. I literally went in for an ultrasound. The ultrasound technician was on break & they had me wait a while (so I left) They took a pregnancy test & never posted the results on the portal & charged my insurance. Then they want me to pay $40 for services I never had done lol. I can’t wait to sue them for fraud & report them to my insurance.

A friend of mine told me about this place. The process was real simple. Front desk lady was nice, handed me the forms, I filled them out, waited maybe 10 minutes and was in the room with the medical assistant. She was friendly and very nice and professional. Then the PA came to see me and she was super nice and attentive. She listened to me when I spoke, asked questions, and made me feel comfortable.

I had an appointment today. Made the appointment about a week ago. I was a little confused on where to find the office but I found it none the less. The office is a little on the small side but other than that, its an amazing place. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the office today. Yaquelin, the MA, was very nice and very friendly. She was quick to make sure I was taken care of and all my concerns were made aware to the doctor. Molly McBride, herself, was absolutely wonderful. She was very courteous, and reassuring. She made sure my cares and concerns were answered and not only that, she actually seem generally concerned with my issues. Finally, a OB-GYN that cares!! Its not easy finding doctors that care, and Im glad I found this one! Definitely recommend this office to anyone and everyone whos in search of a friendly, courteous OB-GYN.

The only down side is that they overbook patients and have you waiting at the front forever. I was there for 1.5h waiting to be seen even thought I had an appointment. I had another appointment after that and I missed it because of it. I was very disappointed. Don’t overbook patients, allow more time so providers can perform proper care.

My experience was great. This place should definitely get more stars! Theres no long wait even though there were a few people in line before me. The staff is really nice, a provider I was checked by (Dr Kremen) was very professional and very helpful, really took the time to discuss all my concerns. Im happy to discover this facility, its great to be able to get professional help anytime you need.

The reviews are bad here which made me not wanna go but because i was in the area, i decided to walk in. The moment i walked in, everybody were so sweet. They welcomed me in and had me sign in on the paper and later gave me a tablet to check in. Waited for about 15 minutes i believe due to the people that were already waiting. They are clean and they even have the shield to protect you from another patient in the waiting area. I was taken care with lots of love. I felt safe there. Overall, my experience were great! I got couple follow ups there and i will be coming here more often. Also I mean cmon it’s a walk in service IN THE MIDDLE OF PANDEMIC when other obgyn don’t even take new patients. This place is just too goooood.

My experience at this location was great. The Team that took care of me was great as well including the front desk. I dont have any complaints about the location I found it the same as the one that I usually goes in Brooklyn.

My experience was great overall. I saw the lovely Dr. Spence on a Tuesday in early December after walking in and being seen within 30 minutes that afternoon. She and the staff are very professional and timely. All of my concerns were addressed in that short time that day. I returned within 2 weeks for additional services. We did a televisit as a follow up which was great and allowed me to avoid coming into the office, which is essential during the COVID crisis. Their app is pretty user-friendly and I was called to be reminded about checking my labs on there. I am very selective and health conscious. I am grateful that I received the attentive, detailed service from Dr. Spence. Shes extremely learned and explains things in an easy way for non-medical laypeople like me to understand with ease. Keep up the great service, Walk in GYN Care! I appreciate you!

This was my first time attending a walk in appointment, I went on my lunch break and was a but concerned that I would go over my hour. I was greeted with a friendly smile asked how was my commute to the office and if I find the locations OK. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable. I expected to wait at least a 1/2 an hour before seen, but to my surprise I was seen right away. with minimal paperwork, candy, water and a friendly staff I was so comfortable and relax, I felt as if I had a history. Thank you Chinara, this was a life changing experience for me and I will continue my future visits. Thank you for caring.

Best walk in Gyn I had an extremely good experience I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door the place is so beautiful and the staff made my visit exceptional they were so informative the waiting area was so nice along with the nice calming music everything was a 10/10

Horrible experience the last 2 times I’ve come here . Waiting time is ridiculous even if you have an appointment you wait hrs. They take walk in patients before appointment patients. If there is only one doctor on on Saturday’s you should not schedule patients every 15 min . No hand sanitizer (empty )in waiting room. As nice as the office assistant is she shouldn’t be running around like a chicken with out a head. You guys only make Money because there aren’t many GYN offices open on Saturday’s. But if you’re going to provide services provide them efficiently.

The plethora of knowledge I learned for this experience is unlike any other, and I cannot begin to thank the PAs, NPs, and MAs enough. Alyssa Costa, Kimberly Harris, and Maureen MacSweeney were so gracious and patient throughout the entire experience with me, sharing whatever information and knowledge that they could. Worst Experience. I had called 2 weeks prior to make this appointment and had an email confirmation with the time and my requested provider. I came in 15 minutes early for my 1PM appointment and the receptionists were not welcoming. At 1:30PM I asked if I was going to be seen as I have now waited for 45 minutes. The receptionist then told me that she didnt actually see my appointment in the schedule and so she marked me as a walk-in even though I specifically said that I had a 1PM appointment when I came in. I showed her my confirmation email and she only then apologized and said that they were having some technical issues as they were trying to change their system. I ended up leaving without getting any care. Definitely would not recommend this place.

I visited GYN WALK In just this week. This was my second visit. My last visit was 3 years ago. I knew I needed an annual GYN appt and had not thought about going anywhere else. Just as with my first visit this visit exceeded my expectations. The staff and the medical care was exceptional. I would recommend GYN WALK In to family and friends.

The office is very small and there will be a wait time. I had an appointment that was scheduled the prior week and still waited 30 minutes to see the doctor. And that was AFTER I inquired about the additional wait time. However, I was seen immediately after inquiring and both Dr. Lipkin and her assistant, Grace were nice and very thoroughly for my well woman exam. I even needed to have an ultrasound and it was performed same day, during the exam-- no additional wait time. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit-- Id go back.

It was very easy to make an appointment and the staff was excellent. The overall experience was great. I had a lot of questions and Chinara the NP had so much patience and answered all my questions. She also gave me useful printouts because likely I would forget a lot of the information. l rescheduled a follow up and will definitely be back .

After 10 years of not seeing a Gynecologist, I decided to visit the WALK IN GYN CARE office. First, I was taken aback when I saw the size of the office, its very small. It felt like you were in a closet. Then I remembered, This is NYC and real estate space is very very expensive. I relaxed and actually I congratulate them for using the space very efficiently. somehow they make it work. From the receptionist to the Doctor, everyone was professional, pleasant and very understanding of my lack of care.I felt comfortable. The Doctor did a complete evaluation, and all the necessary test. I was given referrals for other procedures, like a monogram. I will see you one year from now.Thank you for making my experience a positive one. I highly recommend WALK IN GYN CARE.

Other than how quickly I can get in and out of this place. My experience was HORRIBLE. First time I went they told me I had an infection and gave me medication for it just from taking a look. Then my test results came back negative, so I found out I took the antibiotics for no reason. Then I went back a month later because something felt off (probably because I took antibiotics when I had no infection which messed with my vaginal PH). This time I waited for my results and yep, I have an infection ! I called to ask about this and ask about the medication they gave me and they said I need to PAY for a telehealth appointment. Why can I not talk to a provider about my results? I have already payed two copays in the last 2 months, and I can’t speak to someone without paying again?  Never coming back.

I had a very bad experience with this office yesterday, hope this helps someone. I have visited this office before and the visits have been fine. So I thought. Sometimes theres a wait but they take care of the patience as quickly as possible. On my visit April 27, 2017 I went because I needed and exam, blood work and also an ultrasound. The doctor I seen was inexperienced, the exam was uncomfortable. She told me to come back and see another doctor the next day because she could not find my cervix. Then she said there was no one there to do the ultrasound. Now Im upset because it was a wasted trip for me. Who likes to waste time. The icing on the cake was the doctor reviewed my chart and said the PAP test they took a year ago was no good, they could not use the test there was not enough cells swabs. So this means I have not had a PAP in a year, this means there can be something wrong, no one told me. I have visited this office 3 times after. I have seen other doctors and no one mentioned this. What else are they not mentioning or not doing right. I was very upset and decided never to go back. Hopefully my experience will help someone not choose this office and if you do make sure to stay on top of your results and ask about the exam.

I had a very positive experience at this office. The doctor was helpful, clear, and kind. I hate doctors visits, especially gyn, and this experience was by far the best I have ever had. Everyone working in the office helped relieve my anxiety and treated me with compassion. I had an ultrasound for the first time, and the technician was unbelievable kind and patient with my anxieties around this, as was the nurse who was in the room. The doctor gave me a very quick and clear diagnosis, with advice about lifestyle changes and adjustments without making me feel any shame or guilt. I was also given choices every step of the way about how I wanted to handle things. I will definitely be back to this office, and I have already recommended it to friends of mine.

Staff is so nice and friendly. They check you in quickly and are so helpful. I am in love with my GYN. Booked my appointment so quickly as well. Doctors, nurses, assistants and front desk are nice and friendly.

Horrible experience on a Saturday, my doctor wasn’t there so I had to see another doctor she is slow as hell. I had to wait over a hour with an appointment. They took walk ins before people with appointments. Im never go again unless my doctor is here

The worst Doctors experience I have ever had. I made an appointment but still had to wait for over an hour. I was told I was next but another patient was taken in front of me. I was then informed that there was a confusion. When I complained and asked to speak with the supervisor Ms. Allen got an attitude with me and told me she was coming. She never came. Ms. Allen also proceeded to suck her teeth, slam down the mouse to her computer and then close the door in my face. Extremely unprofessional.I would not suggest this clinic. Horrible experience.

If it’s not already a stressful thing to go to the gynecologist, the wait is ridiculous! I had an appointment at 10:45am and I’m still waiting!!And to add fire to the flame, they have music on and inconsiderate patients who are playing loud music or videos on their phones in the waiting room! Not one receptionist said anything.So for my $80 copay I’m standing outside in the heat waiting forever fir my appointment.I use to like this place.

Very unpleasant. Astoria location the receptionist rude. The facility is very careless due to covid every professional Dr. Office should be seen by appointment. I had an appointment at 10:30am I was seen at11:45a. The place was swamped with ladies inside and outside of the office. This is careless for everyone safety. Due to this pandemic, this office must do better to insure everyones safety. Not to mention this is day 2 going on 3, they have yet sent the prescription to the pharmacy. Called several times and they have yet to call me back with a simple response. Very unprofessional 1st and last time I will visit this facility.

This is my go-to OBGYN. I have been a patient for over 3 years and love coming back. They make the experience to the OBGYN pleasant and quick. Everyone from the receptionist to the specialists are incredible. Particularly, the physician assistant, Alyssa Costa is my favorite. I see her every time. She is kind and very knowledgeable. She always provides candid advice and relevancy on the subject matter. Strongly recommend this location and physician assistant.

This is my third time coming to Walk-in GYN in midtown, and I am never disappointed! I made a follow-up appointment, and was taken care of quickly. I sat down with a gynecologist, who was very informative. Overall, I was a good experience. Worth the trip.

Is a very convenient clinic you don’t have to wait to get an appointment just go as a walk in. I went as a walk in my first time and I was able to get everything I needed to get done. They will schedule another visit if you have to get done other things, but they will try to do everything you need if possible in the first visit. plus you don’t have to wait A long time like other clinics. My Pap smear was pretty fast didn’t feel no pain or uncomfortable. I highly recommend this clinic.

I would highly recommend Walk In GYN Care. I have gone to numerous appointments, both scheduled and day-of walk-ins, and always been seen. The wait time can sometimes be a little long, but it is worth it to be able to be seen day-of for a walk-in appointment. I have been seen by Dr. Molly McBride, as well as Dr. Adeeti Gupta, and they are both WONDERFUL. Ive gone here for both regular check-ups and specialized appointments, and every time all my questions are answered, the doctors are great and so nice, the place is CLEAN and professional, and the follow-up is also great. I love being able to get messages and info through their online Patient Portal. Overall, would HIGHLY recommend if youre in the area!

Warm, welcoming, and clean office. Staff were amazing and very minimal 15 min wait with a walk in for first time appointment. Staff were all very sweet with great communication during hands on portion of exam. They are also very good at educating on self exams etc.

I dont usually leave gyn reviews, seems a bit personal but my appointment today with the NP was one of the best appointments I have ever had. She was kind, gentle, explained everything, took time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed. Thank you!

Wonderful experience here. Lovely medical team. Receptionist Yaquelin was so kind. Doctor Chokshi, so professional. Nurse Meghan, really patient. The nurse who drew my blood was excellent. I really felt cared for collectively by their team. Exceeded all my expectations of what the visit might have been. Didn’t wait too long. Never felt rushed or pushed through. Felt very well cared for.

Everyone at the office was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained clearly & they made sure I was comfortable before doing anything. It was the fastest visit I’ve ever had at a gynecologist, especially with not having an appointment.

This place was so accommodating and informative. I’ve been trying to look for a new OBGYN for a while and I’m glad I came across this place. I came in as a walk-in but I was still assisted in a timely manner and was able to get all the information needed for my services. The staff were all good and friendly. The Doctor who checked me and did my Pap test was great. It didnt took so long for me to be seen. Though I am from Staten Island, I saw this from Google and called for an appoinment, very easy to make one and they accepted my insurance. Which almost gyn from Staten Island were hard to schedule. And very accessible to Subway station and even express bus which I get in straight to home. So I chose this. Will be coming here again and I highly recommend this place.

I had a good experience, the staff are nice and very professional. the doctors take their time to explain the procedure, the doctor listened to why i was there. I liked that the doctor explained that they do everything through the protal, I really like that they follow laws required for medical places. the place is very clean and friendly. the only downside is how small the rooms are. but besides that it is a great place to go.

This practice has the absolute best staff and doctors. Everyone is so kind, patient, welcoming and calming. The doctors are so knowledgeable and address every single necessary detail. I also love how convenient it is to walk in and be seen.

Absolutely the very best place for your lady parts care, this office has been upgraded, updated and it’s just such an amazing experience here everyone one from the front desk to the provider are simply the nicest people! I absolutely recommend and encourage you to look no further.

The service is great. Very attentive. Even though we are going through a difficult time in our country right now medical offices are essential jobs and are opened to the public. So if anyone is looking for a GYN, Manhattan location is running on there regular schedule.

I highly recommend this place! At first I was skeptical because of the mixed reviews but decided to give a shot since I would rather see an urgent care GYN than just an urgent care doctor who doesnt specialize in gynecology, and I am so glad I did. It is small and gets really busy but the staff was great! I waited about 30 minutes, but its an urgent care, the ER would have been hours. I also received my results through email and they even have a patient portal where you can login and check for yourself. If its not there yet, just email them and they seem to respond within 24 hours.Im definitely going back.

I thought the staff was very nice and efficient. sometimes a bit crowded, but its like any other place. The doctor has excellent bedside manner, and so do all of her nurses and medical team. I am very happy with this clinic. They have onsite sonogram and blood work.

I found this walk in clinic after a very frustrating day of not being able to get in to see anyone at my OBGYNs office. Everyone at this clinic was absolutely loving and made me feel so at ease. Shirley, Roxanne and Jesenia were so friendly and Dr. Fadel was very thorough in his explanation of my condition. He was also very patient and willing to answer any of my questions. The clinic is clean and I was seen immediately with no wait. I work in an office of primarily all women and as soon as I returned to work I told them all of my pleasant experience. 4/5 for 1)convenience for appointment/no appointment & location and 2) friendly and informative staff. -1/5 for Saturdays receptionist forgetting to send my prescription to the pharmacy. 2 long summer days without my meds. Overall, I will continue to go here. They are consistently provide good service despite changing staff. They are solid.

I dont recommend this place. Do not waste your time & money going here. Your prescriptions will not arrive at your pharmacy. Neither will the lealow app be updated with your medication. The people in front will not even guide you but instead will make you book the appointment for next year pep. I dont even have a written prescription that I can show to my pharmacy that I can pick up. Now I have to go to another gyn to redo my test and prescribe me medication to get better. If you want to live and not have sepsis please dont go this place.

The entire staff at Walk In GYN is very welcoming. The doctors dont rush you through your visit and take the time to listen to your concerns. Yes the office is small but I only waited approx ten minutes which is nothing these days. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional GYN.

Walk-in GYN was on my insurance list of in-network providers. I was able to get a new patient appointment for my annual, routine gyn exam the same week. The staff and providers were very pleasant and thorough. I give very high reviews to the medical assistant who triaged me and drew my blood. She was very apologetic for the wait, and was extremely courteous and skilled with her phlebotomy technique. (5 stars for her) I would have given 5 stars overall but there was a long wait time, and I didnt expect to have to pay a copay for an annual well-woman exam. As a professional medical biller I know that annuals (especially under my insurance) are covered at 100% without a patient responsibility. Clearly its being billed as just a new patient as opposed to new WWE, and I was okay with that. Hopefully going forward my annual will be viewed as just that, established WWE, because I definitely plan on returning. Thank you all for the great service. Continue to stay safe!

Ive been going to this clinic for about 3 years now. I can say I love it here. They are extremely kind, and attentive. The doctors hear all my needs and concern and they always answer all my questions. They are very professional and that to me is very important. I recommended it.

I have had two HORRIBLE experiences now with Walk In GYN Care. This week I left FIVE, yes, five voicemails...and I didnt receive a phone call back from anyone. No one cares about the patients at this office. The receptionists are incredibly dismissive and rude. I got through to someone this morning and she gave me attitude and said, I dont know what happened but its not my fault and I cant speak for others in the office. Im now stuck dealing with this terrible office because my insurance wont let me switch providers at this point. How can a Dr.s office get away with not calling a patient back 5 different times?

I’ve been waiting for about 90 min at this point, and will soon have to leave without seeing a doctor, despite having an appointment. What is the point of making appointments if walk-ins are seen before you? Just don’t take appointments then. People on a schedule can’t afford to spend all day here. They keep telling me I’m next, but that just seems to be what they say to everyone, since about 20 people have been seen before me. I have a job I have to go to now, so I will have to leave without being seen by a doctor. The nurse promised I’d be done in time to make it back to work, but then no effort was made to actually get me seen. They will say anything to pacify you but there is no actual system for getting patients with appointments seen in a timely way. Update: the doctor I made my appointment with apparently doesn’t even work here, I was just told. This place is truly exploiting patients.

Follow up after a month:I don’t know which part went wrong but I visited the clinic in March. A week later, the clinic sent me an email to do a colposcopy. But I was during my cycle, so thought I am going to scheduled the follow up visit after the cycle was finished. The part that I don’t understand is the portal system sent me a message that I missed a visit even though I did not confirm or scheduled any visit with the office.After the cycle was finished I scheduled my visit and went to the clinic but was told the colposcopy is only performed on certain days not everyday.I paid the visit fee in cash, waited for 30-40minutes, only to be told the result I already knew and scheduled the colposcopy on a later date. Wasn’t it manageable online or via phone call without visiting?I think they provide overall good service but time and money is always precious to everybody. If anybody read this review till this point, please take my experience as lesson, call before you make any follow up appointment. The digital portal system is not individual-oriented.Review after first visit:I don’t know if my former Obgyn Doc is a bad one or this place is a good place but definitely satisfied with my visit here. Will follow up if any detailed part needs improvement.

After calling numerous offices trying to get an appointment a receptionist told me about this place. I looked them up on google and went to their website. It stated their appointment times as well as walk in times. I figured no need to make an appointment since it was after three. When I arrived there was 2 other ladies waiting in the chairs. Im unsure if more were waiting in rooms. I filled out the paperwork and the receptionist verified my copay. Compared to many other doctors offices Ive been to especially gyn offices the wait was very quick maybe 15-20 mins. The nursing assistant was very attentive and made sure she had my medical history and allergies. Then I saw the doctor. She was great! She spent a good amount of time with me. She addressed my concerns and we agreed on a plan including medications. Everyone at this office was super friendly. My prescriptions were called in and ready to be picked up before I even made it home! Thats better than any other gyn Ive ever been to. Also the doctor told me they do not call with results or give them over the phone so its important that if I want my results I should create an account online in the email they sent and view my result and send them a message if I have any questions. Great office! Will be back!

First time at this GYN and I’m always nervous to go to a new GYN office but I felt very comfortable here. Very nice staff, clean, quiet, fast. FNP Chinara Corey was the nicest and sweetest. I would def. Recommend this office. I hope everyone else has a great experience here as well.
