I had an excellent experience when they were over on Bayou. They answered phones, they were efficient at check in and staff was kind.Now that they’ve moved, I can’t reach anybody to make an appointment and I’ve called every day for ten days. I’ve left voice mails as well.Guess this is to be expected for community health. I miss having excellent insurance, you actually get treated like a human being.

The lab work was fast and the nurses were very nice, I didnt have to wait an hour. I have to wait and hour to get seen everywhere else. I called to reschedule an appointment for Lena Dunn and was told she was booked, I called again and was actually told she was open for appointments which was surprising. I came for my appointment and had to wait an hour my appointment was at 10:20 didnt get seen until 11:41. Besides the lady at the front desk and Lena Dunn, the nurse that took me to the room was very moody, and wasnt nice at all. Overall this place needs some nicer people and needs to not let people wait for an hour. Lena Dunn and the nurse with her Jayda were very nice and understanding.

I’m a first time mom, 7 months. I chose to come here and had an okay 1st experience. Been here a few times since. Since my lab work I haven’t been able to reach them. They’ve hung up on my calls.👎🏼 The other two times I had to go there myself to check when my blood work would come in since they don’t answer the phone, I did speak to one person upfront who did try to help but when I get transferred it goes to voicemail and no one returns your call👎🏼 (I was told to come back three times to get my blood work done). 👎🏼 and I’ve been super patient on checking on the lab work but no response. I never write reviews but this one is necessary.

Service was good until when I got my results. I couldn’t get in contact with them for my medication in a month. They also told me they get back with patients within 24-48 hours which is a lie I been calling since October and they still haven’t set me up a follow up or sent my prescription over

Y’all are not good with answering phones or calling people back it’s really hard to book appointments because nobody answers the phones

I have called multiple times to get another appointment when I was told it would be a few days and now it is over a month. This place is ridiculous, when I even went in for my appointment I was early like it said and I had to sit in the waiting room over an hour just to be seen for two seconds. Before they moved here this place was great, but now it is horrible

The staff are great! I don’t have insurance and I needed to have my IUD replaced. They go based on your income . It’s the only place I could find that offers that. It did take a month or two to get my first appointment . That’s normal at any doctors office if your a new or existing client.

That was my first time at the clinic and I had a really good experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Super professional. I noticed they are requiring they patients to give them a review :) it was super clean and organized.

This place is the worst place to go for first time moms! They have lack of information, they do not care, and they come off clueless to what they are doing. I have been to two different doctors at this same clinic and they both have been poor with letting me know what to expect or things in that nature. I have to ask them questions about my pregnancy instead of them telling me what to expect or what I need to know. They are not very informative! AT ALL! I will be finding me another doctor! This is my first pregnancy and I want to make the best out of it and it’s not with them! PERIOD

Not good for first time mothers, i waited for over a month for my first appointment and then they just kept rescheduling. I talked to the woman (daniell) that answered the phone and she was not helpful and very rude. Would not recommend.

The staff is really friendly and you feel like youre getting taken care of,I was a bit nervous being a new patient and not feeling well but the nurse and doctor answered all my question and were nice too ,,,plus the clinic is cozy and clean! Would totally recommend this clinic to anyone!

Your experience will vary on whichever nurse is working, some of them are good, the other half is the opposite. It took me ten calls over three days for someone to finally answer and help me with changing an appointment.

Danielle answered the phone today and was not helpful, condescending, and based on the lack of care demeanor, I chose to not move any further in choosing this provider for care of my loved one. As the 1st voice heard for the public, this hire needs much coaching.

This place is horrible. Not only did it take me well over a month to get appt. I waited hours to be seen by doctor just to be told if there was nothing wrong with me the doctor wouldnt see me. Last time I checked I went for preventive medicine and how would I know if anything is wrong Im not a doctor. What a waste of my time

I totally recommend this clinic they are so amazing, in my first visit my doctor was Whitney white she is so friendly and professional God bless all doctors and staff in this clinic and thank you all for the service 🙏

Will not return been trying to call them for 2days an they do not answer phone..unreal trying to get ultrasound results an no answer I think clinic shut down.go to secret heart
