I went in today to get checked and absolutely had great experience with everyone who was working today. All the staff members made you feel welcomed and didnt do anything odd like other mentioned. I wonder if they went to the same location lolI paid out of pocket and it was affordable.The front desk were very nice and my NP was great! I drove over an hour for this location and it was worth it.Much better than the other locations I have been too!! I had horrible experience at Norristown location.Clean, friendly staff.Please dont close this location.

Reading all the bad reviews had me dreading going to my appt but I was pleasantly suprised. Great, caring & friendly staff, Paola was great & so was the Dr. themselves & was in & out fairly fast. They were so knowledgeable also informative, thoughtful, caring, friendly, welcoming.. I couldnt of had a better experience honestly, & have 0 complaints & will be returning there in the future.

Absolutely HATE this location! Never answer the phone, attitude always TERRIBLE. Small asl and just doesn’t feel clean! Yall need to close this location. Everyone there clearly HATES their job bad! Worst Planned Parenthood in the city!

Terrible experience. They asked questions that had nothing to do with my STD checkup. Not only that, but incredibly overpriced when paying out of pocket. $221 for a basic checkup? Not at all. A complete waste of my time and I highly advice you not to waste yours either. Good riddance.

Please dont go here they are scamming people, they have charged me 100$ just for stopping at their desk. they explained the charge is just for a pre-authorization from my insurance company.this place needs to be shut down. PLEASE DONT GO HERE>

I can acknowledge the bad reviews for this place are there- but man I had an amazing experience.The staff were kind, the service was quick, I never had to wait more than 10 mins to be seen after I arrived. The receptionist was patient and soft spoken, the doctor and other staff I saw were gentle and helpful. Really an incredibly warm and professional group of people, and I’m glad I trusted them with my reproductive healthcare.You really do need to get there early- probs 15-20 mins for the parking situation. The no grace period seems strictly followed- but just get there early and you won’t have to sweat it. That’s the only thing about this location I could complain about. And really, you can avoid it being a problem if you get there way earlier than you think you should.All in all I’d recommend this location. The other ones in the city can be cramped and parking can be impossible. Here it’s easier to park, less crowded, the staff are kind, and it’s not far from the highway. I’d recommend this location to all considering. Just get there early! Lol.

This location does not provide a grace period for patients. I arrived 15 minutes late due to traffic and having to find parking at this location upon arrival as there are only about 7 parking spaces, which are realistically being used by staff members and not patients. The waiting room at the clinic was full, and I was told that they would not be able to see me since I was 15min late and they had 2 people waiting to be seen for an 11:45 appointment time. Realistically patients wait at least 30 minutes before they are seen by a provider at a clinic and are at the clinic for at least an hour for a 15 minute appointment. Just as clinics ask patients to have grace with providers when they are running behind, as they always are, clinics should also provide patients with grace if they arrive 10-15 minutes late. I had to make this appointment last minute since another location cancelled my appointment due to the AC being out and the front desk staff refused to reschedule my appointment and denying me entry into the clinic for my appointment. Given Planned Parenthood’s mission, I expect better customer service and accommodations for patients. However, this location obviously doesn’t care about their patients as their google rating is 2.8 stars and multiple people have complained about this issue, so management has clearly not implemented any new practices/policies to address this issue.

Thank you Planned Parenthood for taking care of me, everything went smoothly! I do have a concern about the unprofessional and uncouth behavior of one of your staff (Tasha I believe). I walked out of my appointment feeling assured and confident and when I was met with her I was immediately turned off. Someone like that should NOT be in an environment where people are meant to feel comfortable and relaxed. Other than that Sarah the NP that assisted me was great! Thanks again,

I hate this place with a passion. They do not care about the patients, they don’t show up on time for appointments and do not go the extra mile for the clients. This location needs to be shut down. Worst experience of my life with them. They cancelled MY appointment, rescheduled me and still didn’t show up to MY appointment but are making my life difficult just for a prescription when I have been in the system for over 2 years at this location. 0/0

The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of respect and the dismissive attitude towards my health concerns left me feeling completely dissatisfied with this office. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking quality healthcare.

Called there today to try and become a new patient the lady that answered the phone was so rude like you cant come here if you not a patient never asked if I wanted to become one so hype to hang up the phone I had to literally tell her I wanted to become one and she sucks her teeth and ask for my first and last name at that point I hung up the phone I dont wanna do anything with a company who has pore customer service and dont wanna do there job and cant answer the phone probably. Definitely reflects on what your company is about.

Bethann Morgan is such a sweetheart and makes me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Sarah Butler is also another incredible woman who helped take care of me during a different visit. Trying to get into an OBGYN is so hard, with months in advance waiting. I’m grateful for Planned Parenthood being able to get me in swiftly.

Rude staff, first and second visit. And, they treated me like an idiot when i said i had been given medication, but the chart didnt have it in there. Sure enough, a few other screens and they found it. Very rude. Not going back.

0 STARS . You will wait an hour!!! They will shut you down at the door if you’re 1 minute late!!! Came 15 mins early and still have been waiting. I blame management!! Hire more people, dont add so many time slots if you are short staff and can’t give services on time!!!!!

My GYN is constantly booked for months. I needed an annual exam, and I didn’t want to wait for my GYN, so I booked an appointment here. The office is clean, the office staff was really nice, all doctors and nurses were really nice too! If you need an appointment, I’d recommend this place.

Had an appointment today. Unfortunately, I had to wait about an hour to be seen. I get it. In service related work, it’s hard to supply the demand. But an hour is a long time. Also, like another person mentioned, you can hear other patient’s personal information being mentioned from the front desk when they’re verifying things.Sample cups were paper. No safety seal or caps. Placed next to someone else’s cup in a metal cabinet. No real security there.The only saving grace there seemed to be a woman named, Lily, who was extremely down to earth and helpful. The testing I needed wasn’t provided even though the website said otherwise. So I had to go to another location that does the tests. One big long disappointing day.Not sure I’ll ever try Planned Parenthood again.I realize people are overworked. But some things can be done more smoothly.

Most people wrote negative comments here, but my experience at this clinic was excellent! There was no wait time and they actually call you 10 minutes prior to your appointment to get your info and fill out questionnaire via phone before letting you in. The staff were all friendly and polite. Everyone knew what they were doing. You get all your questions answered with no judgments. And I actually made my appointment online. So if youre concerned about the rudeness people here stated, then just go to the PPH website and make your appointment there.

One the most unprofessional interactions Ive ever had with a doctors office. 1. I called and scheduled the appointment. That person was rude but okay. 2. My appointment was at 1pm they called me at 1pm because the first part of the appointment is over the phone(never mentioned when scheduling) I explained I was a few mins away but I was using my GPS so could not do the necessary check in while driving. 3. I walk into the office to deal with another rude woman that then says I have go back to my car so they can call me. If the phone assessment is so important why do it at the start of rhe appointment?? Ive done check ins the day before a few hours before but at the start time??? And if its so important why not say that when scheduling!?!? Thats because that woman felt the need to be necessary instead of doing her job and explaining everything. If your job makes you that unhappy please quit. Terrible customer service is almost a standard at this point and its honestly ridiculous!

Been going to this location since 1990 clean building all of Staff and Doctors are professional Ive been in wheelchair 27 years Yet I still get Yearly Checks ADA access side entrance super Respectful and Professional Love This Medical Center Godbless all that work there

It was my first time here. I called over the phone and they were tremendously helpful with setting me up with an appointment the very next day.Once at the office, they were very kind and generous. They made me feel comfortable and offered accomodations. Ive always had difficulty talking to normal providers about getting Prep but this center made it actually possible.

I drove about 50 mins to get there. I was 15 mins late and they wouldnt take me. I cant control the traffic. I tried to get there early. Absolutely horrible! There was only one girl in the waiting room and I bet her appointment was at 1:15 or 130 and they still didnt see her yet so there was no reason why my :15 minutes made a difference. She clearly just didnt want to work and wanted to find a way to to lessen the people she saw today. Ive been going there over 10 years. At times I would get there early and they would make me wait an hour after my appt. Ill never go there again.

People were nice. Only problem would be that they should be a bit more quiet when it come to verifying your information because i heard the other peoples first and last name where they live and phone number and other things. The other problem was the bathroom... if there is already a female in the bathroom have the male wait till they leave and vice versa. The bathroom thing could cause issues with people who have PTSD and cause them to have a panic attack. I was really uncomfortable with the fact that the a male was in the stall right next to me.

This place is awesome. I still havent gone to the gyno or doctor because of ptsd and being nervous but I still need birth control. I was nervous to come at first but I love this place. I only had an obnoxious waiting time maybe once but the staff there are so lovely. They answer all of your questions, they try to accommodate what they can with your situation, they actually seem to want you to take things that are the best for your body. Staff and atmosphere is worth the wait if there is one. Theres not many clinics around guys, and a lot of women need birth control and help. A wait is kind of expected but today I was actually in and out within a half hour, I believe if they can take care of you quickly, they are going to try their best to and if they cant, theres probably a good reason.

PPH should be ashamed of themselves. I ran out of birth control so I called the 215 # to make an appointment. They are no longer answering the phone at all. You now have to leave a voicemail. I drove over there to make an appointment like I’ve done in the past. They don’t let you in the building at all, even with a mask. I asked the person who finally responded after I walked around the side of the building & kept ringing the bell. She refused to make an appointment for me. So let me get this straight, you’re not doing walkins, you’re not answering the phone, you’re not allowing people in the building, you won’t schedule an appointment in person... Literally what are they doing there all day? I could hear them laughing and chatting it up in the building. Just because its a pandemic now doesn’t mean you no longer have to do your job. These people literally do nothing all day, bad attitudes & refuse to help or give you any useful information. May as well close the building and send everyone home since you’re clearly not working. Totally unacceptable. Luckily I was able to go to CVS minute clinic & get my birth control same day, no hassles. It was a wonderful experience after the completely horrible customer service from Planned Parenthood. PPH, y’all should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. Horrible customer service. Horrible business practices.

I dont think I can express how bad the costumer service is here. I got a voicemail telling me to call them back for test results & Ive been calling for 3 days now and leaving messages, with no response. When I was getting the test done, the NP seemed like she was in the clouds and said were all done here before even obtaining a sample... I had to remind her that I needed one and that it was my main reason for coming, not to just sit there.

Those people should be ashamed of themselves, Im under a lot of stress,and I schedule an appointment to this place,and the front desk white women was discriminate about my accent, and she asked me three times if I needed an interpreter and I said no, and them those people called a men to translate for me,so the men can know everything about my health ,I think that woman is a prejudice, shes a racist, some white people never take a break from harassing black people,this is discrimination, and they put the patient in the wall ways and every one can know everything about the patient health,I think the patient right are violated, and they need to shut down this place , and if that white woman doesnt like my accent she can kick rocks shameless White woman i will never ever go to that bad place and if someone doesnt have money please dont go there, because its all about money

I didnt experience the rudeness everyone else did. I did feel that they couldve done much better with implementing HIPPA as I overheard everything about the other patient there. The NP also just blurted out my prescription loudly to the receptionist across the room. My other issue was that I like to know my status and get tested regularly. I get a call with all my test results are negative except for one which was inconclusive because they forgot to give the sample for it. They did offer me to come in and get just that portion of the test without charge. However, I am very busy and coming in just to do something that should have been done the first time was very annoying. I called to reschedule and got no answer...so I guess they will figure it out when I dont show.

Been calling for almost 3 hours since they opened and I can’t reach anyone. I’ve been hung up on so many times. For a doctors office where care is often time sensitive I’m extremely disappointed that I can’t even reach a person. Requested refill of my medication and never received it. Can’t even talk to someone to request it again. No one will answer the phone

Worst planned parenthood Ive ever been to. Ive always used planned parenthood because Im poor and I thought the point of planned parenthood was to help people like me who cant afford a regular doctor office visit. They quoted me $240 to get two std tests and wanted all of the money up front. The most Ive ever paid at other PP clinics was $100 and theyve always let me pay a little each month to pay it off. Well, sure hope I dont have any stds, Ill never know now. Wow....

Its seems like at every planned parenthood location they have poor customer service. Its always the receptionists with the most attitude. The hiring team needs to do a better job when it comes to hiring people for that position. Everyone is just so ghetto and rude. If anything that is a place where women may need comfort.

I had a GREAT experience. All my questions and concerns were answered and the staff were very kind and nonjudgemental. Im not sure why theres a lot of negative reviews but my guess is theres one bad apple spoiling the bunch. I had a telehealth appointment and would recommend friends and family to go here.

ZERO STARS. Never again will I go to this location. I went in for proof of pregnancy and the entire time I was being seen, the lady was talking so low and so fast I could hardly understand her. She kept having to repeat herself and I can tell she was getting annoyed. When I got my results back, everything on there was wrong besides it being positive. The dates were a whole month off from what I told her. Its like she wasnt even listening to my responses. I felt rushed and had no idea what was going on. Next thing I knew it, I was checking out and she disappeared and left me standing there not knowing what to do next. Unbelievable.

I choose to use Planned Parenthood for my gyn and birthcontrol. I have insurance and could go to a private practice but I believe in Planned Parenthoods mission and would like to support them. Yes the wait times are very long but I find the staff to be knowledgable and caring. I have not had a bad experience with the staff there but except that it can be difficult to get through on the phone. Some of the clientel are trashy but that has no bearing on the staff. Bottom line - if you dont want to wait and you want to get treated like you are going to a private practice, then go to a private practice! If you want low cost treatment with a non-profit organization that will respect your privacy and dignatity and not judge you, suck it up and be prepared to wait a little longer.

Planned Parenthood is so good! The staff is so friendly and funny and the waiting area plays nothing but Whitney Houston and Boyz2Men. I had a slight problem with my insurance and they helped make sure I got what I needed.

Customer service is awful. booking appointments is always impossible and when i tell them i need an appointment for my depo shot at 10 weeks they say they aren’t allowed to do that even when i was told by a nurse i needed it.

I literally was standing at the door waiting after ringing the bell for 2-3 minutes before the lady at the front desk decided to buzz me in. Then tells me Im late and cant be seen I need to reschedule my appointment was at 10:30am I arrived at 10:40am and remind you I had to wait to be buzzed in. I wouldve been a new patient here but I will certainly never come back! Disgusting

Apparently appointment times mean nothing. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Planned Parenthood. I came in for basic STD testing and I have been here for an hour and a half, the person had to stick me three times!!! No one seemed to know anything...it was just not a good experience for me at all.

This place has seriously gone downhill, not sure if it is bc of Covid or what but Ive never encountered staff so rude before for asking a mere question. I am simply trying to schedule an appointment. I am being constantly hung up on and experiencing beyond necessary wait times just to talk to someone. Something needs to be done about this center.

I recommend you go to a different Planned Parenthood because at this location the Nurse and the front assistance are very rude as you can see on the other common that they are unprofessional. I think they are very rude and just not the kind. you don’t want to be around these type of people. I would rather go where I feel comfortable and safe.

I had an appointments at 11:40 and I arrived at 11:53 the lady at the front desk with red hair told me I was a half hour late and I couldnt be seem. I wasnt a half late and as many times I have come to this unorganized location with an appointment scheduled I was never seen within 15 minutes but because it Friday she wants to leave at 1pm and it wasnt even 12 o clock yet , I still couldnt be seen even the doc only spends 10 min with the patient

Very rude over the phone and short. Asked about the services they offered and was hung up on because they did not offer the services that I was asking about as if i was inconveniencing them with my question. The wait time to answer the phone was at least 20 minutes as if they were just avoiding answering the phone

I had trouble getting an emergency appointment (due to my insurance switching) at any other Facilities They helped me and made me feel so comfortable, Staff were beyond excellent at making my visits comfortable, Thank you again for your help , ,and I will continue to referrel others

Even though the wait time can be long, their service in general are friendly and they make sure you are okay and informed.

First time because from another laboratory here they recommended terrible service, all through Intercom, they didnt even open the door to explain my problem since I didnt have an appointment and it was my first time at least so they could guide me on what should be done in case I had a placenta without a embryo developed 6 months ago in my belly and I have non-stop bleeding I am 41 I have never had children and it should not stay should be done in this situation or where do I have to go in case in the morning the body wants to expel that placenta 15 years ago I had a similar experience and it was horrible but at least I was in Puerto Rico and I knew where to go. Calls non-stop and the phones dont answer either
