Giving the perinatal front desk staff 2 stars simply because during my hospital stay they were very inconsiderate, was told I had to be admitted because there was a 6 minute dip in my daughters heart rate when in reality the nurses simply weren’t watching the monitor to realize it wasn’t picking up her fetal tone . I can’t single out which nurse directly was in charge of monitoring it but it cause massive confusion with my care and my daughters care from that day forward. The two times I looked in the lobby they were either on their phones or walking around still munching on their food from break as well as being loud through the hallways . One nurse even suggested I wait until her shift was over before I gave birth . Sacred needs to do a better job at hiring these so called nurses because at the end of the day it seems they only want a paycheck and generally do not care about the patients , go get a job at McDonald’s if you want to slack off and leave the higher paying jobs to people who generally have compassion for people in their care .

When you hear the phrase High Risk its scary. I have had the best experience with Dr. Swartz, and Dr. Roque. The staff is amazing including the Nurse Practitioners. The nurses are very patient and understanding. I have been going weekly and I am very comfortable with their care. I can promise you that you will NOT feel like a number. The know who you are!! The ultrasound techs are very knowledgeable and will explain to you what they are doing. The front desk is very friendly and caring. I also spent 6 days in the hospital and I was seen everyday by MFM and their staff. They will answer any question you have. I also feel as if they are very proactive with any issues that come your way. I highly recommend this office.

I had a very good experience here. Dr. Roque was kind, respectful, and has a very good bedside manner. The nurse & ultrasound tech were also kind and caring. Based on previous reviews, I braced myself for what the office staff might be like, but I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the ladies were in both the ultrasound office and doctor’s office. Be prepared to go to one office for your ultrasound and then the other office to see the doctor, and to spend around 1.5-2 hours total.

It breaks my heart to leave this review but i want the management to hopefully do something about it because i love my high risk doctor, i had been admitted at perinatal facility unit for few days.nurses and doctors are very very very nice and so friendly 100 stars for the nurses and the doctor.the saddest and my only complaint is i feel like they need to change the front desk staff or train them. Aug. 12, 2021 8:45am I called because i am having issues of palpitation i had been there because of trachydia and covid i never asked for early appointment it is fine with me, but i am asking if there is anybody i can talked too and she kept interupting me, front desk are Very rude,i am the type of person that never leave a review i am nice to hospital staff as my mother was a nurse and i work at the naval hospital so i know how difficult it is but the front desk is the rudest i have ever encounter, and i am not the first to recieved the unproffesional treatment of the front desk. This front desk is tarnishing the name of the nicest high risk doctor and other good staff in this facility and it is sad.

Just finished seeing Dr. Roque and his staff and they are all wonderful! Very thorough, informative, and patient with everything. Our ultrasound tech, Stephanie, explained everything as she was going through. The doctor himself was very kind and explained everything in depth.

I received excellent care from Dr Beiswenger back in 2014 when I was referred to him at 18 weeks. He and his staff were so kind every time I saw them. I don’t know if she still works with them but Sam Stover, genetic counselor, was also amazing and supportive.

I need to share with everyone with my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Regional Perinatal Center!!! It was NIGHTMARE!!! I was on 12th week of pregnancy and was sent by my OB to do screening and measuring my baby. My Dr had some concerns but he said that its too early for considering something bad...so it was supposed to be regular Ultrasound..When I came over there I met Generic Counselor Amanda H. before US..She told about ALL options they have. AND it was SOOO SCARY!!!You know CVS, Amniocentesis and so on...and I was crying, I was TERRIFIED!!! AND then she said they gonna do AMNIOCENTESIS to me TODAY without warning me!!! And THE MOST IMPORTANT that SHE WAS NOT SURE AND THEY DID NOT DO ANY SCREENING AT THIS POINT AND SHE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT ME!!!Can you imagine how I Felt...By the way, I passed through IVF treatment and just God knows how difficult it was...and after this SHE JUST SCARED ME TO DEATH by saying that my baby can have Generic problem WITHOUT CHECKING ANYTHING!!!Believe it or Not...after screening....they ALL told me...MY BABY IS PERFECT...all measurements was totally NORMAL!!!So I just warn you guys NOT TO LISTEN AND NOT TO DO EVERYTHING WHAT THEY PUSH YOU!!! Because NOT EVERY WOMAN MUST HAVE THIS PROCEDURES!!!AND you must Know that Amniocentesis and CVS usually can be appointed in very Special cases and after a lot of tests before. AND also they can be harmful to the baby...and SHE said that it can cause sometimes miscarriages..I was DISAPPOINTED and I believe she is unprofessional!!!she shouldnt Tell ANYTHING without checking all steps!!!DONT TRUST EVERYONE! LISTEN TO YOUR HEART and BE SAFE !!!
