Variety Care Reno

I can go to any medical doctor on my insurance plan, but I choose Variety Care. Superb staff and medical doctors, everyone is always nice and accommodating! Its too hard to get into the dental clinic, and was told to call back next month. I called every month for a year, and was always told to call back in a month, but I never could get an appointment.

I called up there to ask some questions about a medacine. I talked to the girl at the desk. She took my name and and what I was calling for. As I was talking she hung up! I thought maybe it was a mistake. The I called up there again. Then the 2 time they hung up on me again. I walled back the 3 time. Suddenly they answered I told her what happened because I got angry. Then after all of this they could not/ would not help me. I absolutely 💯 love my Dr. SHE is the only reason why I have not left. They hang up on me, are rude to me, and very unprofessional. Makes your office look bad.. PLEASE FIX THIS!

I sought out Rebecca Miller and Im glad I did. Excellent care. She really does seem to care about her patients

The place looks very clean and well organized. They were not busy at all when I first got there but still I had to wait for a long time on the Dr. Probably because she was busy with something else. This isnt my first time coming to variety care but I feel like things has changed a lot. It feels like they are getting more and more sophisticated.Please dont forget to follow for more honest reviews.

Rebecca Miller is the best PCP ever. First appointment with her today and she sent the referral I needed in no time. It was easy. We had a conversation and she was very nice. I recommend her!!!

I see a Rebecca Miller here and cannot sing enough praises for her. She has helped me tremendously throughout the past year in helping me obtain diagnoses needed for me to begin living a more comfortable life.Rebecca has treated me with dignity and care since the first moment I stepped into her office. She responds thoughtfully and carefully to everything I bring her and has always done her best to make me not only feel comfortable but ensure my health! I cannot recommend her enough.Additionally the offices here are always clean and the staff at the front desk as well as supporting nurses and staff are always kind and friendly. I like variety care as my medical home for sure.

Dr Hines and her entire staff are one of the best clinics I have ever been to. I would strongly suggest/recommend Variety Care for all of your medical needs. Absolutely everything regarding my health has been taken care of in such a professional way and Dr. Hines cares about her patients. We are not just a number. Best in Oklahoma City!! 💉💊😷🩻🩺

My paralyzed son lives with me on occasions. He is visiting & I noticed that the back of his wheel chair is hanging half way off leaving him with no back support. This is very physically challenging for him and it causes his feet to swell. We contacted the supplier who put in a emergency request for the back to be replaced and or repaired with out any response. Being his mother this was disheartening to me. I called Dr. Hickman office to inquire what the problem was and spoke to Valerie, their customer service representative. She was fantastic, she was sympathetic and asked me to briefly hold. She not only expedited the process but explained to me the problem and apologized for my experience. She gave me a timely expectation of when the problem would be resolved and I was so relieved with my whole conversation with her. Thank You Valerie, you dont know what a blessing your time and support and service meant to me as Johns mother. I do hope you are reward....thank you again👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🥰

So disappointed in this place and the care they offered my son. Years ago I was employed with this place and believed in their mission before they had so many clinics. In fact I helped open many. My son has been a patient for15 years. Now they move him in and out like cattle even for mental health issues. I called for the 4th time after never hearing back from provider over 2 months and the excuse was that it’s because they “were such a big company “ they had not been able to follow up with messages pertaining to his nutrition and mental health referrals. I’m sorry I thought you were a health care provider? One who receives most of its money from Medicaid which is why you have your very own Medicaid office. I know because I used to run it!!! If your kid really needs mental health treatment go somewhere else!

This is where I take my kiddos for dental care and we absolutely love the care they receive. Lizbeth is amazing with them! She is simply the best. Thank you for always making us feel welcome!

⭐️This place is Professional and Pleasant.⭐️ I can honestly say that Dr. Tiffany Lewis is the best dentist I’ve ever been to in my whole life. The whole team made my first visit amazing and comfortable. Her assistant I believe was named Melissa was just great, fun and truly can tell loves her job.I highly recommend this place if your need a new dentist look no further! I’ve already texted all my friends and family about my amazing visit! Dr. Lewis listened to me and explained everything she would be doing in the future. Im personally a skeptic and very critical of people neglecting their duties, however Im confident that the negative reviews here are liars, Karens and entitled 🗑. Ive been a patient of both Variety Care locations in okc for the past 2 years seeing mental health counselors, primary care physicians and every other type of medical professionals at their locations and theyve been more than helpful, more than patient and more than accommodating than I could imagine. If anything I feel as if Ive been a complicated patient on a few occasions and also rescheduling and canceling more than once with prompt response and great support. Everyones great and to be frank if youre such Royalty and these people dont meet your standards then please feel free to take your Sooner Care, Medicaid and bags of cash to a more prominent medical professional and quit wasting these folks time as well as your own with your 6000 word negative reviews 🤣

There surely is a special place in He11 for the administration of this place for taking advantage of people in desperate situations. First clue is signs on the wall warning people not to be violent with staff. Second clue is requiring payment before services. Nothing but liars here. * EDIT: Management has requested more info to make it appear they care, but they dont. So, all discussion will be done here. When they ask you to contact them direct, this is so no one else will see when they tell you to bug off. I have a serious condition I was trying to get diagnosed. Staff member told me my fee would be $35 and that would include ALL tests (I have this conversation recorded), and I would have 30 days to prove my income. As I said, first thing they did was take my money, then I saw a nurse practioner. I submitted a urine test that confirmed infection. I was told to go back up front for my blood work. Girl at front desk told me I would have to pay for my blood work at full price before that could be done. This would be several hundred dollars. Bait and switch? consumer fraud? Call it what you will. Playing games with peoples lives. No follow up on urine test results. No effort or follow up to stop infection before it spreads. This will be the last I hear from them, just watch!

This place takes forever. You wait at least an hour before you are even taken back for a regular scheduled doctors appt. Then you wait another hour or so for the doctor to come see you, and this is on a good day. They never update addresses, phone numbers, or your pharmacy information.

Dr.Hickson is amazing that is why I drive 40 minuets to get there. Today I had an appointment at 11:30 , I was there at 11,and confirmed my appointment with front desk and be waited until 12:10 !!When I asked them why they didn’t call my name, they said sorry we didn’t check you in and doctor already left for a meeting!!!They also offered me an appointment for 2:00 p.m. which I accepted first but cancelled it later because I didn’t find any one to pick up my kids from school !Disappointing experience!

Dr. Hickson is amazing. Every VarietyCare primary / family care physician I have ever seen has been incredible. However, the nursing staff is often rude (I can deal with that) and we have been referred to their Behavioral Department for both Counseling and Psychiatry. My son was seen by a counselor there (inconsistently) for a few months before that therapist resigned. When we made an appointment with a new therapist at this location, we were not seen because the therapist brought another patient into her office during our time slot and we were told we would not be seen. We received another referral to Behavioral Health more recently for a Psychiatrists evaluation. The Behavioral Health receptionist calls, I pick up on the first ring every time and she has already hung up every time. I have missed 2-3 calls from them and they never leave a voicemail. I have called dozens of times, left dozens of voicemails, and even spoken to the department manager and still do not have an appointment after waiting for over a month. I highly recommend this VarietyCare location for primary care, but strongly urge you to reconsider seeking any sort of behavioral health treatment here.

The staff and doctors are all so pleasant. No long wait times. I love the clinic. I highly recommend the Reno location.

I have been seeing Dr. Foote for over a year now. He cares very much about how I’m feeling and listens to my input on how I feel regarding medications.The staff at the front desk has always been quick. I’ve never waited for more than 5 minutes for an appointment.I would also like to recognize someone who works with Dr. Foote named Veronica (Ochoa?). She has gone above and beyond to help me when she didn’t have to go so far. She is kind, compassionate, and has definitely found her calling in life with helping others.I can’t say enough nice things about Variety-Care OSU-OKC. They are wonderful if I could give 10 stars I would!

They called me the day of my appointment and said they would have to reschedule my appointment until January. This is after all ready waiting a month. So now I am having to wait 2 months to be seen because of unprofessional service..Do not got to this place . They dont care one bit about the patients.

Talk about IGNORANT MA’s.... I went in to my appointment. I was surprised how quickly I was called back into my room. When the two different MA’s got my blood pressure I know got a fact they did it incorrectly!!!! I am an RT, and I know how to take blood pressures. They just try to mimic like they’re taking it but guess the numbers. They said it was 121/81 and my BP is always around 95/65. The doctor was pretty quick. Once he did my physical he said that someone would be in to to give me my shots. I requested for a TB skin test. Once the doctor visited me, I waited 1 HOUR +!!!!! Someone came in to inform me that they hadn’t forgotten about me but instead that the MA’s couldn’t figure out what shot to give me. I don’t understand what there was to figure out for that long especially when I TOLD THEM WHAT I NEEDED DONE. Never returning!!!!!!!!!!! Please better train your staff!!! Also to make matters worst, no ONE I MEAN NO ONE USED GLOVES OR WASHED/sanitized hands in anyway.

Dr. Nicole Hickson is THE BEST doctor Ive ever had for me or my family. My daughter has some very confusing and super rare diagnoses, and I trust no one more for her general care. Dr. Hickson is smart, down to earth, honest, sweet...and most importantly, shell actually say I dont know. I feel like we won the doctor lottery with her.

Never bringing my kids here again.45 min wait and counting for a scheduled appointment that was suppose to be at 8:45 am with 1 patient ahead of us.No follow up from saff on the extended wait time with a eta.

Dental office- When actually being seated the people there are great! But mannn they have the WORST call experience I’ve tried multiple times to talk to someone just to reschedule my appointment and to then finally they answer Friday just to tell me they close early and I have to call another day🤣 Truly disappointed.. and then they might try to charge me a fee for “last minute notice”..

Even if you don’t want a test done, they will do it anyways and then make you pay for it. They saw I don’t have insurance so they ran a test I specifically asked them not to.

They keep losing documents so they thought we were new patients everytime we came in; due to some sort of update with their files. So they kept turning us away to go somewhere else to seek help.

I called to schedule an appointment and the rep was really nice but then i got disconnected and when I called Eunice was really disrespectful and rude there was no availability which was fine I understand clinics get busy and backed up, but you shouldnt be answering phone calls if you’re not going to be professional.

Really a life changing place. Doctors that care, after ten years of being dependent on medications (being over prescribed I won’t go into detail) they assisted me in getting me off. I’ve been to a lot of doctors and NONE of them educated me on the medication I have been on. This is life changing and I refuse to go elsewhere!

Not ever going back to the optometrist clinic. Dr. Martin-ODonald wasnt professional. He scratched my daughters cheek while giving her dilating drops in her eyes, she resisted but he forcefully grabbed her chin and had her eyelid inside out. Im going to make a complaint after the holidays. It was traumatic for her and me.

This is were I chose to establish primary care for my children and they are awesome from the Dr to the staff and the dentist thank you!

Worst place ever, don’t recommend this place. Took my baby to the osu clinic as walk in they turned me down, they told me to take my baby to the open access clinic they turned me down because the providers didn’t want to see more patients. Baby had high fever and wheezing, It was 4:30 i believe they close at 7:00pm. Front desk staff are rude! My baby enden up at the hospital the next day diagnosed with bronchiolitis

Excellent health care. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and diversified. They have been my primary health care provider for almost 10 years now. Clinic is in my neighborhood, so they are close by. The provide not only health care but vision, dental and mental health services as well. Variety Care has several locations throughout the Oklahoma City metro area.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They never know what’s going on—always giving “wrong” appointment dates, and referrals. It has been a very unpleasant experience.

Cancelled my dental appointment without warning ! I took of work and drove down to the clinic early and they canceled on me :( I wont be going back to Variety Care . I wasted my time driving to your clinic taking time off work . Thanks but no thanks . Your office called me yesterday to confirm appointment . 1-30-2018

TERRIBLE PLACE! EXTEREMLY RUDE STAFF! QUALITY OF CARE SUCKS! YOU WANT REAL MEDICAL CARE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE!
