Her expertise as a physician is truly remarkable, and her genuine compassion for her patients is unparalleled. Dr. Hawkins and her dedicated staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure the highest level of care. Every interaction I have had with the staff at this office has been characterized by exceptional professionalism and kindness. I have had two surgeries in the past three months and have had a wonderful experience both times. I am so thankful I was referred to her by my gynecologist.

Absolutely Love this clinic and everyone who works here. Just had my fibroid surgery with Dr. De and it could not have gone any better. Her and her team prepared me for everything and she set me up for success on my healing journey after the surgery. They truly care about their patients and it shows. I wish they had a primary care office as well so I don’t have to go anywhere else. Thanks for everything!

I have to say firsthand, my visit for medical intervention and guidance at Fibroid and Pelvic Wellness Center of Georgia was above and beyond my expectations. Staff was helpful and insightful, despite my multiple requests for clarification and guidance on my medical needs.Dr. Hawkins was amazing and pleasant. Her bedside manners showed genuine compassion and concern for her patients.The office is clean, the ambience makes you calm and relaxed. I commuted 2.5 hours each way for service engagement. Im glad I found this practice; my previous provider allowed me to be in pain for months and minimized my concerns regarding my health. I had one visit at this practice and immediately felt heard, validated and offered options for medical relief.

I am in the process of looking for a new doctor for my fibroids because I will not be having surgery with this facility-- I am not comfortable. I went here at the recommendation of someone, but wish I hadnt. First once they finally took me to my assigned doctor--Dr. Davis, she didnt acknowledge me for at least 3 minutes when I sat in her office...literally on the other side of her desk. She just kept typing on her phone and computer. Not even a hello or greeting. Red flag #1. She finally acknowledged me and explained the different fibroid surgical procedures and we went through the rest of the appointment.I left feeling uneasy but said maybe Im just nervous. She referred me to get a MRI and it took her/the assistant a month to call to set up an appointment to discuss the findings after they got the results-- as a matter of fact I had to call them-- twice. Her medical assistant really wasnt that great either. When I called the first time, she said oh we got the results. Shell look at them later. Took 2 calls and portal messages to get the medication she wanted me to take called in and it still wasnt right. I had clearly told her I did not want to be on anything with hormones in it as I gain weight too easily from synthetic hormones. So based on that I am NOT comfortable having surgery with her. Especially anything considered major surgery. She just doesnt seem to care or be compassionate as a doctor although on M2M show she was completely different with Sweet Tea.

I saw NP Zondera Simpson and she was so kind. She addressed my issues and could not have been more caring.Everyone from check in to check out was so kind! Highly recommend this gem. So thankful Dr. Tailor referred me!

Absolutely love this office!!!!! The staff is fun and Nurse Simpson is my favorite always has a smile to welcome me. The office is so warm and makes me feel comfortable every time. My wait is never too long and I am in and out before you know it. The office manger Mrs. Sanders is also welcoming, she was kind and listen to my needs and took care of my issues. I truly trust this office with my medical care. Thank you for your time and care!

They were amazing! My last gyno appt was at a different clinic and had left some deep mental scars, so I came here so scared I was about to back out. But the staff and doctors were so amazing and were able to get the procedure done as quickly as possible. She even hugged me when I cried since I had worked myself up to a full panic attack and let me know that there was no rush to leave the room and I could leave when I was ready.All I can say is if youve previously had a bad experience at another clinic, go here.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience from start to finish. My initial consultation with Dr. De immediately made me feel comfortable and clear regarding which direction to go in for my care. The decision to have surgery did not come easily but every staff member (thanks to Amanda, Jessica, Keiangela!) answered my many questions, provided me with all the information I needed pre & post-op, and communication was always prompt. Fibroid Pelvic Wellness Center is the best women’s health clinic I have EVER been to! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and supportive. They literally treat you like family. I have been there many times from a check up to surgery, they helped me navigate it all. Every time I go, I have a great experience with each of the staff members, especially Amanda! She is amazing! She is not afraid to go the extra mile for patients! I cannot tell you how important it is to find a medical office where everyone ACTUALLY cares about You as a patient. But, this is the place! I have already referred several of my friends as well because you are not just a number here, ladies! You matter!

My name is Careen. And I have to say this was thee best decision I made to come to your offices! I was referred there by a family friend. I had already met wet another OBGYN but I wanted a second opinipn on all my options, and from brown doctors. The 25 min drive is well worth it. Everyone is so pleasant and very thorough! They prepare you in detail leading all the way up to surgery day and after!Everyone is also SO accommodating! Which is the reason for my review. My employer is very particular about my disability and LEAVE paperwork and everytime I needed them to fax over additional paperwork they were willing and so helpful which took a lot of stress away during my recovery! Dr. Davis was my initial surgeon but do to personal reasons Dr. De became my surgeon. The staff communicated this to me promptly. Both were very informative, explaining all options and outcomes. Day of surgery Dr. De and her team kept my family up to date and informed. I really appreciate Dr. De and all staff!Thank you all!

I have been a patient at this facility for almost 2 years. The staff members are always pleasant, and the office is never crowded. Everyone greets you with a smile, and professionalism is always noted. Jessica Sanders is definitely a jewel to have at this facility. If you have any questions or concerns about the procedures at the office, Jessica will definitely leave you with zero worries. 😃

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this womens clinic. When I arrived, I was told that my insurance would cover all the services. Based on this information, I did all the necessary tests, confident that my insurance would cover them. However, after a month, I did not receive any results; instead, I started receiving bills from various laboratories.When I tried to find out what happened, it turned out that my insurance had been invalid at that time. But I was unaware of this because the clinic staff assured me that my insurance was valid. This is a clear case of unprofessionalism and poor treatment of patients. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

So thankful I found the Fibroid and Pelvic Wellness Center of Georgia. I had fibroids for years and Ive been dealing with them but all of 2023 they gave me hell. So January 2024 I decided it was time to have surgery.I first met with the amazing nurse practitioner Z. Simpson. She was so nice, asked me a lot of questions and I felt like I was in good hands with her. I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy with Dr. De. I never had a major surgery before and I was scared to have surgery. I know three people that had surgery and they all had crazy experiences. Dr. De and Northside Hospital are top tier.April 19th, my surgery was very successful and the staff at the hospital took great care of me. I only used one pill for pain after I was discharged. After 2-3 days I felt like myself again, I was moving around like I didnt just have a major surgery. No more migraines, back, bladder or pelvic pain. Ive been telling family and friends about the team at Fibroid and Pelvic Wellness Center. Dr. Hawkins, thank you too! You have a great team!

My first visit to the fibroid and pelvic wellness center of Georgia for my annual was wonderful. The facility has adequate parking and the lobby is cosy and comfortable. The wait time after arrival was short and I only waited in the patient room for maybe 15 minutes. The attending was very kind and explained every step of the exam. My exam was quick (my appointment took less than 1 hr) and painless. Thank you to the staff and attending at this practice for making a sometimes nerve wracking experience feel comfortable and positive.

Dr. De is absolutely awesome and talented! She is professional and also very personable. She performed my surgery in Feb and I am absolutely sure that I choose the right doctor. All I can say is “Thank you”! I’ve been dealing with heavy menstruation, extreme cramps, and infertility for many years. I waited for a consultation with Dr. Hawkins for 5 months. The day of my consultation I was extremely excited and overwhelmed, not knowing what I was about to hear. First off, the office staff is very professional and amazingly knowledgeable. After speaking with Dr. Hawkins I knew in my heart that, this was the place I needed to be. She was interested in my story and also very supportive. I was given many options as to how I would like to proceed with the removal/reduction of my fibroids. I chose an option and we set an appointment. Dr. Hawkins is not just there to be there, she is sincere and really cares for her patients. During my surgery Dr. Hawkins checked for all complications and was able to do exactly what was needed in my favor. Surgery was last week and currently I’m still in the healing process, but I can already feel the difference. I’m happy, I’m free, and this surgery is my first step to getting my life back. I was referred here by a pelvic pain specialist. After many years of suffering from constant pelvic pain, extreme periods and many other symptoms I have finally gotten relief! I had visited several doctors over the years who disregarded my pain and did not believe me that I thought I may have endometriosis. Dr.De was amazing and diagnosed and excised my endometriosis via laparoscopy. I recovered quickly, and when I had an issue after surgery I was able to talk to her the same day. The office responded to my calls and message quickly and were great to work with.

Surgery date: January 27, 2024My experience with Fibroid and Pelvic Wellness was excellent! From my initial request for a consultation, the receptionists were quickly to respond and capture the appointment details. The online portal that they utilize for your patient chart is a plus (you can message, see appointments, see clinical notes, prescription history, etc.).My initial surgery was scheduled with Dr Ashley Davis, she was so welcoming and knowledgeable during our consultation. A few days before the surgery, I was informed that my surgery would instead be with Dr Soyini Hawkins. (Now normally this may cause someone to become anxious, to have your surgery performed by someone you haven’t met but not this time!). Everything was so perfect with my experience thus far that when Dr Hawkins called me and asked if I would be okay with her performing my surgery, I responded - That is absolutely fine with me!Days prior to surgery, I was given a surgery booklet that had every FAQ you could think of. I didn’t have any questions to ask because everything was outlined perfectly.On the day of surgery, Dr Soyini Hawkins was an absolute pleasure! As soon as she entered the room, I felt even more calmness. By her presence, I trusted her and knew I would be okay. It’s like she felt like my family that I already knew and the fact that she looked like me was a plus!My husband and I traveled 2 hours from Atlanta to be seen by the Fibroid and Pelvic Wellness team and I would do it all over again! I can’t say enough about this amazing team of women!!! I absolutely love Dr. Davis and team. I had suffered for years and seemed to get no relief. My first visit was god sent! As a 23 year old with intense, debilitating cramps and a series of lots of other symptoms, I have had many doctors and practitioners write me off as dramatic, drug seeking, or plain out crazy. That is until Dr. Davis.Dr. Davis not only believed my pain and all the things I’ve been going through but she made me feel normal, seen, and heard. I became a patient with Fibroid and Pelvic Wellness around June 2023.I had read good things about them and knew that I needed to have a surgery to have my fibroids removed after a long journey (5 years) of being told by many doctors that nothing was wrong with me despite the many symptoms I shared with them.So, when I met with Dr. Davis for the first time and she took the time to listen, EMPATHIZE, and explain the scans to me - I knew I found the right place!At the time, I was under 30 and had 20 fibroids (over half of them were very large). They weighed about 2lbs(weighed after the surgery), which was very large and heavy for fibroids. Overall, once Dr. Davis went through a detailed analysis of all my options for the fibroid removal. We decided together which option would be the best for me, which was the open myomectomy, since the fibroids were so large.After the decision, Dr. Davis and the staff at Fibroid Pelvic Wellness Center helped me through every step of the process. They followed up with me regularly. Also, if I needed them, they were always just a call away. I was not left in the dark on next steps or timelines. The whole staff was so friendly and very professional. But, most of all each and every person there truly cared about patients. This is so important! As women, we know we often have to advocate for our health and our bodies( as I noted earlier). So, to know that you have people on your side who will make sure you have what you need is truly a blessing!After the surgery, Dr. Davis checked in on me and gave me everything I would need to know as I went home. The surgery went very smoothly and Dr. Davis did an amazing work making the smallest incision possible to get the job done!As this was my first major surgery, I can say that not only did she do well with the surgery, she also had great bedside manners before and after the surgery.Now (2 months after my surgery), I am so happy that I had the surgery as I see such a large improvement in my life. I came here on the 14th and was treated so well by all the staff. I met with Zondera Simpson and she was very caring and made me feel heard. As well as Trameka Walker. After a messed up IUD i got placed at another practice here they were able to replace it and i felt no pain or discomfort. They really know how to make you feel comfortable. This is my new home for all my GYN needs. I arrived at my appointment and was serviced very quickly. The office was bright, fresh and well decorated. The front office staff was very welcoming, as this was my first visit. They emailed me the day before to setup my portal account and this allowed me to complete a lot of my paperwork in advance and speed up my check-in on my appointment day. Dr. De was awesome! She was very attentive and listened to all my concerns and questions. She provided her medical recommendations and ensured I had a good understanding of various procedures in order to make decisions on the next steps of my plan. She didn’t talk fast or rush me along. First I want to say the entire staff is amazing, from the front desk staff to the medical assistants. Dr. De is one of if not the best doctors I’ve interacted with. She is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. She performed my surgery and made sure I was well prepared for it in advance. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor and team. I’ve been suffering with my condition for close to 10 years and now I’m much better. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

My experience with Mrs.Zondera Simpson was great. She was VERY CARING AND ATTENTIVE. The positive reviews about her are spot on. She did not rush and you can tell that she loves her job. I was told about this practice via my Endometriosis Support Group on Facebook, and I have nothing but amazing things to say!! After having a less than pleasant experience with my first GYN and only being 19, it was really important for me to find an office that was comfortable for me. This office has the most comfortable space and you feel right at home, additionally their staff is exceptional! From on the phone, to in person, I’ve never had an unpleasant interaction. You also cannot beat that it’s women owned and the minority representation!!I have had the pleasure of having Dr. De as my doctor and she is brilliant! Not only is she very knowledgeable about Endo and other gynecological specialties, but she’s very personable and really looks at the disease from all angles. Endo is a journey and it takes multiple different routes to find relief, and I’m happy I found Dr. De to help me down the right paths. She performed my surgery on me and it was as smooth as surgery can be, she talked to my dad for a long time after and really made sure everyone in my family was educated about Endo as well. I really appreciate how kind she has been to not only me but my family and her bedside manner is unmatched. She truly cares about the patient, and is a brilliant advocate for women everywhere.Additionally, even the Hospital that my surgery was performed at (Northside Hospital ATL) was clean and professional! All the staff were kind and would help me with anything I needed. The facilities were clean and it was also a very private experience. I was able to have my own pre-op room and that helped calm my nerves a lot. They also do a good job informing your family of your progress along the way too.I’m so happy I found this practice as I will not be leaving! Dr. De and staff have exceeded all my expectations and left me feeling more knowledgeable and comfortable in my own body. I would highly recommend this Practice to any woman or young girl like myself who has been suffering in silence for too long.

I am a new patient at FPWCG and had an extremely pleasant experience. First, when I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was extremely nice and was able to schedule me right away. When I came in for my appointment, the front desk staff was professional, welcoming, and nice. Then I saw the NP Zondera Simpson for my annual exam. Ms. Zondera was so professional and took the time to listen my concerns, research what she could do for me (on the spot, on her computer), and was so efficient with the exam. I also followed up with her via email regarding what we discussed at the appointment, and she was very responsive. I highly recommend this practice and Ms. Zondera in particular.

I can’t say enough about how impressed I am! Clean, welcoming office, friendly and professional staff. Zondera Nelson is an outstanding practitioner- she is friendly, warm, funny, super knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing as she did it. She was patient with my questions and made me feel better about my health anxieties and concerns. I highly recommend!

I met with Dr. Davis for endometriosis, as she was recommended to me by a physician I trusted. During my first visit I provided Dr. Davis with pictures, pathology, and surgical report from my first endo surgery. She looked at the pictures and stated that the surgeon had done a great job and it looked like they got all the endo out. She told me it is possible that it could grow back but it was unlikely. She aggressively pushed birth control/an IUD. I had tried some methods of birth control in the past and did not feel the side effects were worth it as it did not relieve any pain for me. She did not perform a pelvic exam or order any other kinds of diagnostic test although I complained of worsening pelvic pain outside of my period. After the first visit with Dr. Davis I left with more questions than I came with and felt she truly did not care about me as a patient.The next visit I complained of the same pain and she asked did I want another surgery. At this point I had little trust in Dr. Davis as she didn’t seem invested in my case so I told her no. I knew if I was going to get another surgery I would need to find a surgeon more invested in me. After I declined the surgery she pushed the birth control again, I caved, I was desperate for any relief (chronic pain is h*ll on earth). I took the birth control for 3 months and the side effects were awful so I stopped taking it, I got no relief while taking it.I went back for another visit and complained of the same pain then Dr. Davis finally ordered an ultrasound. During that visit I told her I stopped taking the birth control due to the side effects. She offered to have me try a different kind which I declined because I could not deal with the side effects on top of all the pain I was having. She ordered it to my pharmacy “just in case” I changed my mind. Which I didn’t. She then offered me Orlissa. I have done research and know this drug works for some people as a band-aid approach to lessen pain but it also has a ton of side effects that I was not comfortable with. When I expressed this to Dr. Davis she became upset and said that those were my only options so I needed to decide what I wanted to do.I went to go get the ultrasound she ordered and got a message the results had come in with findings. I reached out to the office twice to try and get the results but I was unsuccessful. So I went back to the physician that recommended Dr. Davis and told her about my experience. She immediately apologized to me and said she would be more cautious about recommending her to patients in the future. She offered to read my ultrasound report so I had it sent over. Turns out I had complex cysts, they weren’t quite big enough to be removed but it was something that required follow up ultrasound. I’m glad I was able to get the results read about 3 weeks later by the physician I trusted.Fast forward, I recently had an excision surgery with a surgeon that only works with patients that have endometriosis and was truly invested in my case. When I had the consultation with this surgeon I provided the same pictures, pathology, and surgical report from my first endo surgery. They pointed out areas that they felt endo had been left behind from my first surgery. Turns out they were right! The first surgeon did a surface level excision and basically the endo grew back in the same area just way more aggressive. I had a nodule that was described as hard as a rock attached to my bowel. It was very close to invading it and then I would have needed a bowel resection. The surgeon said had the nodule been left for a few more years that I would have needed a much more extensive surgery. I’m so glad I listened to my gut and kept searching for the care I deserved. I just wanted to come on here to share my experience and I know that everyone will have a different experience (hopefully better than my own).

Beyond incredible! Trust me when I say it, incredible, professional and kind service all around. From my initial visit, throughout the process leading to my surgery, preparation, and post-surgery care has been outstanding and I am so deeply thankful for Dr. Ashley Davis. She made the process so smooth and was very supportive and helpful. She truly cares for her patients. I am highly selective of who I choose to care for me as my OBGYN and I found a gem. The center, the staff, the welcoming, clean environment, ease of parking is top notch.

I had to take the time to write this review for Dr. De not only is she AMAZING!! but she really took the time to take care of my 20 plus fibroids. I came in to see her on a Friday and was scheduled for surgery on the following Wednesday. She made sure I felt comfortable it was almost like she was a sister a family member. Dr. De took her time to explain the whole process and how and what she was going to do. This lady saved my LIFE. I had lost pints and pints of blood and she said no Maam this has to be resolved immediately. It has now been over a month and I feel better than I have in 15 Years. Thank You Dr. De and PLEASE DO NOT let me forget her staff which are AMAZING as well.

The office staff are truly outstanding, very through and make you feel cared for. Dr Davis hands down has been the best doctor I have ever worked with. She is very thorough explaining your opinions available. She performed a myomectomy on me and did the smallest incision to remove the biggest fibroids I have ever had. So now I have minimal scarring due to being in her care. Her post surgery care was great too as she was always available through their portal for my questions. Do not hesitate in using this practice as they really are phenomenal women and the best advocates for their patients and women’s health. .

This practice is amazing. They listened to my concerns and gave me real actionable options to rid my lifetime of endo and fibroids pain. Dr. Davis performed a hysterectomy in Dec, based on the options we discussed. Best decision and best practice I have been to. Today was my post op with Dr. De. Just as amazing as Dr. Davis. Again listened to my concerns and is running extra blood work to help find the answer. Go see them today if your gyno is saying you are too young, may change your mind about kids, or any other lame excuse they give to put you off from treatment besides birth control pills.

I was medically dismissed and gaslit for 16 years, I felt hopeless, until reaching Fibroid and Pelvic Wellness Center of Georgia! Let me give you a look at why this group is going to make any woman who has experienced severe or chronic pain feel seen, heard, understood, and sometimes downright loved.The staff: Every staff member has made me feel respected and heard from day one. Since I have been on a highly communicative surgery journey with this team for half a year now, I can say with certainty: not once have I felt rushed, ignored, or condescended to. Sometimes getting a call back can be smidge tricky, but thats genuinely because this team is busy doing incredible work for women all over the state. Keep calling, its worth it.The doctor: I saw Dr. Davis. She is straightforward, gentle, willing to listen, hungry for answers, and easy to talk to (she has a lovely, dry sense of humor that made me feel right at home). Her passion for medicine is palpable, she is not jaded in her approach to new information, her compassion made me feel safe throughout the process, and she validated my pain MANY times. She did not push when I told her I did not want to take certain medications (unlike ALL of my previous doctors). HER confidence gave ME confidence to take the plunge into surgery.Surgery prep: Dr. Davis offered up incredible pre-op doctor recommendations who also possessed great listening skills and respected me fully. My one wish throughout the process is that someone had gone over my pre-op packet with me (but theyve already rectified this situation and hired on a lot of new and equally kind-hearted staff members to handle this for future patients).The surgery: I was NERVOUS entering surgery, but it did not seem to phase Dr. Davis at all. No matter how scared I was, she remained calm, comforting, and respectful. She answered every tiny question I had without a shred of irritation. And for those of you who can feel the energy or vibes of people around you...the feeling when I entered the surgical room was so grounded in determination and love, I felt SAFE. After the surgery she had a thorough de-brief with my husband while I woke up and thoughtfully had him record the conversation so I could watch the video when I was ready. I will also note that her skill and precision are absolutely top tier and I would recommend her work as a surgeon to anyone who will listen.Additional: The biggest positive throughout my time with the FPWCG team is that this practice is willing to be wrong. In my 16 years of searching for answers I have found most doctors are not open to the concept that a patient knows themself best...but not Dr. Davis and her team. They let me lead my medical care. They listened, they respected me, and they treated me like a beloved family member in need. Dr. Davis told me she wants this practice to be a beacon of hope for women struggling...and man let me tell you...they truly are.If you were looking for a sign, this is it. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Drs. Hawkins and Davis are amazing people and surgeons. I have a diagnosis of endometriosis and fibroids and came to the Fibroid and Pelvic Wellness Center of Georgia to have my fibroids removed and endometriosis excised. I met with Dr. Davis first and she reviewed my complex situation and as an amazing doctor, she informed me that the best person in Atlanta to do my surgery was Dr. Hawkins. I have never met a doctor who would be humble enough to note their limits. That showed me Dr. Davis beautiful character. I really enjoyed my time with her and would have been fine with her completing my surgery if she felt she could. I have never had a doctor review my MRI images with me, most doctors review the radiology report only. She did! She took the time to explain to me why the best treatment plan would be surgery as we reviewed my options. She also did not try to push unnecessary drugs on me like a previous surgeon had.Dr. Hawkins completed my surgery, and she got it all!!! And it was A LOT!!!! My quality of life is so much because of her and I appreciate her for everything. Her bedside manner is unmatched. She wont rush you, she allows you time to ask all the questions you have, and she took pictures of everything she removed from my body. FULL TRANSPERANCY was important to me. She reviewed my surgical images with me and explained to me in detail what I was looking at and what was removed. I had quick access to her surgical notes and pathology reports so I could review everything that happened. I wish she was an OBGYN, because I want her to be my doctor still! When I asked her she said Hell no! I dont do babies! She and I broke up because I unfortunately dont need her anymore!If you need surgery or any other intervention, this is the team you need to see!

I have been coming to This doctors office since Dr. Johnson And even through the transition to Dr. Hawkins-new staff,the experience has been amazing. I feel so comfortable and at ease during my visits and get great feedback/ recommendations on self care routines at home. From the moment I met Dr. Ashley Davis it felt like we were old friends. My initial consultation was over an hour, 45 minutes of that was just us discussing my history and the reason I decided to see her. I left that consultation knowing that I was in excellent hands and decided to proceed with surgery. My procedure ended up being way more involved than anticipated and Dr.Davis handled it like the pro that she is. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and that is the same for the entire staff. I am now almost fully healed and doing very well thanks to Dr. Davis. I am very happy that I chose Fibroid and Pelvic Wellness.

I was a new patient and was sent out to have further scans, and mammogram done 45days ago. I sent a message via the patient portal, as well as left a verbal message because I had not received any follow up info from the doctor about my result. I sent a 3rd follow-up message on Oct. 2nd today is Oct. 6 and I still have not received a follow up email or call regarding my scans. Im a new patient and this is very concerning as the scans have findings on them. I guess I will have to have my family doctor take a look at the results for me and find a doctor that responds to emails, and/or follows up after labs, scans etc about ones results. I thought I found a clinic for black women but I was wrong. Women BEWARE ahead of time not to waste your time because this office doesnt care about their patients, the patients well-being nor the patients concerns. But they charged my insurance for a office visit. Im still back where I started confused and searching for the right obgyn.

Horrible experience! I booked to have an IUD insertion and the entire experience was awful. I had a consultation to discuss getting it before the actual appointment and when I asked about pain medication or numbing I was laughed at in my face. Extremely rude. At the appointment once I was in the room, I waited with the cover on me for about 45 minutes. Eventually the nurse practitioner came in and she was not helpful. I told her I had never been to a Gyno before so that she could maybe help me with what I should do, but nothing, she just expected me to know what to do which led to an awkward situation. Once I was lying down with my feet on those little pedals, the door swung wide open (which was in front of me btw) and another woman walked in. I was not told that anyone else would be in the room and overall I was very uncomfortable. When I got startled and closed my legs, the two woman laughed at me. Again, extremely rude. Right before the IUD insertion, another woman came in who was apparently a student (who again, I was not told about) (I also want to say, I have no problem with other people being in the room for any reason needed, as long as I am told and they knock before swinging the door open) the insertion was awful and once it was over I asked if there was anything else I needed to know and the nurse said no and sent me home. (I didn’t ask specifically what to do and not to do because I blanked due to the pain) once I arrived home I realized that I wasn’t sure how to care for myself right after an IUD insertion. (Could I take a bath? Can I use a tampon for bleeding? How long should I wait before intercourse? Things like that) I tried calling their office and I was told that the nurse would call me back to answer my questions. I waited for 3 days and no call. (I did google what to do but it gave me a lot of different answers so I still wasn’t sure) I called the office again and was told that I would receive a call back, i didn’t within a day so I called again, on the third call I finally got my answers. I went to the follow up and I was told it looks good. Fast forward a few months later, I begin having problems, spotting, extremely bad cramping, pelvic pain. I booked with a different dr as I didn’t want to go back to this place and was told that not only did the nurse place my IUD WRONG, but also have me one that was far too big for me. (I am 19 and have never had kids and I was given the IUD that women who have had kids typically get) These complications caused so many unnecessary problems for me and put me through so much pain. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place, experience was awful, treatment was awful, there is no care or concern about customers, and the procedure was done incorrectly.

Im blessed to have found the fibroid and wellness center. In July 2022, I had my consultation with Dr. Hawkins. This knowledgable and phenomenal woman literally saved my life! I am 7 weeks post operative from having my hysterectomy, which was successful, and I feel AMAZING! Dr. Hawkins bedside manner was profesional and calming. My overnight nurses were kind, helpful and made me feel very comfortable.In the last 5 years, my uterus was consumed with adenomyosis, endometriosis,and fibroids. I cried everyday leading up to my hysterectomy. My husband kept telling me that Im in great hands. Even my husband trusted Dr Hawkins expertise and knew Id be well taken care of.Thank you dr. Hawkins and your ENTIRE STAFF for listening to me, advocating and showing all the compassion in the world during this experience. Veronica, thank you for all your support from day one.I never doubted my intuition and my spirit knew Dr.Hawkins was the surgeon I so desparately needed. My fear wasnt abnormal, yet my faith in the most high was stronger. Dr. Hawkins is absolutely amazing! She is confident yet humble and down to earth. Her staff is so professional, warm, and efficient. To make a long story short I was first diagnosed with two fibroids back in 2014. My menstrual cycles were already really bad but as the years progressed my periods became heavier, longer, painful, with uncomfortable pelvic pressure. Fast forward to 2021 one of my fibroids had grown to the size of a grapefruit. The only option presented to me was an open abdominal myomectomy with no chances of having a vaginal birth which was a major issue since I am still young, no children yet, and wanted to preserve my fertility. I was in the process of moving back to Georgia and after a detailed google and Instagram search for a MD who specialized in fibroids I came across Dr. Hawkins. I first met her in September of 2022 where she took the time to really listen and take note of my medical history. My follow up with her after she ordered a MRI revealed that I actually had 5 fibroids but I was shocked when she said that she could get them all out using a robotic laparoscopic approach. I decided to schedule my surgery with her September 2023. My husband who has a distrust with medical providers came with me to my pre-op. After leaving the appointment he said that he really liked and respected Dr. Hawkins and he felt at ease knowing that I was in good hands. I ended up having a total of six fibroids all removed laparoscopically! Even though this was my first major surgery I have never felt so prepared and calm going into it and coming out of it. I am still in the healing process but at six weeks post op I am truly feeling better than I expected. I knew I was anxious at times and had a lot of questions but Dr. Hawkins and her MA Veronica never made me feel dumb, annoying, or rushed. This experience has been such a breath of fresh air. I cannot thank Dr. Hawkins and her staff enough for the care they provided me.

Completely ridiculous. I was placed in a room for almost 2 hours. Appointment was at 2:15 and they placed me in a room since 2:00 and nobody came in except at last minute when it was almost closing. Completely unacceptable.

Only regret is that I didn’t call this office sooner. Dr. Davis is very personable and made me feel very comfortable. She explained all the options available to me. The online portal makes it easy to get in contact with her and she is responsive. Ladies don’t wait!

Nurse Z is the nicest NP I have ever met. She is funny, makes you feel comfortable and just has the best bed side manners. The front desk lady was super nice and welcomed me in. So glad to have finally found a great office for my annuals. 🩵

Lifesaver. Literally. Eternally grateful. Her bedside manner is impeccable. Her staff is also AMAZING. Dr. Hawkins explained all of my options and listened to me and what I wanted. I told her I wanted to have kids and she honored that, until it wasnt possible. She then performed the next best minimally invasive surgical process so I could recover promptly and have an overall better health outcome post surgery. I had a total robotic laparoscopic surgery on 3/31 and Im just realizing how much life shes given me back. Post surgery, shes still been just as amazing. We need to clone and protect her. Grace to Dr. Hawkins. My recovery is going well. Dont wait. You have more options the sooner you act.

Everyone in this facility was very nice front start to finish. It was my first time in the gynecologist and Dr. Simpson (correct me if I am wrong) was VERY nice and professional. She gave me the best advise and seemed to care a lot about my well being. I will definitely be holding this location with this doctor and her assistants because of how they welcomed me. Dr. Hawkins is beyond amazing and truly cared about me as a patient and a human being. She has a bedside manner that is very heartwarming. She performed my myomectomy in 2021 and she is a true God-send. Over a year after my surgery she still responds with detailed and thorough responses to my questions.Because of her level of care and compassion I decided to switch my routine annual exams to her office.I was seen by Dr. Davis on 2/7/23 and I immediately felt her energy was off. It was extremely subpar compared to Dr. Hawkins. With Dr. Davis, I felt like another patient she wanted to check off her list and keep her day moving. I was thoroughly disappointed. Even after messaging about the upload of my results, her response was short. There were flags in my results posted and she didnt even bother to discuss those with me. Also I was appalled that when requesting a prescription for a yeast infection she messaged that I would have to be tested for a yeast infection at an office visit. (Normally simple things like a yeast infection or BV, my previous doctor would just call the prescription in to my pharmacy.) Unfortunately I will be on the look for a new steady gynecologist because Dr. Davis bedside manner is the worst I have experienced from any doctor (even when my previous doctor failed to diagnose my fibroids). I wish I could have Dr. Hawkins to perform my annual exams, unfortunately her time is best devoted to the miracles of her fibroid surgeries and superior bedside manner.

It has been a blessing to find Dr. Ashley Davis. I spent the last ten years visiting doctors who had a wait-and-see approach to my condition or who downplayed my symptoms. Then I went to Dr. Davis, and she not only heard me and believed me but also offered solutions to my issue. First let me say I’m a person that’s not big on doctors at all. I believe in natural healing and herbs. I had fibroids that I had controlled the pain naturally for a long time because I didn’t want surgery. One day from a MRI I realized my fibroids was causing damage to my kidney due to a block from the size the the fibroids. At that point surgery became a necessity. I did my research before choosing Dr. Hawkins and she did not disappoint. She was knowledgeable, attentive, caring, patient, understating and relatable. She didn’t explain things to me in medical terminology that I had to go research she explained everything in a way that I could understand. The surgery was a success, very minimal scars. I did have a fever at home after surgery. When my daughter and I called the office and left a message Dr. Hawkins herself called back immediately on a Friday night after hours. This woman was phenomenal from our very first virtual appointment. She loves what she does and it shows by her actions. I’m pleased with every part of the process from the beginning to the end. Her nurse is also the absolute best, always friendly and pleasant. They make you feel like you’ve been knowing them forever. I didn’t have much interaction with Dr. Davis but I know she did assist with my surgery and my surgery was a success. I just want to publicly say I love Dr. Hawkins and I’m overjoyed that I had the pleasure of her being my surgeon.

I came in to see Dr. Nidhi De for a second opinion and boy was I satisfied. As soon as she entered the room I felt comfortable. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. She is very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and hopeful with my upcoming surgery. I wish she could be my all purpose doctor.

Its taken me 4 months to write this review, but charge it to my head not my heart. Dr. Davis and Dr. Hawkins (whom I met briefly) are the epitome of what black women with pelvic issues are searching for. Were all in the same boat searching for truth, empathy and expertise. I came to their office looking for one thing and I ended up leaving with more information than I ever hoped to have. From the time I was introduced to Dr. Davis and the office staff they were nothing short of thorough and patient. I had huge fibroids and needed a Myomectomy and she walked me through the pre-op preparation step by step. From day one up until my surgery completion and beyond they answered every question, they delivered on every promise, they dotted every I, and crossed every T. Every doctor and nurse they are affiliated with is also knowledgeable. I have no complaints. Dr Davis did my surgery and I give it five stars++++++. It was my first surgery ever, and the post operation pain management was stellar (STILL waiting on these killer C- section pains 4 months later☺️). She saved my uterus and I will forever be a patient of hers. Save yourself and your womb more years of struggle. Call them! Sometimes your hero is wearing scrubs not a cape. 🙏🏽

Dr. Davis and her team are wonderful. Paula is extremely attentive and I can not remember a time where I have called and was not answered quickly, sent to voicemail. She is always sweet and welcoming and as attentive as she can be! Dr. Davis is extremely sweet! She listens to patients and she makes sure she to touch base on all your concerns! She is attentive, prompt and responds to messages quickly! I have endometriosis and I genuinely feel that I am in good hands with her!

Dr. Davis did my surgery. She is so sweet and understanding. When it came time for surgery, I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in good hands! The rest of the staff has always been very helpful, kind, and quick to return phone calls and emails. I definitely recommend this place for anyone dealing with fibroids and havent been able to find relief any place else.

After the wonderful reviews I gave this place a try and I was VERY EXCITED to visit. Although the news was not something I personally wanted to hear, I at least thought at the very least Dr. Ashley would have some bedside manners, The delivery was very unprofessional and dry. She even apologized for not being empathetic. I do not care how good your service is as a doctor, it is just common decency to be a little softer especially when you work in what could be a sensitive environment. I would not recommend this practice.

Ive definitely found my OB/GYN. I love this office! The staff is amazing, the wait time is great (under 15 minutes), the processes are streamlined, and everything is so seamless. I appreciate the intentionality put into this location, and as a black woman, I feel well taken care of by nurse practitionerZondera Simpson and her team - which has not always been the case in my experience. I highly recommend this location to any and ALL women - for sure!

The first time I met Dr. Davis was because of an abnormal pap I had with my PCP. She thoroughly explained the pap results to me and made me feel incredibly safe. After that, I got an IUD in her office, and just like the first time the whole process was smooth and easy, and so were my follow-up appointments. Recently I experienced some issues that I thought could be addressed with her, when she first entered the room she seemed to be frustrated at something and I get it, we all have bad days. Her first question was, So what is going on? My reply was How are you Dr.?. I guess the greeting portion does not matter as much but what happened after we discussed what could be wrong and she ruled out any discrepancies with my IUD, I did not say a thing, I was quiet and trying to process the understanding of someone telling you everything looks fine when you dont feel fine. Again, I had not said a single word when she said Okay let me ask you this: What would you like me to check for? To test for? What is it that you would like me to do? I had not even expressed my mind and she was already being defensive. I just raised my shoulders confused while my eyes started to water and said I dont know.At the end of the visit, there was no real conclusion to my issue, I felt unheard, unaddressed, and unseen by someone I once felt safe with. I left the office upset and disappointed. This makes me sad, but I would not recommend going to go see Dr. Davis.

I had the absolute BEST experience! I had received a papsmear one other time by my primary doctor that I had at the time. It was extremely painful & I dreaded having to do the procedure again. I finally mustered up the courage to get it done because I was way overdue. I had been told that I should go to a gynecologist. I found this place & it had raving reviews so I went for it. ZONDERA SIMPSON did my exam & when I say she was AMAZING! Her bedside manner...her ability to put me at ease... she had me laughing...I instantly felt comfortable with her !!! She talked me through the process & when I say it did not hurt yall!!! 10 out of 10!!! Highly recommend!! Absolutely LOVE!!!

I had a great experience today with Dr. Hawkins! Oh my goodness, not only does she look like me, she spoke to me the way I need to be spoken to. She answered all my questions and gave me all the information I need. I wish she could be my gynecologist but I do feel comfortable that if she were to do my surgery I would be in great hands. Highly recommend! And all the other women in there were black, I loved it!

This was my first annual checkup and pap in over a year. I’d always dreaded papsmears because it was painful in the past. Nurse practitioner Simpson was so nice and gentle, and she told me that you should never have inflicted pain with papsmears. It was quick, easy, and painless including the bloodwork I got done after. They truly care about the comfortability and well-being of their patients. Would highly recommend!

Words cant describe how great Dr. Hawkins and her staff are. I remember the first appointment I was so nervous and scared because I didnt know what to expect. Jessica made me feel very comfortable along with Dr. Hawkins. I felt as if I was hanging out with my girlfriends discussing surgery on my fibroids. Dr. Hawkins took the time to explain everything about the surgery, answered questions through email and I was able to talk to her like 45 minutes on the phone. I knew I was in good hands. As time grew, closer for surgery my anxiety begins to go through the roof. I will call almost every other week and ask questions pertaining to surgery and Jessica was always polite and nice made sure I was taken good care of even up to hours before the surgery. The day of surgery Dr. Hawkins bedside manners were wonderful from meeting with my family and me. My family enjoyed the fact Dr.Hawkins came out to talk to the family about my conditions and kept them posted. Even after surgery during my recovery time at home, Dr. Hawkins made herself available for questions or concerns. I could not ask for a better doctor and staff to take care of me. Dr. Hawkins gave encouraging words through sharing her story with me. Did I mention this all took place during the holidays!! Dr. Hawkins listen to her patients and provide the best level of care for them. I ran into a small problem after my six weeks appointment with my HR department. Dr.Hawkins and Jessica were on it within minutes. If you need any reproductive surgery this is the place to go!!! I cant thank Dr.Hawkins and her staff enough!!! Dr. Hawkins is the best!!!

I had a first time appointment with Dr.Zondera Simpson and I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars for a review! I have a long been left traumatized from multiple bad experiences and bad doctors throughout my life and I came into this appointment absolutely terrified. Dr.Simpson and I believe her assistant we’re very gentle, walked me through everything step-by-step and comforted me even as I was breaking down into tears due to fear. If any other women have the same fears as I do from being mistreated by doctors, I HIGHLY suggest coming in to see Dr.Zondera. I cannot say my fear of hospitals and doctors is gone, however she helped me regain some trust today 🥰 Thank you

I’ll just share my experience and then you can decide to go on your own. I just stopped taking birth control about 3 months ago and my primary doctor recommended I see a Obgyn if i was ready to have kids. Ironically my cycle did not come that month but it was coming on regular prior. When I can for my first appointment this lady walked me into room and asked me why I was coming in, I let her know what was going on and her response was “you need to go see an infertility doctor she’s just going to tell you that”… that comment made me extremely emotional bc I’m here to eventually have a child and you throwing out words without even running tests and on top of that i had just missed one period… Zondera Simpson spoke to me and asked a few questions. Then started throwing out more words like PCOS, she ran some blood work and it came back with high AMH, so she referred me to get a ultrasound to see if I had PCOSor anything was going on.. I took the exam on Thursday morning, I got an notification the results came back on Saturday.. I waited for Zondera to reach out.. she eventually messaged me on Tuesday to come in to check my beta levels… (it’s like they have no sensitivity) she did not say anything about exam results or what beta levels were. Everything I had to just look up on my own. Today when I went to my appointment she shares the ultrasound came back normal and she believes I have PCOS and should get back on birth control. Every test I did came back normal, the ultrasound diagnosis Pcos, but it came back normal so how do you believe I have pcos. Her words were I would bet 8.5 out of 10… then the reason I came in was to have kids so why would I get back on birth control.. Then I shared weird pains in certain areas and she did not touch on them then she said my situation is unusual.. Telling me to get on birth control just bc my period was coming on the regular does not do anything for me. It’s a temporary fix. Horrible to see a lot of doctors push birth control on females to fix a problem instead of looking at individuals as individuals. I purposely looked for a black doctor that would help me. Then after that conversation of her talking about pcos and birth control she says she still wants to test my beta levels to see if I could be pregnant. Awaiting the results now.. but it is just crazy to see how doctors operate when it comes to birth control. And then women that have a little harder process getting pregnant and having cycles. After I get the results, I will not be returning.

I highly recommend this practice! The entire staff is super friendly and professional. Dr. Davis is amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. I can never thank Dr. Davis and staff enough for how much they have helped me!

After searching for a doctor who would believe me about my pain for over 10 years, I finally found it in the Fibroid and Pelvic Wellness Center. The entire clinical team is nice and caring about your issues. Dr. Davis is amazing and helps every step of the way and answers any question you have and makes sure you understand all of your options. Highly recommended.

Dr. Hawkins is such a great advocate and surgeon! Her and Dr. Davis are giving me a second chance and becoming and mom! They are patient and kind and continue to check and make sure you are doing well. She gave me all my options, and even a print out all my options and the brake down each procedure. I had my procedure . Even before my surgery she check on me and made sure everything was going well . Even afterwards my procedure told my aftercare. Black women look no further a better specialist when come fibroids and endometriosis.

Dr. Davis did an AMAZING job for my open myomectomy surgery!! When I first met Dr. Davis and she told me I needed surgery, I was a wreck. Extremely scared because I had a previous simple outpatient surgery of removing my gallbladder, which turned into a life threatening situation. Because of that past trauma, I was scared to have the fibroid surgery. Dr. Davis made me feel extremely comfortable during my routine visit, my many followup questions/concerns, and leading right up to the minutes before surgery. Her response time is impeccable! I have already begun referring friends/family her way. Im 6 weeks post surgery, no complications, no pain and cleared for regular activities. I was living with a monster (fibroid). Wasnt even able to lay on my stomach and would have random shots of pain. Now, I feel much better! Thank you to Dr. Davis and the team at Fibroid and Pelvic Wellness Center!

I was pretty disappointed with my last visit. For years, I’ve had painful cycles, my cramps literally debilitate me. for the past year, my hair has been shedding excessively and at night I wake up from night sweats. I was sent to do an ultrasound, I was essentially put in a room for 10 minutes and told nothing was wrong. The doctor then proceeded to and even said herself, bully me into getting a IUD. As always, birth control seems to be the answer to everything instead looking into the real problem. I am still suffering from these symptoms yet not one doctor seems to listen.

Dr. Hawkins has been a blessing to find. As someone under 30 with a severe case of endometriosis, Dr. Hawkins is the only doctor Ive been to that actually listened to my pains/troubles and agreed to the surgery I requested for this pain. My surgery with Dr. Hawkins and her team recently was very successful and confirmed that it was absolutely needed despite my younger age. If you have endo, dont wait and listen to others saying you need to be over 35 to do anything. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Dr. Hawkins; I can guarantee it is worth it!

I wish I could give more than 5 Stars! From Jessica the office manager to Dr. Hawkins, this team is WONDERFUL!Before seeing Dr. Hawkins, I had been to 3 different gynecologists. All told me the same thing: your fibroid is too big to remove laparoscopically and you might as well have a hysterectomy.I was not ready to do that so I kept searching. I found Dr. Hawkins name recommended multiple times in a Facebook group dedicated to fibroids. I think someone referred to her as a “uterus saver”, which is a perfect description!My first appointment was virtual and maybe 10 seconds in I knew I was in the right hands. Dr. Hawkins is so personable and knowledgable. She answered all my questions and I was immediately at ease.The surgery and recovery were shockingly easy. The trouble I had was actually holding myself back from doing things because I felt so good.Being able to have this procedure has drastically improved my quality of life. I really appreciate how Dr. Hawkins listens and spends time with me. In doing so she nearly saved me from a worse outcome of uterine cancer, but taking what I discounted as getting old, she was proactive! For several years I had suffered the pain of fibroids that progressively got worse. I had a consultation with Dr Hawkins and really liked her. She told my I would need to have a hysterectomy but that it would be done laparoscopically. I thought I should get a second opinion. I went to a very experienced and renowned gynecologist and she told me that because of the location of my fibroids, there was no way it could be done laparoscopically, she would have to cut me open. I was encouraged by my family to have the surgery done by this doctor but I kept thinking about my conversation with Dr Hawkins. She reassured me that in her many years of experience, she has not had to cut anyone open. I had never had surgery before, so I was very reluctant, especially during these Covid times. But I decided to have Dr Hawkins and Dr Davis do my surgery. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made! They were incredible. My surgery went fantastic and my recovery was even better. I feel like a new woman! I can not recommend Dr Hawkins and Dr Davis enough. They are the dream team!

I was a first time patient and the staff could not be more welcoming! In fact when I called up to make my appointment the receptionist was very friendly. I really like Dr Hawkins. She was friendly and put me at ease. I was early for my appointment and I was taken back to the exam room right away. My appointment was at 11:30 and I was out of there about noon. Dr Hawkins did not rush but took her time to get to know me. I was thoroughly pleased.

When I say The Absolute Best Gynecologist and Fibroid specialist!!! Before coming to Dr. Davis I had avoided going to the gynecologist because of so many horrible experiences. Dr. Ashley Davis is amazing! I absolutely love this doctor. I went to her after being diagnosed with fibroids and a 10cm cyst. She really cares for her patients and listens. This is very important in any doctor/patient relationship. She performed my surgery (which was pretty bad) removing the cyst and fibroids. My surgery took 5 hours! She took her time and tried to make things as best as possible given my situation. After surgery, I learned I have endometriosis. Along with PCOS, it causes lots of issues. Infertility, inability to lose weight easily, painful periods, and risk for diabetes (PCOS). Dr. Davis is a God send. She is my Angel!!! This is one of the first times I did not walk out a doctor’s office in tears. You can tell from her humility that she really is a good person !!! She is an equally as good doctor. I had to two huge fibroids sitting on top of my uterus and I was apprehensive about the procedure of having them removed. Dr.Hawkins and Dr.Davis did an extraordinary job of reassuring me that everything will be alright and now I feel so much better. My surgery was a success and I knew I was in good hands. Dr.Hawkins and her team are the best in the game.

I have only been a Patient at this office for two months and they are the absolute worst. They never answer the phone. I went to the ER last week On Wednesday and was told to follow up with my obgyn for one of the Diagnosis I had. I have been calling the office for days. On Tuesday I got a call after 4:30pm by Angie asking what I left a voicemail at the office for I advised a follow up for the ER visit and some paperwork that my job needs filled out. Angie told me I may not have to set up an appointment and she would call me back to let me know what I need to do. She never did. The next day which was Wednesday my mom went up to the office on my behalf just to have the paperwork signed and the office staff and Dr.Davis were very very rude to her. She was told it was unacceptable for her to come into the office and the doctor was aware no one called me back yesterday. She also went along to say SHE DOESNT BELIEVE ANYTHING IS WRONG WITH ME. What type of professional medical provider says that. Just because you can’t locate the issue I have doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. I recommend a family member who is expecting to come to this office and I made sure to tell her to go else where. If patients are treated the way I was this office won’t be open for long. I should have known Dr.Davis didn’t care when I told her I was taking multiple Tylenol’s a day to help with my pain and she said that was fine. Save your energy and stress level and find another provider. Update Update : The head of the practice Dr.Hawkins left a comment about my experience that is false I have not been to the office because I am never able to get in contact with anyone. What happened between my mom and the staff has nothing to do with me and I was unaware of what was Discussed BECAUSE I WASN’T THERE. As your patient and as a medical provider you should have reached out to me or at least returned my phone calls. Your 18 reviews doesn’t give the company a good look when you have been open since 2016. No further comment is necessary but I will let others know to avoid your office in the future.

I must say…. They exceeded my expectations! The office is nice and clean! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, AND professional! I saw Dr. Z. And she was AMAZING!!!! Since Dr. Johnson retired, I needed to find a new GYN. This place took over for Dr. Johnson so I decided to see Dr. Davis. Front desk staff is nice & efficient as always. Although Dr. Davis was nice enough, I didnt really feel like she listened to some concerns I had about my health. Im not even sure that she looked at my previous health records from Dr. Johnson. Her responses to my questions were very quick and vague. Also my blood work results came back whacky. Only reason I found that out is because I had to log into my portal and check. I never received a call or notification that my blood work was reviewed. Although I am concerned about my blood work results, she said that it is of no concern. She didnt really expound on if I should f/u with a PCP/specialist or repeat blood work. Unfortunately, I am not sure that I will come back. I just didnt feel that patient-provider connection with Dr. Davis.

I wish I could give a lower star. Im not sure if theyre trying to avoid me but they have reschedule my appointments 3-4 different. First time I walked in the Nurse of Dr. Davis left my entire door open and read out loud my list and why I came in for. I heard someone laugh outside and I felt unsafe. Respectfully I asked to close the door and she scoffed at me. This is not the place Id wanna come to. Dodging my calls and not honoring my appointments its been 3 months waiting to be seen.

When I went to see Dr Hawkins, I instantly knew she was the Dr for me. I was referred to her by my Aunt. I had a Open Abdominal Myomectomy done December 8, 2017. The Dr that did the procedure completely dropped the ball.After suffering for 6 months, I was at my wits end. I had a consultation with Dr Harkins. From the staff to meeting with Dr Hawkins was awesome.Dr Hawkins listened to my concerns, she even picked up on what the other Dr didnt. She was able to tie in everything I had gone through with the current problem. She came up with a plan of action and the result she was expecting.Did I mention she studies,Fibroids?! That means she already knows the problem she is dealing with like she knows the back of her hand. I explained to Dr Hawkins, that the previous Dr, some how missed a fibroid (7.1 cm x 4.7 cm x 5.1 cm)😏🤔 . I explained to her that I had been calling the previous Dr expressing my concern, my discomfort level. To no avail the previous Dr didnt care. I was unable to return to work.I was so upset about the last Dr, I had counted other Drs out.Dr Hawkins, told me we would give the other Dr the benefit of the doubt, she was going to handle it. She was going to make sure I get to where I should have been 3 months ago (I seen Dr Hawkins in April); and I will be having those babies I wanted. She too had the same problem and surgery I had. Her testimony was her beautiful bundle of Joys she had. You cant tell me that wasnt, God, when you have a Dr that can speak into your life and can relate to you. There is no way you could go wrong.the whole process was a breeze, June 26,2018 was date of my surgery. She stopped by pre-op and spoke with my husband, my family and myself to explain the whole procedure. Her whole operation staff was awesome, loving and caring.When in surgery she ran into complications; being the true Professional she is and a woman of, God. She was able to turn a bleak and uncertain situation to a beautiful outcome.Not only did she follow know me all the way through surgery, she checked in on me everyday. She even communicated with me via email with the help of my family during and after my hospital stay. She has a great understanding of her patients and awesome bed side manners. Drs can take notes from her.Just imagine how many women like myself, Drs are quick to give a hysterectomy, instead of taking a few minutes study or learn the patient. Dr. Soyini Hawkins was truly amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience and care for my robotic myomectomy. I had about 3 other consultations before finding her and I’m so glad that I did. From the knowledge, to the patience, thoroughness and gentleness she was more than I could’ve asked for.

I have to start with WOW/Awesome/Amazing!!!Not understanding at first what was going on with my body, was very uncomfortable to say the least. However when a friends mother heard about Dr Hawkins and wanted me to look into her; I quickly did my research and then emailed her . Due to Covid this year, I have had a lot of bumps along the way from my own OBGYN and doctors; BUT that still didnt stop her from contacting me and to ensure she could help me. Also to let me know I was NOT ALONE with my dealing of fibroids.Her team/staff has been amazing also; with the assistance and just helping me to understand what to expect with the process etc. At times, I felt I was a bother because I just like to be sure and understand with the specific questions I may have had. All I had to do was email the team and they was right there to assist.I cant thanks Dr Hawkins and her WHOLE team enough for what they have done for me with this fibroid (life) journey. They have been a shoulder to cry on and again their continuous help along the way.THANKS a million times over...

I called today 1/25/21 to reschedule my appointment time. I am a full time nanny for a 3 year old and when I inquired about bringing her in I was told that they would not see me. They stated that it was because of the pandemic. The worst part is that I’ve been having some serious issues that I want to get examined, as it is causing me a lot of discomfort. The child is 3 years old and wears a mask. The front desk lady told me that it was “going to be a problem” if I brought the child, although I informed her that the child’s parents are in a different country and that it was just me taking care of her. She showed no sympathy and was extremely rude and condescending. When I asked her about what I should do about my issue, she stated that she didn’t know what to tell me. I will NEVER be coming back to this place, front desk staff is extremely rude and most places understand if you’re bringing a MINOR to an appointment, especially when you have no other means for child care. Not to mention, she had me speak with a clinical nurse by the name of Temicka. I left her a voicemail around 10:45AM today and I did not receive a call back until 4pm. When Temicka called me back she was friendly, but instead of figuring out a solution to get me examined, she immediately put me on a prescription medication and it was clear that she was trying to rush me off of the phone and was not listening to anything I was saying —- to the point where I felt too intimidated to express my concerns. It’s unfortunate because this place is very close to my house and convenient for me. After reading the reviews everyone seems to like this place. I have only dealt with this practice twice and both times my concerns were invalidated. I will NOT be coming back.

My journey started summer 2018 when i noticed my abdomen getting larger and larger. I knew i wasnt pregnant but I knew something was wrong. I went to see my Dr in October and found that I had a large mass. She referred me to a specialist for an ultrasound and biopsy. My gynecologist referred me to Dr Hawkins due to that mass being a large fibroid. I wanted another baby and was terrified that I would have to have a hysterectomy. I met with Dr Hawkins and broke into tears in her office. She was so kind and reassuring. I had a MRI done after meeting with her, completed my paperwork for surgery. The discomfort I experienced for months was all making sense. Swollen right kidney, not able to eat, bloated stomach, constipation, extreme fatigue and horrible periods. My surgery was scheduled for the end of Feb 2019 but due to the severity of my fibroid I was on a waitlist as well. An opening became available in Dec and I took it. I had an open myomectomy on Dec 12. The staff at Northside hospital were amazing. Dr Hawkins and her team were caring and knowledgeable. Dr Hawkins was able to remove my grapefruit size fibroid without any complications. She gave me a lidocaine pump which was a lifesaver and I didnt need to use any heavy pain meds. I went home my 2nd day, my recovery took about 6 weeks. I was up on my feet slowly walking week 3. For anyone putting off their fibroid surgery out of fear, I say to go ahead and do it. You will feel so much better after, my daughter even saw the glow in my face immediately after surgery. Its been 9 weeks and I feel great, my energy is up, my appetite is back, my stomach is gone. I highly recommend Dr Hawkins and her team and thank them from the bottom of my heart!

My OBGYN retired - Silvia Johnson. I decided to give it a try and saw Dr. Davis. I told them that when I urinated it was burning and collected urine, however, when I saw the Doctor for the first time, she diagnosed me with something else, gave me a different medicine and didnt even send my urine to the lab. I left 2 messages and no one returned my call. Until I was told to send a message via patient portal. My back was killing me and I was in some much pain, still suffering when urinating. After I received a call from Dr. Davis, come to find out that the urine that was collected was never sent to the lab. I told her that I was still in pain when urinating, and that my back was killing me. She had not given me medicine for UTI but for something else that I prefer not to include in this review. I decided to go to my PCP - Dr. Cook, she immediately gave me antibiotics for UTI after I gave her the same symptoms that I told Dr. Davis. They send the urine they collected to the lab and called me right away after the results were back. I was positive for UTI. I will not go back to this office. My first experience was so bad. I had to suffer for a week after 12/16 with a UTI just because the Doctor made the decision not to send the urine to the lab and she didnt take the time to listen to my symptoms and provided me with the correct antibiotics. She decided to diagnosed me with something else that I am so embarrassed even to mention in this review.

Dr Hawkins is very good, one of the best bedside manners i have seen with a MD. She takes her time and never appears to be in a hurry. I had just moved to Atlanta and was not familiar with any MDs here so thankfully I am in very good hands!!

After having many hurting aches and problems during my periods I finally found a doctor(Dr.Hawkins) who could help me. I am very grateful because after my surgery the problems were all gone I recommend this doctor 100% because of her knowledge and experience she makes you feel safe and she is very patience i don’t speak my English very well but she had a lot of patience towards me she’s an amazing doctor and specialist and the staff is very welcoming may god bless

I have not had my appointment yet, but they never answer the phone. I have called 9 times today alone, and 12 times yesterday. All at different times throughout the day with each call on hold for 10+ minutes, just to no be answered. All to confirm the time of my appointment.

Ive been in pain for 26 years after I had my son no one could figure out what the pain was Ive been to it gastroenterologist Ive been to a regular physician no one can figure out why I had this pain within 30 minutes of my visit they figured out I needed a hysterectomy after my procedure I feel great the pain was gone I wanted to do the holy Ghost stomp I love these ladies I love this clinic I recommend them to everyone thank you ladies

I was late for an appointment the lady made me sit for almost 2 hours waiting for the Dr to see me after so much waiting they come and tell me that they were doing me a favor the Dr is not going to be able to see me anymore.this is disgusting, yes I am late but you shouldn’t make me wait for so long when you know that.
