Dr. Charles Lively, Lively Wellness and Aesthetics Medical Spa

Dr. Lively and his incredible staff are THE BEST!!! I have never had a doctor sit down and explain what was going on like he did. He truly cares and takes time to make sure all of your questions are answered. I came to him for a second opinion and he gave me so much clarity as to what was actually going on. He performed my surgery to remove a cyst and it was a great experience. You won’t find another OB/GYN as good as him. I travel from DFW to see him now because he and his team are so great!

I can’tI say how disappointed I am with this doctor and his assistant upon meeting & discussing I was interested in we agreed to fractional CO2 (Dr. Livley tried to push other services I was not interested in). I was told to pay half which I did along with purchasing face medication for preparation and schedule towards the end of the month for the procedure in which they reached out to me 30 minutes prior to inform me that the laser machine was not working. They informed me the machine may not even get fixed due to the fact that this doctor does no longer perform this procedure and tried to convince me to get a morpheus eight procedure. I am convinced they had a strategic plan to never perform my original procedure we agreed on, but perform a different more expensive one that required 3 sessions. How sad and terrible to lie to clients knowingly.

Extremely unprofessional service from Dr Lively… he agreed to schedule a procedure, took the money for half of the procedure then calls me a couple hours later to tell me they “didn’t have the equipment” and comes to find out that apparently he “doesn’t” do the procedure anymore. Then had to call a week later about by money being refunded that never got put back in my bank. just to find out it was never processed and took over a 2 weeks to get my money back completely. If you can’t be honest with your customers then don’t be scheduling with them!! Don’t be trying to upsell and offer other things that I don’t need.

Dr. Lively is by far one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. I don’t have much faith in doctors after being let down or to get one to look me in the eyes and answer my concerns genuinely. I’m very anxious to put my trust in doctors of thinking they actually care about my health in general. Since the day I started with Dr. Lively i have never felt safer in the advice of a doctor than him. The life he is giving back to me is beyond words. All I can say is it takes a special human not just Doctor to fight for his patients lives the way he does, to make sure they have the quality of life that is not just worth living but to thrive in. And to not forgot the glue. His staff is some of the most genuine people. I’m in that office every week and the encouraging words from them and smiles really make my day. I highly recommend Dr. Lively if you need a Dr you can trust!

Dr Lively and his team are the best! They are professional, friendly, and completely amazing in every way. The office/facility is always immaculately clean, and very warm & welcoming! He and his staff truly have our best interests at heart, which is refreshingly rare. I would recommend Him/them to any of my family and /or friends! Dr Lively and his staff have helped me to feel aesthetically better about myself, and become a healthier version of myself!

I love love love this Dr.! He has delivered both of my children my first was an emergency c-section and he helped to keep me calm and to assure me it was going to be okay.... But most importantly he was concerned with the health of my baby and in making sure he delivered her safe and sound! He also was great at explaining things to where it was understandable for someone who isnt a doctor them selves. He was at every single one of my appointments, all though sometimes there was a long wait due to him being at a delivery, he still made it a point to be at all my appiontments! I highly recommend him! If u want a doctor who cares and is understandable and is always there he is the right doctor for you!

Been seeing Dr. Lively for about 13 years, recommended several of my girlfriends to him. Dr. Lively and staff are absolutely the best, very caring and courteous. Have also had the pleasure of seeing his daughter a couple times she is absolutely wonderful, just like his wife, great family, great practice highly recommended.

Currently seeing Dr Lively for my first pregnancy. The office is very clean and professional, and the staff is polite and helpful. I know that Dr Lively prioritizes the health of myself and the baby, which is also my first priority. He doesnt sugarcoat things, but my baby needs him to never sugarcoat things like smoking cigarettes. If you are a sensitive person that takes everything personally, you will probably not like him. If you care more about health from a doctor, he is the doctor to go to.

Doctor lively delivered me when I was a baby, 21 years later I got the privilege to have him deliver my sweet angel two weeks ago. He made this pregnancy an absolute breeze and an amazing experience. My little baby was one of his last babies he will be delivering as he is moving onto the cosmetic side of things. Thank you Dr. Lively for giving me a smooth c-section and recovery. I love my baby girl so much and am so glad she was so healthy.

From their commercials I decided to try Dr. Lively for hormone replacement therapy. Ive done this before and have had very good success. The procedure went very well, better than I expected. Dr. Lively also gave me information on supplements he recommended. That advice has helped my overall health tremendously. He is the best doctor for this type of treatment and is staff is very professional. They are definitely the best wellness center in the Odessa/Midland area.

Very grateful for Dr Lively. He helped lead us down the right path when we were struggling to stay pregnant. He referred us to a specialist that rocks, Dr Mitwally! We are very grateful for both doctors. Dr. Lively delivered our son over a year ago and is now helping us with our second pregnancy. Great bedside manner and very patient and concerned about other health concerns. Also, seems very educated on more than just female issues! Love him! Only downfall about doctors office, is the lobby has a funky odor. Already expressed concern to the staff and after 4 years nothing has changed.

Dr. Lively and staff are so sweet, caring, understanding and are not in a hurry to get to another patient. They take their time with you, and they do a great job.

I travel and see a lot of OBGYN’s, I experience a lot of negative and some positive reviews throughout my years but Dr. Lively has made my experience the best I ever had!!! He is a down to earth, easy to talk to, explains everything in detail and doesn’t rush u to make choices. And not to forget the staff, they r polite, kind and positive with a big smile to see u. I would recommend this doctor to every women I know!!! Thank you!! ;)

I absolutely love Dr. Lively. He delivered my son and was incredible throughout my pregnancy. However, I am WAY over the wait time in his office. I literally just walked out of their waiting room, because I had been sitting there over 2 hours!This happens EVERY TIME I go into his office. EVERY TIME. There have been multiple times when my husband and I have waited 2 plus hours in the waiting room and then another hour or more in the patient room. This is ridiculous!We both work and do not have time to sit all day in a waiting room. I understand a little wait time at a doctors office, but there is NO EXCUSE for a 2 to 4 hour wait every time.Do not schedule a patient for 11 a.m. if you dont plan to see them until after 1 p.m.Sad, because I really do love Dr. Lively, but I will be searching for a new doctor.

When I got pregnant with my son four years ago, I heard nothing but great things about Dr. Lively. He is very nice and cared very much about my health and my babys health. He answered all of my questions, which I had typed out on a sheet of paper. I did that because I knew I would forget something if I didnt have it written down. But even if you dont have everything written down, dont be afraid to ask questions if you are concerned about anything. I can tell in how he speaks to people that he cares about all of his patients, even if he does seem to be rushing around. He is still my doctor and I highly recommend Dr. Lively.

Dr. Lively is brash and unprofessional. My first time seeing him after moving here, he told me I was fat and tried to sell me protein bars/supplements and diet replacement meal drinks. In discussing our infertility, he was not sensitive or caring but rather harsh. I would not recommend Dr. Lively to anyone.

Love Dr. Lively and all of his staff. They are always so welcoming. If Ive ever had any questions they were always very knowledgeable with their answers.

Dr. Lively is not professional enough to be a proper physician when it comes to the female anatomy.In the recent weeks that have past I have had so many problems with this Office and today was my last visit- I will not be returning!I was charged $266 for a Women Annual visit and he barely did anything and was rude to me. I know what a Dr. should be checking for during an annual and he didn’t do half of the things he should have. That visit was not worth $266 dollars!I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

I was seeing Dr. Raja, but got fed up with the staff and inconsideration and snobby attitudes. Long story short... I finally found Dr. lively, they noticed my high blood pressure, answered every question I had, no matter how ridiculous the question was, I love the staff, they give reminders they answer the phone and so on. Very clean place..I have no negative comments so far. This is my first baby so having a Dr you trust and feel comfortable with is a MUST !!

Dr.Lively has been my OBGYN for many years, his staff is always very accommodating of my schedule and curtious. Im very happy that now for any questions regarding skin treatments I dont have to go anywhere as now they can be answered and taken care of there. It cant get better!

Dr. Lively is an amazing person overall and your health is his main concern!! The office staff are awesome from the nurses, billing and the front desk girls!!! I have been very blessed to be a patient of Dr. Livelys! Very laid back person also!

My visit was for tattoo removal. The staff were nice and I did not wait long. Karen performed the tattoo removal and she was so nice and knowledgable. She made sure I was comfortable and was doing okay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for aesthetic services.

I will NEVER recommend Dr. Lively!! He is very rude and looks down on single mothers. My due date was on January 29th. My bp was high at the beginning of the month so he put me on bed rest until it was time to deliver. On January 6th I was dilated to 4 but he refused to admit me and sent me home. Then on the 27th I had an appt with him again and when he checked to see how far I was he was very rough that it made me bleed. I was so mad. The following day my water broke and I had my baby. During my labor Dr. Lively kept saying Push Julie I told him my name isnt Julie. This whole 9 months was a nightmare. So glad I found Dr. Martinez for my next pregnancy he is amazing!!

Dr. Lively and his staff are very professional & always in the best mood. From the receptionist to the nurses, everyone always has a smile on their face and they all seem to be happy to help & answer any questions you may have. Some days the wait time can be a bit long, but I always saw Dr. Lively at every appointment for both pregnancies; being able to talk with him one on one and have him personally answer any questions or concerns makes waiting worth it. Dr. Lively offers several services at his office and although he’s mentioned them to me, he has never been pushy or pressured me into any other services his office offers. I learned on Facebook they now offer facials, so I have scheduled a facial for next week. I’m looking forward to getting my first facial and learning about the products the esthetician mentioned during my consultation. *Went for a HydraFacial and it was amazing! The esthetician described each step and told me about every product she was using; she also reccomended different products for my face & also gave me a few tips on how to care for my skin. The facial itself was very relaxing, and my skin looked and felt amazing afterwards! It was overall a great experience and I’m looking forward to my next HydraFacial!

Had a HORRIBLE horrible experience with Dr. Lively, I will never recommend him to anyone. First of all, he has bad people skills. He is very awkward, does not listen to what you are trying to tell him and doesnt even give you a chance to ask him any questions. He literally just left without telling me anything about the medicine he prescribed me or what to do next. Then he let a graduate student do a procedure on me and she did it so wrong it caused me excruciating pain. She did not apologize and pretended like she did it right. Worst of all, Dr. Lively was not even there to watch her do the procedure. He left and did not realize that she messed up until a couple of hours later. After being informed by his staff of the students mistake, he called and apologized. HA. I should sue him.

Worst experience ever with this Dr, our first check up he told us my pregnancy was a molar pregnancy wrote it down on a post it note & told us to go home & google it, when we asked him if he could explain he told us all he could say was if it was wed have to terminate, he made us wait days before he would refer us to a specialist, specialist let us know baby was fine she didnt know why dr lively wouldve thought it was a molar pregnancy.... fast forward 3 months i got my routine bloodwork done, he waited a week to have his nurse call me after hours on a friday so i wouldnt be able to call back & speak with him to let me know my baby could possibly have trisomy 18, again cried for days until he refered us to the specialist again, my baby was born healthy as can be so this dr made my whole 9 months living hell thinking my baby would be sick! Do not recommend him at all i wish i wouldve found dr martinez who was nothing but amazing for my last pregnancy!

I recently Had Botox injected and because they are using poor quality Botox I ended up with 600 dollars worth of Botox and still have all the same wrinkles on my face. Dr lively was rude and I feel taken advantage of. I dont recommend getting Botox at this Drs office

I would not recommend Dr. Lively wellness spa in Odessa Tx. I came to Dr. Lively for a tattoo removal and hair removal consult. When I booked my appointment I was never told I would be required to pay a $25 consultation fee. I would never have made an appointment if I knew that. I live over an hour away, I would have really appreciated the heads up. (Being as I didnt actually see the Dr.) I think consultation fees make your business seem hard up for money because you cannot confidently close a sale. That being said, after my experience, I can see why your office requires said fee. When I was called back there were two ladies at the door waiting for me to come through. They did not reach out a hand to introduce themselves, nor did they introduce themselves. I couldnt even tell you one of their names. One of the ladies sat there and flipped through a magazine, uninterested. (I think she was in training) While the other lady (blonde, who also seemed like she was in training??) tried measuring my tattoos with a business card!! I have never been treated so poorly in a med spa setting. The blonde lady fumbled through her folder, grabbed a business card, measured my largest tattoo with it, looks back at her folder, flips a page, taps my arm with her finger and says Ok! It will be $400.00 and you will need 13 treatments. ..UH, HARD PASS LADY. $400!? 13 TREATMENTS?? Are you using the first ever made laser machine? Needless to say, I went to another med spa where my tattoos were properly measured, with a ruler, by a professional. The consultation was free and it did not cost $400.00 per treatment for 13 treatments. Instead I was quoted a fair $110 dollars for my largest, FULL COLOR tattoo and was told I would only need approximately 8 treatments. That difference is major!! With the lack of customer service and proper treatment plan the consultation wasnt even worth $25.00. Do your research before settling for outrageous, unethical treatment plans.

I would recommend Dr.Lively for HRT therapy,he takes time to explain all the results of your Test and recommendations were on point .He has help me feel like my normal self again .

I have been going to Dr. Lively’s office for 21 years and they have always been professional and I have never had any issues with their office. I would highly recommend Dr Lively. He has also delivered my 3 children.
