If I could give no stars I would the man that was in the office on 7/1 at 4:43pm was rude. I dont think he should work with the public at all. I had an appointment and my husbands name was not showing up At this point, he was like I can take you because were about to close in 15 minutes. He waits to take me in process me give me my receipt to say I cant take him because were closing right now and I cant take him as a walk-in because I would need the confirmation from an email, which makes absolutely no sense because if we receive a confirmation that means its a set appointment it clearly states that they can take walk-ins. The man didnt want to work and is lazy. My recommendation; stop placing people in positions that are clearly not meant to work in customer service. He was more interested in going home then actually representing the company he works.

So, I had a bad day and still needed to get finger printed. Went to this identego location with a terrible attitude.The two gentleman working at the location were so kind, patient, and professional that I realized I was being more than a little unpleasant. James and Brandon assisted every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Process was super quick and easy and the conversation was light and fun!:)

Fingerprinting is easy at this identogo location. The staff is friendly and happily took me as a walk-in. There was no wait. They are experienced with the machine and it takes less than 2 minutes. I have gone here twice and it is the same amazing experience each time.

What a pleasant experience! This is the second time I had to get my fingerprints taken, but Im glad I had the opportunity because James was so lovely. He was very efficient, friendly, and left me very happy that I had the opportunity to interact with him.

Today I had a wonderful experience at my fingerprinting appointment. The office was very clean, it was quick and painless and the customer service was spectacular. I was waited on by Brandon, who was super nice and I was extremely impressed at how fast and efficiently he completed my fingerprints. Kudos to the staff at Philly Wellnessmart!!

Accessible location with friendly and welcoming employees. I arrived almost 30 minutes early to my pre-employment fingerprinting appointment but that wasn’t an issue, which I was grateful for. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes which is faster than other locations I’ve been to. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience here for my first time.James was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.He got the needle in on the first try and it was just a quick pinch! Would definitely come back to this location if services are needed again.

The two staff members at this location were very knowledgeable and helped me sign up for the correct finger printing services that I needed for my job. They were also efficient and I did not have to wait at all to have my prints taken.

I had an appointment to get fingerprinted for school and had a great experience at Identogo/ wellnessMart. I was seen immediately, the gentleman was kind and patient, and the whole process took about 5 min total. I was in and out with no issues! Would definitely recommend for anyone needing to get fingerprinted or needing other compliance services!

Super sweet and super fast! I had a great experience getting my fingerprints done here :) took about a week and a half for results to come in.

I was terribly mistreated by a very unprofessional nurse today who not only was rude, gas lit me and stabbedme with a huge tb needle and didnt even draw my blood!!! He was too angry that I asked him to be gentle on me and proceeded to yell at me and told me I could have it done elsewhere. He was so inappropriate asking me where I have tattoos on my body and when I asked foe his name so I could make a complaint he said dont worry about it. Disguisting!!!! This nasty guy shpuld not be allowed to be a nurse and especially.not draw blood. He didnt even wear gloves for the first part of the procedure!!!!!

Best experience I’ve ever had with fingerprinting, no contest. I had signed up for the wrong service and didn’t even realize until the helpful folks at this Identogo patiently figured it out with me. If you’re looking for amazing people who care about your experience, this is definitely the fingerprinting spot for you. You can find the office by entering via Phoenix Apartments and asking where the Identogo or Wellness Mart is. :)

Scheduled an appointment (for a specific test) just to come in and find out they don’t have supplies to do my test and no timeline on when they would be ready. So they just have a huge disconnect between the scheduling system and the techs in the office.

Customer service was amazing, went super quick and whoever helped me (im sorry i forgot your name) was so accommodating! i recommend coming here for fingerprinting!
