Planned Parenthood - Manhattan Health Center

I was late to my 12:30 appointment by 30 mins. I was still taken care of as soon as I walked in. The staff was super friendly the receptionist her name started with a T accommodated my needs. Mindy was so nice and friendly during my intake and understanding of my situation and the team i had was just above and beyond. I am truly so thankful to the staff and to this place for everything they did for me today.

The staff is empathetic, intelligent, and hardworking. They made me feel welcome—never rushed or overlooked. While negative reviews mention long wait times, this is due to the clinic operating with a skeleton crew because of underfunding, not disorganization. They go above and beyond to make this clinic exceptional. I couldnt recommend it more highly.

The doctors and nurses here are wonderful but unfortunately wait times are insane because higher ups have asked them to see more people. I arrived at 8am for an 8:10 routine STI testing appointment and didn’t leave until 10:45. As someone who doesn’t do well with needles, I purposefully scheduled my appointment as early as possible, and having to wait in a state of heightened anxiety for nearly three hours was difficult for me. This testing could’ve been done in like 20 minutes. The doctor told me that because they’ve been asked to see more people, everyone was having to wait three hours. Despite having a good experience with all of the staff here, I will likely be having testing done in the future with a PCP. If anyone in charge is reading this— seeing less people faster will likely result in happier clients

I cant say enough good things about PP. Ive been to the Manhattan office and previously Brooklyn and always have a great experience. Ive been a patient of theirs for five years. Theyve always been responsive and helpful. Everyone Ive dealt with has been friendly and they always make you feel comfortable. Love them!

Very Positive experience. Very empathic care and thoughtfulness from each and every individual who cared for me. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs care for any circumstance. All of my questions were answered without making me feel embarrassed or small. Felt safe and comfortable. Honored my appointment despite me running 30 minutes late.

I came here because where I live I would have to pay upwards of 150 for STI testing. Came in at 12:45 and am still sitting waiting to speak to a provider at 3:30. Ridiculous wait times and the service is whatever. I went into the room while I was asked all sorts of personal questions for the forms and the two nurses were talking about their own things. Read the reviews before coming here, it’s absolutely ridiculous and I would rather have paid 150 for the test than sit in the clinic all day.

The staff is excellent. The clinical policy making is some of the worst of any org. On Friday 7/26/24 they let the staff know effective 7/30/24 are no longer offering deep sedation for surgical abortions and IUDs.They are not communicating to patients who already have appointments scheduled that include deep sedation. Horrifying that this was even considered by an org that says it values autonomy.Can not imagine showing up assuming I would be placed under deep sedation to suddenly find out that it is no longer offered. Respect your patients and trust clinic staff more.PS Got my IUD replaced under deep sedation on Sat and could not recommend it more. Again, the staff at this location is great.

I was happy to get a next day appointment but the staff and wait time was awful. The nurses were very short and snappy with me. I waited 3 hours in the lobby to just be seen. I asked multiple times if my partner could wait with me due to anxiety and they refused.

Went in a clinical abortion and i was 15. They were really helpful, patient and kind to me. I did wait a while but they were clear on when i would go and nice when asked. Overall im gratefull to this place and the people there who helped me. I also didnt feel judged once. I would say be prepared to wait a while depending on what your there for but do it graciously. As for care, they gave a box with things I need after the procedure and asked if I wanted water something to snack on or a lollipop, They were very considerate especially when I woke up for the anesthesia and freaked out, was really scared, and was shaking badly. This in my experience was amazing.

They have NO one at the front desk on the next 2 floors, no one to let you know when youre going to be seen, i have been waiting over an hour past my appointment time with no communication

After my visit yesterday, I would have to say I don’t think I’d chose this planned parenthood ever again.It was PACKED out, the “movement” was slow. I arrived early as stated too. My appointment was 11:10, I arrived 10:55.Be prepared to WAIT and WAIT and WAIT. With little to no response or basic general responses to what they tell everyone.I wasn’t seen / had my treatment fully until 3:15-3:20PM.I had to sit and wait all DAY long, so you’re telling me it takes anywhere from 4-6 hours of what? WAITING. Because paperwork takes 5/10 minutes and an ultrasound takes 10 minutes, the rest was spent waiting WHY? Because it was so PACKED. After care was fine, except I had to go and FIND nurses to escort me out of the place. I won’t return to this sight. The other location is much nicer less of a wait time. To say the least, please read all reviews before coming.

Girl at the desk is talking about who she sleeps with, how the guy is an “old man” and how she would or wouldn’t marry men. And showing each other photos of men instead of paying attention to their jobs. They are making me and everyone else uncomfortable in the room. Not exactly professional or good topic of conversation for a Planned Parenthood. Lots of customers are here and on edge to begin with, this does not help. Please get rid of employees that act like this.

I had a miscarriage and needed a D&C. I traveled from Georgia to NY because the price of traveling and the D&C were cheaper than the D&C procedure in Georgia (nearly 5K). I was extremely sad, hurt and scared during this entire process. Every staff member that I encountered was nice, gentle, caring and patient with me. I truly appreciate all of their help through this tough time. My appointment was at 1:20, arrived at 1:00 and left around 6:30. This is a public facility serving the public, with that being said be prepared to wait and do it graciously. Every establishment is understaffed and you cannot rush peoples health so come with entertainment and no complaints.

Very disappointed! Had to be admitted into the hospital 3 days after my procedure at planned parenthood because the did not take anything out. Now I’m stuck wondering what exactly did they do while I was under anesthesia if nothing was out? I was 6w 0days. Three days later I was literally 6w 3 days. Had to miss work. Had I not went to get an abdominal ultrasound for something completely different, I would’ve never known I was still pregnant. Staff was okay though…

The experience was good and i like how they treated me. Yes it gets packed and the wait time it states in the desk 4-6hours so be patient.overall my experience was well

I came from out of state to get my in clinic procedure done , it was my first time being in another state away from my family and one of the nurses even wiped my tears because how how scared i was , all the nurses were super sweet and considerate and made me feel safe during this scary process ! thankyou

This place SCAMMING people! I paid nearly 400$ for a full panel sti testing. They only tested me for 3 things. When I called they kept telling me I will receive a call back. Called over and over for over a week and finally after getting no answer on why my results are missing I asked for a refund. They said I have to come in in person for it. So I did. They told me to sit down and wait. After the lady came out and gave me a phone number to call and said they will give me a refund. Now Im on my way back home and I realized the number she gave me is the same number Ive been calling. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go anywhere else but those scammers who dont care neither about your health or your money!

Please make sure to have soft and good chair atleast, if you guys are making people wait for 5 hrs.Those chairs are horrible and hurt to sit .

Everyone was really nice but why make appointment times if youre not gonna follow them in the slightest. Hours long wait time for an appointment that was supposed to be at 10am.

This Planned Parenthood is committing fraud. They perform one procedure and then bill your insurance for as many procedures as they can, ones they know they didnt perform. They are scamming both the patients and the insurance.

I came here twice for an in-clinic abortion. The first time I was denied service because they had too many patients and they told me I should schedule it early instead of taking responsibility for over scheduling. I was very open with my needs and what week I was during pregnancy. Mind you, this is a hard decision as is… second time I was there from 8:20am to 12:45pm. Protesters were outside but staff guided me in. Decent staff. Overall I think this clinic needs to be better schedulers. Nobody should have to go here twice because service was denied on THEIR part. They need to prioritize people further along, have express clinics for people using the pill method. Have a schedule rule “in-clinic abortions are taking from X to X time” in order to be seen. Do better!Jan.2024 - you cannot book any service online although it says it on the website/google/phone line. You must call to book any service. Be prepared to wait.

This gets a 5 star. Nurses and staff were all wonderful during both my appointments here! Very attentive, friendly and helpful. Very supportive throughout everything. I highly recommend this place if you’re in need of anything or in need of help! Overall great experience

I came here after an insurance change made a follow-up colposcopy unaffordable with my typical gynecologist. I was nervous walking in, but every staff member made me feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. The doctor and nurses were patient with my questions, walked me through the procedure every step of the way, and gave me stress balls and a warm blanket to help ease some of the anxiety. This was my first time back at Planned Parenthood in just under ten years, but I felt more cared for here than I have in all the fancy offices around New York. Im so grateful to every staff member, and to the Planned Parenthood organization for providing such an amazing service to women.

The staff were very thorough and caring, ensured that all my birth control inquiries were answered. Great financial department which are based on sliding scale factors and basically gotten my entire consultation/treatment without any charge. Great service overall, cannot ask for any better.

Really good in clinic abortion experience from start to finish. Staff was nice and helpful, and I was done in 2 hrs and 45 minutes on a busy Saturday morning even though they say the whole process could take anywhere from 4-6 hours. Key is to make your appointment early at 8am if possible. They accept almost all insurances unlike other clinics, so my procedure was no charge.

I dont have complaints about the staff or the doctor, or even the wait time (was prepared for that), but the bill, at $406 for a wellness check, came as a shock. I feel that it would have been cheaper if I had gone to any private doctor. It seems that once I said I would pay on my own rather than see a financial counselor for pay assistance options, I basically signed up to subsidise patients who paid reduced price. Interestingly enough, I paid less than half this price in Brooklyn Heights a couple of years back. I will definitely look into other options next time because this is anything but affordable.

I just have to say thank you! I’m very grateful to the staff and the doctors, in just two hours they did exams and check-ups and I was even able to start my birth control with them! They were helpful and very professional with me. Very grateful with the attention and help I got!!!😀

The best experience of hospital i had. They make you feel very comfortable and they give all the information you need. Affordable prices. Thank you so much for take care of me when I need.

My boyfriend and i come here occasionally for his appointments. He is very familiar here with the doctors and is comfortable with them. What I don’t like is that the nurses here simply don’t care! every single visit they keep calling out his dead name rather then his preferred name which is in the system. This has happened one to many times already and im sick of it! This location needs to do better!

SUPER SUPER HORRIBLE PLACE! I came here with my friend for an appointment at 11am, but they kept us waiting till 3pm. They put my friend to a wrong room first, and then denied to treat my friend because they ran out of medicine, but soon they told us the doctor was under a training, and later they told us again the doctor was out for lunch. WHAT A STUPID PLACE!!

Everyone at this facility is exceptionally nice. There is no judgement whatsoever and everything is explained in dept. I was an entire hour late for my appointment and was still seen and taken care of. The entire process including wait time was about 3-4 hours including check-in, lab work, sitting with a counselor, and having the procedure done. They do book patients for the same appointment time and aren’t letting people accompany you because of covid which sucked. Your escort waits in a separate waiting room all together. Otherwise would recommend this facility

Lovely experience here. The staff was organized, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to help. I went in for a wellness check and they set me up with birth control the same day.Its a crowded center as it services all of Manhattan, so be prepared for ~1.5-2 hrs total visit time. If you want a plush experience, go to your primary care doctor. If you want a simple, productive appointment, this is a great option.

The wait time is ridiculously horrible !!!! They book patients all in the same time frame. I came 35 mins before my appointment and still waited hrs to see someone ! They expect people to be with you during a termination pregnancy but you legit have to sit and wait to see a doctor for hours which makes the person that’s waiting for you to leave ! I sat at this clinic for over 2 hours just to see a doctor (what’s the point of making an appointment) … the clinic doesn’t even have a lot of patients ! Just seems like the nurses are sitting around doing nothing ! I do not recommend this location ! At all

My entire appointment went smoothly. Sadly, the building was pretty nippy. There werent many protesters when I left, but you can tell the effort they put forth to make sure none of the patients feel/ are harassed.

My experience was amazing. Staff was knowledgeable, courteous and qualified. The wait time was reasonable. Im happy I didnt set up this appointment for early in the morning. I wIll continue to support this amazing organization that helps women get quality care

I went yesterday for my appointment and absolutely everyone that I encountered was amazing! Super kind and caring and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I wish I remembered the name of the last person that attended me. All I know is B. Kane as far as her name, not sure if that’s her but if so, she was my absolute angel. Thank you guys so much for the positive experience.

After reading all the bad reviews I prepared for my apointment as if I were headed to the DMV the day before a holiday. But I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was attentive, quick, and efficient. The doctor was pleasnt, knowledgeable, funny, and gentle. If your looking for idle chitchat or to be pampered then this isnt the place but if youre ok with that its great.Maybe I just got lucky or maybe being early for an afternoon appointment helped. Ive had much longer waits and worse experiences at private practices.So if you need to see someone but your normal doctor cant fit you in for another 3 months, I suggest making an appointment.

This location is taking excellent precaution due to COVID-19. The staff is wonderful starting with the front desk. Vivian did my Nexplanon implant and I would definitely recommend her. She has amazing bedside manner, is highly knowledgeable, and the process took less than 5 minutes! Overall, I spent an hour and a half at this location.

Dr. Lauren was very kind and treated me very well. She was patient with the translator and explained everything very clearly. Thank you very much for your attention. 🤍

I had a really great experience here today! I was late for my appointment but I was still seen pretty quickly. It was early in the morning on a weekday, so I think that helped. Everybody who works there was really nice, and as a gay + nb person I really appreciated that they use inclusive and gender neutral language when asking about patient’s sexual activity. It made everything a lot easier for me! I had to wait about half an hour for financial counseling, but I ended up getting out on a sliding scale and I wasn’t charged for my appointment, which was great. I also learned that people can get IUDs inserted at no charge because of grants! As someone who is super broke and trying to stay healthy, it’s such a relief to know that I can come here and get medical care while I’m getting back on my feet.

Prepare to wait an hour to pick something up . The people that work here completely forget about you until an hour passes and you remind them that you need assistance.

With all of the political attacks on PP I hesitate to give them a low rating, and I fully support the important work they do. I have gone to them for years and have always received excellent care. Having said that, I have a major complaint. I got a follow-up call from the nurse practitioner, and she left a message but no way to contact her. I dont even know her last name. I called back on the general line, and spent about an hour trying to maneuver through the Byzantine menu options, and then spent 35 minutes on hold while trying to speak to a human being about my test results. I finally gave up, and I am really frustrated. It should not be this hard to get ahold of my doctor/N.P. to discuss my health.

Place is really the best office out of any. They treat you with kindness and respect. They care for your well being and also cater to your needs no matter the situation or visit you are having.

I have nothing to complain about expect for the waiting time. The doctors and nurses are amazing. But even when you have an appointment, the waiting time still drives you crazy, let alone for walk-ins . Isnt the appointment system there for efficiency? I have no idea why I still need to spend the entire morning there when I do have an appointment!

Worst Planned Parenthood that I have ever been to. Receptionist staff have been rude to the point of me having to speak with a supervisor. You cant get a HIV test done on the spot, you have to make an appointment. If you are needing to speak to someone and ask questions prior to visiting forget it because everything is automatic and you will never get a hold of someone to speak to.Today I waited in the office for testing results for 30 minutes. Apparently they dont know how to stagger lunches and had me in the office waiting for over 30 minutes. When I finally went to the desk on the 2nd floor from the 3rd floor they finally told me to go to the 1st floor to get my results. Where is the customer service here?

They are very disrespectful and unprofessional. What is the point of appointments if you dont follow the time ? I ask about waiting so long and watching people that came in after me go before me and she says If you have a problem talk to the supervisor. Im so irritated and annoyed. This is my first time at the Pph in Manhattan. I thought they would be nice but not ! I RECOMMEND GOING TO THE PPH IN THE BRONX OR BROOKLYN ! Very professional and nice. This place sucks and its disappointing.

I had to go to this planned Parenthood instead of the one I normally go to in Queens to get a depo shot I had a different experience in this one tho. The check in was good and the doctor was very nice too. But usually the doctor schedules your next depo shot for you. The doctor told me she couldn’t because the computer was having technical issues to schedule it in the front which was perfectly fine with me but when I got to the front the girl in the front said why did she send you here I don’t got the schedule for depo appointments she had a attitude like I was supposed to know that. I explained to her that the doctor told me to come to the front because she couldn’t schedule it after that she did schedule it for me but you could tell she looked annoyed and had a attitude about the situation. And another thing is they have protests going on outside of the building that keeping coming up and trying to talk to you which is really annoying.

First I wanna say thank you to all the staff at PPH!! I made my appointment online so fast and easy. I was there on a Wednesday it’s clean the waiting time is ok just cleared your schedule for that day that’s all..thank you nurse Laura,and volunteer poppy you guys were wonderful and so nice to me and a special thanks to the doctors that did my procedures you guys are truly blessed I would recommend anyone to come here again thank you!!!!!!!!!

I love PP and have been going there for years. I was always stunned by the politeness of staff, from ladies at the reception desk to doctors themselves. However, last week I was at the Blecker Street location for the first time. The staff and everyone was extremely nice (as usual), waiting was extremely short, all was good.But, I got the doctor named Becky I think, which didnt aknowledge my lump on the left breast (which by the way I did ultrasound and what not already last year and was told to monitor if it gets bigger), but Dr. Becky, while telling her that, actually cut me off and said Lets just finish the exam. She made me so uncomfortable and unwilling to explain my self and the situation and why I am doing the check up to begin with, not to mention to show her where the lump (two actually) is.I left there not doing what I came for: to check my health. I left knowing nothing more than I did when I just got there. I hope she reads this because she should know that that is not the way to treat a patient. To shut someone up and deprive the person their peace of mind and God forbid endanger their health? Horrible. Please ask for someone else if you go there. As for me, as I already said I love and deeply respect Planned Parenthood, they have always been so good to me and I am sure to many others with financial challenges, but even if I do go back to this location, I will ask to see anyone but Dr. Becky.

Had my first visit yesterday and I couldnt have been more satisfied with the level of service , everyone from reception to Nicki at financial services, Dolly the nurse and Meena the midwife were all so friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. I definitely recommend this clinic and Im looking forward to my next appointment!

I come here every year for my annual check up, always with an appointment. Normally takes an hour. Its been 2 hours and i havent even seen the nurse yet. I guess this is my last year here. Maybe lack of funding? Well it was nice for a while, im done with PP, worst then the normal doctors wait time.

I had a lot of things inwas concerned about with my female reproductive health, and i came in without an appointment. everyone was very nice and understanding, and although I kept asking the same questions, they were very polite and assured me that things will be fine. everyone there seemed like a mom to me :) ❤️,and i didnt feel nervous when talking to the doctors.

Amazing experience here. Front desk staff, financial advisor, and Nurse practitioner were all wonderful. The absolute best healthcare experience Ive had since moving to the city. 10/10 recommend

They dont take walk-ins til 1:45pm yet when you try to call to make or change an appointment or see when u can walk in the number provided tells u that from 12-1 their lines are not open which then leads u to believe that they are at lunch when in reality their lunch is from 1pm-2pm. What company sends all their providers out to lunch at the same time??? How is it that you cant stqrt your paperwork a head of time so that way when 1:45pm comes you can just wait to be seen by a provider. Front desk unprofessional had to ask when walk-ins were being excepted. Could tell me policy but couldnt tell me why I couldnt start my paperwork ahead of time. The director was nice and motherly. Security was more informed then the front desk. 1st and last time at this location due to the lack of knowledge of the front desk.

Seriously. I wake up a little after 6:00am (I’m from Queens) to then make it on time for my appointment at 9:00am. It’s now 12:30pm and the procedure that needed to be done has not even started. The procedure that I’m going under takes literally only 5-10 mins. I’ve seen people after me get called into start their appointment but here I am going on 4 hours and still nothing. My boyfriend is even nice enough to wait in the lobby, and I actually feel pretty bad because this isn’t even my fault as to why they’re taking so long. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here anymore because I’m seriously about to have a breakdown from sitting here in silence, waiting for so long. I’m hungry and feeling incredibly anxious.

I went there yesterday. Medical staff and provider were nice but front desk lady ain’t it!! They were the ones who duplicated my charts and registered me as new patient wrongly and she was upset about it when I checked in. She won’t allow me to speak for myself and I felt disrespected. As a person who works in medical field myself I found it unprofessional and rude.

Staff were super professional and welcoming, incredibly patient and overall just lovely people who were really happy to help. Perhaps I just caught them on a good day, but I think this place is great.

I called for an appointment the beginning of February. The girl took my information and told me that someone would be in touch within 1-2 business days...I called on a Friday so I knew I probably wouldnt hear from anyone until about Tuesday. Tuesday came and nothing, Wednesday came still nothing. I waited about a week and a half then called back. The girl who picked up had the worst attitude and told me that I had to wait for someone to call me. I waited another week and another week after that...NOTHING!!! So needless to say I took my business elsewhere. I will never go back to this place again nor will I donate. Every experience I had was horrible but this one takes the cake. The place I go to now is THE BEST! So I guess I owe that much to pp for not calling me back.

Going to the doctor for any reason is always really hard for me. i havent even seen a primary doctor in a long time because its just so uncomfortable, but they were so clean and understanding and helpful, even had me talk to a social worker to calm me down to be able to have tests done and help me realize how many other kinds of mental help there are especially during times like these where in person therapy isnt always the best option

Call before you arrive because they don’t always accept walk-ins.

This place sucks imagine booking an appointment and then being told you are not in the system. As bad as it sounds it happened 3 different times! I thought being pregnant and having a abortion was a time sensitive situation. They keep pushing the appointment to another week later my gf will be pregnant by the time they actually try to see her. Don’t go here best thing I could recommend!!!!!!

This is an amazing location with the kindest staff ever! Arriving early is unnecessary. Just arrive on time and patiently wait till your name is called.

Planned Parenthood is a true blessing. Its a nice location and they make you feel safe here. I have pretty good insurance but its really hard to find a OBGYN that will give you the Implant in New York City on my plan at least. I went to at least 3 different OBGYN and they would only do the insert one or birth control pills (which make me sick). Here, I went in once and it was done quickly, effectively, and everyone was friendly.

I’ve been to many planned parenthood’s for different services.. the NYC PP has the most caring and loving staff. Compared to others that I’ve been to this was a completely different experience. I’m so thankful I chose to go here for my procedure, it made a world of a difference!

I’m sitting in the waiting room and so far I have to say everyone I have encountered at this location have been very nice and patient. I was nervous coming here because of the reviews I have been reading but I gotta say I feel pretty comfortable. So far no complaints :)

If I could rate zero I would . I went here and the procedure wasn’t done correctly. Never gave me a call back or nothing. Luckily I went to my gyn as a regular visit and they still found a piece of tissue inside me. Now I have to have another procedure done! Again. Meanwhile here they had to do it twice the same day and still! It wasn’t done correctly. NEVER AGAIN! NEVER!

I love Planned Parenthood as an organization, and my experiences there have also been professional and consistent. Everyone is nice and emphasizes confidentiality. They offer more free and walk-in services than any private office would!

Ariel is incredible she did everything she could to resolve my issue.. and when she found out Id not eaten anything and had been there for 3 hrs she gave me a gram cracker! Very calming and professional. This place as a whole is wonderful as is everything theyre doing

The Facility Is Very Nice & Up To Date Despite The Fact That They Have Patients There For HOURS At A Time Knowing They Tell You Not To Eat ! What Is The Point Of Making An Appointment If Your Not Gonna See A Dr Until 5 Hours Later . Its Reaply Sad , & To Make Matters Worse There A No Phone Charging Stations! I Came Here All The Way From Staten Island . Yes They Do Warn You About The Wait Time In advance But My God There HAS to Be A Better System. I Will Never Come Here Again & Will Be Following Up with My PCP

HORRIBLE location . What’s the point of making an appointment time . Been waiting since 11Am all the way till 4pm . Just sitting in a waiting room while other people that’s showing up is getting called an I’m only being told I have to wait . Would never recommend to anybody super unprofessional

Clean and efficient. The staff were helpful and considerate. Highly recommend. I was also able to get health insurance through their medical aid staff. Just watch out for the monks and protestors on the other side of the street. It can be a bit unnerving.

Absolutely terrible. Booked an 8am appointment so I could be done before work. Turns out they booked 4 other girls at 8am, they didnt even open the office until 8:15 and the rude girl at the window said I wouldnt be seen until 9:30am. Waste of time and the staff should check their attitude at the door. And how about NOT BOOKING MULTIPLE PEOPLE FOR THE SAME TIME. No wonder this place is getting defunded.

Everybody in this clinic is extremely polite, friendly and welcoming, starting from the security check in guards at the entrance.Doctors and practitioners know how to make you feel comfortable.

Omg.. It feels like visiting someone in Rikers Island when you come here... And I been to 3 other planned parenthoods in NYC!Theres no point in bringing your significant other or a companion for any comfort (because pregnancy tests and STD testing, can be SCARY) as they will have to wait in a room, behind a wooden door, that is buzzed open, as you are floors above them.. Alone.Also.. Ill never understand why they hire the most apathetic and distant people to work at sensitive health places like this. Love planned parenthood, but this location was just depressing.

This place was great. Everyone was so nice and patient. They had good security, you feel safe. They are well equipped and have everything necessary. The place was super clean and they had sanitizer everywhere.

Spent two hours here and didn’t even get to see a provider !Ridiculous!!!Was early at my appointment and was seen within the next 10minutes of my arrival( for a sonogram)I was then told to wait on the 2nd floor then to the 1st floor then on the 3rd floor !!I was just going up and down waiting till I got tired and left ...Redicilous

I was very dissapointed in how I was treated. I came in to see a nurse about a infected cheek.. that had swollen up to the size of a baseball. I was turned away and not offered any help when it came to getting me medical help. I have ALWAYS defended and supported PP, but I guess the criticts were right.. if you not going to have a abortion they dont care about you!!

I really love going here. The service was timely and the staff was professional. Being an older female, the communication was supreme. The service extended to me was thorough and complete. Should have come here years ago.

This is by far the worst location to go to . Starting from the front desk every one seems to have an attitude of some sort . It’s like you answer their question and they’re upset they work here . It’s frustrating to go somewhere and just get attitude from each direction . The medical assistants are also all so rude the ONLY pleasant experience I had was the ultrasound elder lady such a sweetheart does not deserve to be working in such a disgusting environment .

Went recently for my first visit and the staff here were so kind and welcoming. They answered all my questions, didn’t make me feel uncomfortable, and worked quickly.

Horrible experience. I was mis diagnosed and wasted my time coming there . I will not go to plan parenthood again . I went there years ago and never had any problems until this year .

The young staff is unprofessional and too loud and wild. Joking so hard with each other they will forget to tell you directions of where you need to go, blame you and wont ever own up to being too distracted and fooling around too hard.

Every time I go here I have a great experience... which is staying a lot for going to the Gynecologist! The place is a little outdated but the people working there are wonderful, professional and kind beyond words!

Staff was super helpful and answered all my questions. Building was nice and kept clean. Waiting time wasn’t too bad. I would highly recommend!

Can be a bit slow but that’s all I can complain about. They answer all my questions (& I ask ALOT) but always leave out knowing more and definitely more confident.❤️❤️

2+ hours of my life Ill never get back waiting for the simplest of services. Unbelievable.But the Doctor was really nice..

The security guards here need to shut the hell up as they wont be quiet while I wait for my girlfriend to come out. I have been waiting for her for over a hour and they havent been quiet for over 30 seconds yelling and screaming about whatever nonsense.

I literally am waiting here since 8:22 A.M its been three hours and I still havent been seen by a clinician , the wait is worse here then in Brooklyn . And dont come to planned parenthood in Manhattan on fridays apparently its abortion day , and you could be waiting for 5 hours .

Very professional, compassionate and informative. Offers many reproductive and pregnancy options including outstanding abortion services.

They are painfully slow here making so many mistakes it prolongs the already slow process. Find another place if you dont want to be annoyed. ALOT OF MISTAKES!

Literally spent 6 hrs getting a procedure done that took the white plains hospital 40 min to complete. I don’t understand why.
