STD Testing NYC

Went about a week ago for a full physical and STD screen along with my wife, and received my (but not my wife’s) results just yesterday. As instructed within the lab results, I called the number provided to discuss the findings and was able to get through the first time. Midway through the conversation, the line goes dead, not a sound. I try to call back and a Verizon Operator keeps answering saying the following: “ ... the called party is temporarily unavailable.” Whatever that means. Now I go on their website and call an alternate number, and still can’t get through, this time getting a busy signal/notification. In one word: Unprofessional. You don’t do that to people as everyone values their time.

Got an appointment really fast. Really friendly staff and I was done with everything I needed in like 45 minutes. Good service!

They make you feel comfortable which is important if you’re coming here in the first place. I had wonderful experience, the staff was very friendly and efficient.

Don’t waste your time going here. Better off going to a Quick care or other practice for testing. They are not up to the times with testing!!
