Circle Care Center - Norwalk

There is no doubt that this place is touching. I just moved to Norwalk. When I first dialed their phone, everything was very thoughtful and smooth. It only took me an hour to complete the medicine, insurance and physical examination plan. They also equipped me with translators, which made me feel safe. I believe I will be well taken care of here.

The medical and support staff and Circle Care Center have been very welcoming, accepting, and supportive since I became a patient 7 years ago (wow, time flies)! They are also accommodating with offering telehealth appointments and free delivery for prescriptions. I highly recommend to anyone seeking superb care!

Dr. Rubin is the absolute best. He actually cares about every patient. Deeply and sincerely. My visits are always conversations, with no sense of rushing. He’s just the best. My highest recommendation of any medical doctor in my experience.

Always a pleasure to go to Circle care. The receptionists are warm and friendly, Dr Garton takes her time to ask pertinent health questions and overall makes the experience very pleasant.

What a wonderful experience! No one likes going to the doctor but the front desk staff was so welcoming, it made me feel very comfortable. Circle Care Center is a phenomenal asset to the Fairfield County community. Everything is top notch. Dr. Rubin & his colleagues provide a welcoming, comforting environment w/concierge like care. The pharmacy is also the best w/unbelievable efficiency & service. I highly recommend them both!

The staff at Circle Care are beyond wonderful! Dr Rubin takes his time and pays careful attention to my concerns. He has always laid out the best plan for my needs. I know I’m in the hands of a doctor with great knowledge and one who I trust with my life! He is kind and compassionate and I always leave there feeling better than when I went in! The people at Circle Care have been my primary health care providers for over twenty years. The staff is great and have always been responsive to my needs and willing to work with my special circumstances. They have successfully seen me through a number of serious health issues. Even at times when I lived far away and should have found someone closer, I chose to do whatever it took to stick with Circle Care. I hope to continue doing so as long as I am able.

What a blessing Circle Care Center has been in every aspect of the word. I had been looking for the right medical care for quite some time without any success, then I found out about Circle Care Center. I reached out and they were extremely helpful from the very beginning. They walked me through each and every one of their LGBTQ+ services, informed me about their onsite pharmacy, and helped me make an appointment right away. Their location is very easy to find in Norwalk and the office is extremely welcoming and clean. The staff is beyond friendly and eager to help. Maria and Christina greeted me with a big smile at the front desk and both Dr. Garton and Ed Moran blew me away with their level of expertise and kindness. They were very understanding and made me feel comfortable the moment I met them. I highly encourage anyone to reach out and find the care you are looking for.

As always, Circle Care and Dr. Ruben go above and beyond to ensure their patients are successful in managing their health care needs. They are very responsive, engaging, thoughtful and caring. This is an experience that anyone should strive for.

You guys are amazing and so is your pharmacy I never have to worry about running out of medicine because you guys are so on top of it and you mail it right to Me! Always clean and not a long wait to be seen by your dr the drs always put in your meds in a timely manner when you call and they are very lgbt knowledgeable

Sometimes I’m tempted to invent a reason to see the doctor just so I can come in and hangout. From the front office, to the the outstanding and compassionate Dr. Rubin, as it is with everyone in between; like Johnny, who makes me feel, as I’m sure he does with everyone , personally cared for. I would need at least another paragraph to rave about the pharmacy (and the ‘Pharm Girls’) located on the premises. For all you ‘Spinal Tap’ fans, Circle Care Center goes up to 11.

Circle Care Center is a pioneer for LGBTQIA+ access and care in Connecticut. Doctor Garton and her entire staff are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I feel safe and understood each visit.

DO NOT GO HERE IF TRANS!!! Dr. Rubin took over for their previous trans health care provider and was awful. He questioned my identity, was confused by the idea of someone who wasnt binary ftm/mtf and was unprepared to treat someone who was gnc/nonbinary. I have a secondary health issue and he suggested we get my necessary medical care taken care of (for which Im seeing two other specialists who both said hormones would be fine) before this elective hormone therapy. Hormones arent elective; theyre life saving. Eventually, about 3 weeks after the initial appointment, I got a call from them saying that Dr. Rubin didnt feel comfortable treating me, for whatever reason. (However, the staff and nurses were very nice.)

The absolute best practice in the world practically a concierge for your medical needs where else do you find a staff that knows you by your name I would highly recommend circle care to every single person in the world gay or straight I personally want to thank Christine Maria and Johnny and throw kudos to Greg and Dr Rubin himself

Only reason I’m not giving five stars is because I haven’t been a patient that long. However they make me feel welcome are always super polite. Super professional and downright helpful.

I got the prescription I needed in 2 weeks and started 1 week after my blood test. They are very fast and kind and helped me get what I needed in a total of 3 weeks when my physician put me on a 1 year waiting list at Yale.

Since the absence of Dr Blick, their quality and service and care diminished. The new Doctor Rub8n is inattentive and no near as knowledgeable as Gary Blick. As for the freeloaders within the group, Stephen Lucin that are immaterial and do not have any worthy qualifications, except a free ride. All do your selves a favor and find a better medica l practice!!!
