Excellent care. Entire staff, from Dr. Lim to front office was kind and informative throughout my surgery experience. Couldn’t ask for better treatment throughout a scary diagnosis. They are the best!

Dr. Lim has been the most caring doctor through my journey. He not only sat down and took his time answering all my questions during every appointment, but he also wanted me to know exactly what I had and what my options were. He never made me choose one option over another. He gave me pros and cons of each option and provided informative responses. He made me feel at ease and was very caring. The day of the operation, he came in my room and again answered any questions I had and had the best bed side manners. We are truly lucky to have him here in Reno. His staff, front desk, nurses, and Physician Assistants, are all wonderful and compassionate. The surgery went well and my recovery was amazing! The post op appointments with Ryan Swanson made me feel at ease and were informative as well. He went above and beyond to ensure I was healing well from the surgery. Thank you Dr. Lim, Ryan Swanson, and the Center of Hope staff. You all do such an amazing job in providing Nevadans with the best care possible. If I could give you all better than a five star rating, I would!

Dr Lim saved my life 7.5 years ago. A fantastic and caring doctor and surgeon! I cannot believe how blessed I have been through this surgeon‘s knowledge, caring and expertise!!!

Dr. Bridgewater just might be the best OBGYN ever. I so appreciate her calm and kind demeanor, efficiency, experience and knowledge. Also, my issue was urgent and her staff got me in to see her very quickly.

I love and respect everyone at Center of Hope. Dr Adams took all the fear out of me before during and after chemo. I mostly dealt with Shannon and me nurses Melissa and Gina. Thank you all so much.

The staff is fantastic and Dr Adams is absolutely wonderful. The only reason I did not rank 5 stars is due to cost. They require large deposits on all procedures even when you have insurance. As someone that doesnt have disposable income coming up with $2000 was difficult. That being said, it was worth it to have a specialist that could perform my rather involved surgery.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!! I was a referral, Dr Lim saw me immediately, and scheduled surgery that week. He took a lot of time with my family and I to educate and show us what the procedure would look like. After being told by several medical professionals that’s he’s The Best and we are so lucky to have him in Reno, I could not agree MORE!! His office is exquisite and the office staff takes the time to go over every detail. They have made my experience such a pleasure.

Dr Lim and Laura and the entire staff were all amazing! Sometimes there is a wait past your appointment, but its because they are seeing emergency patients. So please remember what they do for a living and pack your patience when you have an appointment. I was always treated with nothing but kindness and respect by all.

I have felt guilty I haven’t posted after my experience. I had a hysterectomy after I told them I didn’t want one. Dr Lim told me I had a huge chance of cancer. I later learned I barely had any atypical cells and NONE found in the hysterectomy. No one ever told me such a thing was possible. Just scared me into surgery. Had all kinds of pain afterwards and mostly couldn’t get past the receptionist and office person. How you can call regarding pain and they let the receptionist tell you you don’t need help is beyond me. Well I was calling about belly button pain and a lump showing. They said to call if it smelt bad. I kept telling them it wasn’t that kind of pain and not the issue. Nope, couldn’t get to a medical person, just the office people. Well, guess what? Still have the ongoing pain. Now I have an umbilical hernia and need another surgery. I feel they could have fixed something at the time and should have. This is on top of the surgery pain from a tear Dr Lim had made but the RN said never happened. Well, my sister was there and I remember too. I still don’t understand why they were surprised when they did a laparoscopic surgery with the issues I had. Every article I read after says I didn’t meet criteria. No wonder I tore.

The most horrible treatment by the office staff CLAUDIA and especially GINA. If you call their office for any reason, you are treated like dirt. They tell you how busy they are and wont deny it if they plain forgot to get FMLA paperwork signed by the MD or medical assistant. No one will help you with any questions. They made my mother sign her private surgical consent in front of everyone in the waiting room, instead of in the privacy of the exam room, because theyre so quick to kick you out for the next unfortunate patient.

Dr.Lim,Tiffany and the whole staff has always gone above and beyond for me. The highly unsual difficulties I have had since being diagnosed last year have made this journey rough. They have become my family, caring and seeking the best options for me. I cannot imagine going through any of this with any other Physician and staff. They are all angels in scrubs. ❤️❤️🙏🌻

Nice place and great doctor but plan to wait at least 2-3 hours for your appointment. Bring snacks and something you need to get done. I had a 10am appt today and it is 1:10pm and I’m still waiting to be seen. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident. The shortest time I have waited for an appointment was an hour. The longest is today. I understand things happen but they could employ some kind of paging/text system so clients could wait in their cars or just wait at home. I only live 15 min from here. In the era of CV-19 there really is no excuse for allowing people to sit for 3 hours in a waiting room with other people—especially old people with underlying health conditions.

This fine group of wonderful people literally saved my life. I felt sure from the first time I met Dr Lim and group that I had many more years to come. They are always there for mehelping me understand what the plan is and how they are going to go about it.

I can’t tell you how lucky I feel to have dr Adams as my doctor ! She is so kind and caring and the best doctor ever! And the staff is so kind and it is so calming there!

Dont try to get medical records from them to get a referral anywhere else. They dont care who you are. I have never had this problem before with any other medical facility.

Terrible staff, no real concern for people or what they have gone through just out to make a buck.

So maybe it’s just me and my beliefs that are not logical, but I was diagnosed with an extremely aggressive form of vaginal cancer and when I called yesterday they said that they had not received the referral yet. Then I call today to see if they had received the referral yet and they had in fact received it but the girl that I was speaking to was absolutely cold hearted! She continued to tell me that nothing could be done until Dr Lim reviewed the referral and that he’s only in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays and that hopefully by Friday of next week I would have an answer etc. I attempted to continue explaining that I have an “EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE “ form of this cancer and she couldn’t have cared less. She continued to go on about all of the other patients that Dr. Lim sees and explaining that he is very busy and will get to the my referral when he can. I asked her that if Dr. Lim is so busy with other patients why is he accepting new patients if he cannot keep up with the patients he already has Which she responded he’s not that busy. So now I’m afraid that Dr. Lim is too busy to even care about my case and may be center for Hope and Dr. Lim are incompetent to take care of me
