This is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been asking for paperwork from the first day to either be printed or sent to my email and they have yet to do it. This would include an itemized receipt showing that we already paid the first day and they said that was it that we had to pay for. No receipt sent to me but received a voice-mail saying its been sent. Fast forward now I have a bill in the mail saying I owe over a grand for stuff we have already paid for. I gave them my insurance and email several times so I guess they kept losing them. I will not be paying them again and definately wont recommend them to anyone. On top of all this Dr. Malik argued with me over my condition that I was DIAGNOSED with from another doctor. I was simply telling him I had it and he had the nerve to say it was made up. All these people are after are your money.

Well… here we are almost one year since my princess has been born. Dr.Natalia and Dr. Malik was hands down the best fertility clinic I’ve been to. The first round of Ivf and was successful. They treat us like family and made us always comfortable. Idc what other reviews said they are not out for money I assure you that.

I have an amazing experience Dr Malik, and Dr Nathalia treat me like family,It was hard but we didn’t doctor never give up on me , always answer my questions, they call me always to know how am doing, and of course hands down with all the office staff ,Julie, Ale and Jessi amazing . Thank you guys

The most beautiful experience I had in an in vitro process..! Both the doctor and Doctor Natalia are like part of my Family..! They always treated me with so much love and respect ♥️ on the first try I got my beautiful Princess 🫶🏻 I will always have a debt with them for so much they gave me..! Thank you and a thousand thanks 🙌🏻

My experience was very ugly because Dr. Malik designed something that he was going to do and Dr. Natalia did something else. He told you the process but it had nothing to do with what they do. It is a very painful process. They didnt tell you that at the beginning. You want to get more money apart from what you pay for the process, I do not recommend that clinic because they are liars, it is only my experience and opinion
