Doctor Jose was absolutely FABULOUS! He was thorough, patient, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to deliver excellent medical care. I have never been to an urgent care where the doctor was so attentive and made sure that I made it back to my destination safely. I am truly IMPRESSED!The medical professional who did my x-rays and prepped me for discharge, was OUTSTANDING! He too answered all of my questions and truly cared about my health, safety and welfare.I’m so grateful for the EXCELLENT service that I received on this evening!

I had an urgent matter that needed to be handled in a timely fashion and i was already nervous and hungry, Kareema was comforting,understanding, and moved swiftly and carefully. I appreciate her for making my experience a little smoother. She listened very well. 5 🌟

I scheduled an appointment at the S. Broad street location on a Thursday evening. It was busy but I was promptly greeted and showed the process by the nurse Dawn, who was also working the front desk while short staffed. The doctor assessed my symptoms, requested some medical history and determined my treatment. The employees were all very personable and treated me with kindness. I would recommend this urgent care to others.

Extremely friendly and professional staff!In and out within an hour and a half, even with needing an X-ray!I really appreciated the communication and energy that Eric displayed!Definitely recommend this location!

This place is there when I need it and usually has appts available. This morning Karima was such a burst of sunshine when I wasn’t feeling my best, prompting me to write the review singing her praises. As usual, with an appointment, I was in and out quickly between efficient work by her, the front desk, and the nurse practitioner. Would recommend.

Everyone was nice at both locations however I made an appointment for injury which X-ray falls under. I go to my appointment and there’s no tech there at at any other location in the city so I had to go to a different location the following day. I waited there for over 2 hours even though I was told I’d be in and out but I’m sure they were backed up not having techs the night before. Then there was no radiologist to read it so they had to call me the following day with results. Not very urgent in this case.

I moved to Philly five months ago and have not had health insurance. This urgent care has been a godsend. I’ve been here three times for various issues and the staff is always kind, courteous, and caring. I’ve seen Michael Edmonds twice and he is extremely knowledgeable and straight forward, which I appreciate.While I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon, I won’t be mad if I do because the reasonable out-of-pocket costs and friendly staff make it a worthwhile trip.

This was my first visit to this Urgent Care Clinic and I highly recommend it. The price for the services is reasonable. All the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. I was seen by Dr Kadakia and she was very patient and answered all of my questions/concerns thoroughly. In addition, the prescription pick-up was easy. The clinic sent it to a nearby CVS and it was ready when to be picked up when I got there. I even got a discount too from them. Since my visit was a self-pay, any savings is a plus. Overall, it was a positive vybe :)

Visited vybe after another urgent care had stopped taking walk-ins early. the staff were very kind, patient, and attentive- making me feel very cared for. because of how urgent cares operate (both walk-in and appointment), you may or may not experience a wait. this is not the facility’s fault and is just a side effect of coexisting with billions of other human beings.would def come back here again (if needed). one of the medical assistants let me know that x-ray tech availability varies by location due to a shortage- calling ahead is always good practice!

We went to Vybe Urgent Care today to get a referral for a double hernia. They did a really good job with the evaluation and the PA was thorough when laying out the options we could pursue. She printed out the exam summary and a list of surgeons we could contact. Overall, the exam was done very well and we left feeling like she really cared.The cleanliness of the facility was horrible. The floor was filthy and there was blood stains on the exam table.

We had an excellent experience at this urgent care location! Doctor Kristine was incredibly attentive and helpful, taking the time to listen to our concerns and provide clear, effective treatment recommendations. Nurse Kareema was so sweet and comforting, making us feel at ease during the entire visit. The staffs professionalism and care truly made a difference, and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of prompt, compassionate medical attention. Thank you, Kristine and Kareema!

Wow! This is the best urgent care (& one of the best doctor’s offices) I’ve been to in Philly! The office was modern & clean, and both the nurses and doctor were so professional and kind. My appointment time was at 12pm and I was out by 12:15 so super efficient as well! Would highly recommend.

Convenient locations, modern and clean facilities, easy to make an appointment and fast service. Best urgent care Ive been to. I made an appointment for the X-ray and they had the tech and machine ready and waiting for me. Highly recommend.

I was welcomed nicely by the receptionist they were very kind patient and professional. I went back to triage pretty quickly and they were great, friendly and definitely related to the medical issues I was having and that was a huge help. Then I was taken back by a nurse I believe and they were also very helpful and kind and apologized for the wait they had been very busy that day and it was close to the end of the night for them. My appointment was for 6:30 and they close at 8 it was the appointment I could get. The absolute worst problem I had was with the doctors visit, the doctor came in fast slammed their laptop on the table I was sitting by and huffed and was pretty rude, non comforting at all and immediately started blowing me off. Before I could really say anything they said there is nothing I can do. I came in saying I had severe kidney pain, I just had to have emergency gallbladder surgery to have my gallbladder removed. I’ve been experiencing extreme pain it’s extremely painful to walk, constant diarrhea for over a year with no solid stools, blood in stool, vomiting, nausea, fever, fatigue, shortness of breath, the list goes on. The doctor continues to be very rude unconcerned and bothered by me even being there. Tells me just go see a general practitioner and they will refer you to a specialist. They got really short with me again then asked me to sit in the actual patient chair and looked at my scares from my gallbladder surgery said they looked fine pressed on my abdomen said oh it doesn’t hurt you’re fine. But That’s not even what I came in for I have extreme pain in my kidney, I’m not even sure if that’s where the pain is coming from because I’m not a doctor. I felt completely dismissed and not even human just because they had a bad day and wanted to go home. I’m a bartender and treat humans with way more respect than how I was treated. That’s super disappointing some people aren’t cut out for health care. There are a lot of really sick, hopeless, sad, and good people out there suffering. If you get into the medical field just to make money, gain recognition, or to make mom and dad proud you have failed the great medical providers have heart and actually care.

Very friendly staff. Very efficient and quick response to my husbands walk in for an ear infection. It was easy to park and all around a great experience. Im glad my neighbor recommended! We will as well!

I thought vybe was a clean, very well presented urgent care center. First time i ever visited an urge care and chose vybe. The reception and front desk could have been more welcoming, the wait was a bit long, but the doctor and care were very good. I would recommend vybe for its care.

So grateful for Vybes urgent care! Saved me so much time on a holiday weekend not having to go sit in ER. Dr Torrada saw me and him and the staff were professional, compassionate, and above all thorough and efficient. Highly recommend this facility.

Dr. Zahn was amazing. He was very understanding and reassuring. He had an amazing personality. Very gentle and warm hearted person. The process of getting inside wasn’t too bad. Me and my father had to go to the front desk and get the tablet to book the appointment since we were walk in’s. They handled it very organized and well. We went to a room a the nurse was very nice. Overall, I would come here anytime.

Urgent Care was very clean. I got waited on in just a couple of minutes. The staff members were pleasant. I received my test results as soon as I got home.

I came in for a mosquito bite turned into a sore and my leg was cleared up. My pressure was 170 something over 105. They gave me the cream never check my pressure again and just let me go. I like the way they do the treatment, but I think that it was wrong for them not to check my pressure again before I left and why didn’t you let me say to my pressure went down when I left

Third time I’ve used this facility. Great staff! Very attentive, friendly and clean clinic. Reasonable prices and quick time to be seen even if a walk-in with no appointment! Definitely going back for future health needs!

Appointments mean nothing. I come in the middle of the day during working hours with an appointment and every time they see like 5 walk-ins first instead of honoring appointments. Today I wasn’t seen until 41 mins past my appointment time. My favorite part was when I asked a worker if appointments mean nothing and they said I should have been seen already and they didn’t know why it’s like this or why I wasn’t seen when I should have been. I have come here a lot and won’t return.

Today I accidentally sliced my knuckle pretty good, and realized it might benefit from some stitches. I didnt want to spend all day in an ER, so I searched and found urgent care could provide them! On the Vybe website I was able to make an appt for only 1.5 hours later. I arrived to welcoming desk staff and was taken back immediately. The nurse who prepped me was incredibly lovely and competent. Dr Kadakia arrived a few minutes later, checked me out and confirmed stitches were best. Everything was explained to me clearly. I wasnt in pain but the nurse and doctor both assumed I might be, and were careful to keep me as comfortable as possible. I believe the whole thing took less than 30 minutes. I felt *extremely* well taken care of by knowledgeable staff, with wonderful bedside manner. I dont think I would have gotten stitches today if it hadnt been for Vybe. I am so appreciative to be able to have this taken care of today, and not have to fuss with the stress of a deep wound reopening over and over. I 100% recommend familiarizing yourself with what urgent care can provide, and I recommend Vybe for those needs.

The nurse and Doctor were amazing and very attentive. However the receptionist seems to care more about Tic Toc and social media. I was seen today at 8:30 am. But my prescriptions never arrived to the pharmacy. I had to call the pharmacy to find out this... bottom line is Im still waiting for scripts to be fax at 11:40 am. Please put the phone Down and Fax my Scripts🙏🏾

I’d give 0 if I could! Soon as my copay was paid it was how fast can we get her out. Negated every concern I presented while I was presenting them and fast talked me. Put the wrong diagnosis on my paperwork probably because he was too busy interrupting me. Diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection with no respiratory symptoms…when I told him that has to come he did with no problems why because he doesn’t know what’s wrong with me and he wasn’t listening when I was speaking. VS on DC paperwork were from 2018, they didn’t even take a full set so how did they document a full set? Noticed a new rash when I got home called back and he pretended he couldn’t see it (how condescending) after having me rush back up there to visualize it. Dr. Patel is A1 joke save your money go elsewhere! The medical board needs to review his practices and he needs a refresher on his oath! Never coming back to this place!

I was treated respectfully and professionley and in a timely fashion from the time I was greeted by the lovely receptionist all the way through to seeing the extremely knowledgeable doctor. I had a great experience and I will return when needed.

Sooooo thankful for the staff here for examining my mom when she broke her foot. The staff was kind, patient, really took the time to make sure everything was perfect before we left. The gentleman even helped me walk her to the car and help her get in.The space was clean. A bit of parking on the side.Thank you soooooo much!!! My mom hates going to doctors but she has been telling the family how wonderful the staff here was.

Nice people but everytime I make an appointment I wait well over an hour. This isn’t the individual employees fault, vybe needs to manage their appointments, system, or number of employees better. I know they allow walk ins but what’s the point of scheduling if you wait over an hour every time.

First time ever using a urgent care, usually I’m in good health but I did a walk in with them due to having a mix of conditional attacks, got me in quickly in about 20 minutes and took care of me. 10/10 would def recommend

I came here a number of times in the 3 years I lived in Philly and never had a bad experience at this location. I made appointments but it was rarely overcrowded. The service itself was always polite but also thorough and never felt like I had my concerns dismissed by the physicians.

I loved Kareemas pleasant attitude and caring nature during my check in she asked me everything needed to be asked and just was all around a good vibe first time patient I see myself coming back and recommending this place to family and friends I appreciated her discretion and helpfulness as well she herself deserves a raise if not a free lunch or two and definitely praise in the workplace homes the happiest employees 💛

Never had any problems with vybe urgent CareThis is my third time seeing them and every time they are quick and do exactly what I need!The staff at this visit in particular was super friendly and personable. They kinda take the stress out of healthcare a bit

I went in complaining of fever and cough. Dr Thai did not seem to listen to me. He didnt even put the otoscope in my ear, he put it about three inches outside of my ear. He prescribed me allergy medicine. Nothing he did focused on my symptoms. It felt like he was just getting me out of there. The woman who took my vitals wrote every thing down in her glove instead of inputting my info into their system with a laptop like every other person there does. I was still sick with a fever and a cough a week later and went back. This time, dr Wagner actually listened and it turns out I have pneumonia. I was properly treated and medicated. Already feeling better. Really wish dr Thai would have done his job so I could be back at work by now instead of out another week. Id honestly like my money back from that visit because it was so bad. If I ever need to go back and he is the doctor, I will choose a different urgent care.

I always choose this location whenever I need anything and they’re always so nice. The one nurse, her name is Dawn; is extremely helpful and always so sweet the times I’ve came in. She deserves a raise for sure!

Second time at this location in the past 2-3 years. This time I made an appointment online, which made the check-in process easy. The staff was friendly. Mike, the PA, and Eric, the X-ray tech, were especially wonderful because they took the time to show me my images and results. I was fortunate to not have any wait, so I was in and out within 45 minutes.

Came about 15 minutes early for my appointment. Sign in was fast and simple. Was called back quickly. Service and information given was thorough yet patient friendly. Great experience overall.

I have been here a few too many times and every doctor I get is always so friendly and nice. Not too long of a wait either. Usually in and out. They are one of the few places that take health partners insurance. This is my go to spot for and easy fix.

The expertise and professionalism at this location is Grade A.Dr. Cabry; Radiologist Eric; and all of the front office staff. Everyone was helpful and patient throughout the entire experience.If you need medical care, this is the place to go in South Philly.

EDIT: my partner has pancreatitis, a side effect of the incorrect medication prescribed to him. We are now actively looking into lawyers for a medical malpractice suit.Will never go here again, Dr Tosha Kadakia gave my partner the incorrect antibiotics while not even mentioning other (actually appropriate) options, and repeatedly arguing with him when he told her shed misdiagnosed him. We shouldve realized that was a huge red flag off the bat and gone somewhere else because we were right. We had to take him to the ER where he had to stay for SEVERAL days because the medicine shed given him gave him pancreatitis. No one we talked to since could understand why hes been given this medication because it wasnt for any of his symptoms.Long story short this Dr and her complete inability and/or refusal to actually listen to patients has now created a massive hospital bill that WE have to try and figure out how to pay.I know vybe wont do anything about it, but at least I can warn others to stay far far away from this place while looking into a possible malpractice suitEDIT: my partner has pancreatitis, a side effect of the medication this

Entered as a walk in appointment about a hour before posted closing time. 5pm. The Waiting room was clean and comfortable. With a few customers (patients) waiting. Front desk personnel lacked personality and almost zero customer service skills.But she was attentive when directly addressed.( C-) , Once the sign-in process and payment was completed. We were quickly and promptly called to the examination room, which we were happily surprised and delightedly thankful. The professional staff (CNA, RN, and the nurse Practitioner) when greeted they all were curtious, friendly and diligent in their care giving process.I’m not one to write reviews but because of the positive experience I just had I believe Mike and his team deserves a thank you.

From check-in to diagnostics to consultation, I had a positive experience with every single person I interacted with this morning. Not the closest urgent care to my house, but it’s now my preferred urgent care.

Got a same day appointment with an easy online scheduling and registration process. There is some free onsite parking and its close to the Broad Street subway. The staff, from the front desk to nurse to physician were all friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to do a thorough intake and exam to diagnose my health issue. I received a full written and emailed report with suggested next steps. Excellent urgent care experience overall.

8:50am appt, arrived early, seen at appx 9:30 by Mike, nice PA. lobby staff nice as well. Rx put in immediately and available fr nearby CVS within 15 min of them calling it in. Quick and efficient.

Great staff, extremely fast service. Doctor saw me right away, unfortunately the metal that punctured my eye was lodged in too deeply to remove under normal circumstances. Self pay prices were surprisingly very reasonable!

I only have four stars because my experience was okay seen within the time frame of my lunch hour very important but left with no answers have to wait for them to send samples out. Why isnt urgent care more modern

Diagnosed with me with an upper respiratory infection when I in full detail described my symptoms and gave my concerns and Jose Torradas brushed it off as if it was just allergies and the hot weather, prescribed me an inhaler that I paid 45$ for. Later that night I broke into full pneumococcal symptoms and almost did not make it! Great, thanks for the inhaler bud. What a joke thinking back I clearly was displaying pre pneumonia symptoms and it was just quickly explained what was thought. Everything was rushed but I had to wait damn near 30 minutes for closing paperwork and then had a nurse come in to tell me “yeah I just had to get an inhaler and when I use it I feel better”I’m just mad, I trusted Vybe care to be accurate and diagnose me properly, I should’ve just waited in the ER I guess.73.00 co pay for Aetna BTW.

Took my son here bc he has allergic reactions that caused rashes all over his body. This place is nice and the doctors, nurses and staff are wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

This team was amazing! I had come in to Have an x-ray of my wrist and hand for a possible fracture. I was not feeling well during my visit. The team has excellent bedside manner and we’re extremely professional. I highly recommend vybe urgent care in South Philadelphia!

Kareema was very helpful with my wound and helped distract from the pain with jokes! They said the weight was gonna be long but it was fairly quick.

My issue was embarrassing but everyone was super sweet and reassuring. The wait was short and I was in/out in less than 15 min. Super clean and excellent staff!

Called them in advance to ask if they provided x, y and z and they said yes. Showed up to the clinic and they do not. No EKGs no bloodwork no nothing. I have a strong suspicion they only told me that because of how i showed up

First time at an urgent care. I would return as they were very informative and knowledgeable. The staff was great.

I finally scheduled an appointment after multiple days with a sore throat. With the online pre-registration, I was able to be taken back to be seen at or prior to my appointment time (that rarely happens). The medical assistant (unfortunately, I dont remember her name) and PA (I. M. Iglesias) were friendly, professional, efficient, and easy to talk to. They listened to my concerns and symptoms and answered all my questions. Upon diagnosis, the instructions were clearly communicated to ensure I fully understood the prescriptions and care plan. If I ever need to use Urgent Care in South Philly again, I will definitely be use Vybe. From scheduling to discharge, the process was easy, efficient, and helpful.

Great place! I went in with a constant pain in my right leg. Right away the doctor was concerned that it might be a blood clot and I should immediately go to an emergency room which I did and it was. I am doing very well now thanks to their quick and accurate assessment. Thank you I am so grateful for all of your help. 🙏

I have had great experiences at this urgent care in the past. They helped tremendously when I had bronchitis, the flu, a broken foot...providing me not only with the physical medical care I needed but also were kind and helpful with figuring out next steps. I realize I had to go in this time on what I assume was a busy evening, but I made sure to make an appointment much earlier in the day. I still waited almost an hour to be called after checking in. It seemed like they were understaffed, which is obviously not the staffs fault, and must have been really stressful for them if that was the case. I sympathize with them on that matter. However, I was incredibly disheartened by the care I received from the doctor that came to see me. He was condescending, dismissive, and generally impatient. He was clearly busy and seemingly annoyed with my issues. He could not take the time to actually listen to my needs, my questions, or my experience. He interrupted me constantly, and responded to all of my questions and answers as if I was an ignorant child. This has been a lifelong issue with many doctors, but this case was possibly the most frustrating given the amount of physical pain I have been in. I appreciate the needed referral I received in the end. Medical professionals everywhere: please reevaluate the way you interact with patients. They just want help and to be heard.

Id give 5 if it wasnt for the dark skinned nurse or doctor who did my stitches attitude and the fact he didnt tie my last stich or do it properly at all! UPDATE. ALL MY STICHES FELL OUT BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT! THE DOCTOR DIDNT TIE THE STITCHES PROPERLY!

Terrible place, Doctor tells you they are going to prescribe you medicine cause your sick . then never writes it, or submits anything. Every time you call them, they run you around in a circle. Called yesterday told they did have a script but never sent it and would do some shortly, call again this morning cause the script was never sent, only to be told there is nothing on your file. waste of time

Vybe is an excellent urgent care. Went today as a walk-in. After a short wait, I was taken back. Dr. Rinaldi & Eric were extremely compassionate & caring. Thank you. I definitely recommend this location.

Well, I went in, and it was definitely nice and clean in there. What was extremely inconvenient and a shame was that I waited what probably ended up being about an hour just to see the doctor for 2 minutes for a simple medication refill. Then, the doctor sent the refill to the wrong pharmacy after I had already told the receptionist the pharmacy and address when I checked in. Ended having to go back to get the pharmacy issue corrected. However, even after going through everything that occurred, I would still recommend this urgent care facility to anyone because of the cleanliness and because the doctor really understood what I was going through and actually wanted my input on what treatments and remedies worked in the past.

Vybe absolutely legit...Thankful for their service and hospitality...My opinion theyre more humane then the obvious in Philadelphia....

I was thoroughly impressed by this place! Made an appointment same day and had a very short wait, just in time before the x-ray tech left at 5, and short wait to get results and help. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Front desk staff brought me a wheel chair before I even hobbled in the door!

Had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Morris and his med student, Brad. They both took the time to listen to my concerns and symptoms, and I felt truly heard and cared for. They validated the pain that I was in and formulated a treatment plan to improve symptoms. This was my first time at Vybe Urgent Care, but after today’s positive experience, I will definitely choose this location in the future.

Amazing place!!! I had an appt which I made 15 minutes before I arrived. From beginning to end, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. The doctor was amazing very personable and me feel very comfortable. As bad as I was feeling, they made me feel as uncomfortable as I possibly could. Highly recommend this place. I’m here in Philly visiting and have not felt good since I’ve been here. I am never sick. The physical exam leaves much to be desired. As a nurse, I was shocked at the lack of attention and the lack of any type of physical exam. I came in with nausea and head congestion and this doctor looked in one ear only and looked at my throat and that’s it! Never listened to my heart, lungs or anything else. The patient is more than the signs or symptoms they come in with. At the bare minimum, a doctor should always listen to your heart and lungs and do a basic head to toe exam. I’m guessing places like this operate at a volume basis, so the more people they push through here, the better.

Was seen at my appointment time. Was greeted by the front desk when I walked in and also by the nurse after she called my name. The Doctor and the other staff I came in contact with were all very pleasant. This is my go to spot for urgent care.

First off, I had a wonderful experience with the front desk woman and the other female staff who work here, and I’ve had great and helpful experiences here in the past, as well. This is specifically why I chose this location today. The other staff members are the only reason I’m not giving this experience one star.However, my appointment took a sharp downward turn with the arrival of Dr. Morros. Dr. Morros was incredibly condescending, choosing to mainly speak to my (male) partner, interrupting me when I asked relevant questions, and neglecting to ask any details about my symptoms. He was more concerned with practicing his comedy routine than with actually listening to the adult woman in front of him who wanted medical advice. I’ve had pleasant and helpful interactions with other medical professionals at this location before, and I almost never leave negative reviews, but Dr. Morros’ conduct was extremely unprofessional, sexist, and left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Avoid him at all costs if you want actual medical assistance!!

The staff were all very nice and extremely patient. I really liked that they enforced everyone wearing a mask. The doctor was attentive and friendly eventhough it was busy and other patients were not being very polite.

It’s very RARE to come here and find a good provider. Your appointment will be rushed, they dismiss your concerns. Doctor Geoffrey Winkley told me that my throat pain was just an upper respiratory infection. He looked in my throat for less than a second. He told me my throat looked normal, even though I had swelling to my left tonsil , white spots and strawberry tongue. If he would have got a good look , he would have seen that my throat don’t look normal. He said he “ doubt “ that I have strep. The nurse had to come back in and tell him that it was positive. You shouldn’t go somewhere and feel like your problems is dismissed or that you have to constantly advocate for yourself. Also, they discuss your results in the hall. I shouldn’t know anything about anyone’s test results and nobody should know about mine. The NP Christine Wagner is also very dismissive of your concerns. Very rude and I can hear her and her colleagues talking about me in the hallway. It’s also a girl here who take vital signs who was very rude this morning. I am in the health field as well. It takes nothing to show compassion to someone and listen to people concerns. This place use to be so nice. After today and yesterday I won’t be back.Update: They also canceled my medication for strep and Motrin . Then called me back two days later and told me to buy Ibuprofen over the counter, even though my insurance cover it. This places is very racist! Be aware.

I made an appointment for my son on a Saturday. We filled out a little paperwork (electronically) when we got there. We waited for just a few minutes in the lobby. The nurse and doctor were nice and great with my one-year-old. It was quick, easy, and pleasant.

My daughter sprained her ankle and was in pain. We went to Vybe and they were all wonderful and tended to our needs. From the moment we walked in until the time we checked out.. The office is clean, and modern. The staff, very professional. The wait time was a little more than an hour. I will recommend Vybe to my family and friends.

Went to this location for common cold sx and to make sure it wasn’t strep throat. I was not impressed at all and concerned about the tx plan I was offered. The only physical exam the doc did was listen to my lungs in one location with only one breath in. I had to ask him to look in my ears to make sure it wasn’t an ear infection. I described having mild congestion and he wanted to prescribe steroids! I can’t believe that is the normal course of action. He seemed like he decided before he came in the room what the plan was. He never felt my lymph nodes and didnt ask many questions. He didn’t even ask what I was taking OTC for my sx. He didn’t offer any explanation of potential side effects of steroids. I will not be going back here.

My daughter was able to be seen right away. Kareema was great!

I went here with an existing issue after being in the ER and not being able to find a doctor to follow up with. I went in hoping to at least get another refill of antibiotics. The PA I saw here (Snow) was extremely thorough with my medical history, took the time to really listen to my concerns and she went above and beyond to help me get in (within the week) with a specialist who was booked out 2 months. I would have never been able to get in otherwise without her help and she was able to extend my antibiotics as well. The care I received was wonderful and I was in and out very quickly. The staff are great and very effecient here and I highly recommend them!

Everyone at the clinic was extremely friendly & helpful from the front desk to the techs/MA’s. Dr. Torradas was very informative & explained my treatment plan in detail. They were able to send my prescription to my pharmacy & provided a printed treatment plan. Would certainly come back here for any future issues!

People very nice got there early didnt wait long. However problems with my knee swelling and pain.they did an x ray of knee laying down.they didnt find anything. At therapy. I had said got x ray. But nothing showed. They asked how it was done said Laying down. They informed me you need to be standing the weight bearing would show..then had to go 2 dr.and then schedule another x ray. Had it been down right at urgent care wouldnt have needed a 2nd one waste of time and money.so someone there needs to be more qualified to know to do it right. Sorry but because of this couldnt give a good review.

I love this urgent care place. It is the only urgent care I’ve ever walked into without an appointment as a walk-in and have been seen within 20 minutes if that! I have Pancreatic cancer and bruised my right big toe but vybe took care of me quickly and the whole process was easy and digital (regarding checking in). Everyone there (both on Broad and Federal sts and the one on Spring Garden Ave) were professional and extremely kind!!

I have come to this urgent care several times and been impressed each one. The staff was friendly, the Dr. took her time and answered my questions, was incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable.

I was a walk in patient. From signing in to being seen it took maybe 20 minutes. After that, the entire visit including multiple screenings for various ailments took maybe another 20 minutes. Everyone was very kind and attentive. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

Clean, professional facility, just like any doctors office. I made an appointment and was seen quickly for a sore throat. I got all my questions answered and left with a prescription. I will definitely return to them with any future urgent care needs.

Honestly, I think Im done with this place. I like the front desk staff and the nurses and some of the PAs are good but 1. Sunday is the worst day. They schedule 1 PA and then stack their appointments. I was seen an hour after my appointment time and when the PA did see me he was short and dismissive. I get that theyre slammed busy, but it ruins the entire patient experience. 0 bedside manner. 2, I am sick. I spent 10 min talking to a nurse about my symptoms (which include lack of voice so I shouldnt even be whispering right now) and then you come in and I have to strain to say it all again? A waste of time and money. Its probably just ___ oh... is it PROBABLY JUST THAT? Insane. Never again.

I was extremely impressed with my first visit to VYBE URGENT CARE right here on South Broad Street. I was very impressed by all of the staff’s excellent professionalism.The hospital-like atmosphere made me feel that I was in very capable hands. It was comforting to have a real doctor personally review my new file and tests. He was so on point with my strep throat diagnosis. He called in my two prescriptions on the spot… and I wasn’t told to “come back in three-four days if your symptoms get worse” (which is exactly they did at another urgent care). I’m here to stay!

I came in with an injured shoulder. Both the nurse and the doctor were extremely professional, friendly, and thorough in explaining my injury.

I promise that I will never return to this urgent care again. First I had a negative experience with a doctor named Dr.Morros I tried to report him instead of making a Google review which I was able to do. He was extremely disgusting and insensitive. When I asked him about a medication he told me to google it which is highly unethical. He also continued to discuss my medical concerns in the hallway for others to hear, again, highly unethical. But my final straw with this location is that I received my lab results from labcorp which read “equivocal” which means that the lab results are neither positive or negative. I read these results BEFORE I got a phone call from a doctor at urgent care letting me know that I am positive. I contacted my doctor because I was getting two different answers. I was sent into labcorp by my doctor to get retested. Keep in mind I did not take the medication that urgent care prescribed me because my doctor advised me not to. When I received my results back from my doctors testing it read NEGATIVE. so why would urgent care call me to give me a positive result and give me treatment for something I do not have?! The doctors at this location are 100% incompetent!

Booked an appointment online after I saw an email that they sent out for free flu shots. Once I got there they told me it was $65 with insurance to get the flu shot. If I didn’t have insurance it would be $35. Don’t believe any of the emails they send this place is a total rip off. Just go to target CVS Rite Aid really anywhere else but this place and you can get the same flu shot for free. UPDATE. Received a call from the manager saying they were mistaken about the price, it should have been free. How could they not know pricing. They told me they just got the pricing for flu season. Flu season already started. This place is fishy, who knows how many other people were “Mistakenly” charged the wrong price.

This was my first time here and I had a great experience. The person that took my information and did the testing was awesome! He explained everything to me so clearly so that I can know what to expect. He was very kind,pleasant, and professional which really made my day. The waiting time was very short. I was in and out. I have no complaints about my visit whatsoever.

OMG!!! The staff here were so nice and caring. I highly recommend coming here. This is the first time Ive been here and I had a great experience. The room was clean, there was hand sanitizer in multiple locations. Nicole was amazing. The Physician Assistant Alex, listened to my concerns and prescribed the asthma medication that I needed. There was parking on site. I went in concerned about my ankle and came out relieved that it wasn’t as serious as I Thought. I made the appointment at 830 for 920 within 15 minutes I was in the back. The registration was on line which was great. The staff was phenomenal. I would recommend highly. The whole process was phenomenal.

I wasnt very satisfied with the level of care. The doctor made my 12yr daughter more than comfortable and he explained in detail what her problem was and what he was prescribing for it. He also gave me a referral for a specialist for her and explained to her why he wanted her to see them.

Surprisingly smooth - especially as I showed up without an appointment and had a tricky hand injury. Everyone was professional. Pacing was swift. Facilities were clean. The tech used in-house (iPad for check in, laptops for staff, etc) was well designed and utilized efficiently. The doctors were very knowledgeable and skilled. And they treated my son with respect and kindness.(He came with me and was very worried about his momma.) Ive been to other urgent care places and this one exceeded my expectations. Overall, I was really impressed. And thats not something I ever expected to say about an urgent care place.

This team at Vybe was so pleasant and helpful during a time of stress for me just this morning. I had an ankle injury, and they took me in quickly upon arrival. Everyone made me feel at ease and made the visit as easy as possible. I couldnt recommend it enough.

I needed a walk in clinic ASAP because I was dealing with a health issue that I couldnt put off any longer. Ive never heard of Vybe Urgent Care until I was referred byanother urgent care office whom didnt accept my health insurance and suggested that I go to the clinic a few blocks away. Well hello Vybe! That was one of the best suggestions that anyone had given me in a long time. I was treated very kindly by each and every staff member. I thank God for that referral best experience Ive had as a walk-in patient that Ive felt welcome from the door. Yes, I give them 2 thumbs 👍🏽👍🏽 up.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a healthcare facility. The staff were wonderful. The XRay Technician, Eric, was attentive, professional and empathetic. He made the strep test easy and efficient. Dr. Kate Mueller listened to me - not just as a doctor but as a person - I trusted her right away. She was very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful; an excellent doctor. I am so glad I was treated by her. If my family or I ever need medical attention right away, we will come here!

Came for a persistent cough and as I’m in my first trimester, and wanted to talk to a professional to see if there was any medication I could take to ease the cough but also wouldn’t be harmful to my baby.When I met with the doctor and described my symptoms, I was told to take NyQuil and take it easy. When asked if that was appropriate, as I am pregnant and NyQuil isn’t recommended for pregnant women, the dr had no idea I was pregnant and admitted to not reading my paperwork. He then proceeded to google medications to take for a cold while pregnant (which I could have and have done myself, which is why I questioned his recommendation of NyQuil).Overall, a waste of a $70 copay and my time. I will definitely not be coming back or recommend this urgent care to anyone who wants legitimate medical advice.
