I have had the most pleasant experience to be seen by Dr. R. Warner today.I was taken for my appointment almost immediately after registering at the front desk. The nurse was very friendly, professional, polite, and helpful.Dr. R. Warner is a fantastic listener. She wrote down all the symptoms that I had described; she was very attentive, understanding, and supportive.I felt quite comfortable to share my concerns with Dr. Warner. She very clearly answered all my questions and didnt shy away from the difficult ones.I am a patient of Dr. Warner for a few years by now, and I can see positive results of her treatment. I trust her with my health problems.Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit today, and I am looking forward to seeing Dr. Warner at my next check up.

Theyre the best. Dr Levine has been my internist for a few years and has been readily available for any issue i may have. Good staff to help with billing issues too.

Everything went well yesterday! From being greeted to my intetaction with the nurse to seeing Dr Warner.The doctor was patient and thorough; she asked me questions but also listened to me and explained whatever I did not understand.I felt hopeful about getting better with advise that was clear on what to do next.I would recommend Dr Warner fully and without a moments hesitation!

I had a very good experience: everything worked in a timely manner, staff was welcoming and efficient, the doctor was listening and addressing my questions and concerns. The only thing which I didn’t like much is an excessive, in my opinion, number of automated communications generated by the system (goals healthcare) around my appointment. But I can live with that as long as the visit runs as smoothly as it did.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Dr. Monica Sharma. My appointment was scheduled for 4:20 PM. At 4:24 PM, I received a call from the clinic asking about my whereabouts. I informed them that I was two minutes away, and the staff member told me it was okay and to come in.Despite arriving at 4:30 PM, I was told that I would need to reschedule my appointment. Being turned away for being just three minutes late, especially after communicating my delay and being told it was fine, seems excessively rigid and frustrating. This experience felt particularly inconvenient, as I travelled all the way through subway that can have delays. and I hope the clinic can show more flexibility and understanding in the future.

Great practice and I LOVE Dr. Sharma. Really caring doctor and staff who listens to all your needs and is super thorough. Highly recommend for PCP care.

Great experience with Dr. Ellen Wexler, infectious disease specialist. She took her time to listen to my concerns and review my bloodwork before providing a very comprehensive explanation of my symptoms and possible causes. She eased my mind and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Excellent bedside manner, would recommend.

I am very happy i found this facility. The online sign up process was a time saver, when i arrived, i was attended to promptly and Doctor Sharma was quick, thorough and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my well-being.

Dr. Sharma is thorough, personable, compassionate and I highly recommend her and Goals Healthcare. The facility has a very nice, calming atmosphere - a definite plus (it doesnt really have a doctors office vibe which I appreciate!). Little to no wait time. The nurse practitioner who took my vitals and bloodwork was great, never felt rushed during my entire visit. I had been looking for a new primary care doctor and Im so glad to have found Dr. Sharma/Goals.

One doctor vanishes for 2 years with no explanation, and the other one I got stuck with is completely inept. All she does is run lots of unnecessary tests so she gets $$$ and the patient gets billed for tests they dont need. Zero value or insights regarding your health. What is the point. The staff is clueless to boot.Find a witch doctor and youll be better off.

I really appreciate Dr. Levine’s ability to listen well and encouraging me to ask her questions. She is professional and down to earth and she seems to like what she does. Her staff are really nice too.I can see, however, why the other reviewers on here are disgruntled regarding insurance issues. For most people with average insurance (like me, I have AETNA), it looks like Goals Healthcare is not being properly reimbursed by our insurances. So if you become a patient here, you should probably expect to run into insurance issues and spend a lot of labor/time/energy trying to deal with them.I guess I wish I was warned by Goals Healthcare that my insurance is not strong and will most likely not work well with their office. Hence the 4 stars and not 5.Its too bad because I really liked Dr. Levine.

Dr. Levine and her practice offer the best patient experience anyone can hope for. The doctor is really knowledgeable and she takes her time to listen to her patients without any judgement. The doctor and the staff make sure you feel comfortable and understand any health issues you might be facing. Additionally, they are very thorough about understanding your medical history. Her recommendations have been on point for me and have, in a brief period of time, benefited my health. The staff is beyond responsive: the office has a number you can text and I have always gotten a response back within the hour! You cannot go wrong with this practice!

Dr. Levine is an amazing practitioner! She is thorough, yet concise, and really aims to provide a comfortable environment for her patients. I came to her several months ago with what felt like a myriad of unmanageable health concerns. She listened to me, assured me that I had options, and we worked on a plan of care that has honestly saved my life. Her office is current, comfortable, and bright. It is welcoming and I enjoy being there. So thankful for her and the attentive staff.

Dr. Levine is a wonderful, caring doctor. I havent had a primary care physician in 20 years and she is very easy to talk to. She has a very nice office and you can go for a stroll in Central Park after your appointment because she is located right next to it. I have moved to a different state but kept her as my physician using virtual appointments.

I had almost the exact same experience as the last reviewer. Dr. Wexler has been phenomenal to work with - one of the best doctors Ive ever seen. However, the billing department submitted multiple claims for preventative services, which is not covered by insurance. They billed me 6-9 months later for two separate occurrences. They said they went back and forth with insurance, but this should have been easy for them to resolve. In addition, my insurance mistakenly said I need a referral for a specialist, which I dont, but Goals should have been able to resolve that too by talking to them. Its the providers responsibility to resolve these things with insurance, not to bill patients $600 after 9 months and hold them responsible. This has taken a ton of my time. I want to keep seeing the doctor but the billing department is incredibly frustrating and I would have paid hundreds of dollars if I didnt spend all this time advocating for myself.

Usually Im in and out,but today I had to wait a half hour. Overall, my appointment was very good.

I am updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars as Dr. Levine is truly thorough and Ive always had a lovely experience with the nurses. Unfortunately, after posting this review I immediately received a call from the billing department (I guess thats what it took). The gentleman was yelling at me over the phone and did not let me get a word in so I hung up. Dr. Levine needs to thoroughly examine her hires and systems as a patients experience does not end with the visit itself. The response below says they spoke to me numerous times. This was the first time I ever spoke to someone over the phone as I had requested. The information is simply incorrect.-------------------------------------If you have no billing issues, they provide good service but they refuse to get on the phone with you, which I find to be extremely unprofessional. In what medical office are you forbidden to speak to anyone in the billing department? They are telling me one thing but my insurance is telling me something else. My insurance company even tried calling them and they wouldnt pick up. Totally shady.

I have never written a review prior to this occasion, however my negative experience last summer with this provider and their office admin deserves a write up.This particular provider is clearly taking advantage of their patients, as well as insurance companies and its clear by the number of reviews written prior that other patients have experienced the exact same scenario.I was referred to see an infectious disease provider to double check on a skin wound that was not healing properly. Upon coming in, it was evident that my visit was redundant to this office and the provider stated that I did not need to be seen by their office at all. The provider, Dr. Wexler was honestly incredibly professional and I have no qualms regarding the time spent with her. I left after a shortened visit.Later, I learned that this office submitted two separate claims to my insurance for several items that simply, did not occur.I couldve looked past the overcharging, as my insurance was the one covering the sessions. However, one of the charges to my insurance was for a preventative well visit, which ended up claiming my yearly physical with my PCP for the year - its clear this is a recurring issue for prior patients based upon the reviews here and I later learned that this is a common thing that this practice does.I called this office several times to discuss billing and was sent to voicemail each time. In total, I called this office between 15-20 times within 6 months with rarely an answer or response to my questions. I never once received a call back.Eventually, after sending a few strongly worded emails to the office, I was able to get a response and conduct a three-way call with them and my insurance specialist who needed to verify that the practice was willing to fix their billing errors. Upon the call with my insurance, Goals Healthcare mentioned that they had refunded the money to the insurance company to fix this issue. My insurance had no record of this and the provider was unable and unwilling to provide any evidence of this happening. Therefore, the issue was not resolved.Additionally, on this call, the individual Mr. Levine was disappointingly rude and defensive to both myself and the claims supervisor that was trying to assist with the error made. After a 45-minute call, Mr. Levine stated that they could not change or do anything else to help. After hanging up, the insurance specialist stated that our call was the most unprofessional call with a practice that they had experienced and they were going to file a complaint against the practice due to their inability and unwillingness to work to assist them in the insurance matter.As a patient, I was extremely disappointed and displeased with the unprofessional behavior displayed by management. Working in several hospitals and clinics myself, I was really hoping to see an office that was willing to assist their patients with any questions or issues they may have had, rather than the office ignoring their calls and questions. Never once was there an individual who wanted to help. In fact, I was going to give this practice the benefit of the doubt to see if they would be able to truly assist me with this early on last year, but because of this unwillingness, a Google Review is necessary. Take their responses on here with a grain of salt.As mentioned, this is my first and only review of a negative experience with any company. Please save yourself the headache and research another infectious disease provider that is willing to assist patients with any questions or issues that may arise.

In todays medical profession, where doctors unfortunately rush through patients and give very little personalized care and attention, Dr. Levine is a rarity. She listens to her patients concerns, and spends as much time as needed to treat appropriately and accordingly in a very specialized and detailed fashion. Her office is immaculate and a joy to visit. I never feel rushed or pressured, and all of my questions and concerns are always addressed with the utmost professionalism, and just as important, with comforting and genuine bedside manner. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

Doctor Levine is super caring, kind, and very approachable. She possesses a wealth of knowledge and is very people oriented and you definitely get a full sense of complete comfort right when you walk in the office. I personally feel privileged to be under her care.

I scheduled a virtual visit on zocdoc with Dr. Wexler for infectious disease opinion which was less than ideal. My issues were not addressed and doctor ordered no tests or measured any vitals.On top of that, instead of just charging me for a video consultation they charged my insurance 3 different types of visit (office visit, wellness visit and a chronic pain management visit). First of all, I never visited them in an office and second, it was certainly not a wellness visit.Third, they did nothing to manage my chronic conditions or even tried to explore causes of chronic pain. When my insurance called them to correct this billing issues, they never picked up the phone or called back. They burned my annual wellness visit allowance for nothing. Literally, NOTHING. They charged my insurance for noting down vitals and taking bloodwork. I don’t know how that was possible on a virtual visit. Because of these billing issues, my primary care is unable to use my annual wellness allowance for an actual annual physical! Hope my insurance is soon able to remove them as a provider from in-network to avoid getting more members scammed.Edit: Look at what this business responded. Way to shift blame on insurance and patient when they have been charging everyone for wellness/annual physical visit when visiting a specialist. I didn’t come here for chronic pain management or annual physical, I came here for ruling out infectious disease(which your doctor couldn’t do the minimum anyway). Plus they now violated my privacy by providing duration of my illness publicly. Insurance already left a message to review the claim and I am yet to see a change.

Dr. Levine is a rare combination of incredible competence and authentic compassion for her patients. When I first came to Dr Levine, overwhelmed by a laundry list of health issues, she meticulously drilled down into possible root causes of my symptoms. She painlessly took blood in house (great idea to avoid a lab during a pandemic!), ran a series of tests, diligently followed up with me, and made practical yet immensely helpful recommendations. She is the first doctor in many years who didnt flippantly shoo me out of her office just because I appeared healthy. She took my symptoms seriously and patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns. I feel so lucky to have found her. In addition Ryan, who manages the office, is so organized and responsive that it makes the experience that much more pleasant. I cannot recommend Goals Healthcare enough!

Never before had I felt so relaxed and assured at a doctors office. From the moment I entered the office Dr. Levine and her staffs were incredibly inviting, accommodating, pratical and honest. The space was clean without the medicinal feel and Dr. Levines approach is both stern yet forward thinking. My only qualm was that I waited so long to meet her.

Its not easy to find a doctor like her, she really cares about you and takes the time to listen to your complaints. I had a problem with some insect bites and allergic reactions to those, and Dr Levine was even more worried than me, and always had time to respond my inquiries. DO NOT GO - Please please do not go to this provider. This is one of those unfortunate cases where the doctors are amazing, but the office staff and billing are incredibly terrible. They sent in codes to my insurance about my visit that never even occurred. They claimed to give me an annual physical when that did not happen (it was a video visit with an infectious disease doctor), and I am 4+ months into trying to get them to rebill insurance for what my visit was actually for. I am being asked to pay out of pocket for items because they billed things completely incorrectly, and they are not responsive to fixing it. I am over 10+ calls and 20+ emails in with their office and still nothing.I feel bad because the doctor I saw was genuinely amazing, but unless you want to be billed incorrectly and spend months trying to beg them to resolve it, do not go here.

Same experience as the person who left one star review - DO NOT GO. The doctor is professional but the lady at the front desk was rude and didn’t communicate well in English. There was some system issue between their system and zocdoc - even the other young lady at the front desk said they wouldn’t charge me but one lady just refused to admit what her colleague said and charged me (without my consent and without any prior communication) because of their system issue. She was also very rude and argued all the time on the call. Please educate your staff with proper manner and professionalism and don’t charge your patients for your system issue. I was there but can’t even get the appointment I wanted while being treated poorly.They also billed an annual check in that didn’t even happen for my Neuro visit. Don’t go if you want to be treated poorly and billed incorrectly.Too bad the staff at the front desk ruined everyone’s medical experience.This is the worst medical experience I ever had, seriously, not becuz of the doctor but thanks to your front desk employee. Please hire someone with better attitude, communication and professionalism.

Impossible to tell whether the billing department is predatory or incompetent, but they will try to force you to pay out-of-pocket for services that are covered by your insurance -- first by sending the wrong billing codes to your insurance, and then by giving you the runaround.

No wait time, friendly staff, clean office. Doctor Sharma was personable and thorough. I would recommend.

I’ve struggled with my sex drive following menopause and could not find anything that worked until Dr. Levine helped me with the diVa and PRP therapy. I can’t tell you how happy I am. Feels like I’m young again!
