So happy to have finally made up my mind to have my Prolapse surgery in April of this year. Also had a bladder sling surgery at the same time. Now I can not believe I put this off for so long. So pleased with the ease of the surgery and how good my recovery time was. Thank you Dr Basinski for explaining everything and making me feel at ease. I am 72 years old and would 100% recommend that anyone putting this off to reconsider.

Dr Cindy Basinski is a very caring, passionate lady. I am 73 years old I had a hysterectomy and bladder mess surgery. I was well pleased with the outcome. I was a little apprehensive about having it. Dr Basinski explained everything, and I trusted what she told me. I would recommend having the surgery, if needed.

Dr. Basinski helped me with my pelvic pain. I have been in chronic pain for nearly 20 years. She really listened to me and made recommendations based on my history with endometriosis and pelvic pain. I decided to have a hysterectomy and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself and I wish I would have gone to see her sooner. I have been pain free for a year and a half and finally feel like I’m living my life.

There is no other OB I would recommend. Dr. Cindy Basinski is my HERO❣️❣️❣️ I finally found a doctor that would listen to me and did the surgery as well. Dr. Basinski and her staff are like family and they make you feel the same. Everyone there is so friendly and my concerns were met 💯 %.

After years of urinary incontinence, i looked into the bladder sling. Dr Basinski performed the surgery and I couldn’t be any happier! Dr Basinski did a great job. I had no issues and recovery was minimal. Best decision I made in a long time. I highly recommend the bladder sling if you have urinary incontinence. No more leaks!!

Dr. Basinski and her staff are amazing. Upon my first appointment with her I was thrilled to see such a comfortable office space, it’s very warm and welcoming unlike most. Her staff is knowledgeable and helpful at all times. Dr Basinski’s bed side manners are impeccable, her surgical skills phenomenal, and her attitude towards her patients does not waiver. Dr. Basinski did my support sling procedure as well as the ablation procedure. As a women you dont have to suffer through heavy periods or embarrassing moments of leakage. These procedures are painless and so effective! I trust Dr. Basinski and her staff. It doesnt hurt to make a call so you can get back to feeling like a woman again!!

My spouse Sara, being someone who is transitioning, has NEVER been to a Gyno in her life! I have been a patient of Dr. Basinskis for over 15 years and will go no where else. She has preformed several surgeries for me including Essure, Ablation, partial hysterectomy, bladder sling and more. I have not had any issues with any of them and would recommend her to anyone!!

I was having lots of problems that my current obgyn wasnt addressing I call Dr basinski office and they got me right in and she took care of all my problems. 5 months later I feel better than I have since I had my son 4yrs ago! Dr Basinski is amazing, kindand very caring. I didnt feel rushed when seeing her. Amazing staff as well.

I switched to Basinski because I needed my IUD replaced, and my previous gynecologist didnt offer cervical numbing and Basinski did. Having the numbing made the insertion a vastly better experience than when I had it done without. There was no pain and no horrible cramping afterwards. Dont let other doctors convince you to do it without when some doctors like Basinski do offer it.

In 2019, my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer. After enduring countless taxing cancer treatments, my mother suffered from recurrent UTI symptoms that werent alleviated despite multiple attempts by her team of physicians.Recently, my mother reluctantly agreed to add one more physician to her planned care. Dr Basinski consulted my mother, she viewed my mothers symptoms differently and directed a treatment plan that ultimately cured her! We are so grateful for her care, my mother no longer has to deal with debilitating symptoms.Dr Basinski offers a proficient yet humble and authentic approach to patient care. She is an inspiring mentor to so many students and residents, helping them grow in their potential. Dr Cindy Basinski is truly a champion for womens health!

Dr. Basinski is the absolute best! Everyone in the office is really nice too and the wait time to actually see her has always been super low. Once youre in the exam room, she actually takes time to listen to you and asks questions to really help. I couldnt be happier with my experience there. :)

I have never had such a wonderful experience at a physicians office as I have had at Dr. Basinski and Juran. The office staff is extremely polite and the facility is beautiful. Dr. Basinski is the best ever. She did not only a total hysterectomy and also removed a birthmark on my right temple that had changed shape, color and texture over the last few years. The birthmark was very near my eye and she did such a wonderful job the scar is almost undetectable already. And the hysterectomy has gotten rid of my chronic migraines. I love her and everyone in het office. They are definitely the BEST!!

I was seriously mislead about their bladder control program. Will never go back there

Dr.Basinksi is absolutely amazing! I have had two in office prodedures, one for essure placement and then an ablation. Every time i have been for an appointment Dr.Basinksi takes time to come into the room to explain the procedure and how its done, even illustrates it on paper for more of a visual understanding! Although, I was nervous before each procedure, the office staff along with Dr.Basinksi did everything they could to ensure it was done smoothly and successfully in the short time frame as promised! I have had the essure for 5 years now and have had no issues,same goes for the ablation. The recovery time was so quickly and painless. I highly recommend Dr.Basinksi and her office staff to anyone! They treat everyone so nicely, along with respecting you and your needs! Also, the office is very nice,comfortable, and of course clean. Same goes for the procedure room, it was very well sanitized and clean! This office definitely deserves a 5 star review!

The reception staff was fantastic! I was anxious anyway because I hate going to the Doctor and I made that clear from the start. So I wanted to ask the assistant and staff questions and I just felt like I was kind of rushed though the appointment. Other then that the care was ok.
