Vanessa and Nicole at the testing center were incredibly professional and friendly during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease. Their expertise in drawing blood was evident as they efficiently completed the procedure with minimal discomfort. Throughout the process, they maintained a reassuring demeanor, explaining each step. Their professionalism and friendliness truly made my experience positive, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing blood work done.

Husband and I came in for TB tests to volunteer at our daughter’s school. We didn’t realize the skin test was 2-parts and it didn’t work with our schedules. Jasmine shared there was a 1day blood test option and quickly “rolled us over” to that test.When drawing blood Annabelle was friendly and professional. And she took extra care with my husband who’s a bit of a baby with needles.Overall visit was quick and easy.

If I could give this place 12 stars, I would more accurately this woman 12 stars. Whoever was working August 6 at 2:30. She’s phenomenal so patient with me because I had no idea what I was doing kindly reprinted my sheet because my printer printed it awfully and then I realized I made an appointment for the next day and she was kind enough to help me in between helping all of her other Clients absolute gym. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked just because of her woman deserves a raise.

I walked in asking for a blood test and Nicole was great she was able to fill me in before closing up. She was very friendly and helpful in getting the information setup as it was my first time here. The whole process took about 15 minutes and I was out the door.

I am throughly impressed by the level of customer service that the employees here offer. Jasmine and Annabelle are super awesome! They made my visit here a good one. Keep it up girls. Your kindness goes a long way. :)

They were able to schedule me next day which was awesome. Walked in, no wait time! They helped me right away. They were pleasant enough nothing over the top. The phlebotomist was super fast and clean! Would go here again if I had to!

I recommend this place for those who are unfamiliar with live scan fingerprinting ! They are so quick and helpful, made the procedure easygoing and I had a great experience overall! Vanessa was really kind and helpful when helping me scan my fingerprints! :)

I went in for a TB test and a livescan. It was super easy to make an appointment online and Jasmine and Vanessa were friendly and the whole process was super quick to do both. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Great location with friendly staff and lots of parking towards the back.

Anabelle, my nurse, was great! She was very kind and informative about the process. I went in for TB testing and it took less than 2 minutes total. Everyone was kind and pleasant. Super quick check in and testing. Wonderful place!

Such a sweet staff! When I got there, the amazing lady at the front made time for me to do my background check. I really appreciated it, and she was sooo patient. I had super glue on my fingers from press on nails, so it wasn’t detecting well. She took the time to help me remove it, until it worked. Amazing service, and incredibly sweet and inviting staff. I can’t remember if her name was Vanessa, ahhh I feel so bad I’m forgetting. Thank you for making my day :)

Nicole and Vanessa were amazing. I walked in on a busy Tuesday morning right before their lunchtime and they both worked to make sure my Livescan process and TB test were taken care of quickly. Their attention to detail helped me to catch a mistake the agency had written on my documentation that would have caused me to have to redo the entire Livescan process. They were both friendly, helpful, and professional. I will drive out of my way in the future to update my TB with them, rather than go to any other office.

Came In at 9 AM for an appointment, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nicole Alvarez was super helpful and friendly and let me know step by step on what was next and what to do next. Other staff as well were very professional and friendly I didn’t catch their names

The staff are soooo nice. I got stuck in traffic and was late to my appointment. The technician ladies were super nice to me despite the fact that I arrived after they had closed and told me to come back tomorrow for a walkin. I did and was greeted when I arrived. They were super gentle when giving my vaccine. I can tell these ladies work really hard and the additional hospitality that theyre able to bring after a full days work is commendable.

Nicole, Vanessa, and Holly are amazing! Not only did they make the process very clear, but they were fun to talk to throughout my visit. This means a lot personally because I hate these kinds of processes. These wonderful ladies, however, made my visit quick, painless, and (most importantly) fun! They are gems and we need more people like them.

I was very surprised with how nice the staff are and how quickly they get things done! The prices were pretty cheap, I got a livescan and tb test for $77. Basically I got there without an appointment and there were 2 other women waiting and by the time I got checked in and went back to my car to grab my ID I only had to wait a couple minutes.The staff deserves the full 5 stars on their own because I came with my 4 year old and hes pretty active but they were nice and actually kind of baby-sat him while I got my fingerprints done. We were there for a while because my fingerprints have pretty much been washed off but there was always a staff member who decided to entertain my son to help out which is 100% not expected but greatly appreciated! They colored with him, made paper airplanes, traced his hand (which I put on the fridge at home) and talked to him and his favorite part was the glove that they made into a balloon for him. He actually asked if we could get another one when I go back to get the TB test read. :) The ladies working there deserve serious recognition for the best customer service!Vanessa helped with the livescan and she was very patient and we finally got them all done. The other ladies were all very sweet and explained everything well and the process was as quick as possible. I will be coming back if I need these services again and Im very thankful for how sweet all the workers are.

10/10 great service! I’ve always had difficulty getting my fingerprints done due to struggling with sweaty palms but Vanessa did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and getting those fingerprints that I needed! I would definitely be coming back and recommending others as well.

An employee who works during the week, sent my documents to my employer, and falsely accused me of refusing to have my tb checked. This makes no sense if I already did the scary part of having a needle go through my skin. Why in the world would I not want them to check my arm????The good thing is that my employer did not believe that, and they sent me to concentria, which I did not have any issues with them.The ladies who worked on Saturday at the Wellness were absolutely awesome, professional, and kind!

Nicole was the best very friendly and helpful. Some of my fingers were not in the mood to be finger printed 😂 she made it happen without getting frustrated. I was able to get all my pre-employment screening done and live scan at once. Facility is spotless and smells great not like a normal medical office. I definitely recommend using there services.

On 4/10/23 I had come for a new employment work up which included a UA. I didnt time it correctly and had to use the restroom. And Wellness Mart was not open yet. I had asked Nicole who was on duty to use the bathroom normally you cant go in until they open. Out of the kindness of her heart she gave me the cup and off I went ! That is what to be in service is about ! Her professional demeanor and compassion was beyond reproach. I was very impressed with this young lady. Came in as a walk-in, staff were friendly and office was clean and Cutely decorated for Halloween👻🧡 didn’t have much of a long wait but keep in mind it could be long if there are many appointments, if you don’t wish to wait there are usually same day appointments to be able to return later.

Called to make an appointment and they told me to just walk in. I walk in and I was told that they could not perform services because they are going to lunch at 12:30. I told them that we still had 20 minutes and Im the only one here so they reluctantly agreed to proceed. They asked me if I had my form, I told them I have it I just need to email it to them. I was met with ugh. They said they dont accept emails. I just told her it doesnt seem like you want to do it today and walked out she said ok.
