I went up cause she called and she was like what are you in for and I said an appt and she said mhmm shaking her head like if I was slow or something then I said I need my blood taken out and she was like okay and then I gave her the paper and she was like that was all I needed but her tone was so nasty like if she didn’t want to work thereThen we I went in the room she was like you still didn’t take your jacket off like it was just rudeI felt like I wasn’t treated with the respect n empathy I deserved. Marlin clearly didn’t want to work there. She also treated the other people there the same way it was disgusting n I felt every uncomfortable there.

Acyer the quest on broad st made me wait hours even though I scheduled an appointment and then drew my blood. They told me I had nothing there. This quest to fast and courteous and I had no issues what so ever.

I have been going for all my tests for many years, Courteous Staff much Respect.. Like any testing labs they do get busy at times be sure to give yourself time if that’s case..

Staff is absolutely rude and miserable. wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place. the lady at the front desk should have just spit in my face with the way i was treated there. #GROSS.

The waiting time at this location is quite long. They are under staffed in the mornings and there are an abundance of people waiting and more keep coming in, but the line does not go down!

The wait was minimal and i did not have appt. The staff is professional and courteous. In and out fast thanks.

Staff very nice. I was in & out in 20 minutes. I will make thr Castor Avenue my regular location for labs.

I only waited for 5 minutes And the staff is very polite.

The lady was so rude she was talking to me I was her child and refused to serve me because I told her, her customer service was HORRIBLE and she had a nasty attitude!

They close for hollydais and not call us To tell.

I was waiting for a hour and a half for my dads medical test.

I took my daughter a month ago for some blood tests and they are so irresponsible that the tests never appeared and those tests have to be repeated again. I really didnt like their service.

I dont like the schedule, I would haveI liked that they closed at around 7:00 pm for those of us who work.
