This place is very unorganized and they will lie to you to the bitter end. My sons mother and her boyfriend were in a domestic dispute and I was contacted by the agency to get involved since I am his father and since then they have given me the hardest time about my child and I will be looking to file a law suit against this agency for they have violated so many of my rights and my child’s rights. If you can have your judge request a new agency I’d do so because this place does gaslight children and lie to there families.

They are very very professional,wonderful, and blessed at what they do from the supervisor, caseworker, caseaids, counseling, visits everything is so phenomenal. They make sure that parents and the child stay close together and they do everything in their power to make sure that kids are reunited with their parents. I love everyone down there at Family core they work their butts off to make sure everything is done right done right down to the last detail and always greet you with a beautiful smile. The kids and parents are their number 1 priority and they make sure of that. Im speaking from experience. Keep doing what u guys are doing you do a magnificent, wonderful job may God continue to bless each and everyone of you and your families many blessings to come. I have worked for FamilyCore for 21 years. I can tell you that it is a great organization that truly cares about the needs of children and families. I have seen the incredible staff navigate difficult situations with children and families daily during the past 21 years. I have witnessed the care and compassion of staff for thousands of families. I would highly recommend my agency for its heart and compassion.

To the people who gave 5 stars on this, are you crazy? How much did Family Core pay you to say that? Family Core needs to be shut down. They are liars and deceivers. How can the case workers get away with filing false court documents is beyond me. They need to be held in contempt of court.

This place is a straight up JOKE and should be shut down they have no idea how to properly do their job and their copy and paste reports are a joke the mother of my child a convicted felon who had her SECOND COKE BORN BABY was put as low risk and when we get to court they have some ladys drug test results in their report its a waste of tax dollars and they let the addicts get away with everything because they dont wanna make a decent effort to do whats truly right its a place that wants to just push these addicts out the door not actually careing about the children even the supervisors dont have a clue and wanna give legal advise to people when they are completely wrong I found this out the hard way shut them down NOW!!! Not to mention how they didnt show up to cpurtdate I could go on all day about this waste of tax dollars

The counseling services can be good if you get the right therapist. Be very careful who you pick. Make sure that person won’t be prejudice against you.

Horrible place. Very unfriendly and unknowledgeable people working here. This place has staff who is good at lying and unconcerned about clients or kids. No one that works here has any kind of intelligence. These people only care about a paycheck.

Very polite staff and easy to find. The parking lot is a bit small but theres always street parking.

Great place for child welfare services and support.
