This was my first time, and Dr. Mbaye was absolutely top-notch. She was knowledgeable and provided excellent professional and personal care. She took her time to listen, answered my questions, and didn’t try to push any medication on me. She carefully explained my symptoms and suggested, with detailed explanations, why a medication would work and its alternatives if the side effects were too much.

By far one of the best visits I’ve ever had in my entire life. Teresa took the time to listen to my concerns and asked me every question under the sun . What a doctor should technically be doing for an annual checkup but usually don’t. She was warm and hospitable and gave great recommendations I am so happy I made her my PCP. The male nurse was also very nice and approachable during the visit most nurses are super cold and robotic but not him. He also took his time to get my history and get my paperwork filled out. I loved that they were able to fill out paperwork that I needed for another doctor and got it back to me that very same day. That’s what you call top notch service. I’ll definitely be back.

It was my first time and Dr Genevieve Wood-Minardi was wonderful! I went with my mom. She was very comforting and understanding. She didn’t rush me and took her time to make sure I was okay and ready. She answered all my questions and made sure everything was great and welcoming. She definitely made the doctors appointment less scary..🙃

Dr Mbaye was absolutely amazing. This was my first visit and although I saw her great reviews I was eager to experience her service myself. The facility is impeccably clean, the decor was tastefully done, the environment is welcoming and Dr Mbaye herself is patient, you don’t feel rushed at all, she carefully explains everything and answers all questions with ease. I’ll definitely be going back (in fact, I’ve already booked my next appt). You won’t regret this choice.

If youre looking for Primary Care, STAY AWAY!Theyve been my Primary Care for about a year now. I havent heard from my PCP since my first visit, and theres no sign that she even remembers who I am. I have never once managed to even get a routine prescription refilled without hounding them over numerous emails / having to make an appointment. The request refill form in their app (Healow) shows no sign of actually doing anything.Theyre really not setup for this, and you should stick to using Clear MD as a walk-in clinic only.

I recently visited this primary care office for a self-pay STI test, and I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff, I believe his name was Afan, was incredibly welcoming and efficient, made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism.The medical staff was equally impressive—knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the entire process. I appreciated the emphasis on confidentiality and comfort, which made a potentially awkward visit feel completely normal.Overall, the service was top-notch, and I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking reliable and compassionate healthcare. Five stars all the way!

This was hands down the best healthcare visit Ive had in my 34 years! From booking the appointment to walking in, everything was super smooth. Big thanks to Sam for the pre-consult vibes, and major shoutout to Theresa for being an awesome provider! I felt totally at ease and like I was in good hands the whole time.Honestly, I felt heard and included in my treatment plan, with zero judgment – such a refreshing change! The place is beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect right by the subway.I’m definitely making the trek from Inwood to NoHo for all my healthcare needs now. 🙌💖

They put in the wrong pharmacy address for my prescriptions 3 different times causing a 3 week delay in me getting my medication. This was an incredibly unsafe and I went without it, causing me to abruptly come off of a medication with major withdrawal effects. I could not get ahold of anyone on the phone because they will not pick up and the mailbox is full. Be careful with this and make sure you stay on them about medication management.

I had a scheduled appointment with Kathleen Morse, for which I rearranged my work commitments and took time away, only to have her fail to show up. This lack of communication and respect for my time is incredibly disappointing. Completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Paid out of pocket for some lab work, the office had the wrong tests run on my samples and still charged me for the more expensive tests I requested. Attempted for days to get in touch with someone via phone but have been told someone would call me back each time with no follow up. Very unhappy with this experience.

The practice offers online booking through their website, and Zocdoc. I originally booked through their website, and then found an earlier appointment that matched my schedule better. 3 hours later after the practice closed I received a message that my appointment was double booked and that the next appointment available was 2 weeks later than my original appointment which doesnt work for me.

This was my first time at ClearMD and everyone was so sweet & professional! I arrived early & they were able to accommodate me. Definitely will be going back if I have any issues in the future!

Dr. Graham Hadley and the whole team at ClearMD are fantastic. They are kind, knowledgeable, and provide excellent care. ClearMD offers easy access to a wide range of medical services that takes weeks to get an appointment for at other providers, and do so with a smile. I love that they have their own lab... I got my lab results a few hours after my appointment. Highly recommended.Additionally, the physicians assistant did an excellent job drawing blood. I barely felt the needle, and it was done before I knew it. The whole team at ClearMD is great.

Went for the first time and loved my experience. Everyone- from Emily at the front desk to phlebotomist Oumou- were wonderful. I saw Theresa McIntyre, and she’s amazing. Listens and discusses whatever is on your mind, I never felt rushed. I went for a physical and while the nurse had trouble finding a vein in my arm to draw blood - I had to get stuck 4 times! Small veins 🙃- everyone was lovely and calm and Oumou eventually wrangled a vein in my arm that cooperated. Nothing but good things to say about this location, vibes and practice

They took great care of me and helped me feel better. PA Genevieve was warm and welcoming. This was easily one of the better experiences I’ve had with medical staff. Nurse McIntyre took her time made sure I felt heard and understood. Made sure my needs were met and insured I was well educated in the care that was being rendered and that I understood her treatment modality. I left feeling confident in my health and wellbeing.

Dr Mbaye was great - explained everything that she was going to do before she did it, explained why my body was reacting the way it was well and I felt comfortable talking with her.

I was able to make a same day appointment online. The reviews for Theresa McIntyre were excellent, but the one that stood out to me was where a patient said she was very understanding about a blood phobia. I have a needle phobia so its nice to find a provider who respects it and doesnt make me feel shameful for it. I waited for just over a half hour but I wasnt in a rush. The staff in the office are all very nice. I liked Theresa immediately upon meeting her. It felt like I was talking to a friend. She was patient, listened to all of my questions and concerns, and gave me plenty of grace and kindness when it came to doing bloodwork. The office is open 7 days a week, which is extremely convenient. Im glad Ive found my new provider!

I’m 40 y.o and today I met the best and nicest gynecologist I’ve ever had, Dr. Marieme Mbaye. She made me me feel very comfortable, she answered all my questions thoroughly and the visit went very smoothly because she was very gentle and I didn’t feel any discomfort. The practice is very nice and all the people working there were kind and friendly.

Nice people but wish there were more gender neutral or non-binary options for forms / answers to health questions. Like, are you dating a man or a woman? feels a bit reductive in NYC and in 2024.

She is the most caring and considerate provider ive come into contact with, rivaling years of seeing GPs and specialists. She goes above and beyond without question. I’ll follow her wherever she goes.The ClearMD facility is also wonderful and have only had positive experiences at both the NoHo and 57th St locations.10/10 experience.

They take walk-ins and all staff members were very welcoming and friendly. They gave recommendations and provided medication that almost instantly fixed my dizziness and nausea. The office is always very clean and well decorated.

Do NOT go here. There gentleman at the front desk was beyond unprofessional. He scheduled me for the wrong location. Then Rescheduled me at a time I did not agree to and hung up the phone. He told me to just show up at the other location and I then when I did I could not be seen for 50 min and ended up leaving and going to another clinic.

My experience at ClearMD, East Side, in Manhattan today was excellent! Lorenzo and other staff were very courteous, professional, and helpful in testing me for Covid and prescribing medication. If I need additional testing in the future, I will definitely go to ClearMD.

I visited Noho’s ClearMD in June of 2023. I was lucky to be taken care of by Lizette, a medical assistant who went above and beyond to assure me my needs would be taken care of. I thanked her a million times for being so attentive and helpful to me. The process was quick. I was seen by the medical assistant and the doctor within 20 minutes of my visit. My test results came back in 1 day which was amazing. Thanks Clear and thank you Lizette for such a wonderful visit.

I was the only one in the clinic at 5 PM today Thursday the 28 of October, it took 35 minutes to check me in. What would you do if there were 5 people to check in at the same time ? It will take some time, you have to speed up the process checking in to get to see a doctor . However, everyone was very polite, nice and helpful, the clinic was new and nicely decorated, the physician assistant was great and the nurse was officiant .

Best place for quick test results. In my case it was for UTI and I was relieved to get such comfortable experience while being at the doctor’s office. The receptionist was a lovely woman who helped me with everything. Not as expensive as other places. No line. Got there 10 minutes early and was able to start right away without waiting.

I waited over an hour to be seen for an earache, was repeatedly deadnamed (I’m trans), and the provider met with me for perhaps a total of two minutes. I would highly discourage TGNC folks from using this location. I will certainly avoid it in the future.For full context, when I told the administrative staff that I use a name other than my dead name, they asked what name needed to be used for billing purposes, and I told them by dead name. They at no point asked the name I do go by, and I should note that my dead name triggers tremendous dysphoria. They then told me that they had to use my deadname to refer to me (which I would understand if they meant in their billing of the insurance company) but this also included when they spoke to me throughout the very brief appointment. I brought it up with the first medical professional I saw and she again made a comment about how they had to refer to me by my dead name due to the insurance company. This makes absolutely no sense as I’ve had plenty of affirming medical visits at other facilities where staff respect my identity, and refer to me by my chosen name in an appointment.

Love this office! From the moment you walk in, you’re a peace. From the vibrant plant life, to the calming music that’s playing, this was an experience I really appreciated and enjoyed. Everyone I met was so lovely, professional and at ease.

I was able to get an appointment same day either Telemed or in person. I decided on in person. I was told to go to the Midtown location, because they had special eye equipment (I had an eye infection). The office was sleek, modern, clean and welcoming. I was taken into the room promptly, but waited over 15 min to be seen. The doctor was professional and right to the point. He prescribed a medication, but when I got to the pharmacy it was not called in. When I tried to call the office 3 times (during office hours), no one answered. Hopefully I get the prescription tomorrow. I will return. Good location, close to many train stations and hopefully the scripts work.

Perfect experience, very fast appointment after i arrived and i talk with a very nice doctor. Very kind she was. In 30mins i was out with a prescription waiting at the pharmacy of my choice. I recommend their services 100%

Misdiagnosis at its peak. My visit to ClearMD was for ear fullness and was seen by Sharon Ramjattan. She looked in the ears and confidently told me I had wax blockage and prescribed me a hydrogen peroxide solution for that issue.I used it and was left with excruciating pain, more pain than I was in before I went to ClearMD and saw Sharon.Moreover, she used the information i myself gave about left ear feeling more blocked than the right and told me that the left one has more wax.In reality, my ear canals DIDNT HAVE ANY WAX AT ALL!!!What I had was an ear infection. She confidently misdiagnosed me and then prescribed me wax solution that was not needed in the 1st place.I was felt rushed and the one driving conversation. I mean? Like seriously?As a doctor there was 0 information shared by her, most like the because she couldn’t recognize a simple ear infection. The wax cleaning solution irritated my ear infection and made it a nightmare for me.One question for ClearMD - Why would you guys put my and probably other patients like me in danger by misdiagnosing and then also prescribing me something that is not needed?

Doctor Khoi Nguyen was great! He was listening and understanding. He suggested me different options and gave his ideas to make my annual check resultful. I felt myself pretty comfortable. Nurse Rabia is wonderful, she was so attentive.But my waiting time was more than one and a half hour.

My daughter recently moved to NYC and unfortunately needed medical care, she was told her insurance was out of network but was still seen, however, no exams or testing was performed, that would have cost extra, my daughter basically diagnosed herself and was given meds with no proof of her condition, she paid full price and now they refuse to send the claim to my insurance company for reimbursement. Why didn’t they tell her to go elsewhere to a facility that accepted our insurance? The extremely rude and unprofessional woman I spoke with refused to give me her name, that’s a red flag! I called on September 5th at approximately 6:40, if anyone has her name I would appreciate it because she will be reported.

The unparalleled efficiency with attention to details, reasonable wait time, thoughtful care and compassion of Lorenzo and Krasimir Kolev, NP, make this ClearMD center a serious competitor to many walk-in clinics.The only minus is that their portal is malfunctioning at the time when you need to get the results. Yet, it is a technical problem- not a clinical one.

Great and prompt service by qualified personnel. As an out of state patient, they were extremely helpful both explaining my condition/treatment, as well as they insurance coverage limitations. Would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

I got to the clinic at 6pm after taking a 40 minute train. Even though it closed at 7, i was locked out. I tried to ring the doorbell, but no answer. 2 people were at the desk. After 5 minutes of just standing outside, i left.

I’ve been 1 hour in the waiting room and they didn’t ask me anything.They charged my insurance for something I didn’t request.Girls at front desk talk with the screen on their face and they don’t look at you when talking, so how would they know what I came for.Such a waste of time and energies.I wish them the same service they provide.

I’ve gotten two PCR tests here - one in December 2021 when Omicron came to NYC and one in March 2022. Both times were efficient, fast, and I got my results back within two days (which was impressive when the testing centers were overwhelmed last December). In March 2022 my results came back in less than 24 hours. I especially appreciated how many appointments they had available after work hours. Their website is easy to use when booking an appointment. Would recommend ClearMD to anyone!

I had to reschedule a flight due to the late results, and am about to have to reschedule a second time... They also do not answer their phone or email, I’m sure they won’t reply to any requests for a refund.

This place is a scam. You make an appointment but then still need to wait in line an hour and half, you’re treated the same whether you’re a walk in or have an appointment. They just lure you in with the idea of having a dedicated appointment time, but it doesn’t matter. You’re better off at a mobile testing site or city MD, if you have to wait in line, at least go somewhere legit.

Dr. Khoi was able fulfill my prescription and solve my problems effortlessly and efficiently within 2 hours of my asking. Very professional call center and staff.

ClearMD overcharged me by $50 for their service. The cashier noticed that I was overcharged and did not bring it up until I told her, at which point she admitted that she overcharged me. I have been trying to contact ClearMD for a refund for 3 days now, and they are entirely unresponsive.

Paid $150 for next day PCR result. 4:30pm appt and got the result at noon next day! The online schedule appt is easy to use, the wait at the clinic is minimal about 15-20 mins, and the staff is professional and thorough (counted to 5 for each swap).

First of all, Im glad this place exists. I needed a PCR with quick turnaround and this location had plenty of appointments at a location near me. So, 5 stars for convenience.I was really surprised, however, that a medical testing clinic would let so many of its staff wear their masks so sloppily. The woman at the front desk had a super loose fitting mask on, she hadnt even bent the nose wire around her nose. At one point it was falling off when she was talking. Then another woman came out with the same thing.A guy came in to get a test and his mask was down around his chin. He was leaning over, basically maskless, talking to the receptionist. NO ONE TOLD HIM TO PUT HIS MASK ON.Other people waiting to take tests had equally loose fitting masks and were sniffling.If this is the level of ineptitude AT A COVID TESTING SITE, then its no wonder the pandemic rages on. People are so checked out its just mind numbing.Professionalism, zero stars.Needless to say, I waited outside for my turn.

This place is the WORST. I was employed here and on my first day money was stolen from out of my bag which was in the break room . They don’t hire train professionals to perform covid test. Just anyone that will do the job for 15$ an hour. Also that’s why they try and take people pulse ox and hpi to bill the insurance companies even though u already paying out of pocket for a covid test you can get for free. Do not go there for testing. And do not try and work for this company . Money is the end goal not the patients or employees .

Got a false positive antigen test, contradicted by a negative Binax at home test and a negative RT-PCR one hour later ! They did not want to refund and argue that the antigen test is know not to be accurate. These people don’t know what they are doing. Avoid by all means there are many other options such as Sameday Health
