Basinski & Juran MDs

Jan 2023, Dr. B performed a 3 hr surgery to repair multiple issues. Surgery started at 1pm I went home at noon the next day. Recovery was painless and easy. I highly recommend this surgery and Dr. Basinski!

Dr. Basinski is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable regarding each and every procedure offered. My experience with Dr. Basinski was nothing short of perfection; she is truly a miracle worker!

Dr. Juran is absolutely amazing, but the rest of the practice is appalling. They had multiple issues billing my insurance incorrectly and refused to see me while the insurance issues were being corrected. So far my care has been delayed four months. The staff have treated me like absolute garbage.

A few months ago I moved to the area and my endometriosis pain was beginning to act up. After reviewing my options, I called to make the new patient appointment in January and wasn’t able to get one until March.The appointment itself went great. Dr. Juran is fantastic - she’s outgoing, kind, listens and asks questions. I have intense anxiety with doctors, especially when it comes to my reproductive health as I have been dismissed and ignored in the past, but I felt wholly comfortable with Dr. Juran. She brainstormed ideas, came up with a clear treatment plan, and I feel confident that she is not only doing what is best for my body but what is best for my needs as well. Sometimes, especially as a woman, that can be contradictory.Very glad to have made this choice - I’m sure I’ll regret the bill (don’t we all) but Dr. Juran will make it almost worth it!

Thinking of Dr. Juran today as my wife is back in the hospital with abdominal pain. Following a surgery she performed on January 25, 2022. My wife’s intestine was cut during surgery and she was sewn back up to go home and die with me. Thankfully I finally noticed she was in septic shock. After 10 days in a coma and 33 days in the hospital she came home. She has never been the same since. And yet again I am here in the hospital with my wife again. Dealing with severe abdominal pain. We have never been compensated or anything. I lost my business and my entire life. So think before you let her sell you a procedure you don’t need! They will not help you after they mess you up! They may feel bad about it but they will keep on living the high life afterwards while you go into a big hole that you cannot get out of and the laws in Indiana won’t help you go after her. It’s just hard to build a case because they list septic shock in the possible side effects. Be smart go some place else. The one star is because she Dr. Juran at least cried when she visited.

Dr. Basinski more than likely saved my life. I had been bleeding during peri menopause, and she ordered an ultrasound and hysteroscopy. The ultrasound didn’t show anything abnormal, so I declined the hysteroscopy due to the price tag. Fortunately, she insisted I get tested, and the staff helped me get set up with an easy payment plan that fit my needs. The hysteroscopy found endometrial cancer, so she referred me to an oncologist who performed a hysterectomy. That hysterectomy not only found the endometrial cancer but also clear cell cancer, a rare and very aggressive type. I had chemo and radiation and am currently cancer-free. I am grateful for Dr. Basinski for caring enough about me to insist on the extra testing. She is a sweet and caring person, and I’d recommend her to anyone.

I had the TOT sling procedure, and it has been life changing. I highly recommend this procedure for bladder leaking. The office staff and doctors at Basinski & Juran are so welcoming and friendly.

Dr. Juran is the best doctor I have had so far. Any positive feedback on this review will be given only to her. She is very kind, thorough, patient and intelligent. However, the office staff falls short in demonstrating kindness and professionalism to patients. I truly hope other women seeking treatment at this facility have a better experience than I did, and do not allow the staff members of this office to treat them with such blatant disrespect.

Dr. Juran is an amazing OBGYN. Her bedside manner is impeccable and her staff is equally awesome! I will definitely recommend her to all of my female friends and family!

Im a new patient, been there three times for appointments. The ladies at the front desk are polite. Dr. Juran is a wonderful doctor I feel very comfortable talking to her. Overall Im pleased.

The doctors are exceptional! But ..... the woman at the front desk is extremely rude and hateful. She even rudely asked my 20 year old daughter why she is still on her parents insurance. It just so happens that shes a full time student with a 4.0 gpa and works full time also..not that its any of her business! So yes...she is still on my insurance!The doctors would have received a 5 star but dealing with her brought them to a four and thats being very generous!

2 months ago I had an appointment with Dr basinski. I couldnt be happier with the results of that visit. Dr basinski was pleasant upbeat and knowledgeable.. she was confident she could help me when other doctors turned me down the surgery was 100% successful thank you Dr basinski

Pros: very quick. Dont just rush to do surgery. Cons: all business and no personal interaction. I was talked to like I was being a baby. I was rushed in and out.

I would like to recommend Dr. Juran to you.The experience I had with her was fantastic, she cared about my case and diagnosed me properly. Doctor Juran gave me many options for the treatment of my problem. Additionally, She took the time to explain to me in detail and made sure I understood all of the medical treatment.Although Doctor Juran does not speak Spanish very fluently, she did everything possible to understand me and provide me with all the necessary solutions.I am very happy to have had this consultation with her. She is honestly the best Gynecologist I have ever had.I felt in the best hands. She is very kind and dedicated to her patients.
