The staff have been so kind and caring towards my husband and I. We are unfortunately not pregnant yet, but certainly not their fault. we are so pleased with the care and communication of the nurses and all staff. They are working with us and creating plans and changing up as we go. They give us resources to do our own research for different options. This is a hard field to work in and they really do give you the attention needed in every interaction. I know some of the other reviews aren’t great-Not sure if something changed or what, but I have nothing but nice things to say. Best of luck to everyone reading this!

This is already such a hard rode to go down. The lack of empathy or simple communication is ridiculous. Ive been sitting in pre op for 4 hours for what Ive been told is a simple 30 min procedure to remove a mass in my uterus. No one has checked on me once in those 4 hours to even let me know what is going on. Its sad that there are so little resources to help woman with infertility. Its even more sad that these are the type of places.

Infertility is already one of the hardest positions to be in as a woman, and yet you are treated so poorly with such lack of empathy, understanding and even knowledge from anyone in this office .I have lost out on a guarantee from my first purchase of donor eggs do to the Dr transferring a very. Very low grade embryo when had she contacted the DEB they wouldve done the process for another lot .Im now on my 4th failed cycle with still no known answers as to why I continue to have a thin lining .Im out of alot of money and still no answers and what feels like Im just being taken .Purchasing 2 lots of eggs from DEB even after the guarantee was broken still stood by whom they are as a company and reimbursed with some help .On my last transfer the ultrasound tec had stated that my lining was a 7.3 but not Trilaminar when it actually was ,I was then brought back in days later only to be told I was a 6.8 with faint Trilaminar and The nurse had stated when I made a complaint that Id be happy to know that the Tec would not be going to their new facility. There is such lack of compassion for woman at this clinic and when you speak on the care and the lack of respect and the disrespect with the employees it had done no good .The Embryology department are in my opinion the best ,The one whom contacted me even sent emai.s on my behalf to DEB in the beginning to request a refund ,however this was never told to me ,I had already been on my 3rd transfer at this time Theres so much that I can go into and so much has happened here with no different results .I truly feel as though they are sabatoging my cycles be ause im being a voice for other woman whom have had this experience as well, but hold fear of speaking up.Dr Homa now does my scans herself due to it being misread which Im grateful for and is solely the reason Im still there and always a fear of transferring my embryos. My friends and family has accompanied me and are also treated poorly .The Nurse had stated there 1 year ago that they were in bankruptcy prior and have an entire new facility, however a new facility does not bring empathy, compassion and or knowledge. This is such an awful position for a woman to be in and yet theres such lack of compassion. Please be sure to always read your reviews ?When I had mentioned reading the reviews it was stated Woman will write reviews when not getting the outcome they want Everything that I have tuned here today is correct and with proof ..Please choose your clinic wisely

Communication with nurses and front desk is horrible at times. Contradictions with what was told to us person to person and from what the doctor said to what the nurses say.
