Dr. Turnbow cared for me during the entirety of my pregnancy and I have nothing but good things to say about her! The office staff always responded quickly to portal messages and phone calls.That being said, I didnt have the best experience during my emergency C-section. I felt the staff in the operating room were just trying to get the procedure over with and I felt like a burden in general. I understand it was later in the night, around 8:30, and I was scared and had several questions and they were all probably understandably tired, but I wish I had been met with reassurance and compassion instead of annoyance and what I can only describe as impatience.I appreciate them all getting my baby here safely, and my complaint doesnt extend to Dr. Turnbow at all (she was great,) but I wish the staff in the operating room had been a little more patient and informative during the unfamiliar and scary process. Thats the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Dr. Sontag is an exceptional doctor his expertise and compassionate care set him apart. I have been a patient for almost 10 years! I highly recommend Dr. Sontag and his nurse practitioners.

My sister had a miscarriage last night and they barely did anything to help where she felt safe n just left to bleed everywhere on the floor no medicine was giving they didn’t know how to put in a needle so they kept sticking her then went to the other arm… im so pissed she said the only reason she is not reporting is because of Mackenzie Clanton. We moved here from Ohio and from my experience and now hers This area of Florida literally the worst health care no concern for your patients. Then also making jokes about her being in pain while she was just bleeding blood but imma be calling

I loved Dr Duke. She was always amazing. Nurses were all quick to respond through the portal. But I did have one horrible experience with a mid-level. I really had to advocate for myself and I know that would of never happened with Dr Duke. Everything else was top notch.

Can’t ever get anyone to call me back to schedule a new appointment, had to wait about 1.5-2 weeks for a phone call back even though it says within 24 hours. I just moved to the area and I’m 22 weeks, they said they couldn’t see me until the end of June and to call other places since I need to be seen. Highly don’t recommend for new patients.

Dr. Sontag is a God send! Grateful for everything he was able to do for myself and my family. All staff was equally as excellent and am very grateful for all that they do on a daily basis.

Dr. Sontag is the best he takes his time and addresses any issues and doesn’t just treat you like another patient. He listens and cares. I highly recommend Dr. Sontag I promise you will not regret it!

Dr. Turnbow assures you’re not just a patient. She genuinely cares. I can honestly say I feel safe under her care. She’s always prompt! Her office staff quickly responds via phone and through the patient portal. Having my 3rd child was a smooth process from prenatal to postpartum. I will recommend Dr. Turnbow any day!

I was so grateful to have Dr Turnbow and her staff for my OB care! Dr Turnbow as well as her staff always, nomatter what took their time with me at every appointment to make sure I was happy, comfortable and left satisfied! Sacred Heart is out of this world THE BEST!!!

Brian Sontag is the most caring, the most kind and the most compassionate doctor I know. During those visits where you might feel awkward and nervous, he puts you at ease with his professionalism and kind demeanor. I have only had good experiences with him and his staff and we go back 20 years, at least.

Excellent experience! The entire staff was courteous, professional, and prompt. It was the first time I had an appointment with Lauren Burnham, who was exceptionally polite, highly skilled, and personable.

Dr. Lile is the best OB. He’s personable and the nicest guy. I was in his care for prenatal visits and when I went into labor, he rolled out of bed to deliver my baby late on a weekend with an awesome attitude and made me feel at ease. The delivery room nurses were phenomenal. I only remember Ashley the nurse in the delivery room but everyone was great in there. I will never forget my positive experience with the whole team at sacred heart.

Dr. Duke-Elmore was incredible! She was kind, professional, and thorough. I’m post menopausal, and she treated me with empathy and respect. The staff were also friendly and helpful. It took many months to get in as a new patient, but it was definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Duke is amazing the staff was very nice. I just appreciate her nice and sweet personality even though I was nervous she is definitely gifted and what she does. Thank you Dr. Duke and staff for everything.

My initial visit with Dr. Sontag was great. The staff was polite and efficient. Dr. Sontag took the time to learn about me and my concerns, while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. So far, so good! I’d highly recommend Dr. Sontag and his team.

I feel that I was rushed, and if they booked too many patients. Like a Cow corralled. No one even smiled.Thats even harder to deal with when I had to show up I freezing cold temperatures at 8:30 AM and I amwalking w a Rollinator and have to get all slow. Can someone showkindness. I didnt even get a chance to talk about the surgery. I was upset. That all.

Dr. Duke is compassionate and caring. She makes an awkward situation less awkward and puts you at ease. As someone who struggles with anxiety and is a victim of abuse she helps me relax and puts me at ease before she does anything. Which I greatly appreciate

Do NOT go here. After a horrible experience with this office I went to a new clinic where the OB Nurse worked as a doola during a few of Dr. Medlocks deliveries and said she has multiple people complain about him and this office and that during a birth once he said “can we hurry this up I have a hunting trip I was supposed to be on”. Now my experience with him was he was an hour and a half late which was fine except he was clearly irritated by running behind and took his frustration out on me with a condescending attitude and when I asked him what trimester my nausea would start to ease up in because I have been SO SICK he said “I don’t have a magic fairy wand that can sprinkle pixie dust on you and make it go away” me and my husband were stunned. We knew immediately this would not be the doctors office for us and scheduled an apt elsewhere but due to not being able to be seen for a few weeks I needed to know if I had the diagnosis hyperemesis gravitation because I was so severely sick and was told by his nurse that I had to take zofran to find out even though it has been proven to cause birth defects and I said okay thank you and hung up the phone and the office manager called me back 2 weeks later to tell me the nurse said I “hung up on her” which did not happen so I asked her to please pull the phone recording of our conversation to prove I did not hang up on anyone which is a crazy thing anyway what if I hadn’t ended the conversation and my phone died. But nonetheless I did not hang up on her and the manager said she could not do that because their calls are not recorded she then informed me because she thought I hung up on a nurse that I would need to find a new practice. I’ve worked in the medical field over 8 years now 5 of which were at an OB office in another state and I have NEVER seen such an unprofessional staff in an office EVER. Definitely save your time. My new doctor is amazing and agrees that this office does not know how to run their clinic. Very sad since the hospital is so nice. Definitely new management and more supervision for doctors who treat patients the way they do.

Saw MFM. Waited in the lobby for 55 minutes between ultrasound and being taken back. Doctor showed up 10 minutes later clearly in a rush, flashed a dozen slides in front of us about how baby was doing, didnt ask if we had any questions, and said that we should deliver at 39 weeks. Only by his due date, that was the day before the appointment! Shouldnt we have been admitted that day then? What an ignorant thing to tell someone. Also, they failed to send over their final visit report and assessment in a timely manner, which degraded my wifes care at her next appointment. Overall, not impressed!

Dr. Sontag and his office staff are kind and supportive when I have needed it most. Through a breast cancer diagnosis and hysterectomy, Dr. Sontag was so supportive, he answered all of my questions and followed up after my surgeries. I am so thankful that he is my Gynecologist. A+ physician ❤️

Dr. Sontag was 10 out of 5 stars. He was kind and listened to every concern I had and addressed every concern with not only an answer but possible solution. I’ve never been treated the way I was treated by the staff, MA, the doctor to even the check out person. They treated me like a person, not a patient. Thank you again and I will recommend this Dr to anyone!

I cant say enough great things about this medical office. Dr Duke has been amazing throughout my pregnancy and c section!! I have to also say the entire staff of nurses, assistants, desk staff, were so nice and kind. I was blown away at how everytime I had an appt they were so friendly. I also saw Nurse practioners Shaw and Burnam and they were also phenomenal and made me feel heard and comfortable. I get anxious very easily, they all set me at ease. Its kind of sad to not be going there anymore since baby boy arrived.

Dr. Turnbow was on time, listened to my issues, took time with me and made me feel comfortable. Her staff was friendly and courteous. Made the whole experience of obtaining a new doctor so easy and enjoyable.

I am actually a patient of Dr.Sontag in this office but since he was unavailable they were able to get me scheduled for my 31 week ob appointment with Melissa Shaw! I am 100% the type of person that doesn’t want or need the hand holding or sugar coating I like to get straight to the point. Melissa Shaw is a phenomenal practitioner. She came right in set down and told me everything I needed to know and what I needed to do. She was very honest to the point and answered any and all of my questions in such a professional manor. I love Dr.Sontag and would never leave his practice but it’s so nice knowing that if he’s not available that he has such a great office to help you!

Everyone was friendly and compassionate! Dr. Turnbow is very nice and easy to talk to!

The whole experience was exceptionally well, my daughter was very comfortable with Dr. Turnbow & that was important to me. She explained different options, and was very clear about what was best.

Dr Turnbow was absolutely amazing. You want a great, amazing Gynocologist go she her. Not like any Gynocologist I have ever met. She is probably the best one I’ve ever had.

Dr and staff are amazing. The building on the other hand was freezing!! The heater was broken had been called in but still not working . This made the visit very uncomfortable. Again this was no reflection on the awesome care from the medical staff.

As unexpected as our experience was, it was overall not too bad. I’d say one of the best things, or people, was the anesthesiologist. He made me feel like a human and not like just another number. One of the negative critiques I would address is that they need to further review the birth plan whether or not it’s a few hours before an unexpected surgery or not. I requested in all caps NOT to use the eye ointment on my twins after they were born as there was no need to And addressed it several times to both the anesthesiologist and the doctor himself. As I had no vaginal rupture and a C-section there was no need. Overall the night and day staff are very adequate and quick to respond to any needs the parents had. I just wish that more of what I researched and had to think and say felt as if it mattered more. Overall I am thankful to be home with both my babies.

I visited with Dr. Turnbow and she is by far the BEST gynecologist that I have ever met. She is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable, compassionate, and great at easing the atmosphere to make me feel both safe and comfortable. She doesn’t ever rush me, and takes time to thoroughly answer my questions and concerns. She doesn’t condemn me for the decisions that I have made that aligns with my beliefs and actually encourages them, as opposed to other gynecologists who would shame me for my decisions. She is honestly such a game changer for me and I have nothing but exceptional experiences with her. Her staff and medical Assistant are also welcoming, hospitable, and friendly. Side note: Dr. Turnbow also has the most amazing shoes!!!! Strong shoe game!!

Dr. Medlock is fantastic! He took time to listen to me and my concerns. We discussed a care plan that I’m very pleased with! He was personable and made the experience as easy as it could be.Edit for a new visit: I had been having some problems and after messaging in the patient portal I received a phone call and was able to be seen the same day! This is the best group around!

Highly recommend Dr. Medlock! He’s delivered my last 2 babies and both deliverers went smooth with no complications. His office staff is friendly & good at what they do. Really there’s just not enough good things to say about him and his staff, they truly are amazing and I’m glad I was able to have them for my last 2 pregnancies.

Very disappointed in Dr. Turnbow due to her bedside manner and the quality of care I received from her. The nurses that checked me in were wonderful and kind, however I can’t say the same for Dr. Turnbow. She talked over me several times, interrupted me, and made me feel very frustrated.

Dr. Sontag has been my OBGYN for 19 years. He is a great physician who takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Great experience like always!

Dr. Sam Johnson and staff are amazing. I was a new patient and moved to Pensacola 7 months ago. Im very happy and pleased I found a wonderful, thorough, and friendly doctor and staff. Very welcoming office and Dr. Sam Johnson addressed all my concerns. Thank you all so much for my pleasant experience.

Dr. Sontag is an amazing OB/GYN. His staff from check in, triaging, to the room, and check out are phenomenal. They always welcome you with a smile. Dr. Sontag has an amazing bedside manner and an amazing surgeon. Im grateful he has come into my life.

From the reception area thru checkout was a quite wonderful experience. The Doctor, Noelle Turnbow was AWESOME and then some. Friendly, prompt, effecient, non nerve wracking calming Customer service on every level. Thank you.

Beautiful facility but busy. First appointment wasn’t until 12.5 weeks due to it being so busy. Plan to be there for between 2-3 hours for your first appointment. Ultrasound was rushed. Had to ask to hear the heartbeat. Dr. Duke took her time answering questions during the initial exam though. Lab takes a while. Lab is not in the OBgyn facility. It’s in a separate area of the hospital. Lab results came back and no call to reassure about abnormal values. Hoping the next visits are less rushed/busy.

This was our first visit with the midwife group after switching providers. Im 29 weeks pregnant and we met with Alyssa Craig. I had been working with Ms. Sundae to get my records transferred and she was fabulous. We had a great appointment and I felt the midwife recapped common pregnancy info well and went over what to expect moving forward. Im very happy to be cared for at Sacred Heart now and am anticipating a great birthing experience. My husband was also able to join for the visit and ultrasound which was great too!

Dr. Sontag and team are top notch! Looking forward to continuing the journey with them.

I am a senior and my best friend who is much younger than me referred me to Dr Noelle Turnbow I got a referral from my primary Dr to see her as required I called the nurse said her next available appointment would be in November I said ok I will wait to see her.The nurse then told me she would have to speak with Dr Turnbow and call me back. When the nurse called me back she said Dr Turnbow is referring me to the women’s clinic..So for my understanding she’s refusing to see me!! She has no knowledge of me other than my name phone number address and of course (age) I also have good insurance. As far as I am concerned this is age discrimination.!

Dr Sontag & Melissa Shaw are both excellent. Both show they care about you and your health and numerous times I have thanked their office staff members, including phone calls, they are just all around doing a great job at Sacred Heart OBGYN!

Everything about my experience was amazing! I was able to easily obtain an appointment, check in online in advance, and the location is super easy to find. The staff is friendly and easy-going. The office is immaculate. Dr. Martin is down-to-earth, kind, and knowledgeable. Just another reason to love this area I call home!

Absolutely love Dr. Turnbow & Dr. Duke especially when I had my baby. If it wasn’t for them being as quick as they were to handle my delivery & stay, there’s no tellin what would’ve happened. I am forever thankful for them.I recently seen Kathryn Holland, APRN & I really loved how she was very informative & attentive with every question I had. Highly recommend any of these ladies.

Very unprofessional. Disrespected me and my wife. Treated my wife like she was ignorant. Dr. Duke was not acting like she cares for her patients. She is full of lies and only says what you want to hear. She doesnt hear what her patients are saying. She says that you are making it up. My wife had three kids with her as the doctor. Everyone of them she got worse. Our last one she lied saying that she was on vacation and she wasnt. She was in the office the whole time I dont recommend her or her office. Go to West Florida hospital. They treat you with respect.

The care I received from Dr Duke and the Sacred Heart care team was exceptional. They were knowledgeable and experienced. They heard my questions and concerns. The facility is clean and well kept.

Dr. Duke was wonderful. Professional and personal with consult. Room assistant failed to give my results from urine dip test. If done at all, even after reminding. Wanted to verify whether I had a uti.

The front desk lady and the nurse were amazing. Dr. Sontag was absolutely outstanding, so worth the 3 month wait. I will be going back. I am so thankful I found this place after having some bad experiences.

I have been going here for 10 years! had two babies delivered by Dr. Duke. She is an amazing and caring doctor and her nurse practitioners are amazing and kind as well. can be hard to get an appt as a new patient at first but it is worth the wait.

Dr Sontag and the entire staff are wonderful. I have delivered 2 babies at Sacred Heart at Pensacola and have loved both experiences. From prenatal to L&D to Mother/Baby, everyone is amazing. From the doctors to nurses (who are wonderful) to housekeeping, medical records, and all staff. Fantastic experiences.

I was so thankful to be worked in when a health issue arose. I am so thankful for Rachel “Alex” Marshall and the team there. I was able to have several tests and procedures done there in the office. I appreciate the information and explanation addressing this health issue. I am thankful for the excellent care I received. I would highly recommend this amazing team!

I was extremely nervous & anxious as a first time mom/pregnancy but this office made me feel right at home and comfortable. I was greeted by the most kind & caring office staff and this set the stage for the rest of my visits. I was taken care of by an amazing nurse, nurse practitioner and OBGYN. Due to a rough pregnancy, I was in the office very regularly & got to see the staff alot.Dr. Johnson took the best care of me and I felt like she was very invested in my health throughout the whole pregnancy and continues to check up on me even after 17 weeks postpartum.I would recommend this office to anyone 💗

First time visit with Dr. Sontag. Meeting personally in office before physical exam to make acquaintance and go over medical history. Easy and attentive communication and thorough but quick exam time with little to no discomfort experienced. All office staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Dr. Todd Stalnaker is a great doctor, and person. He is respectful of time and his patients, in general. He takes the time to listen and offer suggestions for his patients health and well-being.His staff is outstanding in what they are assigned, and offer kind service. My appointments are scheduled for early mornings, and they are always pleasant, when most patients are early morning grumpy.I recommend Dr. Stalnaker and Staff, highly!!

Best office visit Ive ever had, Associates and Dr Medlock were very professional and timely.

I was admitted to the perinatal unit of labor & delivery for 3 days.. I went in worried and believing I was about to give birth too early to my 4th son as it seemed complications were arising.They took amazing care of me and made sure I was ok in every way that they could. The doctors were friendly and showed a level of genuine concern Im just not used to in todays world. The nurses were all sweet and made sure I was comfortable and as happy as circumstances allowed.Im looking forward to going back in the next week to finally deliver my baby! This is the only hospital I want to have my birthing experiences with.Thankful!

When I went into the office they treated me like they cared about me. They asked to see pictures of the baby they delivered the previous year and it made me feel like they remembered me and value me. Dr. Medlock is really kind and I appreciate him being one of the good doctors out there.

I LOVED the midwives with Sacred Heart. They were supportive, relational, and so capable. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with them. Such a blessing!!I only wish the midwives took care of you as you recovered! The experience after delivery felt very much like a hospital - I was hoping for a lower intervention recovering process, but the hospital staff came to our room every 1-2 hours to either check on me or our baby.

The doctor and the nurse were very delightful. Greeted with a smile and made me feel comfortable. However, the older receptionist was very rude, would not smile and seemed very unhappy to be at work. Her attitude makes it bad for the rest of the staff!

Dr Sontag and his staff were great. Very professional & personable. I felt very comfortable putting my future care in their hands.

Dr Duke and her staff have been phenomenal. They are caring and thoughtful, always taking the time tl address any concerns I may have. I know Im in good hands with Dr. Duke and the folks at Ascension.

Dr. Duke and her staff have been wonderful during my first pregnancy and even beforehand, they are always accommodating and ready to assist. I am in my 2nd trimester and I feel like I am in extremely good hands 😊

My doctor got called to a birth and they forgot about me. I sat in that room and hour and a half before they realized it and sent a PA in. Once she came in it appointment went fine but very upset about waiting so long to find out they forgot I was in the room. BUT Naomi at the desk was fabulous!!!

Ive had nothing but great experiences with Ascension Sacred heart while I was pregnant and during delivery. Great group of people and very very helpful in everyway. My son also goes to the pediatric office in pensacola. Fabulous staff.

I loveeee Dr Turnbow. She delivered my baby and it was a really great experience. She’s very black and white. There is no bs with her, she’s honest and straight to the point with you! The nurses in her practice are amazing as well!!

Absolutely wonderful! Everyone who works here (nurses, office staff, ultrasound techs, physicians) treats me with the utmost care and respect. Everyone takes their time with you, I have never felt rushed and I have never had an unacceptable wait time. Truly wonderful office!

Dr. Bakker is an excellent physician. She is very caring and takes the times to listen to your concerns and help you to take care of them. I am very happy to have her as my OBGYN. The rest of the staff are very nice and helpful as well.

Dr. Noelle Turnbow and her staff are so wonderful. Dr. Turnbow never rushes you and spends time answering all your questions. She is the best of the best and wears fun kicks.

The staff was great. But the Dr. Medlock who I saw didn’t listen to what was actually going and just told me to loose weight and it would solve my problems. Didn’t run any tests or anything just looked at me and told me I was fat. Will not be going back to him

The receptionist at the Gulf Breeze location has been difficult to deal with & seems confused on policies. I recently wanted to transfer to a closer location near Navarre so my appointment was made for the Gulf Breeze location. Text message for the appointment was confirming a different time than scheduled, put on hold 14 minutes, told she would be right back and put on hold another 6 minutes. Appointment was confirmed at a different time. 2 hours later received a phone call from the Pensacola location confirming the same appointment! Did Gulf Breeze not see in the system I was accidentally scheduled for Pensacola? Tried to call back, put on hold 20 minutes then call was disconnected. I called back and left a voicemail for the nurse that Im done. Ill be going back to my old location even if it means driving further...because I get a person when I call, not put on hold over 15 minutes each time waiting for someone to answer my call!

This is my second pregnancy, but my first experience with Dr. Duke @ Ascension Sacred Heart and I have been nothing but satisfied with my experience. I will absolutely be seeing her & this establishment for any OBGYN needs in my future!

During my stay, from labor and delivery to discharge, I experienced the most joyful moments (the birth of my twins) in life and the most devastating moments (the sudden and unexpected loss of my mother) of my life just days apart. The nurse and staff were there for me every step of the way. From NICU staff teaching us how to care for our premature babies, to postpartum nurses praying with me and finding every solution to comfort me, to lactation checking in several times including after we went home, and dining staff asking how the babies and I were doing every time I called to place a meal order. I truly believe this is the best hospital, with the best staff!

Let me start our by saying, Mrs. Lydia was amazing. She was kind, thorough, and personable. The nurse was also nice. The sonogram lady was sweet too. This 1 star is to address the front desk ladies attitude. One claimed I should get off my phone, while I was explaining to the father of my child where the place was so he could see the first ultrasound. As I put my phone down to check my message to check in for the appointment the front desk person sent me, the front desk lady just kept whispering and gossiping about me. SHE NEEDS TO GET OFF HER PHONE NOW. OMG. SHE NEEDS TO. I was literally barely there for 3 mins as i was literally filling out the check in text message. I heard her talk about me 3 times and kept on before I confronted her and said Excuse me, I can hear what youre saying and for your information, I am checking in on my phone right now so Im not sure why you keep talking about me, that is pretty rude. They then stopped whispering and gossiping and went silent. I just couldnt believe the audacity of these women. I am a pregnant mom of only 5 weeks and this was my first visit here. I just couldnt believe my ears. Please tell the front desk staff to learn manners and respect for pregnant moms. It is severely lacking. Such a terrible first impression. I am only staying for the professional, good doctors. I will be informing the doctors of their attitude if it persists in the future. Please address this.

Dr Osterreider is amazing! I never feel rushed, even though I know he’s busy. His nurses and staff are always friendly, and they have always addressed all my concerns. Dr. Osterreider has a calming presence that has a way of making you feel comfortable. I would Definitely recommend Dr Osterreider if you need an OBGYN!

Cannot get appointments despite the Dr saying they need to see me every 30 days. Next appt is 4 months out. Out of prescription, called for refilll three times and was told the doctor is very busy and doesn’t have time to do refills. Going to a new doctor. Very sad because Dr Jones is amazing but the office staff is horrible! They don’t realize their gatekeeping isn’t helping the doctor but is actually harming the patient. Horrible patient care!

Dr. Duke is an awesome physician. She is patient and explains everything so the patient understands. She is the first doctor I recommend when someone is looking for an OB/GYN.

Dr turnbow is really the best I would recommend her 10 out of 10 the stuff was always nice and professional just loved my experience!!!!!! Dr turnbow paid attention to my health and listened to my concerns it was a magical experience and I will always remember her and my experiences. God bless her and the stuff!!

I arrived early for my appointment and was called almost immediately by the triage nurse. Everything was smooth and Dr. Sontag was amazing, as usual.

They are a compassionate caring staff. Doctor Duke is the most compassionate, sincere, caring OBGYNI have ever met. Lauren Burnham APRN is also very kind, caring, compassionate & I feel lucky to have found them

Everyone is amazing! From the moment you walk through the door( we had groups going for pre op at a time) all cracking jokes helped us feel at ease! To the nurses who were gentle and caring. Everyone was amazing and helped us calm our nerves. Y’all rock! Thank you!!!!

I love Dr. Turnbow! Very attentive & overall gives great care. I am so happy to know that she willbe delivering my VERY FIRST child in August!

I recently had an appointment at this clinic and it was the cleanest and most efficient office i’ve been to in a long time. They were quick, allowed me to ask my 100 questions and even recommended other things I should try. Dr. Schwartz is awesome! I’ve never had a better experience! He’s very personable and funny, I really enjoy having him as my Dr.

I personally felt very judged and reserved because if you say the ‘wrong’ thing the staff gives you off facial expressions and negative body language. I feel as if in the medical setting you shouldn’t be afraid to be honest, but reactions and behavior of the staff make it uncomfortable to talk about certain things.

This office is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Duke is amazing and very sweet and patient and always takes the time to make you feel respected and well cared for.

The staff is amazing ...But I could careless for Doctor Roque... I recommend asking for a different physician if you are gave him when you go there... Make morning appointments as well because you will be in and out ... Late appointments they are busy and you will be waiting a while...

I was having trouble finding Suite 205. Took wrong elevator. I attempted to call Dr Liles office several times to get help but was put on hold each time. I ended up about 10 min late to my appt. Frustrated about being put on hold.

I needed treatment for constipation and hemorrhoids but no treatment was tendered. I was told that was a GI issue instead.
