I absolutely love this place and the staff here. Dr. Daneshfar listened to all my concerns and addressed them, and even asked if there was anything else I wanted to address at that time. I’ve never had that kind of thoroughness in a physician before. The office staff is incredibly friendly, and when there was an issue with my insurance and the pharmacy, they bent over backwards to help rectify the situation. Cannot recommend this office highly enough!

Had to go to the ER because I stapled my finger. Was seen by Dr. Robin Hoile. She was awful. She tore it out without any numbing (after I asked for something to help the pain first so it wouldn’t be that bad when they took it out) and didn’t wear any gloves when she did. She didn’t tell me she was doing it and barely looked at it before she literally ripped it out of me without any warning or numbing. She was rude and if I walked in again and she was working, I would leave. She needs to learn proper bedside manner and how to at least act like she cares about the patient. She also needs to learn to wear gloves. What doctor takes a foreign object from your finger without even putting gloves on?

I had my first appointment with them today and it was GREAT! From check in to check out! I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me and listened to what I also wanted for treatment! I had labs done as well which went quickly and they did an excellent job! I didn’t even feel it! The x ray tech was great as well! So far, I am highly satisfied with the care I was given today! I do recommend!

The absolute worst. I had my blood drawn and my doctor never received my results. I called and they told me I didnt provide enough of a sample but some of my results were able to be completed. Every tube they drew was full. No explanation of why the results were not sent to my doctor. I asked to have the name of the person in charge of the facility. She would not give it to me ( she only mumbled a last name). Then she asked me for the fax to my doctor. I asked he if that information was on the order?Very bad customer service and business.Crystal Bennett

When somebody says you’re hurting them, you need to stop. I asked so many times to stop raising the table. I told you what I could and could not do. You were the one that wanted to cut me off you could not listen to me and I definitely don’t appreciate how you even treated me Tessie and Lindsey need help an yes I said dam how many different ways are you going to hurt me. I am not able to move my arm however obviously that’s why I’m there absolutely horrible xray techs

Ive had nothing but quality care from my doctor. Easy to get lab work completed. Ive never experienced long wait times for any procedure ( mammograms, etc..). I highly recommend the facility and have recommended my doctor to friends.

Not very professional, waited over three hours and finally decided to walk out. Doctors were coming in and out with food in their hand, I understand that it’s a hard difficult time right now but peoples lives are in stake. There was someone in the lobby for a long time and if it wasn’t for someone else saying something, something bad would’ve happened since he was having a hard time breathing. I never have had any issues with this location but deft won’t be coming here again.

I love all the doctors and their staff. I have had nothing but great experience with all but one. But thats no reflection on all the other amazing doctors and surgeons. They literally saved my life.❤🙏🏼🤙🏼SSM has worked with me and helped me beyond their duty. Amazing people!

I give this rating because on September 3rd I went in experiencing extreme abdominal pain and they ran my labs and said that everything was fine I expressed my concerns about my situation being a gallbladder attack and they proceeded to do nothing as far as an ultrasound or X-ray goes then they sent me home with pain meds and the next day I woke up in severe pain doubled over and couldn’t breathe and I ended up going to Integris and had to get emergency surgery and was told by not one not two or even three I was told by SEVEN DOCTORS AND SURGEONS that there was so many stones I was about to turn septic and even let my mom take a photo off the surgeons phone of how bad it was and if they didn’t remove it and it was so bad every other organ in my body was infected this facility doesn’t have to credit or know how to treat patients

The testing went really fast which is a good thing but I still got to wait to find out before I am treated. My Lord is watching over me so it’s all good.Good job guys.

I appreciate Dr. Qin and the care she has taken of me. I feel much better and am thankful for her hard work and dedication.

Great staff, and Dr. Sahai is a terrific provider. Very knowledgeable and comforting.
