This is the first Yelp review or online review I have ever written. Do not go to this doctor nor to this center for care. The staff at the office is extremely friendly and caring and knowledgeable, so this is a classic case of poor management. I am writing this about my mothers care but not on her behalf. I had accompanied my her to visits at this office several times, for Dr. Gulati and for Dr. Kakai, who I review below the review for Gulati. The reviews are based on what I witnessed during these visits, what i observed about my mother, and what I learned from her directly.My mother, who suffers from Lupus and Hashimotos disease has been treated by Doctor Gulati for the past year, and also by another doctor in the clinic,Dr. Gulati showed serious negligence in the care of her patient. Here are some of the ways:She does not answer calls from her patient nor from her patients dermatologist at Mt. Sinai many many times, which was about her patients continuous hair loss, which was caused by Dr. Gulatis medical plan.Multiple times, under Gs care, lab results and prescriptions were completely incorrect, whether it was because of her staff or the particular pharmacy with whom she partners.If you call her and she calls you back, she will only speak to you via phone to tell you to schedule another appointment, which is another $~300During the course of her care with G, my mother suffered scenarios where she had no energy, lost her hair, and cried from anguish. She feels that she has wasted her money, health, and grief on these people.Dr. Kakai, who managed a surgical procedure in the clinic in which patient was not given anesthetics, and was screaming in pain, to the point that the staff had to yell at the surgeon to stop what he was doing. On top of this, Dr. Kakais surgeon also botched closing up my mother, and she now has a deformed stomach area.When my mother wanted to see a different doctor, she had asked this office to send an explanation of the type of procedure (stem cell-related) that Dr. Kakais office did for her, they sent something completely generic, from which the new doctor did not even know what exactly what was done. Yet another form of negligence.

Ive been going to Dr. Gulati for years now! I feel great on the hormones she prescribes! She has a very beautifully lit office with good energy vibes! Shes the best!

I received the worst possible care at this medical center. When I questioned Dr. Gulati about the pain level involved in an endometrial biopsy, her response was oh youll hardly feel it..it will feel like a feather.Naturally I assumed I would be given a local. Not So! Dr. Harris informed me I would not need one and it ended up being the most brutal attack on my body and psyche. I warn all to stay away from this outfit.

Dr Rashmi is A wonderful human being, she helped me a lot with my hormonal issues and after her treatment I am totally a new person now. I can never thank her enough for changing my life the way she did.

I have been going to Dr.Gulati for the last 5 years and could not have been more happy. She is an amazing person and a great physician . She treats the basic cause for your ailment and hence gives a long lasting solution to all your problems . I would highly recommend her .
