Ive only been to vybe twice but both times they provided fast, quick service! friendly staff, the patient portal is not full of bugs or technical issues (at least so far), and the medical assistant offered me a cup of water. the doctors here are straightforward and get to the point. overall pretty good for an urgent care.

Didn’t have an appointment, Nadya gave me a warm greeting, which made me feel comfortable. Monica too was great, very soft but assertive and easy to communicate with. I liked Dr. Banger as well, she was thorough and quick.Definitely recommend this urgent care

This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had! The nurse and P.A. who both treated my daughter were both so kind, patient and gentle. They helped keep her calm and comfortable. I highly recommend this location!

I arrived at Urgent Care with no appointment, in a lot of pain, with what I thought was a broken toe. I was quickly signed in by one of the staff who promptly did my X-rays, giving me a disc copy of them in case I needed further treatment. Maurice took my vitals while reassuring me in a calmly manner. Adam the PA examined my toe and informed me what needed to happen. After viewing the X-rays with the doctor, and assuring me my toe was not broken, he proceeded with a quick procedure that immediately reduced my pain. Adam was able to relax my nerves and his ability to calm me down while reducing my pain displayed outstanding professionalism and care for his patient at the same time. I am thankful to the entire staff for making my experience as easy as possible. Their efficiency and personal care was noted and appreciated. I highly recommend them.Thank you,Mary Tracy Moses

Great service from the front of the office to the back!! Had an appointment little to no wait! I must say I’ve had my blood drawn a lot of different times (transfusions, ivs etc.) Maurice was by far the best to ever draw my blood ! No pain very gentle and picked up my vein in 1 poke 😱 I’ll definitely be back !!! Thank you 100xs Maurice you’re GREAT !!!

Came in for a sprained ankle & Ms Norine assisted me & took care of me like I was on of her own. Great staff & everyone works swiftly. I will be returning if something happens again

I absolutely love this urgent care they get u in & out & they actually take the time to educate u about your health.Norine really took her time to really be patient with me & in finding my veins so I could get my blood work done,I was so dehydrated, & really didnt realize I was after coming from working a 16hr shift..but she didnt say come back tomar & send me away ,...she offered me cups of water ,&gave me heating packs & good conversation, then a few minutes later,she was able to finish up with my visit & everything was a complete success..plus I had a nice Nurse and Doctor aswell,....so I would diffinity recommend this urgent care,if u want a clean,efficient, & perfessional environment. 💪🏾not to mention they have free WIFI🙌🤙🏾😌I shall be back...for more flu shots etc...thank u Vybes Urgent Care....!!

I came to vybe urgent care for ongoing hives and was quite anxious about the whole situation. The staff, nurse, and doctor were all wonderful. I was able to get the help I needed and some peace of mind. The environment was well kept, clean, and welcoming!

Extremely fast service with excellent communication. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was both friendly and highly knowledgeable. The facility was clean, and the service was far superior to what I experienced at Will Eye.

I recommend this place because they are not only very thorough and actually care for ones well being, they are quick getting you to a room to he examined. The Dr explained everything step by step so I can understand what was going on with me. Im satisfied

First time at an Urgent Care. Location was good. There is free parking in the lot in back. The offices were clean, staff greeted me and were very nice. Dr. Ken was pleasant with a Great bedside manner 😊.

The interactions with the assistant and the doctor were both excellent. Getting to the portal was difficult, however, and when I did get there, no information about my visit was actually available. When I phoned to followup on this, I just got a message that they were too busy to take my call.

Dropped in for a broken toe. They could have been dismissive for such a little problem but I encountered attentive, thorough and extraordinary customer service; outstanding interactions with every employee, especially Tracy and the XRay tech! Some of the best quality medical care Ive received in my 55 years. Ashamed to say my expectations were low bc its an urgent care facility. Ive never been happier to be proven wrong.

Vybe will get you in and out in a jiffy! They take the time to listen and address your concerns and will follow up with a thorough review of your medical history on file to ensure accuracy in handling. Great team to place your medical needs with for the interim!

I came to urgent care cause of excruciating right shoulder pain. I was hurting. I was charged twice for my co pay. Nurse was very nice physician Asst treated me But seemed unsure. Script was electronically sent and never got there to my Cvs. I had to go all the way back to vybe office to get a physical script and office seemed so unsureStaff was very nice on Ridge Avenue but very disorganzed.

Everything I experienced *far exceeded* my expectations of a walk-in clinic. Everyone from the front desk staff on was efficient, friendly and communicative. I came in to get tested for possible strep throat while visiting from out of state, and care was every bit as thorough and professional as what I would have received at my usual dr back home. Highly recommend!!!

I presented with open sore, from a blister , the size dime on my small toe and my and it was red, swollen, as was the foot , slightly . I identified as diabetic. Dr indicated the toe was infected , prescribed antibiotic and said follow up in 2 days. At no point did he act to clean or bandage the wound or stress that I needed to. Fortunately I had supplies at home given by podiatry at the VA over the years that enabled me to properly clean and bandage. If you are diabetic, bypass ANY urgent care style clinic and go to an ER for any significant wound to your feet.

The staff here are wonderful. Everyone was so nice and caring, my appointment was fast and I got all the answers I needed. It’s clean and orderly and I would definitely be seen there again.

Everytime I have had a minor emergency situation Vybe Roxborough has had a courteous professional front of house staff with a thorough & informative medical staff.If you can book your appointment ahead of time , the process is quite seamless & relatively speedy.

My first time at vybe. Came in with a back injury and a lot of pain. The receptionist was the most kind n caring women. Help with my paper work. Brought my water and just an overall nice experience that you don’t find everyday. Oh yeah and did it with a smile. Hats off to the ladies at vybe.

From my appt time and getting into a room was maybe about 5 minutes. The Front Desk Staff was very pleasant. The Medical Assistant was professional and the Doctor was very friendly and explained my situation to where I wasn’t worried any more.

Quick and easy for someone with no insurance, which is what I like best. Woke up with an eye issue and was in seeing a doc 2 hours later.Kareema the nurse was very nice and helpful as well as my doc.

Fast and professional service. They let you know any upfront costs, so theres no sticker shock at the end. I was not sitting around waiting for hours.

Chose Vybe because they do xrays. Roxborough location wasnt doing xrays that day. Ill be sure to call if needed again. Receptionist very pleasant.Explained situation. Gave me options. Scheduled xray at different location but they did evaluation & everything else there. Curt the PA was very nice. Went to Spring Garden location, gave my name and they took me in the back for the xray. I know its Urgent Care but early in the morning is best time. I gave it 4 stars because of the inconvenience of having to go to another location. 👌

Norine treated me like family she was kind and concerned about my health and was wishing that I feel better when I left her and the doctor really made me happy to see that he took the time and took a few test your I make sure I’m ok! Will be returning in the near future!Thanks Norine 🫶🏽

Excellent experience. 10 out of 10. came in with a glass chunk in my heel and they took it out and cleaned it all within 20 minutes and were all very happy and cheerful the whole time.

It’ is a good and clean place, Also I felt comfortable. All stuff are well to take care of patients .

Walked in and out of there within 20 minutes. I was seen for strep throat culture and covid testing as I came down with an illness this past Sunday. The staff was courteous and attentive to all my needs and concerns. My second time coming here and I absolutely recommend

The wait was worth it. My daughter had a bad splinter in her foot and the doctor (Abe) was able to fully remove it. The removal was somewhat involved and Abe was patient and spent his time ensuring my daughter received the care she needed. Thank you, Abe!

I’m so grateful to live by this Vybe location! It’s inconvenient enough getting sick unexpectedly but Vybe makes walk-ins a breeze and also accept appointments. I’ve never made an appointment and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen by a doctor. Dr. Bangor was extremely attentive and took the time to explain my options and made sure I’d feel better as soon as possible. The nurses were all friendly and welcoming as well. Although I hope to not get sick anytime soon, I’ll definitely be returning to Vybe if I do!

I have always been treated with respect and given the best care at this facility, although I came in this week and was seen by a new practitioner.JEANNE-MARIE PUCILLO, I did a exam with her where she could clearly see I was having abdominal pain, I feel like when she learned that I was in recovery she wrote me off and made her decision to tell me to just drink more water and then I was probably constipated. When I told her I think there is something else going on, that I was not looking for medication and that I come here quite often. She seemed annoyed and continue to tell me to just drink more water. She didnt say follow up with another doctor nor did she say to go to the hospital but got worse.I went up the street to AFC urgent care Im with the minutes the doctor was telling me to go to the emergency room.Turns out that I had an appendicitis and needed surgery.If I was to listen to this practitioners advice and just drink water and increase my fiber as she said theres a chance that it could have rupture.Im quite often treated differently for being in recovery, even if Im up front and honest coming in for legitimate problems. Thats why when I find a place that treats me like a human being, Im very appreciative of the place. I guess this no longer stands true at your facility,if youre willing to hire practitioners who can be bothered with doing a thorough exam and passing judgment.A edit to my original post. After receiving a response to contact them by email, I did.I got no response and once again the matter was not handled.

I had a walk in, filling out my first time paperwork was a breeze and I got seen instantly after signing in. The building itself is very clean and the staff is very polite.

Go to Mainline Health urgent care in Wynnewood instead! Its worth the 15 minute drive. Review below:I came in to be examed after experiencing a head injury that I suspected was a concussion. I was told I could not be seen because they were closing in 30 minutes. In certain situations, I would understand this. However, it was clear the front desk staff wanted to get off early. They were sitting there brushing each others hair and the waiting room was completely empty. It struck me as very unprofessional and lazy. There was a total lack of empathy towards a patient that experienced a traumatic head injury.In the end, I was happy that I was turned away at Vybe. I ended up receiving AMAZING care at Main Line Health urgent care in Wynnewood. After being diagnosed with a concussion, they helped me schedule an appointment with a concussion specialist the following week. Main Line Health urgent care is only 15 minutes from vybe, is affiliated with a legit healthcare system, and I was seen within 20 minutes. Go there instead!

Everything was very quick and smooth. Everyone was friendly and very informative. Shoutout to the staff at the front- Ms.C, who was super nice and helpful.

The facility takes walk ins and appointments and also accepts many forms or insurance. The nurse and doctor I was assigned to were both very pleasant, professional and personable. Listened to everything I’ve went through health wise that lended me up there. was very patient and took my symptoms and knowledge of my own body with consideration and understanding. i wish they could be primary’s. they are better then the primary’s locally to help assist in improving immediate health. dr Abram was the one who treated me. Dr. Jose and the nurse (long brown hair with a Disney land yard) were extremely kind and caring. The care was fast and efficient. The nurse was still so patient and professional even after I coughed right in her face during my flu swab. What a wonderful team. Highly recommend.

The urgent care is only on the name of this place, be prepared to wait here LONG. I didnt see many patients while being there for about hour and a half, I think I was the only one and later on someone else walked in; so I cant even imagine how bad it would be if they really had so many patients like any other practice. The waiting room was EMPTY. I have spent one hour waiting in a small and hot exam room, without anyone to come and at least pretend that they are aware that Im still there. to finally be seen by a doctor for about 8 minutes. Dr. Sima is nice as a person, but her knowledge as a doctor disappointed me. I cant believe a doctor attempts to convince you to use a medication that you have clearly stated you are allergic to it, by stating that in the past that med was different and saying that its the best option. Thats definitely a NO - NO.Inside the exam room at least the walls and trashcans need to be washed...as a health care facility its expected to be super clean.

This was a first experience for me, entering the facility it was clean, the receptionist was pleasant. The medical assistant was pleasant, professional. The doctor was professional, has good discernment, cares about the people.suggested some preventative measures for my situation. Would I visit again yes. Keep up the good work that youve been called to do.

Clean, and the staff were all really kind and helpful. The wait was the fastest Ive ever been to at an urgent care although that could be luck. I had a strep test and got the results in minutes, and there were no issues with my antibiotic prescription and the pharmacy either. Best of all they take united healthcare so the whole thing was free with my Medicaid. I would absolutely go again if I have another problem.

I Was Seen Here On Friday & Get A Vm From Dr Asking To Call Back. I Called Back Ten Times Just To Be Transferred To A Number That Disconnected After 3-4 Rings.I Drive Up To The Facility To Sit In The Waiting For More Than 30 Mins. Absolutely Ridiculous. GODDDAMMNM I Just Want My Dammnn Results. Go Elsewhere

Understaffed and did not make patients aware of longer wait times. Was told 40 mins over the phone and after check-in was advised of 1 hour and 20 minute wait just to wait an additional hour. Several walk-in patients were called ahead of me and my son before staff announced it would be another 30-45 wait! Young Lady at the front desk was nice but certainly not urgent care service.

Likely the worst encounter I’ve ever had as a patient. The doctor (if she was even a doctor) was rude, dismissive, and I honestly don’t know what I was just charged for. I wish I had gotten her name but she never introduced herself. Based on my paperwork, her name is Lisa Diegel. Would not recommend. I didn’t get a physical exam, temperature, diagnosis or differential. I was only told “I sent the meds to your pharmacy.” When I tried to ask what meds and what dose she looked at me like I had three heads. Answered and walked out of the room. I had follow up questions but she seemed not to care. The entire encounter was about 3 minutes minutes, half of which she was just typing her note. Dreadful.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only problem was that I had a 4:10 appointment for an X-ray. I was there on time but didnt get through the sign-in procedure before the x-ray technician left for the day at 4:30. A solution may have been for someone to check the appointment schedule for x-rays. Either expediting my sign-in or having the technician stay until all his tasks were done. Just a suggestion 😁it was an otherwise perfect visit.

I didnt have an appointment and I did have to wait, but it was expected. Dr. Buschmann showed compassion, was thorough and made sure understood the treatment plan. The nurse tgat came in to give me my shots was so nice, easy to talk to. And even sympathized with me. When I need an urgent care, again, Ill be back to this one.

Every person on staff was so kind to us and provided quality care to our toddler. My partner and I have been in before for our own issues and on another occasion for our child and always received good care. We did wait for longer than usual on this particular visit (didn’t leave until about an hour after the appt time), but that has not typically been the case. If you can book an appointment for earlier in the day and avoid arriving shortly before they close, that’ll probably help with getting in and out faster. I’m grateful to have this clean, convenient location as a backup for when we can’t get in to see our regular doctors.

I had a great experience at vybe urgent care. I went online,made an appointment. My nurse was very pleasant, made you feel like she really cared! The Doctor was A PLEASANT MAN! Extremely a very caring spirit! Its good to the Doctors office, and feel THEY REALLY CARE!

Just waited 45 minutes for a 3 minute test. Apparently the staff here have not been given support by Vybe management to run this facility appropriately.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The 2 stars is because of the faculty itself. My appointment was fairly early. You could tell the place had not been cleaned the night before. The trash can in the bathroom and patient room was full. That is a health safety issue for patients and staff. These urgent care facilities seem to be focused more on the amount of patients they see and not providing safe healthcare to those patients.

I went in because my chronic illness was flaring. The nurses, doctors, and students were incredibly helpful and took my previous successful experiences into consideration to help me feel better and determine a treatment. I made an appointment here last minute and there were tons of openings, I came in and barely had to wait, the receptionist was absolutely lovely, the nurse who took me back was so sweet, and the doctor was quick and helpful! In and out in 20 minutes with exactly what I needed. Will definitely be coming back here next time I’m in need of an urgent care.

I had an early rising appointment on a Monday, the waiting area was empty. It was quiet, staff was pleasant. I’d personally appreciate a greeting when I walk in…but that’s just me. It didn’t change my energy or attitude toward the receptionist. She was pleasant and gentle in her approach and didn’t give me a hard time for any reason. The nurse was communicative and also pleasant, and the doctor was very matter of fact. She is one of the ones who care…I can tell. Unfortunately, I can not remember her name…I forgot is as soon as she told me. It was one I would’ve had to try and pronounce a few times in order to remember. My visit was quick, maybe yours will be too…keep a positive mindset/attitude always and remember that we are all having a human experience.

The Receptionist needs to be trained on Speaking Clearly to Patients. I found her to be very UNPROFESSIONAL!! AFTER WAITING FOR OVER 30MINS.A P& B CAME TO SERVICE ME....NOT A DOCTOR, NOT A NURSE PRACTITIONER.!!! I DID NOT LEAVE FEELING HELPED OR SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME. THEY, HOWEVER TOOK MY 60$ CO- PAY....FOR WHAT.????

I was a walk-in patient and although it looked like I would be waiting a few hours for a doc, the staff was kind and courteous and had me in after a reasonable wait. Both the nurse and doc were patient and attentive. Hopefully, I improve and don’t need to go back…except for illness!

I was seen today by Ms. Patricia and her team, and it was such a smooth and peaceful process. I was a walk-in and the WHOLE team was AMAZING. Which was a breath of fresh air because I was hesitant to return to THIS specific urgent care due to many nasty and/or distasteful encounters with another member of the staff (I think her name is Keisha, I was told shes the office coordinator). Where I could hear her giving someone their std results, THEN confirming their name AFTER she gave the results and I have heard her shouting from the office next Ms. Patricia that a patient can only be seen if he makes a payment arrangement. Ms. Patricia and the rest of the staff (Ebony, Maurice, Paige, and Dr. Minnie) were a delight, and I can’t say enough good things about them.

The nurses and the staff are so welcoming and friendly but the Dr just isn’t nice nor is she welcoming to you. She doesn’t make you feel seen or heard and treats you very transactional. I think she feels like she knows more which she does but still doesn’t take the time to hear you out or explain anything to you. I also was prescribed a medication that I am actually allergic to, I had to find out through the text they sent what she prescribed, because she never asked me any questions. I had a better experience with the nurse than I did the Dr. The nurse deserves to be recognized. She made me feel so much better and really listened to me.

Appointments do not matter. Had an appointment at 8:45am for a quick TB test. After sitting & waiting for 30 mins I tell the woman at the front desk to reschedule me for tomorrow. Her exact words “I can ask them to bring you back now.” But they couldn’t bring me back at my appointment time? I had to threaten to leave? Makes no sense. Don’t go there. Anytime I’ve needed to visit this urgent care for myself or my children, we’ve gotten exceptional care, waited less than 30 minutes to be seen, and were leaving within an hour with a diagnosis, treatment, or prescription sent to a nearby pharmacy. The doctors always provide exceptional explanations, quick but not rushed treatment, and listen to patients about their symptoms.I appreciate that I always feel seen, heard, and valued as a patient whenever I’ve gone there for accidents like my son falling, sports physicals for my child to play a sport, allergic reactions, and more recently breathing treatments for asthma concerns.

Perfect visit. I made my appointment online when I chose this location on Google maps. They were right on schedule and I was in my way with the prescription I needed 20 minutes later. The physician answered my questions professionally.

First I want to say, don’t short staff your facility with doctors. When you do that you put a lot of pressure on your supporting staff.But in saying that, the receptionist were welcoming and professional, your technical staff was warm and professional, although your doctors were overwhelmed, they had an amazing bedside manner and were very professional.All in all I felt like I walked in to a family owned practice.

From the minute you enter you are met with the smell of clean and disinfected. In these days that is the most welcoming feeling at a doctors office.Once you start interacting with the staff, it is just as welcoming. Reception was inviting and helpful. The Doctor and assisting staff were fun and helpful from start to finish.So thank you for the experience and I hope your office continues to service your community.

I was in and out relatively quickly and I was a walk-in. Also, everyone was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. The facilities were clean and it felt as if things were being handled in an orderly and professional fashion with a focus on customer service.

Have had mostly great experiences here. The front desk is always helpful, especially Norene. The nurses have always been personable and did a great job preparing me for the doctor with clarifying questions. The doctors are cool and have led me to health each time. The most helpful who stand out for me are Dr. Michael Mini and Dr Samir Patel.

First time ever and it was GREAT. I got lucky on Sunday before Memorial Day to find no one waiting, but the best part was the staff. Polite (of course) but genuinely friendly and helpful with a good sense of humor and able to put me at ease. They asked all the medical questions I would hope they would and got a solid medical history, took vitals and talked over issues. Doctor was great and answered all questions. I would not hesitate to go back again.

Dr. Good is exactly the kind of thoughtful compassionate physician one hopes all physicians are, sadly we all know that’s not the case. Which is what makes finding her at a walk-in urgent care a lovely surprise. Her assistant and the front desk staff also very kind and I was a walk in and was seen within 20 minutes.

Friendly staff, this was my first visit snd and a good experience, will recommend to others.

This experience happened a while ago, held off on the review because I was looking into a lawsuit. I came in with really bad abdominal pain during covid. The Doctor told me that it was cramps or constipation (I told him facts that disputed these diagnoses but he was dismissive). The he did an invasive rectal exam that was so painful I ended up throwing up a lot. The Doctor said that it was probably consitpation (again) and I said the why am I vomiting?. He said thats what is weird. He told me not to go to the ER for a few days and just take nausea medicine. He said it could be a cyst that burst but probably not. I expressed it really hurt and I could not stand up straight, he reiterated that anything more serious is rare. The nurse then shoved nausea medication at me and shooed me out the door, acting disgusted by my vomit. I asked about paperwork they give you upon release and she said well email it and just had me leave, in pain barely able to stand. Later that night the pain was so bad I went to the ER, confused on it I was being a baby or not (thats how they treated me). I did have a cyst that burst and it ruptured my ovary and I had internal bleeding which wasnt stopping, so I was rushed into life saving surgery. The surgeons and nurses were flabberghasted by what the doctor at the urgent care did and said after hearing and seeing my symptoms. Do not go here- this is the type of place that will dismiss pain and tell you its fine- and something bad happens.

Upon entering, I was greeted with, do you have an appointment. What is the point of being an urgent care if you need an appointment for medical care? I was turned down this evening because they were booked at capacity. With walk ins welcome clearly printed on their door, what is the point of being an urgent care?

Everything was ok until I didnt get my prescription called into the Pharmacy today, i need the meds, can you help me get the prescription called in?

I love this urgent care. Everytime I come my needs are met, and Im in and out. Staff is also pleasant and professional.

I needed laboratory testing for employment. I called and spoke with the call center to schedule my test. Jasmine was pleasant along with being informative regarding the type of testing necessary for employment. I arrived at the Roxborough location, I was greeted by the receptionist. She was friendly and helpful. I would recommend family and friends to the Roxborough location.

Ive used the Ridge Ave/Roxborough location numerous times over the years for myself and my loved ones and always found them efficient and friendly. Today I was treated by Dr Patel and I recieved some of the best medical care ever. He saw to my issue immediately, evaluated it, listened to me, explained exactly what was going on, told me how to care for it, and options for how to follow up. After leaving and returning, he came back with even better options for follow up and arranged a same-day test at another location, and offered to personally follow up. Im glad that I live near this location and can count on them.

Staff are great even though they are understaffed. This was my go to place. However, I have been experiencing an issue with billing that Vybe is refusing to bill correctly. They coded the service wrong and the notes show that the code used was incorrect because I got on a call with my insurance and vybe and it was agreed to change the code yet Yybe has not done so. After following up numerous times, the coding is still not changed. I would recommend another urgent care.

Vybe was excellent when I was there a few weeks ago. Nothing felt rushed and the experience felt very personal. The staff was wonderful and the doctor was particularly pleasant and knowledgable, even on LGBTQ+ issues that other providers Ive met dont have knowledge of. I could really tell that the entire team cared.

The staff at the front desk were professional and courteous. The Physician Asst, Kurt, was terrific. He was thorough, asked questions, listened, and prescribed a sound course that made sense.

I was able to make a same-day appointment over the phone. My appointment was at 9:20 and I was out by 10:00. The medical assistant, medical student, and Dr. Czincila were all thoughtful and helpful.

Quick and efficient, but the clinician I saw forgot about me in my room when she went to get my discharge paperwork, which I never got even after 30 minutes of waiting after my appointment was over. Thankfully my prescription was sent where it needed to go.

This was my first time ever going to an urgent care. It was so convenient being able to get off work be seen for my issues and not have to sit in an emergency room for 3-4 hours .This may be my new route in terms of fast prompt medical careIn and out in 30 minutes

I went to Vybe previously and had a bad experience with the front desk associate which caused me to not go back for about a year. I tried again today and it definitely changed. The front desk had great customer service. The nurse, I believe Chimeka, was also great. Very personable and easy to talk to under the circumstances.

We come here maybe twice a year over the last seven years for urgent care only and everytime we have a different experience with the front desk staff. Its a roll of the dice! But I must say, ALL of the doctors weve seen here are excellent!! Which is the only reason we continue to visit this location.

The service, care, and attention are excellent, and the staff is phenomenal. I recently visited VYBE to get a TB test because of a job change. Priscilla signed me in at the front desk. She was professional, friendly, and warm. Keyta drew my blood. She is funny and kind, and it was the first time I did not feel the needle prick. And that’s huge for me! Did I mention that I have a fear of needles? I can’t wait for someone to invent a way to draw blood without using needles. Keyta was very patient with me. I didn’t feel a thing. Turns out she is the Coordinator for that location. That might explain her extraordinary, painless blood-drawing skills. Norine completed my paperwork. She was hilarious, sweet, and thorough. My whole experience was painless. This is not my first time using this particular Vybe. But I keep coming back due to the fantastic staff and care and attention that they give you

I went in the young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. They were fast I would come back all the time to this location.

We made an appointment online, which were able to schedule within the hour. We could fill out “paperwork” online making time in waiting room minimal in spite of it being early evening on a weekday. We were in and out in less than an hour. The bedside manner of the nurse, the physician assistant, and the X-ray tech, all made mom and kiddo feel comfortable and well cared for. The front desk customer service was friendly and professional, a rare gift in these days of everyone feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. Overall, the quality of care was excellent and the operational efficiency was excellent.

Extremely kind woman did my intake and Dr.Buschmann (I think that was his name) was super helpful. Giving 4 stars because I waited an hour beyond my appt time after stating I had shortness of breath and the xray tech left in that time (the whole reason I went there).

I had to come to Vybe because my usual urgent care stopped taking my insurance. I had to pick a last minute appointment on a holiday weekend and you would expect to be rushed and people to be short. That wasn’t the case. The ladies here were so sweet and nice even though I know they wanted to go home. They didn’t make me feel a bother at all and I got in and out without feeling rushed. Great experience and they kept me laughing.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at an Urgent Care center. I called to ask some questions before my visit, and the person I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. Every person I interacted with (there were 4) were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The doctor was thorough, explained things very well and in-depth, and answered my questions. I will absolutely come back if/when I need Urgent Care again in the future! Highly recommend over other area facilities (Ive been to a few).

I have used this place before. People are generally nice and the service is pretty quick but I went in today for an injured finger and their x-ray machine wasnt working. So I got no real resolution on what was wrong with my finger and have to go back when they get it fixed

Professional, efficient, and kind staff took great care of me during my visit from the second I walked in to the moment I left. My meds were ready within 10 minutes at Morrison pharmacy (less than a block away on Ridge Ave). This is my new go to urgent care center.

The receptionist was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Harris has a great bed side manner and knew exactly what was wrong. Will definitely go back, but hopefully I wont need to! Oh, and the place was very clean.

Was able to walk in for a same day appt which required imaging services that our Pediatrician did not have available. The great part is I did not have to leave work early because they have evening hours, open until 8pm.

Dr. Good- not so good. All other staff and doctors have been great but not this one. Ignored my concerns and requests- waited over a hour till she came in and then said she would order a medication but didn’t. She doesn’t respond to messages sent to patient portal. I went in for a sinus infection- which I have had many over the years and proceeds to tell me what will work better for me and asks me “how can we prevent this from happening again?” Instead of addressing the current situation- my symptoms, discomfort and pain. What has worked for me in the past is an antibiotic and oral steroid- she insisted on ordering Flonase when I told her I have taken it and it did not help but only prolonged symptoms. She then agreed to order a short course oral steroid and antibiotics- only to realize after I left she did not. After multiple attempts to call and message her and the office I still have no response. As a healthcare professional - I was very disappointed with this doctor and how quick she dismissed me - even after knowing I was an RN. What I thought was going to be a simple easy visit for sinus infection turned into me feeling disrespected and lied to. She made me feel like I was asking for narcotics when all I wanted was a short term lose dose prednisone prescription to help with the pain swelling and inflammation I am feeling- which I have taken ever other time (with antibiotics) I have had a sinus infection and have NEVER- gotten this response from a doctor before.

The absolute worst! Please go elsewhere. I came here because I was told there was no wait. I get to the clinic and upon arrival there was just one person in front of me in the waiting area. As I sat there for 35 minutes the waiting room began to fill up with walk ins, when I went to check to see when I could expect to be called back the person at the desk said that she thought I was back being seen already…I wait another 10 minutes and get called back. I was put in the wrong room. They moved me to the procedure room where I waited for another 45 minutes. During that time two medical assistants came in surprised that I hadn’t been seen. I kept being told I would be seen shortly. I was very close to getting up and leaving (which I wish I did). The doctor finally comes in and seems to have no idea what she is doing and doesn’t know where anything is and made comments about “failing” at the day and how she was surprised I still wanted to be seen by her because of all the screaming she caused in the other room. I came in because I sliced my finger, a fairly basic task for a doctor. Finally the doctor decided to use skin glue to seal my wound. However, she reopened the would by using tweezer to life the skin. She then proceeded to put the glue underneath my skin, which made things much worse. I was then discharged with instructions to put antibiotic ointment on the wound and no other instructions. I found out later that you aren’t supposed to put antibiotic ointment on skin glue. Additionally, a bandage and dressing was put on before the glue dried. When I went to change the dressing and put on antibiotics the wound reopened because everything was stuck to bandage and dressing. I had to go see another doctor, who mentioned how bizarre it was to put glue under the skin. The glue under the skin has formed a bubble, which made it harder for the wound to heal. There is now a ball of glue that the skin has begun to heal over. I am so confused as to how a practicing doctor was that negligent on such mundane task. I have told a few people this story, and have been told that this is the Vybe way. So annoying! I had to wait to see another doctor and will have to go see my primary care because of the carelessness.

Fast, kind, informative, everything you want out of urgent care! Saleemah gave excellent care, explained everything clearly and ultimately gave me choice in my own healthcare. The folks at the front desk were kind, efficient and respectful. Thanks!

I was seen at Vybe on December 22nd for TB labs for a job I was supposed to start the following week. I was told by the two ladies at the front desk it would take 2-4 days max. The lady who drew my blood stuck me three times before getting blood. Someone else finally was able to get my blood. I am not a hard stick at all. She gave the lady the tube of blood. 5 days later, I don’t see any results. I called multiple times and they said my results were uploaded, but it was nothing on there. I called Quest Diagnostics because Vybe representatives kept giving me the run around. Quest stated they couldn’t run my lab because the person who drew my blood didn’t put a label on it. I called over 10 times to Vybe to just get my money back, but either they hang up or say someone from billing is going to call me. Billing never called. I lost the opportunity to work last week. Now I am forced to wait until March.

I showed up in terrible pain from a herniated disc, and they immediately took me into a room to lay down to help alleviate the pain. Everyone was so caring and friendly. Dr. Good was amicable, concise, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone.

Nori and Tasha are amazing! They prioritize healthcare and do not turn patients away. I hate being the person to come into an establishment near closing. However, it was an emergency and those two were gracious, helpful, and squeezed me in literally at the last minute. I would highly recommend visiting if you’re ever in a pinch. Please go to that Urgent Care!

I recently came here for a finger injury. The medical staff were all very friendly. They efficiently cleaned and dressed my wound and referred me to the ER. The front desk staff cared 0% that I was bleeding all over the waiting room and pretended not to find me in the system even though I had been there previously.

This is the first time I’ve gone back to this Vybe location in two years. In comparison, the level of service was not the same. The receptionist and assistant that took my vitals were both very friendly and attentive with their tasks which is consistent with my last visit. The PA didn’t seem as thorough in understanding my issue. It just seemed rushed compared to my last visit. I did at least get a digital copy of my x-ray and a referral for a specialist should I need it and that was a positive difference from my last visit.

The appointment itself was good but they sent me straight to the pharmacy when I was done, and then I get to the pharmacy and they tell me there’s no prescription available. I call vybe back to ask what’s going on and they say it’ll take another hour for the doctor to send the prescription in. I have to go to work so I ask if I can come back and get a physical prescription slip so I can get it filled quicker, and they say they “don’t do that” even though the doctor offered me one earlier (and I opted to have it filled digitally because I thought it’d be easier). Now I have to find the time today to go BACK to the pharmacy in the middle of my work day. If they had just communicated to me earlier that it would take an hour to even send my prescription over to the pharmacy then I would have opted to get the prescription slip to get it filled faster. Really annoying and I don’t know why the doctor is saying one thing and the front desk people are saying another.

Receptionist was unhelpful, needs training. No doctor.. only a PA. Wasnt wanting to get involved, sent us to ER. I hope we get out $55 back because no treatment was provided. Will not be back.

Super easy! I made a same day appointment for an infected splinter in my finger. They numbed my finger, removed the splinter, gave me a tetanus shot, and prescribed me antibiotics. All of the staff members I spoke to were friendly, and the appointment was affordable.

It was a very gray day today. I have been fighting a bed upper respiratory infection type thing and had to get medical attention and probably some sort of antibiotic treatment. I went to vibe urgent care in Roxborough. The place is clean, the staff is courteous, and I didnt feel like I had to wait a long time. Certainly not as long as I have to wait in my doctors office regardless of my appointment time! The staff again was polite, helpful & professional. The doctor today was Dr. Buschmann, who was polite, explained everything and answered any & all questions I had. I didnt feel rushed or as if I was taking up too much of the doctors time. Good medicine is a doctor that listens and talks with the patient! I am very impressed with this Urgent Care site! Once again kudos to the staff there and many thanks to all of you who helped me today!

Such a positive experience. It’s my first time here and I needed to get a PPD shot for a job. So professional. I made the appointment online and was seen as soon as I walked in. I was there for less than 30 minutes…I remembered cause I paid for parking. But they offer free parking in the back!! Alvin the manager made an accommodation for me and I really appreciate it. 10/10.

Masks, gloves and hand sanitizer were available in the entranceway. The front desk receptionist was welcoming, pleasant and professional. After I completed the form on the tablet, the receptionist immediately sanitized it. The facility itself was immaculate. The Physicians Assistant, Claire A, was friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate towards me and immediately resolved my issue.Many thanks to her, and the staff.

Our experience overall was great! From scheduling online with ease, checking in, flow of visit, clarity and transparency with fee’s, interactions with every staff member, and the follow through with paperwork after we left the appointment, was top level!! The only confusion came by way of the doctor himself. He somehow misunderstood info on my daughter taking a lab test and was developing a plan based on this incorrect info. The medical assistant thankfully cleared this up. He also refused to write an absentee note for her school unless we took a test that was double in price. I understand that test yielded more reliable results and the outcome of the results would dictate the treatment plan. Understanding this, he could have opted to say exactly that in her note and/or instructions for school. I felt almost forced to pay the higher fee. The office visit was $130, the test was $150, and I was told I would be billed separately by Quest lab in an unknown amount. Sometimes I feel the people who hold the “higher” positions are so out of touch with the daily struggles of everyday Americans. It seems the supportive staff are much more understanding and accommodating as they too can relate to the struggles. With all that said, I still had a very positive experience! I only noted the above issues to hopefully bring awareness and mindfulness to the people at the top of the pyramid.

This was terrible a terrible experience, they let me leave while I was crying out loud in pain , they never came back to let me know if I needed antibiotics or steroids, they only thing they did was a swab , and I’m still in pain

Checking in & taking care of paperwork before my visit online made my visit go pretty quickly. The virtual “wait in line feature” was useful. The clinic was very clean, staff was friendly. Dr. Good was great! She took the time to sit down with me after the nurse left and talked me through care, causes, etc. I got the feeling that she truly cared, and my time with her did not feel rushed. She didn’t get up to leave until all my concerns were dealt with. I really appreciated that since doctors usually seem to be in a hurry (for good reason!) but my experience was overall very positive. Would recommend. I spent about an hour there in total.

The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately I waited over 2.5 hours to be seen even though I had an appointment. Whoever is doing the scheduling at the corporate level should reconsider appointments spaced out every 10 minutes when there is only one doctor. Also maybe stop taking walk-ins when you realize there is a good 2 hour back up in appointments.

I had a great experience at this location. I had first went to AFC urgent care, but they were not properly supplied. I then walked into Vybe around 7:40 needing stitches for my finger and everyone was so nice even though they close at 8. The front desk was so nice and helped me so much. The nurses were nice as well. The doctor was amazing, she was getting text and calls for a family related issue that she had to leave for, but she made sure that I was comfortable and all stitched up. She talked me through the process and talked off topic to distract me from the needles. I am so glad I came to this location.

So I visited this establishment today as walk-in I had a discrepancy in my visit with one of the front desk staff I posted a prior review because I was a bit upset. But I have since chosen to update my review. Although I still stand by my position that that staff member could have done a better job I changed my review because the other staff members went above and beyond to acknowledge my concerns and rectify which you don’t see often specially in a medically setting. I was addressed by one of the staff members before leaving from my visit to get a better understanding about my concerns and called by this locations manager and I definitely felt heard and understood. I can appreciate when genuine concern is expressed and definitely plan to return if ever in need or a urgent care center. The MA, and doctor were amazing and very fast yet still efficient

I definitely would recommend coming here. From the first moment you come in Ms. Patricia greets you with a smile (you can tell and hear it in her voice regardless to the mask). The nurse and doctor were very patient and made my children very comfortable. I would definitely encourage others to come here. Bonus: they have weekend hours

This is the worse place you want to come for a physical. The lady at the front desk with the hijab on is very unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to communicate or talk to people. She’s rude and dont know her job description. Some people are not fit to be a customer service and she is one of them. Worse experienced I’ve ever heard. She wasted 2 hours of my time then later told me my appointment was canceled because of a staff that was not available that day. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where you will be valued.

The people that work here are utterly incompetent. My wife is waiting for test results and we were told that it would be 3-5 days for the results to come back. Its been a full week and still nothing. We have called repeatedly to try to find out the results.One of the desk workers told us that test results came back negative, however it wasnt listed in the portal. So we called back and got ahold of someone else at the desk who said the results hadnt even come in yet and we would have to wait to hear them. Essentially, the first person who was there LIED to us about the results to get my wife off of the phone.EDIT W/ MORE INFO: So it turns out that Vybe, or the lab, lost the results--know one knows whose fault it is. She was re-tested a week ago, and they STILL dont have the results after 6 more days (when they told us again it would be 3-5).Every time you try to get through to someone you have to go through Vybes call center. The operators there are RUDE and will abruptly put you on hold because they dont want to listen to what you have to say. They will not give you the number of the roxborouch urgent care, so anytime you want to call you must go through the call center, explain the problem again, and deal with their nasty attitudes.The worst part of all of this is that my wife is pregnant. She has been put on antibiotics in case of infection (we dont know) but pregnant mothers shouldnt go on antibiotics unless they have to.Want my $0.02? Avoid Vybe like the plague.

After my initial unpleasant trip to Vybe a week ago, I submitted a review detailing parts of that experience. I was surprised to hear back from the Vybe main office after they reviewed my review. I was told that someone at the office would be in touch which I did not think much of. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from the Vybe Ridge Avenue Office Manager, Kyta who was exceptionally professional, apologetic and took the time to connect with me. She rescheduled me for an appointment which she guaranteed would not be like my previous visit and she more than delivered! Kyta made sure that she was present for my next visit and ensured that I was seen promptly. Dr. Kim saw me and was detailed, professional and got me taken care of. The nurse who I saw was also exceptional. I was in and out of for this appointment in about 20-30 minutes and I am so grateful! I appreciate the care that Kyta and her entire team put into making this wrong, right and for providing me with exceptional care. I would like to retract what I previously shared and highlight that I would gladly return to this location and I would recommend it to other folks! I will be back and can trust that this organization takes custome experiences and feedback seriously!

I liked this location and everyone working there was super nice. It was clean and quiet. And I really appreciated being in a waiting room where the TV wasnt blaring. I would just recommend they tell you more information, like how long the wait time is, or how long the test will take. A couple of times I felt like I was waiting for Godot. But overall it was great and I would use them again.

Place is dirty. And you sit for hours for absolutely NOTHING. DISGUARDED Q TIPS ON THE FLOOR IS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME
