Professional, inviting office & staff... My appointment was with Dr. Gluck who had a great bed side manner and he made me feel comfortable and at ease to discuss my issue/why I was there. He was confident, knowledgeable and made certain I understood his remarks. We came up with a treatment plan and follow-up. I was very pleased with this care.

The staff are very efficient and polite. Its easy to get them on the phone and when youre there, they absolutely take care of everybody. All of the staff who do the testing are also excellent. Theyre very efficient but you never feel like youre not talking to people. And Dr Gluck is very thorough. I certainly trust him and he doesnt ask you to take tests you dont need. Ive had different sets of tests clearly based on what was happening at the time instead of him trying to push anything. He also has a very good bedside manner with a nice sense of humor and considering the volume of people coming through that place, he really seems focused and dedicated. The only thing I would say is that if you have any particular questions or concerns, sometimes he will catch them when he asks you questions, but you should be prepared if theres something in particular you want to bring up. Overall, this place is an excellent experience and considering why were all gathering there, as good as it can be.

Well run practice. Dr. Salant made me feel confident that seeing him was a great choice!

Place was very neat and Dr. Salant was very attentive to me. He really care for his patient.

Administratively incompetent office, zero managerial oversight, archaic processes. This office operates with paper trail, xerox and fax for all exchange inter-practice. Consult is ok but anything else that follows is a nightmare, ie: if you depend on them for your consult records for a referral. They told me 3 days after my referral to another office and over a month after my last visit with them that they were still working on writing a summary of my visit, to come back in 3 days!!!! I showed up to their referral without any of the supporting test results and review needed.. Nothing was ever sent, and everyone, when I went back to inquire at Murray Hills office acted as if that was the norm. Also, if you have and NYU / Connect portal where you consolidate your medical records, they dont archive / upload your record. They fax as needed!!!!! Save yourself the hassle and book your urology appointment with a provider equipped with current technology not one that is stuck in 1984....

Dr. Gluck was really accommodating and friendly and so were the numerous support staff and front desk folks that helped me, my time here went really smoothly! However, the anesthesiologist that administered to me made several inappropriate and uncomfortable comments to me about my life decisions while I was alone in the room with her and literally sitting on the op table. I dont imagine shes a full-time exclusive employee of Murray Hill (and I didnt catch her name unfortunately) but it still reflects poorly.

My husband was a previous patience of DR Khanna Himansh. There have been multiple incorrect of inaccurate charges over the year he was a patient. Hes had multiple procedures done. Every time when hes gone in for the procedure the nursers try to persuade him to get additional work done (that was NOT recommended by his doctor). Every time he goes to the doc in-person hes there a minimum of 2 hours. They staff is rude and there have been multiple signs of fraudulent activity. PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SANITY.

I was very pleased to meet Dr. Salant and have him diagnose my situation. He was quite professional and courteous. Judging from the large volume of patients in the waiting room, I suspect Im not the only one with this opinion! Thank you Dr. Salant for your time!

I have been seeing Dr Salant for almost two years. The Office is always clean and its usually not a long wait. Dr. Salant and the staff are very friendly. Its usually a full house in the waiting room. But due to Covid my latest appointment it was not crowded at all. The office was setup very well for social distancing.

The office staff were very friendly when I arrived. Once the registration was done I didnt have to wait much to see Dr. Salant who was very professional. You can see he takes his profession seriously and he cares for his patients. I would recommend him to my friends.

I had a great patient experience at Murray Hill Urology. Dr. Salant is a great communicator. He listened to my concerns and addressed them all in a way that made me feel comfortable. In addition, the support staff is very helpful.

I made an appointment on line with Dr Gluck e week ahead. I had to cancel my appointment for a health reason. Called his office and the receptionist could cancel it because she didnt scheduled this appointment personally. She advised me to cancel the appointment on line. I didnt see any option on the MH website for cancellation.I sent emails to Dr Gluck, he never answered to my emails.Everyday I received SMS. Messages from him to confirm the appointment and no option to cancel it.Be aware of the trap set up for charging for not realized visits.I hope its not my case.

The staff is very polite and Doctor Salant works quickly and effectively despite how busy the office can get at times. Extremely professional and helpful. He listened to my concerns and thoughts, answered my questions and informed me about my problem.

I went to Murray Hill Urology and I saw Dr. Salant upon the recommendation of a family member who has also seen him. Their experience, as with mine, has been extremely positive. Dr. Salant is a careful and thorough doctor who takes his time to speak to his patients and explains the medical procedures, diagnostics, and treatment fully, leaving them with satisfaction, certainty, and peace of mind.Furthermore, I can only say positive things for the office environment when an scheduling an appointment. The office staff is very friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Dr. Salant is great. No nonsense. Knew what he was talking about. Was able to give me answers very quickly. I feel very confident being under his care. And also good sense of humor and his staff is very polite.

Dr Salant and his staff were great. The only complaint I have is that they were running well behind schedule. They did, however, acknowledge it and apologize for it. No one is perfect, but taking responsibility goes a long way. Other than that my experience was very good and I would recommend

Dr Salant came highly recommended by my doctor. Pleasant staff, Dr Salant made you feel at ease and comfortable. As did his “assistants.” The first visit was a long wait, the second was on schedule. Basically I’m interested in a determination of what my issue/s are or are not. I feel confident in Dr Salant helping me.

Even though it is always busy in his office and the visit times with Dr Salant are short, it is quality rather than quantity that counts in the end. Dr Salant LISTENS thoroughly to what you have say, even when he may taking notes at the same time. You want always to choose a doctors who listens! He is also very warm and friendly.....and a genlteman.You can work together with him to achieve. a successful result to your medical problem

Dr. Salant was nothing short of a professional doctor that delivered the most attentive service to me. He makes his patients feel special. He listens to the patients concerns and he follows up with the personal care that makes a difference

Always treated with Quaility care. Everything done efficiently . Dr. Gluck takes the time to make you feel assured. Answers all questions that you have concerning your situation.

Dr. Gluck was friendly and comforting. He also expressed the kind of concern and attention to my symptoms that I hoped for. The staff and in-house technicians also made me feel comfortable during an otherwise uncomfortable situation. Dr. Gluck is a highly intelligent and competent doctor. I will certainly recommend him to friends and family.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Salant’s for over five years and find him thorough and compassionate with explanations in understandable language. I always find doctor visits stressful but he puts me at ease. Courteous staff as well.

By far the worst doctor experience I have ever had. Dr. Khanna who works here is a scam artist. Will send you to take 1000 unnecessary test but the test that you really need. Completely interested in only ripping you off. Endless waiting and after you see him, he wont even look at you. He will just look at his notes and write something. Not interested in helping the patient at all.One of the receptionist (Chanel or Shanelle was her name) was very rude, and even hung up the phone on me when I tried explaining them their mistake. The other receptionists were fine.Please avoid this place, at the very least avoid Dr. Khanna.

Do not go to this office. I started seeing Dr. Khanna about 5 months ago. To begin with you will wait on average 1 and a half to 3 hours in the waiting room before being seen. One day, which I took off work for, I get to the office and was told the doctor was not in. It takes me an hour and a half to get there, then the same to get back. I had gotten an automated message reminding me of the visit just the day before, which they said they couldnt stop. Dr. Khanna seemed nice but right away very overwhelmed. He had some in office tests ordered and put me on some medication. I came back in a week for some more tests. Then another apt a very intrusive, painful test. No answers are given to me. A month goes by and more in office tests and changing my medication. After every visit we go I to a colleage of his office e and he talks to me about my condition, ruffling thru papers, forgetting what meds he put me on or tests Ive had. Im literally telling g him, No we tried that medication, no we did that test already. He gives me a very uncertain diagnosis, and orders more painful tests. Now we are going on 3 months and I end up in the emergency room. Everyone around me is telling me, including doctors, to stop going to Dr. Khanna. I give it one more chance, I go back to the office, wIt 2 & a half hours in the waiting room, the nurse brings me in and starts setting me up for another painful test that was already done. I say thats it Im done, Dr. Khanna come in and is saying, I dont know, we have to make sure, you might need surgery, maybe a different mediation. Its been 4 months, countless ultrasounds, and invasive tests, on and off meds. Everytime we meet in the office he has no idea what meds he put me on, what procedures he did. I walked out and went to Montefiore Hospital and its like a whole new world. I cant even get an ultrasound because my insurance wont approve it because I had so many done at Dr. KHANNAS office. My new doctor cant believe what I went thru. The tests at the hospital are not painful the way they do them, they are done once and I was told with full certainty that Dr. Khannas was wrong about everything, literally everything. It took 2 weeks & I am doing great. Do not go to the dirty, money grubbing, insurance test scamming, patient assembly line. Montifore is professional, beautiful, high-tech and the surgeons do all the testing. Dr. Khanna had me end up in the emergency room in extreme pain and danger. Imagine having to tell your doctor time & time again what meds you are on and procedures you are on. He would say, lets try you on this, and Id say we tried that, ohh ohh yeah okay we should do this procedure, doctor we did that. When I told my new doctor what went on, he said to call my insurance, which I did.

More than 20 years ago I was referred to Dr Salant. My urologist at the time seemed to have no feel for the stress patients might undergo, and I was seeking someone more empathetic. Through many tests over the years Dr Salant has been that and more: knowledgeable about the field and its changes, and patient with my laymans questions. I recommend him highly.

The wait is ridiculous (1.5 hours before I left and every time Ive been there Ive had to wait over an hour). I like Dr. Slatan but come on guys stop over booking. Also I feel like they ordered test that were super unnecessary.

Horrible customer service. Try to call to set up an appointment, just got the run around. Ask to see a doctor told we have 3, I would like to see any which one, the one available ? all are available, this week, none are available??? only have next week, OK like to see a doctor next week, when ?any time and any doctor. you have to tell me which one.??? WHAT THE HELL, wasted time on a simple phone call not recommending to my worst enemy.

Very professional Dr.s, technicians, and support staff. My physician, Dr. Gluck, is very caring and listens. He is a highly skilled problem solver.Im lucky to be in his care.

Dont waste your time or money. The most horrible experience Ive ever had at a medical facility, if you can even call it that. The staff are the most unprofessional group of people I have EVER encountered, and I honestly believe this place should be looked into and shut down.
