Such a good experience. Kind caring staff. We came right before closing they were kind enough to see my daughter. I was very grateful. My daughter was in pain and they cared. The nurse Anna was lovely,, kind and caring and very knowledgeable. The front desk staff exceptional and the girl who brought us to our room very pleasant. Highly recommend this office. Also the office was very clean and well kept.

First time there. Very impressed.. Front desk was very helpful and had a nice personality. (That’s important) the assistant was very kind and helpful. Head Nurse was very professional and very helpful in my treatment. Even the xray tech was kind and patient in taking films. I was very pleased with the whole experience.. Great Staff.. Booking appointment online was easy and I was greeted on arrival. I was seen right on time. The staff was great and the PA knew exactly what was wrong. I was in and out within 20 mins and my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy before I even left the building. The group participates in Yale MY Chart so you could review your test results or ask additional questions. There was plenty of seating and the waiting room and exam room were very clean. I would not hesitate to use Physician One Urgent Care if I needed quick medical attention in the future.

The people here are so friendly. I was a walk in and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They are knowledgeable, professional and kind. It was amazing how efficient they are.

I would leave this place a 0 if I could. I walked in and the only receptionist was on her phone via AirPods and didn’t say a thing to me until I had to rudely interrupt her. I was the only patient on the list (I know this because check in tells you your spot in line). I finallllly got into a room and had to wait 30 minutes….30 minutes. This place should just close down it’s embarrassing.

The PhysicianOne in Orange CT is the absolute best walk in I could find and I have been to my share between me and my children. I recommend this walk in to everyone and anyone. They are kind and fast but take great care of you. Today my daughter was seen by Kearrah and Samantha amazing but in general the staff all together is fantastic.

Efficient online (on phone) appmt scheduling & check in, spacious waiting room, quick to the exam room, well staffed, 3 people spoke to me in the exam room.All the staff was friendly, polite, professional and caring. Was in /out inside an hour with prescription sent to pharmacy on a weekend.Will be back and highly recommended when needed ! Thank you

I will never go to this location again. Front desk staff was great. APRN spent 2 seconds with me after a 45 minute wait, likely because she had a student with her that was doing exams after her. I ended up in the ER 7.5 hours after I saw her and had to get proper treatment for the problem I went in for and I am feeling back to my normal self today thanks to the Staff and ER doctor at Bridgeport Hospital Emergency Dept.

It was easy and convenient to book online. The only thing was that I initially was not getting the codes sent to my phone so I wasn’t able to do the online paperwork portion. I was able to get paper forms to complete during check in. When I got there, the office was clean and the wait was not terribly long. Both the nurse and the PA I saw were great. They were kind, professional and efficient. I ended up testing positive for the flu and was able to be prescribed medicine which is helping and I’m finally feeling better.

I am visiting from NC and became ill. I chose this urgent care near my daughter home. Everyone was friendly. Easy to find. I was seen quickly and taken care of efficiently. The NP was knowledgeable, patient, kind and explained my illness. Excellent care.

Great experience. I was a walk in and I didn’t have to wait too long. Staff were nice and the place was clean and accommodating. They sent a prescription for me right away to my pharmacy.

Great and caring interactions with the staff. They all listened to my symptoms and gave me the treatment necessary to get me back up on my feet. The one recommendation is to make sure they remember to take the patients that made an online appointment. Once I reminded them that I had a scheduled appointment and that it was 20 minutes over I was taken right away which was perfect.

Visited this location because of the holiday weekend and no access to my regular PCP. Passed by several Urgent Care facilities and crossed a couple of city lines to get to this particular one because other people I know have used them and were 100 % satisfied. All staff were very pleasant and efficient. The lobby and examination rooms were very neat and clean. I would definitely return here in the future if seeded.

The front end admin staff was very warm and welcoming. The office is clean, the nurses and staff associated with the back were very knowledgeable and warm.

I had a great experience for a first time patient here. Quick, easy & knowledgeable staff got me in and out.

My 8 year old daughter had sore throat and it was already past 6 PM, i thought no urgent care was open at that time but the map showed Physician One as closing soon so we headed there. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and they still took us in, did all the testing needed, and they checked which pharmacy would still be open so they can send the prescription so we can start treatment without delay. I really appreciate it. Front desk lady was so friendly and welcoming, she made the visit very pleasant for my 8 year old daughter. Thank you!

Every person at this facility was absolutely wonderful. They were kind, patient and calm. They really took the time to care for my daughter and genuinely showed sympathy for her. It was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

I was very happy with the treatment I received. I was taken right in and the staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I don’t know if he was an actual doctor or a PA but he did a very good job on my wound and he had a very good bedside manner. I would go there again if needed.

On December 9, 2023, I visited Physician One in Orange Connecticut.This was my first visit, and I was very impressed with the service that the staff provided.Apart from two of my specialty doctors, I have not had such a wonderful medical experience in years. The nurse/associate at the front desk was so warm, and patient, even when I had to make a few trips to my car. She made me feel that she was interested in my current problem, and seemed delighted to be able to help.The second nurse I saw who took my vitals, was very professional, friendly and made me feel at ease.My ultimate experience with my doctor/APRN, (not sure which) Kate, if I recall, put the icing on the cake. While she was very professional and respectful, she also showed that she was genuinely interested in me. She listened intently when I spoke with her, and was very understanding when I explained the reason for my visit. In short while we were laughing and chatting like old friends. She made me feel that she valued me as a patient. I must also comment on the cleanliness of the practice.I am extremely happy that I chose Physician One in Orange for my medical needs that day.If I were to rate my visit, I would give the practice ten out of ten. The only regret I feel is that I am unable to have the medical practitioners ofPhysician One as my personal doctors. I will happily recommend Physician One in Orange Connecticut to anyone who values and would like to experience good, caring and friendly service.MV

Staff was great but had an 8am appointment and didnt get seen until 8:45.

Was seen on 02/15/24. Great job from the lady at the front desk, to the technician that gave me an EKG, to the APRN who saw me. They were all kind, courteous and professional. And that’s coming from someone that doesn’t trust the healthcare system for numerous reasons. Kudos to all!

I am glad I chose this office! The tech was so nice and calming. I wish I could remember her name! The dr I seen was Kate. She was also very encouraging and kind. Unfortunately in the medical field most have forgotten patients are humans. These 2 gave me hope in the medical system again.

We had excellent care today and will use this urgent care as our go-to for any future needs. My husband had bronchitis which took a bad turn and he was diagnosed with pneumonia. The attending physician today, Dr. Relihan, was extremely thorough and was a real lifesaver. We also received good care from Laina and rest of staff. Pricing was reasonable/ transparent. Very pleased.

We had an appointment but still waited 45 minutes to go back to a patient room but Im giving 5 starts because the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and great placing an IV. She was efficient and caring. It was a good experience for this reason.

Terrible experience with doctor Kate Krempasky. I will never go back there, I regret whatever amount of money I will end up paying to this doctor just to get humiliated by her.The front desk staff, the nurse and the medical student were very nice and friendly.I went there this morning because I felt very bad, with horrible cough that’s keeping me up all night, congested nose and my throat feels tight, like there is some mucus building up. They had me waiting over an hour, I was the third patient, only 2 people before me, that’s ok, it happens. The nurse asked me if I was ok with the medical student joining the doctor for the check up, I said that was ok, more waiting. Finally the medical student comes in alone and does the check up on her own, not the doctor, but she is very nice and thorough, when she is done she leaves and I wait some more time.Dr. Krempasky finally comes in (only for 5-6 minutes) and she asks me “did you like my student?” I said “yes, she was very nice”. Then she tells me that she is gonna give me a prescription for antibiotics but to wait a couple of days to see if I get better, but if I don’t, then to get the antibiotics and take them, I told them both I have a history of pneumonia; she told me to just wait and see. She is clearly rushing, then Dr. Krempasky, asked me if there is anything else I needed, so I tell her if she can give me a cough medicine because I have episodes when the cough gets pretty bad, and specially at night because it is keeping me awake, and the over the counter med I’m taking (NyQuil) is not really helping. She tells me in a very condescending and rude tone that she doesn’t prescribe narcotics, and “the last thing we need is an opioid addiction, so only over the counter! There is no easy fix!!” I was “hmmm that’s not what I meant, I had cough meds and an inhaler that helped a lot with my cough in the past that my doctors at Yale prescribed, I don’t remember the name but they were not opioids. She responds “well, we are here until 8pm in case you remember the name”.I get that maybe some people ask for these kind of meds, and put physicians in an awkward position, but I do not agree with a doctor prejudging, speaking in such a condescending and rude tone, and to top it all without checking the patient herself and after only taking 5 minutes to speak with the patient, sorry but that is not acceptable. Horrible experience, never coming back. Such a rude doctor.

Being a healthcare worker myself I was really impressed with the care I received from all of the staff beginning with the check in person and ending with the physician I saw. The whole experience was very positive. I would definitely go there again if the need arises.

Fabulous. Brought my toddler daughter here on a weekend and they were wonderful. Great with her. Fast, efficient, friendly, and listened to our concerns. The facility is clean and close to home. Great to have an option so friendly to kids as well. Highly reccomend.

It is important that the person at the front desk welcome the customers when they are just enter in the clinic. The Lady at the front desk was professional and explain clearly everything to me.An assistant walked me inside to room and I suppose she was not feeling well because she spoke the extrictly words.At the end the Doctor came in and she was better in the way she interacted with meI strongly sugested practice the “Customer Care” because it is extremely important.Thank you

This was the best experience Ive had at a doctor facility in years. Everyone was professional, curtious, and incredibly helpful. The doctor and nurse who helped me were wonderful. The young lady at the desk was very helpful and very nice. I would recommend this emergency walk-in service. I certainly will go here if needed.

Was able to make appointment online with ease. Got to facility and was checked in and taken to exam room quickly.I was evaluated by a PA student who did well. Unfortunately, the NP came in with discharge paperwork already in hand and did not perform a history or physical on me. She just went by what the PA student said.I tried to have a conversation, but she was out the door before I could even start. I felt unheard, so I just left :/

We went to Urgent Care because of a spot on my wrist that looked like a nasty bug bite- swollen and red and scabby. The receptionist, Cassidy, was friendly and competent and put us at ease as she checked me in. We were also impressed with Ileana, the medical assistant, who was very thorough in checking my medical history. Finally, Kate Krempasy, the PA who looked at the bite and who prescribed a salve was very caring and concerned and gave us alternate options to follow depending on how well the ointment treatment worked. So far it is looking less angry. We were pleased to have the Urgent Care option available on a Sunday.In addition, the facility was very clean, bright, and comfortable.

Took my son in for a sprained ankle and daughter in for nasal congestion. The medical receptionist Cassidy was super friendly and we were checking right in. No wait at all. Theprovider Kate Krempasky was absolutely amazing! Hands down I would request her each and every time. She was super patient and gentle with the little ones and very informative. The medical assistant Chyna was so sweet as well. Such a doll. She was very nice and informed the children of all the steps she was going to do when taking vitals. The place was super clean and they even have the children stickers and lollipops after the visit. I wish I would give this place 10 stars. Keep up the great work , this staff is awesome. Highly recommend!

They were the best group of ladies! From the office manager to the nurse to the doctor they were all incredible. I’m very glad I decided to stop in at this specific location I will go back again again and again. Very professional they listen to everything I had to say honestly I couldn’t say enough about them. They truly were five stars.

Came today and the staff was amazing! Reception, nurse and doctor were all so nice, helped get me in and out very quickly while also being very attentive and listening to all my questions. Best experience I’ve had at a walk in, if I’m ever dying I’m having the ambulance bring me here. 11/10.

The sweetest people ever! Never felt so relaxed in a dr office setting like i did here. Went in for really bad ear pains and was prescribed ear drops for an ear infection. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Best urgent I’ve been too! Definitely coming back here the next time I need too!

I was a Physician One Urgent Care in Orange, CT this afternoon for a rash. Everyone was so nice, pleasant and helpful. Christina Filippakis, PA was wonderful and explained everything after her examination. She gave me prescriptions and explained what they were for. I will definitely use this location again. My husband was impressed too by the service there.Very clean and neat too.

Facility was clean and tidy. Staff were polite and empathetic. APRN was not and quickly left the room without much of an exam. Came off as annoyed. I am an RN, also, so this was very off putting. I would return; however, based on ease of obtaining an appointment, cleanliness of facility and support staff.

I had a great experience at PhysicianOne Urgent Care. I went there for help with removing earwax and another issue with my ear. The staff immediately provided me with the assistance I needed. They were polite and listened to my concerns. I want to give a special shout out to Kate for being thoughtful and attentive. She made the visit much better, especially because I was nervous about my ears. Thank you, Kate!

Everyone was courteous, and personable. The provider was thorough, answered all questions and was on top of everything.

Been there twice already, each time I only waited about 10 minutes and staff were very friendly and inviting. Other urgent cares I’ve been to the staff act like they don’t want to do their job or be there so it was a nice change of pace. My diagnosis was very quick, strep test came back in about 5 minutes I got my prescription for antibiotics and I was done all within a total of 30 minutes. I highly recommend!

Also it’s very dead here and I have to waited a very long time in the room, Very unpleasant visit.NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL . I was a bit taken aback by the dirty scuffed floors and the lack of hand hygiene in spite of availability of hand sanitizer and soap and water.I had to ask for staff to wash and return visits to the exam room they did not.I was there for respiratory virus. I was wearing a mask and cleaned my hands. Can’t say the same for staff.Concerning.

I went there 1-21-24 and the women in the front and the APRN was so kind and gentle to my 12 yr old. He’s had lots of experiences with doctors and by far they were GREAT!!!!!!! Thank you 😊

Made an appointment online front desk had all my information did not have to wait long to see the doctor. Nurse that took my information was Very professional and reviewed everything she was doing. The doctor was very helpful and took care of my issue quickly, and answered all my questions . if you’re in need of any urgent care, this is the place to go.

Being sick just before the holiday weekend my PCP was closed both Sat. and New Years day! I was so sick and new I couldnt wait another day to be treated. This was my first visit there. From the time we walked in until the time we left the staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. Once inside the MA and PA made me feel very comfortable listen to my questions took the proper tests prescribed the needed medications and told me to followup with my PCP in 2 to 3 days which I called to Schedule today. I was diagnosed with acute Bronchitis. Today is day 2 on the new meds cough is lessening and I am hoping tomorrow the other meds will kick in. Thank you to all. I highly recommend Physicianone Urgent Care when needed in an emergency.

Excellent walk in experience-far better than the Minute Clinics in various CVS. Reception was efficient and pleasant and the nurse practitioner was really good. Definitely going here over the other places if needed.

The steps I received online to walk me through the process was easy and stress free. The lady at the desk acknowledged me right away even though she had a customer. Next was the nurse, who made me feel comfortable and handled my issue throughly. The amazing lady was Pac-Kate Krempasky. If this women opens a practice of her own Im there. Handled my health issue with professionalism, yet offered me a moment of laughter. She is a ray of sunshine making a stressful situation calming and hopeful at the same time. What a great customer experience. Would love to see your customer service model executed everywhere..

Took my father here tonight for a tetanus shot after a minor injury. Every staff member was friendly, kind and professional. I would definitely come here again and recommend this urgent care center.

Had an appointment which was pointless. Walk-ins were still seen first. Went in for possible covid/flu/rsv symptoms and not even tested. Medical assistant and provider were rude. The exam was non-existent. The provider came in said its a cold you should feel better in a few days. Complete waste of time.

Wait time was too long. I waited about an our to be seen.Someone was seen before me and I had actually signed in before they had.The nurse had a vibe as if she did not want to be in work & monotone & brief.I then had to wait about another 20 minutes while sitting in the patient room.

I just returned from a trip and started showing flu-like symptoms. I decided to get tested for covid before visiting my granddaughters. The staff at PhysicianOne took care of me quickly and professionally and confirmed that I did have covid. They advised me on treatment options and quarantine/isolation guidelines and self care needs. I was totally satisfied with the care provided and I gladly recommend them for your urgent care needs.

I LOVE this place. It feels more personal then going to my PCP. They remember you, they LISTEN to you, the place is spotless, and I’ve never had a significant wait. All the staff and doctors are lovely and caring and smart. I’m going here from now on.

Very professional, caring, and friendly. Easily made an appointment on online and within 45 minutes, I was seen by a caregiver. I was on vacation from another state, choose PhysicianOne at random, but I definitely chose wisely. I highly recommend.

PSA - WORST SERVICE EVER! Completing this for my husband - Waited over 1 hour to be seen after completing forms on line, then having receptionist ask for all forms again. Multiple people came in after me and we seen with no regard or explantion to me. Asked multiple times when I would be seen - just wait..... SAVE YOURSELF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Not the same as it was when Stony Creek was there.

Excellent customer service at the front desk and the nurse attendant was awesome very pleasant, courteous and informative the Doctor was also excellent answering all questions and explaining things thoroughly excellent customer service to the x-ray technician who was empathetic and very courteous this is definitely my go-to place for quick unexpected heath issuesthat come up

I’m disappointed. After being sick for weeks I decided to come here as I’ve always had great experiences, however this time the provider was very dismissive and told me that because I am a server I’m just going to always be sick. It was disappointing and a waste of time. I ended up going somewhere else and being prescribed antibiotics which made the issue I was having clear up quickly.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this urgent care deserves nothing but outstanding reviews and I can 100% recommend it to anyone looking for quality care, as well as professional and super friendly medical stuff. I had bad swelling in my ring finger due to an an allergic reaction with a new ring and couldn’t get my engagement and wedding ring off myself. I tried every method I could find at home, but nothing worked, so I mentally prepared myself that the rings need to be cut off and understandable was very sad about this. When I entered the urgent care on a Sunday right at 9AM when they opened and told them that my finger was starting to throb and felt like it’s numbing, they immediately waved me through to the back, so I could be seen by the Dr. right away. That’s when I was met with such heartfelt compassion for their patients and the Dr. and Nurse tried for 45 minutes everything they possibly could do to get the rings off, without having to cut them and when they finally came off I was so relieved and all of them were cheering with me. I’m so grateful to the whole team for being so compassionate and professional, they guided me through the pain of pulling the rings off and didn’t loose their willpower to help me, when they could’ve just cut them off and had me out of there in a couple of minutes instead. With all the excitement I completely forgot to ask their names, but thank you so much to the Dr. and her medical team! All of you are truly amazing!

Best urgent care in the world , I had an amazing experience here , they treated me so kindly with such compassion. I truly believe dr Kate saved my life, I don’t think I can say enough words to describe the relief she has given me in terms of something I don’t think anyone would actually take seriously , dr Kate, you are a miracle. I will cherish you for the rest of my life , I will remember you forever , thank you so much , I hope you know how much anxiety has been lifted off my shoulders through speaking with you and having you treat me . For someone with depression and anxiety , Kate and china both made me feel safe comfortable. China was able to draw my blood after literally one try, I am so happy that they were able to treat me properly without calling me crazy and I am now feeling so much better, thank you… forever .

I a walked in right when they opened and the receptionist was quick to greet me with a smile I came in sick and my daughter was under the weather to they let us be seen together ( would have taken my daughter to her primary but they need a healthy parent to come into the office with her ) so I was grateful they could see us both together. They texted me forms to fill out which was easy to navigate and I was called into the office a few minutes later. The nurse was great with the question and checking the blood pressure and things. Kevin was great with checking us out and Doctor Kate was fantastic! She’s spunky and she was great with my daughter. My daughter don’t even sit still for her primary doctor lol but they got us everything we needed got us in and out and we’re finally feeling better! Thank you guys! Keep up the good work! Oh and did I mention you get a goodie bag stickers and a lollipop! 😉 can you guys be my primary care?!? Haha

I could not have been happier with my visit. The doctor listened and took enough time with my visit. She was caring and did not try and just rush me out. I even asked if she was a Primary doc. 10 out of 10. Thank you so much!

I saw Provider Sasha this visit was one of 4 from ER visit to Vascular Visit every doctor dismissed my concern of infection and blamed my condition on being overweight when at my heaviest nothing like this has ever occured, she took the time to listen made sure every other option for severe lower extremity swelling wasnt something else and when she asked when i was treated for the cat scratched that ive told multiple doctors about she prescribed antibiotics and gave me information on lymphedema and im happy to say after dealing with agony and the worst pain not able to walk after just one day of seeing i feel AMAZING this is what being in this field looks like and i appreciate her taking the time to dig deeper and considering what i told her Thank you Thank you Thank you after a month of little to no sleep i slept 8hrs Pain Free!!
