Dr Tang is fine. She’s approachable and down to earth. My biggest frustration was with the RUDE RUDE RUDE front desk staff. I’m currently self pay as I move over to my husbands insurance and these girls made me feel like everything was an annoyance. My appointment was intended to establish care, so I could be seen by Dr. Tang sooner for a well woman visit when I have my insurance situated. As it turns out, they prioritize their new patients over existing. So now the next time I could come in for a well woman visit would be later than having been a new patient. I will continue the search for a doctor with a kinder staff and who prioritizes their existing patients.

I had a pleasant experience Doctor Tang is a great doctor she listen to my concerns and was very helpful. I would have given 5 stars but the lady at the desk was rude she could be more kind. Especially to first time patients I was going through a miscarriage at the time. I tried to tell them when I went for my ultrasound the ultrasound tech did not even know they should updated my doctor.

Dr. Cheek and her nurse/assistant were truly amazing. I had my first visit with them today and not only were they kind and eased my anxiety, but they also took the time to throughly explain future visits and diagnoses. I look forward to working with them in the future. 😊

I was a little nervous from my first experience a few years ago, but Im very glad I decided to go ahead and give birth at this facility again. I was well taken care of, they stayed on top of every issue, the nurse was kind and considerate, and they even gave me flowers! I was very happy

Great place if you want to die or have your time wasted. Scheduled my surgery incorrectly and canceled as I was walking in and refused to treat.Have your affairs in order or be prepared to waste a great deal of time dealing with above average incompetence from scheduling to Dr Weingartener herself. UNCARING, UNPROFESSIONAL if I could give 0 stars I wouldnt even do that

Currently working with Dr Weingartner and love the care that she has provided for both of my pregnancies. She has always answered my questions, putting me completely at ease and follows evidence based birthing recommendations/care. I highly recommend her and this practice!

Love seeing Dr. Cheek, she always gives great advice and listens to any problems I am having. She has made my first pregnancy stress free which has helped me enjoy the whole process! Can’t recommend her enough she is amazing!

Dr. Amber Weingartner is the most unprofessional and incompetent MD I have ever seen. She speaks to her patients condescendingly, without compassion, and acts like she is being put out because you ask her to do her job. I left her practice due to my fears that she was not competent enough to handle the level of care I needed as well as I refuse to be spoken to in such an arrogant manner. Please choose someone else for your care; this doctor and clinic do not care about their patients.

Dr.Dobbins is the best physician. She listens to what your issues are and asks questions about your issue. I have been seeing her for 20 years and would not see anyone else for my OBGYN issues.

Love Dr. Alyson Willis!! Always does an amazing job, & shes so sweet! & I love all the ladys upfront always so nice and helpful! Never have to wait in the lobby for long & My checkups are always thorough and quick!

Absolutely unreasonable. i scheduled 2 weeks ago and they denied to treat me cause i had covid in the 10 days prior(thought i tested negative the day before the appt). then they rescheduled for today and told us the appt was at 11am and when we walked it they told us it was supposed to be at 10am. and they refused to treat me again.

Dr. Dobbins and staff are wonderful. They do their best to accommodate their patients’ needs and requests. Dr. Dobbins always takes the time to answer and explain throughly every single question. Very kind and nice doctor and staff.

I love Dr. Whiley, she delivered my first baby and is now my OBGYN for my second pregnancy.However, Every time I call the clinic, I always get put on hold for a minimum of 5 mins. Today I called, I sat on hold for 10 mins, explained that I have been waiting two weeks for a return call from the Nurse, I was put on hold again for another 10 minutes and was told I would have to wait on a call after 5:00 pm today.I hate calling the clinic, I always have to hold and I almost always have to wait on a return call. Very irritating.

Do not have any major procedures with this office. They do not have a sense of urgency on anything. I have used them twice now and had the same results. Multiple messages left before call backs. Being left without refills for pain because they say the doctor has not responded. It is hard enough to rest and recover without hunting people down for help. Regular womens appointments are okay other than your long waits in the lobby. But stay away from here if you need surgery.

Its a sad world we live in today when the Doctors we think are here to help really have no true concern about nothing but money!!! I was scheduled for a ultra sound with Dr.Cheek after my payment of $4 was declined from my card, my visit was denied even after I asked if They could simply bill me the $4 dollar payment! Sad part is the card I was using had money on it I dont know why It wasnt working but thank you for letting me know it was time for a doctor that care about my health and any healthcare professional should care and that is not the comfort I felt!!!

Love Dr. Willis she is always there everytime Ive needed here, its always just a message away. I had a wonderful experience with both my pregnancies, and with my appointments in between.

Went in to have a postpartum check up, they tell me what time on the phone, and just to bring my insurance information and I have my 3 month old daughter with me. They kick me out because I have her with me, no one informed me kids weren’t allowed. I’m all she has so how am I supposed to get the help I need. I felt humiliated.

Beware of Dr Cheek. I swear shes the worst doctor out there and probably shouldnt even have her license to be a doctor. She treated my wife horrible each visit. Each visit would get worse. Shes not compassionate and took my wife as a joke. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!! Weve had multiple family members come to appts and had witnessed her horrible behavior.

Dr. Weingartner is pretty cool. She definitely knows what she is doing and she is very thorough, especially with labs, u/s, trying her best to find out what is going on with me. The only thing I can think of that is negative, might be, that Im slightly intimidated by her, but I dont know why???? I know Its just me, tho, nothing to do with Dr. Weingartner. Im just a weirdo I know for sure, and its stressful having a new gyno, when I am so comfortable with my previous ob/gyno. I went to her for almost 2 decades. Dr Lisa cheek acts like Im a bother I get horrible headaches and I need a better obgyn see is not the best fit for a mom who has had preeclampsia.... She always tells me too not come in to get check because. Its not serious enough I dont think she takes me seriously... Im going to switch drs asap..I dont recommend dr Lisa cheek

Please ladies, I beg you to go see a different doctor and not Dr. Cheek. I expressed my concerns to her and wasn’t taken seriously. I switched doctors and found out that I have endometrial cancer. I’m currently going through expensive treatments and am stressed out all the time because this is something that could’ve been caught so much sooner.

Do not see dr cheek. She nearly killed me and my unborn child. She does not take patients seriously and took me as a joke and made me feel like I was lying about being sick. Do not trust this woman or any other obgyn here !

I love Dr. Weingartner, she’s amazing, but there is a woman at the front desk who has been always been rude and has a better than everyone attitude. It’s irritating to say the least and less than professional. I miss the old front desk staff.

Dr. Willis and her PA are very nice and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel rushed and I was able to talk about my issues and get answers.

Dr. Dobbins is the best. She takes her time to explain things and just wants her patients to overall feel better.

The Doctors and nurses are very nice and friendly and very professional and take care of all your needs and questions. I will be finding a PCP in the SSM Health Group.

The staff was great and I was in and out very quickly. I have been seeing Dr. Willis since 2012 and she is amazing.

I am a current patient. I have been waiting for 3 days for a call back from the nurse. This is extremely disappointing. I will be looking at switching to a new OBGYN office.

They lost my urine sample and someone also came in to give me an EKG, before realizing they were in the wrong room.

Amy our ultrasound lady was so sweet and everyone made me feel so safe and cared for thank you😊

Everyone was so courteous and efficient. They truly listened to me. I feel confident in my medical treatment.
