Modern Point Acupuncture

In December I met with Dr. Silva to discuss sleep issues. Only sleeping approx. 4 hours a night and stress as a result of it. Other medical consultations recommended medication for depression that also helps address sleep. I was looking for another option and found it! Dr. Silva was caring, knowledgeable and actionable. I started a reset plan and within a couple of weeks my sleep was solved (8+hours a night). Mood obviously better and eye twitching/palpitations (from sleep stress) gone. The protocol was a game changer. Grateful for the care received from Dr. Silva and her team.

Dr. Selene, Nadia, Emily and Natalia are all very caring and friendly! Their dedication to helping you feel better is amazing. This is the only place I have ever been where I have felt that I am their most important patience and that our health is more important to them then how much money they are making.Am very glad that we ended up going to Modern Point Acupuncture.

Dr. Selene, Emily, and Nadia have been so welcoming and yet so professional in my treatments. I sought out modern point to help with infertility. My husband and I had been trying to have a family for 4 years. I did all the medical stuff and even lost 60 pounds. I heard positive things about acupuncture and it seemed to be worth a try. I was skeptical but I started in March 2021. By the end of April I was pregnant. Dr. Nicky was wonderful the whole time and shared so much knowledge and was always in an upbeat attitude. The whole clinic is amazing. I have recommended others here and will probably be back for future services!

I went to Modern Point for treatment on my knee. I run and play a lot of tennis and knee pain was starting to interfere with those activities. After about 8 sessions, my pain was gone. Dr. Selene is wonderful. She takes the time not only to listen, but to also ask questions. The sessions are so relaxing. I fall asleep almost every time!

Both are extremely professional and have really helped me take a proactive approach to my health by preventing migraines rather than treating them with medications after getting one.

Acupuncture an excellent treatment for a wide variety of other illnesses and conditions. Several years ago I visited Modern Point Acupuncture, and continue treatments as needed. Accupuncture has helped me greatly with lower back pain, menopause, anxiety and stress. Today I had an amazing Shiatsu massage. Everyone at Modern Point Acupuncture cares about their clients. A friendly, professional, knowledgeable, caring group. Experience and embrace a healthy alternative. My every day functioning has greatly improved.

I love this place. The staff is wonderful, they are very cautious about COVID-19 restrictions while still offering an extraordinary quality of care. I have been visiting for a month to help deal with a chronic back problem that I have had since giving birth to my youngest. Within weeks, I have seen enough improvement that I am already able to better keep up with the kids and neighbors at the bus stop and around the house. I cannot recommend Dr. Nicky highly enough - shes practical, friendly, and efficient. CHECK. THEM. OUT.

My experience with Moderpoint Acupuncture has been outstanding.  I was treated by Nicki.  She has a warm and fun personality as well as a vast amount of knowledge.  Her passion for what she does is refreshing since I have been to many other acupuncturist where it is lacking. She truly wants to get to the root of the problem and get you pain relief.  I came to her with a severe antibiotic resistant sinus infection accompanied by chronic migraines.  After one session the pain went down drastically in my face and the migraines were improved.  After about two months of one or two appointments/week the migraines and sinus issues were gone and I was off all medications.  I would highly reccomend anyone to her, she is amazing at her craft.  Finding Mondernpoint Acupuncture has been such a blessing!

Patient be ware … Dr was nice … BUT … they require 1000 dollars UP FRONT for 10 sessions or 250 for one session. I’ve never done acupuncture before. Taking advantage of vulnerable patients in pain is NOT a good look. Wow. What a scam. People should be informed up front PRIOR to coming for the appointment. Shameful.

I have used modern point acupuncture’s services on and off for years. I came back a few months ago with back pain that wasn’t responding to chiro, heat or cold treatments...it was nagging and affecting my interests. Seth took time to listen to me and asked questions. He recommended stretches I could do between visits. The acupuncture treatments were supplemented with stim and massage...after a few treatments I began to feel improvement and today I have never felt better...

Did acupuncture with Nicky at 36 weeks pregnant in an attempt to get my 3rd baby who was breech to flip. Not only was Nicky able to sneak me in and work with my schedule but she got baby to go head down and I avoided a c-section! Super easy to work with, highly recommend!

Ive been a patient at Modernpoint Acutpuncture for more than 10 years and it is hands down the most effective treatment Ive found for maintaining my health and my entire well being! I use acupuncture to treat stress, anxiety, allergies, asthma, muscle aches and pains...it provides amazing relief! The staff is awesome and extremely professional.

I went to Dr. Nicky for sciatica pain and felt so much better after the first treatment. My whole body felt more relaxed right away and I even slept better! I’m so thankful that I found her!

Big Mistake, I went to MPA a few years back with a Groupon and had a very positive experience, I tried the other day to call and make an appointment but the phone went to the answering machine on first ring. I had to use a third party app to schedule a 60 minute appointment. When I showed I was told that they would have an examination and if time permitted a treatment at the end?? I stated I had made a 1 hour appointment for Acupuncture, well after the Heavy sales pitch that I needed 10 sessions for $1000 which I had to pay up front. Or Pay $250/Hr no thanks!!Response to Owners response; Youre completely missing my point. If youre going to charge premium fees you had better provide premium customer service. Good luck.

I have been treated by Josh for shoulder pain. He is extremely knowledgeable yet personable. His demeanor put me at ease for my first acupuncture experience. Ive now been 3 times. Ill be a faithful patient. His credentials are impressive!
