I did my research in preparation for this inevitable and necessary procedure, and Im sooo grateful I went with T.J. Morris at Vasectomy Pro. My procedure from start to finish was about the time it takes to pop a bag of popcorn (no joke). As advertised...No shots, No scalpel, no stitches -- only one small access point to heal from rather than two, and plus they gave me a new pair of snug underwear, and a grape sucker! Also, the numbing device (again not a syringe) made quick work of numbing me up and making the whole procedure painless. After getting quotes from other doctors/clinics (due to high deductible insurance and having to pay out of pocket), sure I couldve saved maybe $200 or so, but if I had to do it over again, theres no question that I would still go back to Vasectomy Pro. For me, this is an instance where I paid a little more, but it was well worth the added investment for the PRO experience.I had my procedure last Saturday morning, mostly rested and took things pretty slow through Sunday (it was nice to have the Superbowl to look forward to), and Im back to work today (desk job). Still trying to be mindful not to exert myself too much or lift anything too heavy, and Im confident that once the recovery period has lapsed, itll be life and business as usual.

Pain was very minimal and the recovery has been good so far. Im so glad no needles were involved for the anesthesia. This is the number 1 reason I chose Vasectomy Pro. I was very nervous for the procedure for obvious reasons but also my brother had just gotten his vasectomy 6 months ago from a different doctor. He didn’t have a great procedure and there was quite a bit of pain, blood and recovery. I had an exact opposite experience at Vasectomy Pro in the Ogden, UT clinic. They are very polite and understanding. I rescheduled about 5 times and they were always happy to help and accommodate me. After a couple deep breaths of nitrous oxide and some sort of numbing spray I was totally numb in that region. The whole procedure took less than 10 minutes. I couldn’t believe it when he told me everything went well and he was done. There was a couple drops of blood and no pain at all. I’m a huge baby but a week out from the procedure I haven’t even needed to take any ibuprofen or Tylenol. I couldn’t be happier with my whole experience and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about getting a vasectomy! Being in my mid forties I know a lot of guys my age who have had vasectomies and my experience was definitely better than all of theirs. The meeting with Dr. Morris was fantastic! He truly knows his stuff. The procedure itself took no more than five minutes, and throughout the entire process, Dr. Morris made everything very straightforward. On my way home, I called three buddies who are considering getting a vasectomy and shared with them the excellent experience I had with Dr. Morris.I followed the doctors recommendations for recovery, and I experienced no pain, just a little discomfort. What a great experience! Definitely nervous having this done, but in all honesty, Ive had haircuts that were more uncomfortable. Dr. Morris and his staff are great. It didnt hurt at all. Was nervous at first. The receptionist upon arrival was very friendly and helpful. By the time I met with Dr. Morris the nerves were pretty much gone. Really great experience! The appointment was fast, and I experienced almost no pain the entire time! I thought they were still prepping when they told me it was over.Recovery has been easy too! I took it pretty easy, and didnt feel the need for any pain killers once the numbing from the appointment wore off. I keep having to double check the recovery instructions, because 2 days after I feel totally fine. They also texted me to check in the next day, which was super thoughtful!If a vasectomy makes sense, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend getting it done here!

Wow, it was really that easy?! I’ve had nerves about getting a vasectomy for a few years. Finally pulled the trigger and honestly I’ve had cavity fillings worse than that. When you are getting a procedure like this done there is obviously going to be nerves but Dr. Morris is efficient and skilled in this field. Every man in the world is likely to be nervous about getting their nuts cut open. If you are on the fence about it let me tell you that Dr Morris is incredible. I had a vasectomy several years ago and then a vasectomy reversal last year. My daughter was born about a month ago and I just had Dr Morris do the vasectomy for me for a second time.Let me tell you from experience after having this procedure done a second time that he makes the process so easy. I believe I was in and out of the office in less than 45 minutes total with the actual procedure less than 15 minutes. Also he is easy going and makes what could be an awkward situation very pleasant and laid back. I am very happy I went with him and feel everyone would have a similar experience!

I turned around in front of the chair, dropped my pants, and started on the laughing gas, and don’t remember much about the procedure other than being numbed up, which stung slightly, but much preferred to a needle down there.Dr. Morris had to talk me out of the abyss because I was just about asleep. But after that, I only remember a slight twinge of pain, and it was over. The recovery has been great so far. 4 days post-op at the time of this review. The first day I stayed in bed with mild aching like I got kicked in the boys but nothing unmanageable. 2nd almost nothing, 3rd and 4th I feel completely normal.I’d give the whole process a 10 out of 10!

This is the best place and best method to go with when choosing to do a vasectomy. Dr Morris is awesome and he really does a good job. It was virtually painless and the recovery has been so minimal. Its natural to be nervous especially bc everybody seems to have a vasectomy horror story. That will not be your experience if you go to Dr Morris.

The doctor at vasectomy pro is very good and very fast. In and out of the office in 10-15 mins. Almost completely pain free during procedure. A little soar after but no big deal. 2nd day zero pain and can move around just fine.

Surgery worked great! I would recommend using the gas that is offered. It really helped to calm the nerves. The vasectomy went swimmingly! 7 minutes under the influence of laughing gas and we were done. No pain, no discomfort, worked on the first try. My biggest issue was getting my local lab to send my post op results to Dr. Morris office. But thats not his fault.5/5 would recommend. And have recommended.

I would super recommend this place. I was in and out super quick and don’t even remember any pain. They were friendly and to the point. This is way better than putting your wife through something else after having babies 😎

Zero problems, insurance did it’s job, and what I did pay out of pocket was very reasonable. They carefully explained all the ins and outs of the procedure, including the risks, and recommended carefully contemplating the decision, because it is permanent. The actual operation took 2 minutes, and was a little uncomfortable and felt strange (even though you can’t feel it, they are fiddling with your insides). But afterward I was able to drive myself home, and didn’t experience any serious soreness during recovery. In all, everything went well as far as I’m concerned.

Overall I would say I had a great experience. I researched the different vasectomy methods and landed on the one used by T.J. I did not use the laughing gas during the procedure and the pain to me personally was very minimal but I feel like I have a high pain tolerance. Im not saying you should do the same thing, just giving my perspective. The procedure wasnt bad at all. After the surgery, I followed the Dr.s orders and I had no issues. Its been several months now and I just got the test results back that Im sterile, so it worked. :)TLDR: Barely any pain, no issues, Im sterile, would recommend!

I was extremely nervous about the procedure and had a bit of a freak out in the chair. The doctor did not seem to know how to handle the situation. I was told to huff laughing gas with no explanation as to how long I should huff or what I should expect. In the end, I opted to not have the procedure but was still charged $100 for gas (fair enough) but was also changed a $100 cancellation fee. This may be typical and may have even been in the “fine print” somewhere...regardless, I was surprised and disappointed by the additional charge.Maybe six minutes isn’t enough time for every patient or every situation. It certainly did not leave enough time for the Dr. to consult with me regarding the procedure or situation.

Dr Morris is a very friendly guy and knows what he is doing. I was nervous going into this but he and his staff helped deflate my stress balloon and made me relax. I definitely recommend using him.

The fact that if you need to reschedule an appointment and not do it 7 days beforehand, you have too lose your $100 deposit and have to make another one is a joke and poor business. Im taking my business elsewhere and wont be going with this company. Ripping ppl off like that rather than just rescheduling is not a good look and deserves a 1 star rating.

I decided to come here from Twin Falls and had a great experience. Completely painless and it only took about 5 minutes. I was worried the drive back would be uncomfortable but I felt great and recovery has been painless.

My experience was great was an in and out procedure Dr.Morris made me comfortable and sent me home with all the information I needed send home with barley swelling or pain I have already recommended this place to a couple of men it was definitely worth it

Two weeks ago, I had the Uro-Lift procedure done by TJ Morris. I was concerned at first to do Uro-Lift as the thin clips are permanent, but after having the procedure done I’m very happy with the results. There was very little pain associated with it. I did have a catheter put in for a couple of days, which I’m actually glad I did as it helped the healing process. Now I’m able to empty my bladder all the way and I went five hours last night without having to get up in the night. Awesome. This has been a good experience.

This was a really good experience! When I went in they were helpful and friendly, the procedure was a breeze and they give you a lollipop. The only thing I would encourage them to do different is talk about the laughing gas before you get there I was not planning on the extra cost, and that was a shock. Other then that everything else went perfect.
